I came for dinner in a 10 person group. We had a great time and ate some very tasty food over drinks. Would definitely recommend for a group outing. Food: - Delicious! I had the spicy sausage flatbread which had a good amount of kick. The coconut rice was amazing too. - Drink menu is comprehensive. I had a bourbon cocktail that was absolute perfection. - Don't expect the oversized portions you typically get in the US. If you eat a lot then expect to spend a bit. Seating and Ambience: - We sat outside where they had lots of space & seating with very nice ambience. There was a grass activity area with a giant Connect 4 game. - Indoor seating options were plentiful as well. There was a bar area inside that was very active. - Very clean and spacious restrooms. Other notes: - There's plenty of parking both near the restaurant and in the adjacent industrial parking lots. - I didn't see any children around while we were there; it doesn't seem like the best vibe or type of food for families with young children.

This was our first time in this restaurant bar and we heard that there was entertainment from 6-9 pm on Friday. The ambiance inside and outside was appealing. Happy hour is from 3-6 pm and it is only served inside the restaurant by the bar. Their selection was limited. We had a reservation for dinner and had it outside where the live singer/guitarist was. The entertainment was the highlight of our evening. The musician was awesome singer and guitarist. He closed by singing “Stairway to Heaven”. The food was good but on the pricey side. Overall, we enjoyed our evening.

Happy Hour Menu Items Ordered: Ahi Tuna Tiradito Cuban Sandwich Halloumi Fries Margherita Flatbread Marinated Olives Truffle Mac & Cheese Wings Craft Meatball* Edamame Hummus* House Made Orange Ricotta* Whipped Miso Eggplant* Happy Hour Cocktails Ordered: Espresso Manifesto Prickly Rose Queen Bee Spring Fling Glitz n’ Glam* Smoke Show* Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was delicious. Well, one exception was the Whipped Miso Eggplant. It wasn’t bad, I just wouldn’t order it again. Each cocktail was beautiful and tasted equally delicious! The Prickly Rose and Glitz n’ Glam came with specially molded ice cubes in the form of rose and diamond, nice touch! All items with * are dishes and beverages that I personally tried. Craft meatball had a very nice kick of spice that builds. Edamame hummus was creamy and delicious. The puffy chips made the perfect vessel for devouring! House made orange ricotta was probably my fave right next to the meatball. SO GOOD! Don’t sleep on that one, it’s an appetizer-dessert-party dish. As for all the other menu items ordered, everyone at the table raved over everything. Now onto drinks. I was going to order a different cocktail for my second, but that SMOKE SHOW!! If you’re a mezcal drinker, the smoky and sweet balance was on point. Ended up having two of those. I did have a sip of someone’s Glitz n’ Glam who substituted the gin for vodka. The bartender accommodated the liquor swap, and it was a very fresh tasting drink. Not too sweet – just perfect. I’ll make my way around the rest of the cocktail menu on my next visit because I WILL BE BACK!! Special note: we had 2 pups in attendance to our happy hour. Outdoor seating is perfect for anyone bringing their fur babies. Our party of 8 sat under the patio structure and it felt like semi-private dining. This would make a great location for small event or gathering.

Google
Great place to stop by after work with co-workers or friends. They have a good selection of beers on their drink menu and prices are reasonable. I the food menu isn’t huge, but they have some pretty solid options. I ordered one of the flatbreads and it was really good! Bummed that they don’t have any happy hour specials, but cute little place overall.

Beautiful restaurant. I was here once before for brunch when it was Florence. Now I’m returning with my girls for brunch under the name Crafted Culture. Plenty of parking. We made reservations for 10:30 on a Sunday and we were the only ones dining inside. About an hour later, closer to noon was when the crowds came. Brunch menu is very limited. We did family style and ordered a side of biscuits and gravy ($7), spicy fennel sausage flatbread ($16), and smoked salmon benedict ($18). All dishes were excellent. The best biscuits and gravy I’ve had and it’s like my 4th place in two months. The biscuits remind me of Church’s Chicken biscuits. It was a “side” dish but it came with 3 medium sized biscuits. The flat bread was spicy. The English muffin on the benedict was so soft! We enjoyed the food and I got myself an espresso manifesto which uses espresso from next door, Leap coffee. It had vodka, cacao, and Mr. Black coffee liqueur. Note: Don’t get seated along the window under the AC vent. Water leaks on you. It leaked on my back and in my water cup!

Google
We were looking for a new place to eat in the area and Crafted Culture popped up on restaurants in Poway. So we decided to give it a try. When we arrived no one was inside - but there were several tables outside. We decided to sit outside too. My wife ordered a Honey Bee drink that she said was very good. She also ordered a wedge salad and I ordered the spicy fennel sausage flatbread - both were very good. We took a look at the desert menu, but I am more of a chocolate lover so we decided to pass. Overall this was a very nice place for dinner and I'm sure we will be back again in the future.

