I have been here on 2 occasions: pre and amid the pandemic. Two completely different experiences naturally on the ordering side--but, unfortunately, also on the food quality side.
Pandemic order (as it's the most recent): Noted from the parking lot with signs all over windows that they're only accepting pre orders. You're not even allowed in to order - must call. After I stated that I was already of the parking lot, they were very gracious to offer incredibly fast service. Gentleman over the phone was cheery and courteous, just like I remembered their top-notch service. Also had to provide payment credit card number over the phone, which he asked if I was comfortable with. I agreed and completed order.
Within 5 minutes, a sweet young lady came out of the store with my order in a cute little box, scolding hot. While she was wearing gloves, she was not wearing a mask - which I know could be a concerning issue for some during thre crisis (sp whose health is compromised or the elderly).
mushroom adobo pastry... what happened?! It was pure ginger, smelled like essential oils... waaayyy too overpowering, nothing like last time.
The quiche though? Delicious, although thre cheese on top was way too "crunchy" - overcooked.
All in all, I would still come back, although I'm afraid it may not offer a consistent experience.
