Crafted Hospitality is one of the high end restaurant groups NYC and the best option for having corporate events as well as private parties. We had our company’s 10 year success party here last week and the event was major success. Everyone at our company was appreciative of the great place and some of the most delicious food at our party. Definitely recommend for hosting events!

I was an intern at Craft and was really lucky to get an opportunity to work here! There is no doubt that Crafted Hospitality is the best hospitality group in NYC to work in and as a fresher I am real glad I am starting here. If you are new to the industry and looking for the right start then Crafted Hospitality is the place for you. I am learning a lot and this experience will be best for my career in the hospitality industry.

We had tickets for DC craft cocktails festival and let’s just say management was beyond disappointing. Strike one 4-14-2024 I submitted a request to change our tickets. Their response was for me to contact event bride. I did not have the time to do so. Arrive to the event at 3 so I tried to go in and asked for the wifi password. Maria said she did not have it. Honestly, I wanted to go in because it was cold and raining and I was as under the impression the event started at 3. Then another girl came in and she was completely condescending and unprofessional she even walked away from me. I was not trying to be difficult I simply missed the part event was at 3:30 vs 3:00. This was a simple misunderstanding were average customer service should be capable of understanding, unfortunately the staff for this event was unable to do so. I asked for refund or how I could get one? I tried to talk to the event coordinator and a few minutes into the conversation she walked away, prior this o that in a very condescending way told me well you can’t get a refund just because you didn’t know the event was a 3:30. Valid points. However, the staff not being helpful regarding the wifi password or even an attempt at to have a ounce of costumer service. Then George came in, and this is where got even worse. He called María and the other girl told them I was not coming in. I can see them and hear them so can anyone else at that point I wanted nothing but i refund. I don’t enjoy conflict or writing reviews however George the person in charge of the event was beyond unprofessional and arrogant. He came and talked to me with zero intent of finding a solution to the simple misunderstanding. Again, I did not want to be here going home without a chance to simply enjoy my night. Here we are because of the staff inability to help or provide communication or information such as WiFi. I understand there is high possibility I won’t get a refund. However, I do hope the staff or “management”. Is better train to handle simple 101 conflict resolutions
