This is a great little bar with several TVs, a pool table, and a dartboard. Always a nice selection of beers, including light and dark, sours, and always a hard cider or two. Jamie is about the friendliest bartender and owner as you will find anywhere!

Small hangout establishment. The menu on Google is 4 years old so is not relevant anymore. They have completely different menu right now (11.19.2024), definitely no shishito or edamame or salad anymore. Drinks and foods have different payment systems. You will have to pay separately. Drinks price around $9ish. Foods is definitely overpriced. 1 (ONE) TACO priced for $6++-7++. Chicken bowl priced starting $15++. Burger alone is around $18++ (without fries). Total food (3 tacos) and 1 drink will cost you around $35. Ambience: quiet, cozy, good to play cards with a group of friends. Bathroom: 1 (one) unisex, clean, well maintained. Parking: free street parking.

Craft House is a nice place for a drink at the bar or a pool game with a couple of friends, would not recommend a date there, better just to watch a game and a quick bite. Tried the philly cheese steak and it was awesome, full bar, nice selection of local craft beer and friendly service 👌🏻

Everything we've tried has been delicious. Great food and drink menu. Definitely head here to grab a bite, have a drink, and watch a game with some friendly staff and S'vale locals.

So I ended up at Craft House thinking, "GD it, why a Dive Bar..." and... yeah, it delivered exactly what it promised: a dive bar as dive bars go. But that's not really my jam--I'm more into places with crowd energy, not ghost‑town murmurs. Here's the lowdown: It's got the basics done right--clean floors, decent lighting, and a bartender named Cole who didn't try to vanish on me. Nice change of pace for dive chaos. Booze? They've got a crowd-pleasing craft beer lineup, jukebox on standby, and pool tables begging for some amateur pool shark drama. Apparently a bartender-patron screaming match went down here once. Sunnyvale, you wild. Bottom line? Craft House is what it says on the can: a chill, laid-back dive where mid-priced beers and flickering neon are your pals. Perfect if you're the type who enjoys quietly sipping and shooting pool, not ideal if you need thumping beats and high energy to feel alive. Would I stumble back? Maybe... if I'm looking for low-key and relaxed. But if you're trying to vibe, bounce, or get loud? I'd go flip the script somewhere else.

They have happy hour Monday through Sunday (so basically, always) with a DJ spinning jams that'll make you want to bust a move. The selection of beers on tap is like a tasting journey of its own. Whatever your beer preference, they've got you covered. The wait staff? Attentive, friendly, and with food suggestions that hit the mark every time. We started with the guacamole and chips--fresh, crunchy, and seriously addictive. Then came the steak tacos, served on homemade tortillas that are YUM! If you're looking for a chill vibe and a great place to hang with friends, Craft House is the spot.

Went here with some friends the other night and was surprised I had never given it a try in all the years I've been here. I wouldn't call it a dive bar necessarily, but the vibes inside feel like it (which is a good thing for me). They didn't have a massive beer selection but had enough of everything. Beer was good, cocktails were good. Prices aren't bad. No complaints. Seems they have food and people there said it was decent for being a bar, so will definitely be back to give it a try.

The drinks here are a good price. I come here once in a while weekends when I want something a bit more chill. I tried the wings, which were solid. Good place for the locals.

Craft House was decent overall, but don't think I'd return. Music was too loud at 9 pm - I could barely hear myself. I stopped by last weekend on a bar crawl with a meetup group. Haha. Not sure why this place was our 2nd stop. Located next to a tire shop (random)- so it's not on the main street of downtown Sunnyvale. Had more of a dive bar feel to me. I had a greyhound (vodka grapefruit) which is my new go-to cocktail- that was good. But... service was a bit slow. I probably wouldn't return, but at least I checked out a new spot.

This was my fourth time at Craft House the past 1.5 years for a group social event. It is what it is- a midpriced alternative to overpriced Murphy Street joints 2 blocks away. Nothing fancy, but the food is good and the staff super friendly. As the name indicates, they offer craft beers, a few domestics in bottles, and a full spirits bar. While there are 24-30 taps on the wall, they usually have 12-15 beers on tap. Always a good selection of craft styles, from IPAs, lagers, hazy's, sours, etc. Most usually from the greater Bay Area & NorCal. I've had several different items off the menu, and all were above average Pub Grub food. Big burgers, tasty chicken tenders, the "hot" chicken sandwich, and even one of the large salads. Food is always cooked perfectly, not rushed out and undercooked, and always hot. The french fries are crisp and what I consider perfectly fried to a golden brown. My date had the 3-sliders item this weekend and they were "well seasoned and really good" she said. This past weekend Heather (white, tall, 30ish) was the early bartender and did a great job. Veronica (40ish, cute short asian) came on later and surprisingly recalled my name. She is amazing! Two others assisted Veronica and were very nice too. There is a nice pool table, several large HDTVs, and a sound system. Music is a bit too loud when trying to have a conversation.

The place is clean, they have nice draft beer, a fun atmosphere, good customer service, and the food is great. I ordered a burger with fries, and it was really good. Had a nice time here and will be coming back to Craft House in the near future.

