What a great cafe! I tried the breakfast pizza-egg, bacon, potato & cheese- for me it was just alright, not much bacon. The mocha was beautiful and yummy- nice coffee flavor- not overbearing with chocolate- perfect and fancy!

Google
I love this place! It’s hard to find a cafe that focuses on gluten-free food, and these guys really do it well. My favorite things to order are their broccoli cheddar quiche, avocado toast, lentil soup, and golden girl latte. I also ordered a custom carrot cake last year for a birthday and it was fantastic! Sometimes it’s hard to find a seat because they’re so busy, but I’m ok with that. If the weather is nice, the sidewalk seating outside is very enjoyable.

Found this gem today on a bike ride to St Pete. Perfect coffee stop. Also has a loaded bakery, juices and good looking menu. I only tried the coffee and juices today but will be back to try the rest.

One of my favorite breakfast spots downtown. I don't have celiac or gluten intolerances so I typically don't go for GF foods since they usually are a little "off" compared to standard wheat based baked goods but wow these guys made me a big fan. Their breakfast pizzas, quiche and cinnamon rolls in particular are my favourites. They also make excellent coffees. Even if you don't usually like gluten free foods you should for sure check this place out!

Everything served fresh and piping hot :-) My omelette was cooked to perfection, and so were the potatoes. My father got pancakes and rather than stacking them they put them around the plate and he got three times the toppings! Orders are large enough that you will be full the entire day. One couple was splitting their order. Homemade pastries homemade pizzas fresh tea to order they sell in bulk. The coffee is delicious. And the service is so personable. Everyone works with Integrity here. And they are so kind. I'm super excited for the Skyway location to open soon.

My whole family is gluten free, so I ordered a pecan pie for our thanksgiving and it was AMAZING. I want to eat it everyday. Perfectly sweet, crust was crispy but not crumbly, pecan forward but not too much so. Yum yum yum

The balance of smooth espresso and creamy milk makes for an awesomely comforting drink, whether you're starting your day or taking a midday break. The baristas really know their craft, and it shows in every cup.The ambiance at Craft Kafe is warm and inviting, with a trendy yet relaxed vibe that makes you want to linger. Highly recommended!

Google
I was surprised by how many vegan baked goods they had. I only got one photo because everything else disappeared fast. I ordered two vegan truffles, a matcha latte with coconut milk, the galaxy bar, cranberry orange loaf, and a V. cookie. The cranberry orange loaf—one of the first pastries they ever made—was really good. The galaxy bar and the loaf were my favorites. The matcha truffle ball was a little dry, but still had decent flavor. The cashier was patient and friendly, walked me through all the vegan options, and even let me sample the Kyoto drip. Strong stuff, but I liked it. The matcha latte was smooth and balanced, clearly made with ceremonial-grade matcha and coconut milk that paired well. I didn’t stay long since I was just passing through the area, but I’ll be stopping by again when I’m back in town. And to the staff member who noticed my shirt and almost had it—Element 39 is Yttrium.

Yelp
Still excellent and even better than when we visited last year. The pastries are beyond delectable and you can easily taste the high quality flour used. Just love this gluten free cafe! Too bad more of these aren't around everywhere. Tried a date roll which was date paste wrapped in pastry and it was excellent. Good job owners! Love your place.

Yelp
Great spot to meet up with friends for coffee and breakfast! All the food is gluten-free which is new for me - I've never had gluten-free food before, so I didn't have anything to compare it to, but my banana nut muffin was tasty with a slightly different texture than a regular muffin. The coffee was delicious, hot and perfectly flavored and the latte art was such a nice bonus. There's very limited seating inside, but plenty of outdoor seating available. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I came with friends and one brought her one-year-old, and the guy who delivered our order even brought extra napkins and straws without us asking - such thoughtful service! Definitely a cozy, welcoming place worth checking out.

Yelp
OK, I understand that this review is coming from a groupie. Absolutely love freaking craft café! They hire nice people and you get waited on by nice people. There is no attitude here . Everyone is nice, Raphael, Radistina, all of them.. you deserve this experience, if you are nice.... Owen did I mention the coffee is smooth like silk... Best coffee in town well best espresso. And the other thing,? They're all gluten-free and it taste good..