The drinks are so good. We got Smashed on Cider and Bee's Knees and both were great! It is a great place for a little date or work get together. Seats are always available and service is quick. The food was great too.

Google
Found our experience at Craft Culture to be okay at best. We got quit a few appetizers but these were the ones that I tried. First off the meatball was super spicy for us. Not sure if they're made fresh but if so it came with some heat. Flat bread and fritters we're pretty good. Also got the NAAN and hummus which were okay. Had to send back the NAAN because they surprisingly were delivered to us badly burnt. Service to get food was super slow but other than that the place is okay for a neighborhood restaurant. I'd be willing give them another try as it's possible we just caught them on an off day

Yelp
So bummed I didn't get photos of the food but loved my time here. Met a friend for drinks and ended up ordering food as well. Went on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy, but there was large bar seating area and plenty of tables so even if it was crowded I imagine they can seat quite a few people. We each ordered a cocktail which we're well made. Not too strong, but not weak. They also had draft beer and wine options. We started with a truffle Mac and cheese and it was delicious, not too much truffle. I got the spicy fennel sausage flatbread, which did have a slight spice to it. Which I throughly enjoyed, but if you're sensitive it's probably not a good option for you. My vegetarian friend got the Brie peach flatbread, without the prosciutto. Even without the salty meat, it was still a pleasant sweet/savory combo. This spot would definitely make a great date night option. I'll definitely be going back and getting pictures of the food and updating my experience.

Yelp
Duck fat fries were AMAZING! Service was great! Liked the decor - they had it decorated for Valentine's Week. Our only complaint is we did not love the flavor of the roasted butternut curry. It was a bit rich. Also my kid didn't care for the mac n cheese so he hardly ate. I do appreciate the creativity of both their drink and food menu,

Yelp
I really, really wanted to like this place but unfortunately after giving it a few tries I think I'm done. Most recently, I made a reservation for 6 for Sunday brunch. The reservation was at 9, which is when they open, and when we arrived the doors were still locked and it was empty inside. After waiting until 9:05, we called the restaurant and someone came to let us in. Very weird. We were seated at a nice table, and attempted to order coffee but were told they have no coffee. Apparently coffee is provided by an independent business, and they wouldn't be up and running for 30 minutes! I don't understand how you can operate an upscale brunch and not be able to serve coffee. The food was good, but unfortunately the kids food came out 5 minutes after the rest of the food, which any parent would tell you is a big problem. A few food items were also left off of the orders, which we had to ask for after getting the food. They need to properly staff the restaurant to overall make the experience positive. They also need to figure out a different plan for coffee, that situation was very frustrating and made the whole meal start off on a negative.

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday night. Seemed like there was a company party happening outside, but we were seated inside immediately :) Parking lot was pretty busy, maybe because they share the space with a business office. Inside was cozy and they were playing thursday night football. Bartender seemed to be charismatic with the folks seated at the bar. Ordered a white wine and it came out quickly. Ordered the calamari and their brie peach flatbread. Loved the sauce that came with the calamari. flatbread was good and fresh, dough was a bit tough but nothing to complain about. love how they change their menu seasonally. Also ordered the apple pie with ice cream and it kind of tasted like bananas? Still good though.

Yelp
Just stopped by for a quick bite and drinks. The drinks were so good that i didnt take a picture. The food was good too, but didnt try too many things Ahi Tuna Tiradato - Refreshing and full of flavor Fennel sausage Flatbread - As good a flatbread that can be expected. Perfect crust and generous toppings. The service and the ambience was also great.

Yelp
I have visited a few times but I had such a good experience with the hostess who also was our waitress for the evening. I unfortunately did not note down her name, but can at least mention when I went. Date: Thursday, August 3rd around 5:00PM, group of 5. My coworkers and I went afterwork to catch up and also celebrate a belated birthday. I had grabbed a mini-cake and had arrived without checking if they had a fridge. She took such good care of us! She helped me store the minicake in the fridge to keep it cool and then brought it out after we finished most of the food. She came to check in on us and also served our table and others. Surprisingly it was not busy, and we scored a table outside. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing in ambiance inside and outside and in food presentation. -The Craft Meatball is a GIANT meatball made of Kurabuta Pork and Veal, sitting on top of Arrabiata. Very flavorful. -Our group also shared the duck fat garlic fries, which we ask them to remove the parmesan as some of our group is lactose intolerant. Decent. -I've been a fan of their spicy fennel sausage flatbread, and still am. -We also ordered the craft wings which are decent. -Someone ordered a salad, which was quite massive on half a bundle of lettuce. She bought out the cake afterwards for us with a candle on top which was sweet! (Because I didn't bring a candle to get lit). Our group likes to come here because we enjoy the drinks because of the names. I usually get the Glitz n'Glam - which is Empress Gin, Crystal Diamond Ice, St. Elder Blood Orange, Lemon and Hibisucs Bitters. Other unique drinks include The Knockout, Prickly Rose, Spring Fling, Smoke Show, or Queen Bee. We did unfortunately miss their happy hour which is a hard cut off at 5:00 PM as their system is geared that way. Service was decent for us when we went. Our group did question the small cups for water - as they were quite tiny compared to the usual regular glasses, but otherwise I think we all enjoyed our time. I did neglect to take pictures, but can confirm the spicy fennel still looks the same as what I got for when we had brunch.