Clean, and didn't smell like an old sweaty barfy bar. Cole the bartender was nice. Drinks were good, karaoke last night. Awesome pool table. I think they were short staffed, only Cole was working. Literally 200 feet from our hotel.

This is an establishment that I would describe as a in-between bar/lounge/craft beer bar. It's unique in itself and does not overextend into expertise but is comfortable with what they are. They also serve bar food. If you like to consume alcohol and to chill and watch sports or to relax, can't say I have any issues.

Honestly all things considered, $12 for a flight of 4 different types of beers is extremely worth it in my book. Any place with great happy hour prices will keep me coming back. I wish the ambiance was a bit better as it seemed pretty stale and dirty inside but the pool table is a lot of fun and I'm glad they had a lot of TVs playing the games. I didn't know what I wanted to order but the bartender picked me some excellent choices! They have cider and other fun flavors!

Food was fantastic, great atmosphere, good service. I recommend the carnitas tacos as #1. Every other taco was a close contender in the list.

The server was great we were greeted right away bartender Heather was friendly and pleasant to talk to you when the nachos came out. It was hott and so good !

Went here on a Tuesday after a bad day at work. This place hit the spot. It's a semi dive bar, with seating inside and out, and a pool table. The beer selection was excellent. The service was direct and to the point. Will definitely be back.

It sorta okie place there a lot of crime keep ur stuff of the ground and a lot of homless and food cost lot of money and they want a tip any thing you order

Craft House bar is the cleanest bar I have ever been to good food good sodas and good customer service the bartenders are very sweet and the owner is the greatest friend I could ever have it is an amazing bar and the bar has quieted down over the years since the new owners became the owner of craft house I am very pleased with the friendships I have there and it's amazing how this bar has come a long way.

The bartenders are very friendly and very accommodating. The food is good and offered several types of beer. Music was a little bit loud for me and I played in bands when I was younger. Beer selection was ok. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Food was good but limited.

Great little find! Wasn't busy when I got there, and I was the only patron. Bartender was very friendly and offered several samples to pick a beer I liked. Ordered the loaded tots- Yum! I told myself I would only eat half, but ended up stuffing myself with most of them. The place is really clean. Even the bathrooms look and smell clean!

Food is great service is amazing the vibes are right 10/10 I recommend if you're in the Sunnyvale area. My cousins and I love this place.

Originally this spot was known as "the office" which we had popped into every now and then. Took a group of friends there (pre-covid) and they had a blast, since then we became regulars. We live in the area, across the railroad tracks so it's a short little walk for us. But even then it seems like there is never a shortage of parking in their back lot. Craft house definitely has a "local regular" vibe to it but everyone always seems really nice for the most part. My wife and I are so happy to see them still open especially after covid hitting pretty hard. The owner Amber & Veronica are awesome! They always remember us when we walk in, both are very nice, attentive and hard working. Veronica is a really good bartender and she is quick! I appreciate that Amber has worked on the consistency of beers & ciders and also her honesty, if something isn't available. We've always had great service from all the girls. They have a pretty good bar menu it's nothing over the top fancy but it's a little elevated than a typical bar. I feel like we've tried a good portion of their menu. Our favorites are the Louisiana Hot Chicken Sandwich, shishito peppers, garlic fries & the wings. The wife and I are vodka & soda girls but it's nice that they have more cocktail options & shooterz if you're feeling fancy or feisty. It's a cleaner local dive bar that plays an array of music depending on who's there or who's working but always a good time! If you're in the area pop in for a drink or bring your (vaccinated) friends and hang out in the back patio.

The sliders are delicious perfect amount of food try them with onion rings, yum. Great selection of draft beer

A must "go to" downtown Sunnyvale! Great, food, beers, cocktails, a jukebox and sometimes live music! Make sure when you're there ask for HEATHER! She makes the best drinks, plays the best tunes and is SO friendly! Favorite downtown bartender by far! Go and check it out!

Crafthouse is making these amazing garlic wings, I definitely give them they are meaty, saucy & so freaking good. I know They also make really good double cheese burgers Great gal behind the bar named Amber

Interesting local bar has a couple pool tables local DJ who is quite entertaining just one thing to remember is the food service stops at 10:00 and the bar stays open till 2:00 of course... Had the fish and chips one night another event we had the hamburger good bar food nothing to brag about friendly service a little bit overwhelmed and short-staffed but manageable

I love dove bars and this is a nicer version of a dive. The women behind the bar do an awesome job. Valeria is especially a nice and friendly face to walk in to for a good beer or cocktail.

Great place to go for food, or to get drunk knowing the people and employees have my back. I go here knowing I get home safe and happy afterward... and maybe with a new friend or two. TJ DJ night also has amazing music.