Yelp
The service is fast here. We enjoyed our coffees and the chocolate mouse Betty was sooo good! Warm crust filled with a warm ooey gooey scoop of chocolate goodness! I could have eaten a ton of these. The hand pies were meh. I would try something different for my savory choose. I love that you can choose to dine inside or out. Great place to meet friends or have a brunch date!
google avatar

Yelp
Best GF bread we've ever had! Delicious breakfast and coffee. The ordering process is a little confusing first time but the staff is very helpful. There is very little seating but we will be back!

Yelp
Every time I come here lately the place is filthy. You can see in the kitchen also, the whole place is filthy. The last 3 times I came the bathrooms & entire place is just way too dirty & messy for moi standards. I did love to grab a matcha here, the cafe is super cute & so convenient next to moi fave supermarket. So disappointed. Won't return.

Yelp
This little one of a kind cafe has it all. Everything on the menu is gluten free and some of the best food I've ever had in my life. The staff were super friendly and the lady behind the counter was even singing softly under her breath to the music playing. I can't wait to come back. I'm doing my best to try new places to review but I think I'll be back to Craft Kafe really soon.

Melissa C.

Yelp
Best gluten free restaurant and menu hands down! I frequently visit and try new things, the carrot cake is one of, if not the best I've had! I forget instantly that it's GF!!! Love this place, it's the best find for anyone (GF or not)!!!

Jake W.

Yelp
The food is... lackluster. No salt, seasoning, anything. Such a sad breakfast sandwich even to be gluten free. Won't be returning. Nice staff and cute cafe, just don't suggest food unless you bring your own sauces and seasonings.
google avatar

Pascal S.

Yelp
Great avocado toast with egg, and the coffee is authentically European/Italian -- rich and smooth. As someone from Italy and Switzerland, I can say it tastes like home. Friendly vibe, definitely worth a visit!
google avatar

Emily A.

Yelp
What an amazing find that you don't have to ask for gluten free, It just is! Love it. I was really looking forward to my breakfast sandwich which came out looking fantastic, but then fell a little flat, but I have to say the bread was yummy and soft. So their homemade GF brioche was great. It was something about the eggs that were mixed with my choice of chicken sausage. I couldn't put my finger on what the issue was but it just wasn't a delicious sandwich as I was hoping. Hope they weren't bad eggs but it has been a week now and I'm okay lol. If I was ever in the area again I would totally return due to the great concept and I should have taken a treat with me to begin with.

Yelp
We absolutely love this place. First discovered it when we were on vacation In st. Pete's, now that we live in Florida, we drove over 2 hours north just come and stack up on the goodies! Everything here is absolutely delicious including their coffee/ cappuccino is fantastic! Will be back and highly recommend!! P.s the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY!!!

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Craft was amazing!! They went above and beyond to make my wedding day brunch seamless with exceptional service and amazing cuisine (quiche and pastries!!) Thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Popped in for coffee only BUT all the food looked so great and such a cool vibe. Great crowd and fun menu We'll be back

Yelp
I went on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 and it was surprisingly busy, so it seems like a neighborhood favorite. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and the blueberry pancakes. The latte was honestly the best coffee I've had in St Pete, it was spectacular! Unfortunately, the pancakes were terrible. I don't know if they use too much cornflour or oil, but the pancakes are yellow, and don't taste right. I eat gluten free pancakes all the time at home, and the Bisquick gluten free mix is far superior to these, which was a big let down. They were also overcooked. I will definitely go back for more coffee and to try some of the pastries, but I was disappointed by the pancakes.
google avatar

Gimel G.

Yelp
$15 for two pieces of tomato jam and cheese. They forgot to include the cheese. Pretty expensive for this...

