"This non-gaming brewery in the Henderson Booze District opened in 2014 and is modeled after community pubs husband and wife owners Dave and Wyndee Forrest were inspired by during a trip to Europe. CraftHaus is one of the few local breweries to include a Belgian style Saison in its permanent lineup and the Rebel Spirit Golden Ale is the first ever official beer of UNLV with proceeds benefiting the university. A fun event held each February is Comrade Day, an annual celebration of the release of several barrel-aged variations of its Russian Imperial Stout. "Inspired by Bavaria’s craft beer culture, husband and wife team Wyndee and Dave Forrest opened CraftHaus in Henderson, Nevada, seven years ago and added a second taproom on what would become Brewery Row in 2019. With local artwork lining the walls, CraftHaus offers a rotating selection of two dozen seasonal beers, including lagers, sours, and IPAs. Forrest suggests one of her favorites: Czech Plz, a crisp, unfiltered pilsner made only with ingredients sourced from Prague and served in a dimple mug.