Yelp
Crafted Culture is a great spot for dinner any day! This place has a nice drink selection, full bar, and a large screen tv near the bar. Their menu has many nice selections, and we like that they also offer lighter food that's still pretty delicious! I ordered their chicken avocado salad and ordered a glass of rosè. We finished our dinner with the chocolate cake, which was enjoyed by our family of four. Service was fast and friendly! Additionally, we LOVE how kid-friendly they are! They have a kids' menu, which also doubles as a coloring book that comes with legit crayons! Love that. If you haven't been here yet, you've got to check this place out.

Yelp
The restaurant is super cute and has both indoor and outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking. The servers were all very friendly. There is also a cafe in the same place called Leap. My friend and I came on a Wednesday afternoon and service was quick and efficient. We ordered the duck fat garlic fries, craft wings, and albacore tuna melt. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor/seasoning. It was also overpriced for what you receive. I don't think I'll be back for food, but it's a nice place to come sit outside and study. We also tried the taro latte and chai latte, which were both very watered down and lacked flavor. Those cost about $5-6/drink. I wouldn't come back for a beverage. However, staff was very friendly.

Yelp
I came here just to try out the drinks. FYI : They have happy hour Mon - Sat (3pm - 5pm). I've attached the menu. We tried Smoke show, Prickly rose, Old fashioned. I loved Smoke show, Old fashioned & Prickly rose in that order :)

Yelp
Craft Culture is fantastic! Came here with my partner for a quick happy hour and was delighted by the friendly service and amazing happy hour menu. We started with a couple drinks. I got a margarita and my partner got the garden mule. Both drinks were tasty and well made. Afterwards I tried one of their happy hour seltzers, which to be honest wasn't my favorite, but that's certainly not Crafted Culture's fault. For food, I got the Mac n cheese and my partner got the chicken katsu sandwich. We shared the halloumi fries. The Mac and cheese was so creamy and had lots of flavor. I especially loved the crispiness of the bread crumbs. The halloumi fries were soooo good. I am definitely getting them again. My partner said that the sandwich was delicious and the chicken was perfectly crispy. Overall 10/10 experience and I look forward to returning!

Yelp
Drinks and food here are BOMB. We come here for special occasions and always leave happy. Fun shaped cocktail ice is a nice touch, but the cocktails themselves are the highlight. Expertly crafted with tons of flavor and balance. Did I mention the food? Duck fat fries are a favorite!

Yelp
Crafted Culture is such a great spot for food and drinks. They are located in the same building as Leap Coffee. The vibe is causal. You'll see people studying/working here but there is also a huge bar. While the vibe is casual, the food is delicious! Everything on the menu is made from scratch, and you can definitely tell. Even their plating is absolutely beautiful. - Spring Fling + Glitz n Glam cocktails: Both of these drinks were so refreshing. Their cocktails are also so cute! - Truffle Mac & Cheese: Can't go wrong with this. Super cheesy and loved that it is baked! - Crab & Shrimp Cake: LIFE CHANGING. The best crab cake I've ever had. It comes with shredded apples mustard aioli. Everything combined was just amazing. - Marinated Artichoke: Such a great side item. Comes with tons of avocado, pistachios, peppers, and a great dressing. - Cuban Sandwich: Filled with so much meat. Loved the ciabatta bread! - Margherita Flatbread: Can't go wrong with a flatbread. Yummy fresh mozzarella on this one! Parking is easy. They are a bit understaffed, so service may be a bit slower but it's worth it! Great spot for group hangouts or even dates. Highly recommend this spot!!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I live in Sabre Springs and tend to frequent the same establishments for Happy Hour, but a couple weeks ago decided to try something new for a change. After a cursory search of what else was around us, I discovered Crafted Culture tucked back into the business park off Evening Creek drive. It is located only a couple miles from our house, so we decided to pay it a visit. There is an abundance of parking at least at the time we arrived, so we were able to park right out front. Upon walking in, we noticed that it affords a lot of space for patrons including table, counter and bar seating. It also would appear that it's also a coffee shop. I like this idea and think it's awesome to be a coffee shop to serve the local businesses, but also cocktails or beers for social or after work gatherings. We each settled on one a craft old fashioned and ordered some wings to share. The cocktails were made quickly and tasted pretty good and I liked that they put their own little spin on them which sometimes is a risky move, but these turned out great. The wings weren't quite what I expected, but this is clearly a place that puts their own spin on things and they were by no means bad. They were a little too saucy for my preference and I was kind of surprised they didn't have ranch, but it's not a huge deal by any means. The flavor was still there and they were decent size wings. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and I would have no hesitation to come back and try more cocktails or another appetizer. It's nice to know also that it's so close to home.