Context- visiting in January 2021 during the Omicron variant spike. There were about a dozen people sitting at the bar. We ask the bartender (who was wearing a bandana as a mask) if we can sit outside in the back. He says "yes." He also lets us know that he doesn't have a cook but he can fix basic food for us. We had the loaded tots and slides. Neither were remarkable. He, however, was great! After about an hour he comes out to say his shift is over, can he close out, and we do. His replacement doesn't wear a mask at all. When we walked inside to settle up, she was leaning over the bar, speaking to a patron, she was within 18" of his face talking, still no mask. Great beer list, unremarkable food, inconsistent safety.

Supported this bar during COVID restrictions ever since CA opened. Loved the bartenders and the atmosphere but yet apparently the co-owner in what has to be one of the most ridiculous and pathetic attempts at toxic masculinity confronted me saying if I am having sex with his wife? To what I was incredibly puzzled and insulted at the implication - he then proceeds to tell me that "several patrons" have told him I have been saying I am currently having sex with his wife, to which I replied .... "I just Drink here" - not good enough of an answer to him apparently. Tried to start a fight and at the end of the night just called me "pathetic liar and a little man". Look I don't know what's going on at this bar since he deleted my previous 5-star review towards the lovely service from the girls but what I went through from a customer standpoint is beyond ridiculous and happily to never return. What an idiotic and stupid way to kill business - and yet, apparently a confidence boost to me that he felt that I could somehow be having sex with his wife, at the bar I frequent every week ... for ... some reason I guess ? Absolutely beyond ridiculous.

Craft House is a great place to grab a solid meal then stay for a flight of beer from their array of 20 quality craft beer taps and a few tasty bourbons to spare. They also have surprisingly great prices for Sunnyvale. Will be back again.

Found this place on an evening walk off of Murphy and decided to drop in...glad we did! Amber was super friendly and helped us pick out some beer and food (they use a digital menu and have sanitizer on every table...apparently there's a virus going around). We enjoyed the sour beer, nachos, and taco trio. Plenty of TVs around the bar and a pool table in the middle - all adds to the neighborhood bar ambience. We will definitely be back soon!

Staff always has a good attitude, there's a DJ with a karaoke machine, the food is good, and there's a great beer selection.

I stopped by here for a late dinner while on a work trip. The inside was filled with energetic people having a good time at the bar, playing pool, and chatting. They have a decent menu and solid beer options. When I ordered dinner, I wasn't expecting anything too spectacular. My mind was quickly changed when I ordered the Fish and Chips and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I don't know what they do to them, but they easily have the best Fish and Chips I've ever had. The staff is also super friendly, which is a bonus. I'll definitely be back on my next work trip!

The Craft House got a major face lift during Covid, and while I really enjoyed the bar as The Office Bar, I love it as The Craft House! I started going here when it was The Office back in 2018, and now have kept going post-pandemic. Eric has showed so much love for the bar, his employees, and his customers since taking over. Heather and Jaime are both fantastic bartenders who are both very charming, personable, and care about honing their craft. Their cooks make great food (try the Sliders!), and I've never had a bad experience here. I'm a loyal customer for life and have introduced all my friends to this place!

This place opened just before COVID and a lot of people had not had the chance try it. We were able to get a few meals from there prior and some with pick-up. Never disappointed! I love bread but it doesn't like me so when we went in yesterday I ordered something special and they were extremely accommodating. It was so good and so much we had to bring some home!!! The owners, are working on remodeling and upgrading but with all that aside, the food is delish, fresh and very tasty!!!! Thank you Amber! Hubby's birthday dinner was awesome

My go to spot for drinks and fun :) the whole staff is amazing and they never disappoint! The food is great as well. Friendly neighborhood bar with a feel good vibe all around. Stop by, you won't regret it!

Great place to unwind. Great ambiance, service, drinks and food. This is a lovely place to feel relaxed and welcomed. I was personally introduced to Amber who makes the best drinks! I am also lving the new look. Can't wait to come back!!

Three cheers for Amber! This is a long overdue review..we visited here after a long and tiring fun-filled evening/ night at great America. We were all exhausted and hungry...Amber,the waitress made us feel very welcome. The kitchen was almost closed (26th Dec)but she checked and was able to get us out all the food and drinks we needed.Loved her positive attitude. She was patient and incredibly adept with our orders. Food was good... loved the tater tot! Perfect end to our evening..thank you Amber,if we are in the area,will definitely visit again. Nice cosy ambience with warm friendly service:)

Really great place that serves good food. They do have karaoke on Thursday, but the karaoke guy TJ THE DJ is neither, do can't recommend their karaoke. Everything else is great: craft beers, food and bartenders are exceptional!

Beer selection on point, our server Amber has a great energy, we had some fun conversations with patrons and even played pool, definitely will go back to try food and cocktails!!!

This is a great place to stop in and have some drinks as well as have a good meal. I've been going here for years and the owners have gone to great lengths to not only remodel but to ensure that all patrons will have a safe covid regulations enforced environment so all can have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this establishment if your desire is to have a great time in a clean environment. You will not be disappointed.

Favorite bar! Good people, great food, great bartenders, nice atmosphere. Sea bass fish in chips, lamb sliders, spring rolls, tons of craft beers, watermelon seltzer. Hands down best bar in the area.