Yelp
No other way to have a midday snack than a pastry and iced latte. Craft Kafe had some pretty good reviews so I stopped in while in the area. The display case of pastries had me in chokehold. There were sooo many yummy choices to choose from, but I needed something savory. Their chicken fajita handpie was calling me and while eyeing that, the "white chocolate raspberry danish" was yelling at me so I had to grab that, too. The menu stated they make coffee syrups in house and pumpkin was still available so I requested a pumpkin caramel iced latte with whole milk. The pastries were warmed up and I immediately digged in. The handpie was hands down my favorite. I was full of shredded chicken and flavor, moist, not greasy, and the crust was not dry. The danish, though, did not stand out much. In fact, I only had a few bites and forgot about it. The latte was not sweet, but was missing some of the caramel flavor I was looking for. Overall, I'd give my experience a 3.5/5. Next time, I'll be sure to try some other pastries and maybe even a sandwich.

Yelp
I never leave here without getting one of the Pepperoni Pizza slices. SO good! I've loved everything I've gotten here but that's my favorite.
google avatar

Olivia B.

Yelp
I just love this place because everything is gluten free. I love all their fun coffee options too!
google avatar

Mara M.

Yelp
Cute cafe with yummy food and drinks! Service was great and ambiance was nice and chill. We enjoyed the chicken cream sandwich and salad, as well as the ice oat milk lattes. Lots of delicious-looking pastries in the front and back too! Would recommend :)
google avatar

Yelp
Let's start with the good: the coffee was very good. Hot and delicious. And that's really what I came for. Bad or underwhelming: muffins & cookies. A bit dry and lacking in flavor.

Chad M.

Yelp
Always one of my favorite places, great coffee, and good food... excited to hear that they have a new location opening up near the skyway bridge

Yelp
Kraft Kafe is consistently great. Not good...great. St. Pete is definitely not a food town... not yet anyway. Lots of bland food with little personality. The Kraft Kafe is an exception. It would do well in LA, NY, Philly, etc...it's that good. I believe their entire menu is gluten free. I never feel sluggish after eating their food, and it is very flavorful. Breakfast pizza and quiches are go to's for me and my wife. Lattes are excellent. Their desserts are on point as well.
google avatar

Ethan T.

Yelp
We had a good experience at this gluten-free focused restaurant in St. Petersburg (at West Central Shopping Center). All items that we got were to-go. My wife had the Chicken Avocado sandwich, the vegan galaxy bar, and the Vegan cupcake (carrot). The Chicken Avocado sandwich was the standout. We felt that the prices were really fair and quite a bit lower than what were used to here in Orlando. Great place, friendly associates and quite busy.

Yelp
Anytime I'm in the Tampa/St Pete area, Craft Kafe is an absolute MUST. This was my first time at this location. It is much smaller than the St Pete location, but their quality of coffee and food is the same, if not slightly better if I'm honest. I had an oatmilk latte that I'm still day-dreaming about, and my absolute favorite breakfast item from them is their breakfast pizza. I don't know of too many places to make breakfast pizza, and for some reason I always think about elementary school when I eat it but I love it. I'll always order it. I always also get their vegan galaxy bar that is loaded with delicious chocolate, nuts, and coconut to take with me as well as their cheese and spinach pie so that even as I'm back in Orlando, I can still have a taste of Craft Kafe. Service was great, they have outside seating which I prefer just because you feel the morning gentle breeze as you sip on your delicious coffee; I can't think of a better way to start the day.

Yelp
Great little hole In wall next to an organic natural grocery store. They offer a wide array of pastry and savory dishes along with vegan and dairy free options. The matcha lattes were very good. Tasted like true matcha and not just a mix of sugar and green powder. The cafe was jamming and it's self serve. Baristas tried their best and fastest to handle the order load. There is plenty of parking as it's in a shopping center and credit card is taken
google avatar

Patricia K.

Yelp
The best quiche ever! The crust is incredible. Totally fresh food, made as you order. Gets very very busy, not a lot of seating area but worth it
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Easy to miss cafe in a shopping center. Signage doesn't help it, but being a lookout for it and it is a true gem. Coffee is rich and delicious, and they have unique brews in addition to standard Italian expresso based coffees that really impress. But it doesn't stop there - The pastries are amazing! I was astounded by the quality of the pastries that they make on premises. In addition to pastries they make a variety of salads and sandwiches. I haven't tried the sandwiches or salads yet, but I can attest to the pastries - they're delicious! This place is a keeper!
google avatar

Amy G.