Yelp
I came to their grand opening back in August 2021 and it was so fun! They had live music, local craft beer and cocktails, tray passed appetizers, Hawaiian pig roast, and Leap coffee station. The party was outdoors and the patio area was so cute. I started off with the Shark bites kid drink LOL. It had blue lemonade, Mexican Sprite, and a shark gummy on top! I'm glad I got to try the last portion of the pig roast! It was pretty tasty! The salmon and charred eggplant flatbreads were also yummy. I came back again in September of last year to try their brunch items. The decor is still the same. We shared the brisket bao buns and the brioche French toast. Both entrees were presented nicely and were very filling and appetizing. I had a great time here both times!

Yelp
I've given this place many tries, and don't get me wrong, the food if you order right is good. The burger is a must try. I am never disappointed with this order. The flat bread sausage pizza was shocking delicious. Some things are a hit or miss, but give them a try if you are in the neighborhood. The service is just slow. I'm not sure if they are short staffed, but it took forever to get lunch served. Don't come if you don't have a little extra time to spare.

Yelp
This is where my husband & I go when we want to treat ourselves. They have great cocktails and food. Still need to try their happy hour but it's like a hidden gem when it comes to good drinks and food in the area.

Yelp
Our second visit within a month. This place is great. They have excellent indoor and outdoor seating, service is excellent. Most importantly, the food is amazing. The cocktail game is on another level. My wife and I are planning to come here on date night without the kids. Our last two visits with our 2 and 4 year old. They do have a kids menu and are very family friendly. Great place and we will return.

Yelp
My friends and I ended up here because our original spot was too busy for a work week lunch. My rating is really for the customer service and the ambiance. It's an odd space. The Leap coffee sign is the only thing I saw. Luckily my friend has been here before so she knew to enter and its part Crafted Culture, part Leap frog Coffee. It's very nice, ambiance wise. The host was great - informed us that we could sit in or outside because the rain wasn't due until the next day. Our waitress was great too. She offered her favorite entree of the two my friend asked. She was smiley and courteous. I ordered the Granny Smith Miso Salad. It looked pretty with all the colors. The lacinato kale paired well with the dressing. I wished there was more salad though. The hazelnuts would have been easier to eat the salad if they were chopped. It left me wanting more, possibly with a side of hard bread? For the price of the salad, I wouldn't have cared to return. I also ordered an oat milk sweet cinnamon latte from the coffee shop. Not sure what the partnership is, but we had to ask for the coffee menu for Leap coffee. My friends ordered the bao buns with salad. The bao buns soaked up the dressing from the salad so it was not desirable to eat.

Yelp
We recently visited this fairly new, avant garde restaurant. It's nestled in a sprawling industrial complex in the Sabre Springs neighborhood of San Diego, which is just west of Poway and south of Carmel Mountain Ranch. I was immediately struck by how modern, clean and spacious this restaurant is. Unfortunately when visiting during Happy Hour, you are limited to the HH menu. Le Papagayo does this and I'm not a fan. Anyway, full bar, nice draft beer selection, etc., so we took a number of HH small plates for a test drive. Duck Fat Garlic Fries were excellent! Hot, crispy, and flavorful. Comes with sides of aioli and 'chup. Wedge Salad was tasty, although farily petite. Needed more dressing. The pickled red onions were a nice touch. Truffle Mac & Cheese was decent. A fairly pedestrian recipe. Did not seeem baked although it was served piping hot. Crumb topping was excessive. The Spicy Fennel Sausage Flatbread was excellent. Probably my favorite item among the four we tried. Included Calabrian peppers and Fontina. Overall this place is a hidden gem with an interesting, creative menu. Well worth checking out. They feature live music every Friday and reservations are available on OpenTable.

