An Essential Guide to the 17 Best Las Vegas Brewery Tasting Rooms

"This non-gaming brewery in the Henderson Booze District opened in 2014 and is modeled after community pubs husband and wife owners Dave and Wyndee Forrest were inspired by during a trip to Europe. CraftHaus is one of the few local breweries to include a Belgian style Saison in its permanent lineup and the Rebel Spirit Golden Ale is the first ever official beer of UNLV with proceeds benefiting the university. A fun event held each February is Comrade Day, an annual celebration of the release of several barrel-aged variations of its Russian Imperial Stout. CraftHaus has a tasting room in the Arts District as well." - Bob Barnes

Google
Marco the bartender was one of the chillest, friendliest people we ever met. A group a guys in town, we stopped to have a beer waiting for a nearby restaurant to open. The raspberry cider was amazing! He recommended some small bites. The pretzels and sausages were amazing. The mustard and cheese complimented it nice. If you are an out of towner, want a chill place with good vibes/music, and just overall nice experience visit this place.

Google
Probably did the best recreation of a Czech Pilsner I’ve had from an American brewery. Also a very lovely place to sample beers. The server was fantastic too.

Aaron

Google
Wish I could give it 6 stars. The vibe was great and very different for a brewery which was a nice change. Let me tell you, this place is a place clearly loves beer and clearly puts their heart into it. Quite possibly the best beer I had in all of Vegas.

Heather Davy

Google
Really great ‘by accident’ find. We had pretzel bites with the BEST whole grain mustard (I’d slather it in cardboard, it’s THAT good). Great atmosphere and beers too!

Google
Nice little brewery taproom in the Arts District. The beertender was super friendly and the place itself was bright, beautiful, and clean. Only had time for one 6 beer flight, but all the beers were delicious. My favorite was the Welcome to Fabulous New England IPA. The whole Arts District has a great vibe and CraftHaus was no exception. If you are a beer fanatic like me and find yourself in Vegas, be sure to make it up to the Arts District and be sure to pay a visit to CraftHaus.

Google
Stopped in for a Specialty Flight, their new Sumo Stomp, and their pretzel dippers. Staff was patient, and kind. Nothing but great things to say!

Google
Incredible beer, location and staff. Every beer I had was great. Had the delicious GOAT, their 10th anniversary beer. Hands down greatness! If you’re looking for genuine craft beer while in Vegas, make the trip to CraftHaus, you will be glad you did. Unfortunately, I did not try any of the food. But this gives me an excuse to return.

Google
Brewery's have always been a place where I've enjoyed the opportunity to sample a myriad of beers. Some of these beers are house blends, domestic and foreign. Many offer flights were your given small samples ranging from light to dark brews. Our samples included; Bubbly Hedgehog, All the Watermelon, Queen's Nectar, Station Haus, All the Peaches and Rebel Sprit. I enjoyed them all except for All the watermelon, which, I found extremely bitter and a bit overpowering. The interior is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The seating is user friendly allowing for conversations while enjoying your beer. The decor is fitting and works well for the type of establishment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and has a genuine interest in providing good customer service. Should you find yourself in the downtown district. I encourage you to visit. You won't be disappointed.,

Yelp
It's been a minute since I've been to this brewery in the arts district and it's definitely one of my favorite local breweries here in Vegas! Came in for an event with LV Plant Collective where we built our own succulents and with the ticket came a free beer. But we also ordered some more beers and food, too. The beauty of this brewery is how beautiful it is inside! There's plenty of seating and honestly to me, it's so much more warm and welcoming than your traditional brewery. There's pletny of lounge seating and whatnot to enjoy. I ordered their watermelon sour and it was sooo good. I love a good craft beer and CraftHaus has some of the best here locally in Vegas! I also got the meat and cheese platter and that was delish, too! Nice thing to munch on while you enjoy their delcious beer. I was so glad that they had this event to get me back in here. I forgot how much I loooove this area and will definitely be back again soon!

Yelp
I've been a fan of CraftHaus for ages, but hadn't made it down to their Arts District location until about a week ago. We had an afternoon reservation for Esther's Kitchen across the street and decided to meet up a little early to have a beer or two before hand. The Arts District location is a really nice, clean, well lit spot. There's plenty of seating at the bar and at tables around the room. We ordered a few beers, but the two my husband and I had were the Slow Pour Czech Pilsner, and one of the scotch ales (I can't recall which one, but we tasted both and they were both excellent!) the slow pour is really cool, it reminds me of a Guinness with how precise the pouring and the timing is!! (That is, however, where the similarities stop) it took about 5-7 minutes for it to arrive, but it was worth the wait! Ligh, refreshing, with just a hint of bitterness at the back, this was a really nice beer. Both Scotch Ales were awesome. We plan to come back and get a few of these to bring home. Service was super polite, and if you check in, you get a bad ass dope sticker! I'm a sticker fan, so you all know I took advantage of that. :) There's a parking lot not horribly far that we like to use, and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Yelp
The place is nice, the service was good, the hazy I had was great and they also have slushis which was great. Great vibe check it out when ur out in the arts district.

Yelp
Minimalistic tasting room. A bar and a few tables. Taps at the ready. Range: Pilsner, blonde and golden ale, IPA, lots of sours, even a barrel aged Belgian quadruple. Depth: 20 of their own beers on tap. A few in cans and bottles only. Character: The emphasis on sours, with bold, pronounced flavors, complex finishes. IPAs typically American with the unique Vegas touch (fall off finish and perfect for the heat). Libation learnedness level (Bartender's beer knowledge): Average. Asked for the bartender to pick a sampler of their best excluding sours, given all sours. Sudsy snobbery (AKA craft beer condescension): Very low. Service: Walk up bar only. Food: Minimal. Sausages and pretzels rolls with the usual beer cheese dip. Add the apple bacon and Mexican street corn dip to make it interesting. Not the best way to showcase their brews but an essential stop if making the brewery crawl in the Arts District.