Yelp
I love this place even more! I always enjoyed coming here for lunch and picking up bake goods for friends. Everything is delicious. Then I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Hypothyroidism which means NO Gluten cause the Gliadin in Gluten causes my immune system to attack my thyroid and other parts. So now I am grateful this place exists! The Great news - this place is all gluten free! Its my home away from home. Crazy as it sounds it the safe space for people like me to eat. And the food is delicious. I have friends who fly in just to eat here knowing she can trust what she eats will not make her sick. Come here for great food and feel the love!

Yelp
Hands down my favorite bakery/coffee cafe in Pinellas! EVERYTHING is Gluten FREEEEEE!!! EVERYTHING! I come here often to work for a bit, enjoy the energy, eat, drink tea/coffee and be merry. Today I tried a slice of their vanilla cake. It was gorgeous (we eat with our eyes first) and it was moist and tasty! I always love getting the first slice of a cake...WINNING!

Alexa E.

Yelp
This cafe is completely gluten free it was so nice to be able to order whatever I wanted off the menu! The service was quick and friendly will definitely be back

Chis P.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We do not need to be gluten-free, but we were here for coffee and got a blueberry turnover for later. Blueberry fillings tend to be overly sweet and often gummy, but this was perfect - a bit of lemon flavor, perfect level of sweetness! My only regret is that we aren't local and can't go back to try more of their food. In addition to pastries, Craft Kafe offers pizza and other foods. We had an iced mocha with milk and a hot mocha with almond milk. I rarely drink coffee because it never tastes as good as it smells, and almond milk tends to be watery, and most coffee places use a pre-made chocolate syrup that ends up being too sweet. Craft makes their own mocha and I don't know what's in it but this is easily in my top two non-dairy mochas that I've ever had. The milk drinker among us said the mocha was the perfect mix of sweetness - very flavorful.
google avatar

Amy V.

Yelp
Another home run for Craft! Came here for my birthday breakfast and they didn't disappoint. Honestly I don't know why they don't have a full five star rating!! I like the outside seating in the morning, the inside has a great vibe with music playing but not to loud. The staff is over the top nice and accommodating, the lattes are a work of art and delicious! And the FOOD!!! Well it's all gluten free....yeah I said ALL GF! The selection is amazing looking, the flavor is spot on and drool worthy! GET IN MY BELLY!! You better get here before I eat it allllllll

Stef-aniee M.

Yelp
Worst Cinnamon bun I ever had. Very disappointed, my daughter got the pancakes, also terrible
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
Such a great experience at Craft Kafe! Stopped in with friends to grab a coffee. Drooled over their pastries but I have a wheat allergy so assumed I couldn't have any of them. Noticed a menu that said "gluten free cafe" so asked if they had any gluten free bakery items. Turns out, they're a completely gluten free establishment!!! I had my first slice of carrot cake in ~10 years and it was amazing. Purchased a pie for a Friendsgiving later that night and got nothing but compliments. Will definitely be back!

Chris F.

Yelp
I wish we had Craft Kafe in Baltimore. Food is amazing, can't even tell it's gluten free. Great coffee, great menu, would appreciate more dairy-free pastry options, but I imagine baking with no gluten and no dairy is particularly difficult. 6 stars out of 5.

A W.

Yelp
This place is awesome. Staff is nice and informative, food is bomb. What more could you want in a GF place?
google avatar

Wayne N.

Yelp
Amazing coffee shop in downtown st Pete. Easily the best iced coffee I've ever had. Not sure what beans or brew method that Kyoto drip is but it's a super smooth, low acidity, hyper caffeinated crisp morning pick me up. Add some vanilla for sweetness and you got no need for cream. The lattes are decent too. I got my wife a mocha latte and it had great chocolate notes but we both agreed the iced coffee is the way to go. Definitely come by for your Java needs
google avatar

Jolie W.