Yelp
I like their outdoor area. It's a great place for large groups or if you have tiny toddlers running around. It's hard finding a place to have dinner with toddlers, but this place was perfect for that. Their food was good, although slightly over priced for what it was. The drinks... yuck. They just tasted like sugar + alcohol. Lacked any other flavors. They were extremely sweet. The service... also yuck. We were one out of two total tables in the entire restaurant, and the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. I would understand if they were busy... but it was our party and another table of two. We had to get up and walk to the waitress to ask for everything. The things we did ask for, never came out and we'd have to walk up to the waitress and ask again. I just didn't understand where she went the entire time. She kept blaming everything on the bartender... but it wasn't just our drinks. It was our food, our check, everything took FOREVER. I truly hate the automated tip in these scenarios. Tips should be given for exceptional service or at the very least, good service. We were forced to tip 20% for awful service. Doesn't make any sense.

Yelp
Our family had enjoyed the venue several times. But our last visit was a let down. The server was grouchy and uninterested in us. Several of the apps we liked were not available. It's a nice setting both inside and outside. Just didn't appreciate the vibe.

Yelp
Came here today with a group of friends and scored a lovely outside table where we could sprawl and relax. It was the first time visiting for all of us so we eagerly perused the menu. I was bummed that my first choice of the Bee's Knees and burger were not available. I switched to the Basic Bee cocktail and chicken katsu sando, which were good but I was disappointed not to have my first choice. The sandwich was decent but I ended up finding the bread unwieldy so I just cut the sandwich and piled pickle and slaw on it. The fries were amazing-I ate almost every single one! I also want to applaud the service-very friendly and attentive and perfectly paced our meal.

Yelp
I started going to Crafted Culture some months ago mostly to work from the patio outside while having my coffee and listening to elevator music...never really realized how huge this restaurant is and how modern in the middle of a corporation center. I went some weeks back to celebrate St Patrick's day with friends from the gym and we had a huge full table only for us and my burger was amazing. Everything was really good and there was also live music and fresh flowers. Only thing that I could see was a bit slow was getting out food. Understandable for a large group but at the same time it was a Friday night and there were not many people in the restaurant other than us and a couple of smaller groups. Slow motion apart, I find the quality and feel-good factor is there. I would not order the pineapple beer anymore but good try:)

Yelp
Crafted culture is located in the business complex in the Scripps Ranch neighborhood. We came here for a weekday lunch. The place is huge, with a lot of seating options inside and outside. We ordered the katsu chicken sandwich and the caesar salad. The sandwich includes panko-crusted fried chicken with spic coleslaw on milk bread. The sandwich was ok, but the accompanying fries were really good. I also had the Nitro Cali Creamin draft beer, which was the best. You could see the beer settle and change color in the glass. The Caesar salad was good. Overall a slightly expensive lunch place that might be the ideal spot for team lunches.

Yelp
Nestled in a business park area right off the 15 freeway so location is easily accessible and central. Ample parking which is always a plus! I live about five minutes away from here and this is the first time I came here with my friend who is a regular. First impression: Came here on a Thursday and had reservations at 5. The hostess was friendly and we were seated pretty fast. Ambiance: Very trendy & casual with a few plants scattered around the restaurant. Food: As my appetizer I got the grilled prawns with red chimichurri, grilled lemon, old bay toast. Nothing spectacular that I hadn't had before elsewhere but still, 4/5, they could have added a little bit more chimichurri. For my main course, I ordered the New Zealand Salmon with orzo pasta, tzatziki, cucumber, peppadew relish, chickpeas, mint, dill, with an oregano vinaigrette. This main course was packed with flavor, the salmon portion was perfect, presentation was beautiful and I had zero complaints. I had every single bite. Drink: I had the sour beer they had on rotation, I wish I remembered the name of it, it was *okay* just had a really weird after taste. I do not recommend getting their sour beer if you are into sours like me. Just keeping it real! Service: No complaints, they weren't too busy so service was fine. Cleanliness: The restaurant itself was clean. When I stepped into the bathroom, it just smelled and felt like they weren't checking it often and just left it be. Staff needs to check on the restrooms more often. One reason I gave this place a 4/5 stars is there are a plethora of flies inside. They just leave the front door open which is why flies kept coming in. The A/C wasn't that strong either and it felt a bit stuffy inside. I would come here again and try out more items on their menu.