Yelp
My favorite breakfast and coffee shop, gluten free but you'd never know, favorites are the pancakes, quiche, breakfast pizza, omelettes and breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend this great spot!

Peter S.

Yelp
Yelp! asked me to write a review although I'd already... let's see if this is what further they're looking for: I really highly recommend Craft Kafe. I even wish there were one in Los Angeles where I drink more coffee and frequent more cafes.
google avatar

Yelp
Looking for our morning dose of coffee we found Craft Kate. Loved the establishment, all Gluten Free & Vegan options. I had the pretty woman with homemade almond milk and the pecan bar. My husband had the adobo assorted baked empanada that was amazing. It was like a filled potato in the shape of a empanada. Loved the variety of food options a and environment. They're location is prime. There's also an outside sitting area with a pretty courtyard and order window. Also great for your pets :)
google avatar

Eileen P.

Yelp
We went here a few times while in St. Pete. I'm gluten free so I really appreciate when I find a place with good gluten free options. Everything we tried here was excellent - pizza, apple turnover, cinnamon roll & carrot cake. Everything here is gluten free so it's safe for those who need true gluten free. If you're not gluten free, you'd never know that the items are gluten free... it's just good food!

Kara P.

Yelp
Very weak coffee, old stale and microwaved food. The food was so gross. One bite and I threw it right out. You can tell it was just freshly microwaved.

Mike M.

Yelp
All Gluten Free- but deli style. So if you are looking for table service- not the place.
google avatar

Vivica R.

Yelp
VEGAN REVIEW: I'm a fan. The avocado toast is good and tea collection is nice. While this isn't a vegan establishment they have decent vegan options that I actually like and aren't pricey. Perfect little study or work spot although it can be loud at times and right next to earth origins Market so if you need to do some holistic shopping it's only a few steps away. Further, minutes away from the beach and centrally located. It's in central so you can ride the trolley to the beach or downtown if you so choose. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable at this location and the inside of the establishment was clean with ample parking outside.

Yelp
I have been here on 2 occasions: pre and amid the pandemic. Two completely different experiences naturally on the ordering side--but, unfortunately, also on the food quality side. Pandemic order (as it's the most recent): Noted from the parking lot with signs all over windows that they're only accepting pre orders. You're not even allowed in to order - must call. After I stated that I was already of the parking lot, they were very gracious to offer incredibly fast service. Gentleman over the phone was cheery and courteous, just like I remembered their top-notch service. Also had to provide payment credit card number over the phone, which he asked if I was comfortable with. I agreed and completed order. Within 5 minutes, a sweet young lady came out of the store with my order in a cute little box, scolding hot. While she was wearing gloves, she was not wearing a mask - which I know could be a concerning issue for some during thre crisis (sp whose health is compromised or the elderly). mushroom adobo pastry... what happened?! It was pure ginger, smelled like essential oils... waaayyy too overpowering, nothing like last time. The quiche though? Delicious, although thre cheese on top was way too "crunchy" - overcooked. All in all, I would still come back, although I'm afraid it may not offer a consistent experience.
google avatar

Stephanie O.

Yelp
Excellent food! Came out fast! I would skip the sweet treats and stick with savory! The breakfast pizzas and hand pies are amazing! I liked the chai tea as well. All GF and vegan bakery. Friendly staff!
google avatar

Yelp
Craft Kafe is a St. Petersburg staple. "The quiche is legendary," was the first thing I was told by a local on my way there, and they were right. The quiche is legendary, and for good reason. I've tried nearly everything on their menu by now, but my favorite is the spinach, tomato and feta quiche. Like all their baked goods, it's made with gluten-free flour stone-milled in house (celiacs rejoice). It's the only bakery I've tried with gluten-free artisan baked goods and pastries that actually taste amazing! The coffee and espresso beverages are my favorite in St. Pete. They make their own almond, soy and coconut milk as well. This location is their OG, and it's tucked away in a shopping center next to a grocery store and pharmacy. The staff is friendly, parking is free, WiFi is strong and there's indoor and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or a coffee break.

Linda B.

Yelp
Amazing everything!!! So awesome to be able to have wonderful gluten-free food that everyone