Yelp
Came here bc I got an ad on fb for a free entree. We ended up ordering 4 different dishes to try. First up, I wanna say the ambience of this place is really cute. It's located in a business park so you kinda feel like it's a corporate dining hall inside but the outside is a super nice open space with plenty of tables! There's a lot of bees and flies tho so depending on the time of day you might have to be shoeing them away. Secondly, the food. I enjoyed the food! We ended up getting the sausage flatbread, hot honey wings, charred broccolini and the pesto gnocchi. The flatbread was tasty and I appreciated the two (?) types of cheese on it, but the bread itself was just ok. I think it could use a little more sausage topping too. I really enjoyed the broccolini and thought the flavor was delicious! They also charred up a lemon for you to sprinkle on top which is a delicious addition. The honey hot wings were fried to perfection but I did find the sauce to only taste like honey, there didn't seem to be a strong heat to it. They were really fried well tho!! Lastly the gnocchi. This dish tasted so fresh and was yummy. It has other veggies in it like squash, tomato and some type of greens topped on it. The pesto is super good too and complimented the dish so well. My only note is that I felt like there was maybe only a couple of gnocchi in my dish, and the dish runs for $22 I think? My last note is on the service. I felt there were times that the server was being a little rude. When we first came, I kindly let him know I was there for the promoted entree just so that they can be aware. He replies with "of course you are" in a tone that was a bit condescending. Secondly, when we were deciding what to order, I was looking at photos on Yelp to see what looked good. The server noticed this and told me not to look at yelp, and that he was the expert and I should just ask him. I felt like this was an invasive comment and I'd rather he say nothing to me at all then tell me what to do. Regardless of that, I did enjoy the food here and ambience! The dishes themselves are a bit expensive for the entree size but the others are not too bad!

Yelp
OMG okay this is actually my absolute favorite restaurant. The food is amazing here, but I literally come here all the time just for their chicken avocado salad. It's seriously my favorite salad in the world My boyfriend got the truffle Mac n' Cheese & wedge salad, he was skeptical & not the biggest fan bc he said the salad was WAY too over salted (I agree) & the mac was gross (I disagree). Anyways, I still love my favorite salad from here & will be coming back to eat it every week lol. The customer service is always great as well as the restaurants ambiance.

Yelp
We have come up here to meet friends a few times and always have fun. This place is amazing for kids with all the outdoor space to run and play, and the location doesn't have too much traffic so it's relatively safe for them to play, the live music we've caught on Fridays is great too. The service is usually slow on Friday's and sometimes they forget or mess up orders, but the food has been generally good and the variety of the menu is decent. The duck fat fries are delicious if a bit greasy in the bottom of the bowl. The Mac and cheese and flat bread for the kids has been reliably well received. I recently had the "chicken piccata" and I was actually delighted that it wasn't anything like traditional piccata. It was instead crisply breaded and served with a creamy sauce above a bed of decadent mashed potatoes, with greens on top. It was more like chicken Milanese, and I loved the textures and flavors and would 100% get again. The crab cake was amazing and one of the best I've had, randomly. I have had a few cocktails here and enjoyed them as well. The duck entree was good but the flavor combination wasn't my favorite. The burger there is also popular. We have also shared the Korean brisket baos. The flavor was good but the meat was not nearly as tender as it could have been and there weren't enough bao's to go with the amount of meat (we asked for more). So yeah...lots of good menu items, ranging from decent to excellent. Awesome outdoor space, with live music at I don't know what times but at least on Friday evenings. Very cool spot. Always tons of kids running around outside as it's such a perfect place for kids. They have cornhole, connect four, and other games. Love the ambience.

Yelp
We found Crafter Culture on Yelp and thought it would be a great place for a family gathering. If you don't mind your entrees coming out 20 minutes apart, could be an okay place. Arrived during happy hour and ordered appetizers and drinks. Pizza flatbreads came out quick, were okay. So one was thrilled. Also ordered wings, dips, olives. Ordered a meatball and it came out at least 20 minutes after other appetizers. The meatball is very spicy, by the way. Waitress gave no guidance when we ordered. She did not know what was included in the Farmers Vegetables and she did not know what the Cocktail of the month. Then we asked for dinner menus. It would be nice if they maybe explained that food comes out as it is prepared. I don't know why else entrees would not come out at the same time. We sort of hoped to enjoy dinner together as a family. The Crab Buccatini came out 20 minutes after other entrees, and the last one arrived after 30 minutes. As you can see in my photo, some of the people at our table had completely finished and were ready to leave when our last person received their bucatini entree. It was not what I had hoped for. Maybe this is just a bar where you shouldn't care when your food comes out. The seafood in the buccatini was tasty. Our guests had the curry which was just okay and the Cuban sandwich was also just okay. The half chicken was done well and tasty. The waitress seemed very disorganized and confused. There are no bus people at all and we had to beg wait staff and food runners to clear our huge pizza boards and appetizer plates so we could have room to eat. Maybe the place was unexpectedly busy on a Saturday evening? I was just so disappointed with the service and with our entire experience. The majority of my Yelp reviews are positive. But this was such an unpleasant experience. We will not be back.

Yelp
Unique location amongst business park. However Crafted Culture offers an attractive happy hour offering of top shelf craft beers, wines and craft cocktails. On the food side this is not your typical pub grub our pasta dinner and flatbread was so good we returned for a 2nd visit in a week. Friday nights feature live music! Our server this evening was Brandy serving whiskey, beer and wine ! That Brandy is a Fine Girl ...

Yelp
Came here with a group of eight to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is brightly lit and had very loud music playing overhead so it was difficult to have a conversation. All of the food was delicious. Hummus was unique with lemon and Indian spices, crudite was cut small and a bit difficult to use to scoop up the tasty hummus. Fundido was creamy with just the right amount of peppery heat. Everyone loved their entrees: duck, flatbread, meatball, mushroom bolognese. The biggest issue that I had was that they ran out of most of the meat entrees. Only enough duck for two, no short rib, no pork belly. Wound up getting the Korean brisket, which was amazing but I had had it before and wanted to try something new. All eight of us enjoyed creative cocktails, beer, and wine. Very good selection, cocktails are a bit pricey. The service was slow and I had to order a second beer three separate times. Ordered a third one that never arrived. Desserts are limited. They brought a complementary piece of chocolate cake for my birthday and it was rich and moist and came with some fresh raspberries and cheesecake bites. The only other thing for dessert is cheesecake, which was good by cheesecake standards. They didn't offer coffee or after dinner drinks. Really good food and a fun night out, just felt like we were doing everything on their terms.

Yelp
I enjoyed their Glitz N Glam cocktail and chicken piccata for dinner. It was easy to make reservations, and the service was great. Perfect spot for a post work happy hour.

Yelp
Since I recently moved into the area about 3 months ago I have been wanting to eat here. Finally the day came and had brunch with a friend. Ample parking and situated between two building. The outdoor space is Uber inviting with lots of seatings shaded or not. You can have conversations with friends or colleagues without having to hear your neighbors. The space is very clean and large and they share a space with Leap Coffee. I'm so glad I came because I want to try their dinner menu with friends. Brunch is served only on Sunday. Our waiter was professional, friendly and helpful. The food, I had the eggs Benedict and my friend had the Mac and cheese. The hollandaise sauce is absolutely butter, creamy and delicious. The salad that came with it didn't have flavor which I suggest to add a flavorful vinaigrette. I had their fresh squeezed OJ which was perfect, nectar of nature. Overall, I plan to come here again. A great place for large groups and special events.

Yelp
How did I not know this place existed until now? The star of our brunch was the fantastic service. We had a really large party for a last minute brunch and Crafted Culture was the perfect place for it. When I mean large, I mean about 45 people, including kids. It was a Sunday morning, so there were not many other groups dining. Savannah and Sarah were our servers and they absolutely took care of us. They rearranged some tables in the outdoor patio and gave us the huge area under the pergola. Drinks: We had the Espresso Manifesto to start. This was a lot sweeter than other espresso martinis I've tried, but was still tasty and packed a punch. I followed that up with a Bloody Mary, which thankfully was spicy, since I forgot to order it as such. Our party had just about every drink on the menu, and everyone seemed pleased. Food: I had the chilaquiles, which I order at pretty much every place that has it on the menu. Here it was served with a creamy green salsa and a fried egg on top. The chips stayed crispy, already a plus. I wish the salsa was a bit spicier and maybe next time I'd add a side of sausage, but I definitely enjoyed it. The burger was a hit, and if you want to make it next level, do what my cousin did, and add an egg. The mocha french toast was very good, and if you're not a big coffee fan, don't worry. It was light on the coffee flavor. I love the space and the ambiance. Hoping to try their lunch and happy hour menu next. Worth mentioning again was the great service. Savannah and Sarah were incredibly patient with our super huge group and deserve some extra kudos.

Yelp
Very cool atmosphere & decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day. However, I came here with a group of girlfriends later in the evening & most of us only wanted to drink the tea that they use to have. They no longer carry tea so they offered us lemon slices in water & when we got the bill they had charged us over $3 for each lemon hot water! It was outrageous. The duck fat fries are good for about 10 minutes and then they are so soaked in fat that they are soggy and inedible. Salad was basic. It was just okay & overpriced.

Yelp
After a great dinner experience and a nice Sunday brunch, we decided to try Happy Hour with visiting family members last week. It was a disappointment all around. Happy Hour is only indoor in the bar area. The restaurant was quite empty on a Thursday, and we found a table reasonably spaced from others. The noise was deafening even with few customers, the product of all the hard surfaces. The Happy Hour priced drink selection is very limited. I tried one of the beer specials, a local San Diego brew served in a 16-ounce can. Food wise, we enjoyed our favorite Duck Fries, but the Dirty Burger was awful -- like eating dry, overcooked shoe heel. It was the worst burger I've had since ordering a Blimpy Burger in London in the late 1970s.

Yelp
This place is awesome!! First- how could you NOT love the vibe?? The outdoor space is beautiful, the indoor space is modern and comfortable, even the bathroom is beautiful! I want my home to look like this. Cocktails are so great! The menu is inventive and fun, with new items getting added on seasonally. My favorite is the pisco pie (a strawberry rhubarb twist I'm a pisco sour). Having sample six drinks there now- you cannot go wrong!! As for food, my highlight is the kurobata pork. So tender and juicy! The duck fat fries are an easy, reliable side with a fantastic aioli dip. I've tried some appetizers (corn fritters, fundido) which were enjoyable but very carb heavy. Coming back I'd want to try more new things before reordering those. Definitely a very easy spot to come back to. The best gem of Sabre Springs!

Yelp
Drinks here get 4-5 stars. They're all delicious, and strong! Food here, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired, if I'm speaking from my stomach's point of view. Don't get me wrong -- it was tasty. But, the portions were surprisingly insignificant given the price. If you're coming here with friends or a date, consider the dishes more like tapas and you'll be fine. Needless to say, I'm glad I ate properly before coming to meet some girlfriends here. Service, while friendly, was also rather delayed. Everyone is understaffed these days, but food took incredibly long to arrive.. 2 rounds of drinks in, to be precise. It also took some effort to flag our server down to get our bill as well.

Yelp
Great spot! Drinks are always good, and the food is always on point. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to work remote during happy hour and grab a drink, or just sit and have a coffee with the in house coffee shop. My girlfriend and I are big on their Sunday brunch too!

Yelp
The drinks are very well crafted. I got the Smashed on Cider and my husband ordered the Bee's Knees (since having these drinks the first time we have reordered them when we have been back). It is a great place for a little date or a work get together. There always seems to be a group of coworkers eating there when we go. Seats seem to always be available, but you can make a reservation online. Dishes I've tried: The Burger: One waiter I had said this was the best burger in San Diego, I'm not sure I would go that far, but it is good! Duck Fat Fries: Delicious, definitely better than the standard fries, but a little pricey. Fennel Sausage Flatbread: A great option if you want something smaller but still a pretty good portion for the price. Caser Salad: Pretty Standard Chicken Avocado Salad: You get quite a bit of avocado, definitely would order again, but probably get the dressing on the side. Poblano Dip: Serverd with chips, a good starter app Overall, I would come back, but it is a pricier dinner (especially for being in a business park).

Yelp
I visited Crafted Culture with two girlfriends after work for happy hour. Happy Hour is only offered at the bar so make sure to come early to grab a spot. My friends and I split a mixture of appetizers. Above all else, you have to try the Roasted poblano and gruyere fundido. It was incredible. Had I known how fantastic it was, I wouldn't have shared it. :) The chipotle BBQ craft wings were spicier than expected. They definitely had some zing. I enjoyed the garlic Hummus. Make sure to get the side of flatbread. The duck fries were good too. I would pass on the roasted corn fritters as they were dry and heavy. You needed more sauce to cut through the dryness. The ambiance of the restaurant was light, open and airy. I could imagine sitting outside on the patio during a warm summer day. However, the late afternoon I came it was chilly so we opted to sit inside at the bar. I think they were understaffed as it took longer than expected to receive our drinks and food but given we were catching up, we didn't mind the longer wait. Everyone was super friendly. I had a nice time chatting with my friends enjoying good food and cocktails in a beautiful setting.

Yelp
Went here with my mom to celebrate her birthday and it was nice! We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. They have a large outdoor seating area with some cool games and grass area for kids to run around in. We shared the duck fat fries, I got the Chicken Katsu Sando, and she got the Roasted Pablano Fundino. The fries were really good, especially the garlic aoli. I liked the sandwich and my mom loved the Roasted Pablano Fundino which was basically cheesy corn with peppers and chips to eat it with. They gave us a cheesecake for my mom's birthday which was also super nice.

Yelp
Ate here and the food was terrible. Service was slow and we felt as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. Place looked dirty. Honestly the service was so bad we didn't get any names and left as quickly as possible. Won't be back.

Yelp
My first time to crafted culture I came with a couple friends for drinks late into the evening. I knew I wanted to come back and try out their food so months later I came back with for a happy hour with a group of friends! We ordered the cocktail of the day which was great and happy hour foods! We got duck fat fries, margherita flat bread, and chicken wings to share! The food came out and my favorite were the duck fat fries, they were so good we got a second order! I also really enjoyed the chicken wings, but fair warning you only get 4 per order! I'll definitely be back here for more happy hours!