Yelp
Yes!!! The guava with mangonada is AMAZING!!! I would recommend this place because you can have mini trials before selecting your drink. They also have slushy beer which is amazing as well

Yelp
CraftHaus has a special place in my heart. During Covid days my job did a remote beer tasting with them which is how I first learned about them. Since then I've been to their Henderson location & downtown a few times. What keeps me coming back are the beer slushies . They're super unique & something I've never seen before. It's always so light & refreshing. They also numerous beers on tap, a little bit for everyone. This location isn't super big inside which I like. It gives a more intimate vibe & the workers are always super helpful and friendly. A great spot to check out while bar hopping the arts district.

Yelp
Downtown's delicious brews live at Crafthaus. If you like stouts, try the Comrade Flight, with soft pretzels. The service is friendly and quick, and it's easy to enjoy these in the spacious tasting room. Support UNLV with the Rebel Spirit Golden Ale.

Yelp
Daniel was very friendly, had great recommendations for beers and let us try few samples . The Coffee Vanilla cream was delicious & Queens nectar was very flavorful as well. We have been here few time while visiting Las Vegas , Happy to return

Yelp
My sever was Sara F. She was very patient , welcoming and knowledgeable on her drinks. We got there an hour prior to closing And she was doing last call on food so we decided to eat at the food truck they have outside and the food was delicious. The vibes was very calm, but energetics at the same time.
google avatar

Yelp
I looooove CraftHaus Brewery! I've always stopped by midday throughout the week and it's always been a chill vibe. They have a wide variety of stouts, IPA's, sours, etc. My favorite always to try are their beer slushes, currently they have shark week and comes with a gummy shark floating on top! Previously, I've also had a rose type slush with boba, always been a favorite for me! In terms of food, I've only ever had the charcuterie board, top notch cheese and crackers, variety of meats, pickles and some preserves. CraftHaus is also a part of the Nevada Craft Beverage Passport so make sure to get your stamp!
google avatar

Daniel B.

Yelp
Chill place, they have a brewery that makes all the beers here in town. Try the micheladas or the beer slushies if beer isn't your thing.
google avatar

Yelp
After visiting Esther's Kitchen for brunch on a Saturday afternoon, we decided to have a drink at Craft Haus Brewery right across the street. As you walk in, there is an ordering counter. Everyone in my party had the Specialty Flight which ranged from blonde to red lagers. I tried the Silver State Blonde which quickly turned into my favorite. There were many seating options. We chose to sit in the sofa lounge area and the wall was decorated with a beautiful showgirl mural.
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
We came into this place and were greeted warmly by staff with a menu and a smile. One of the things that stood out to me about this place was that their offering of 4 Oz tasters outside of a flight. Most places don't do this. So it was a very welcome surprise. It looks like an industrial style brewery inside, with seating at bar and tables. It was a nice chill place to hang for a bit on First Friday despite the crowds outside. I got the All about Watermelon, which was recommended to me by staff and it was light in body but well defined in flavor. I would definitely return to try other beers from here when I have a bit more time.

Yelp
I enjoy exploring the many breweries in the Arts District, and this was my first visit to the Crafthaus taproom here. I had been to the brewery in Henderson before. It's located very conveniently to fun vintage shops and delicious eateries in the area. The seating is open, and the bar staff is very helpful. I enjoyed the Urban Panda Schwarzbier, a black lager. It was delicious, malty, with a hint of coffee. After that I tried the Bubbly Hedgehog, a cream ale, which is a favorite type of mine. It was perfectly balanced between the vanilla and coffee notes. I'd absolutely enjoy both of those brews again, but I'd also like to try more of their offerings. This is a must stop on your Arts District outing.

Yelp
Ah, yes, CraftHaus Arts District, a delightful haven of creativity nestled in the heart of the city. Picture this - the Blood Orange Cider, a tantalizing elixir that dances on the taste buds like a whimsical jazz riff. Each sip bursts with vibrant citrus notes, perfectly balanced by a hint of tartness and a subtle sweetness that lingers. It's a refreshing journey through flavors, crafted with care and imagination, making CraftHaus a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique and memorable drinking experience.
google avatar

Maggie R.

Yelp
What a fun and great place to hang out and talk beer. We ordered a flight of IPA's that consisted of: Hop Vegas, Giggle Juice, Resinate, Blizzard Beast. We also had a Bock, Golden Fortress. No food is served at this place and the place didn't really have any ambience, but it definitely was a fun hangout.
google avatar

Glenn S.

Yelp
CraftHaus Arts District is a vibrant bar with a fantastic selection of craft beers. The lively atmosphere and artistic decor make it a great spot to unwind. The friendly staff and unique brews are sure to impress any beer enthusiast.
google avatar

Yelp
Great selection of beers! Highly recommend. Everyone in my party loved their beer. Some ladies were drinking and cookie decorating.
google avatar

Joseph C.

Yelp
We really enjoyed a flight tasting. Very good beer and had pretzel rolls and dipping sauce. Staff were attentive and made up a great mix of different beer for tasting. We liked the surrounding area. Arts District. Didn't feel like we were near the Strip! Cool place.
google avatar

Sakol M.

Yelp
If you're a brewaholic and love local craft beers, try this place, I came across this establishment while walking around the Arts District. If you have a date, this place will impress. The branding, interior design is clean modern and upscale. Don't expect a dark warehouse in a corporate complex where most micro brews reside. When I come to any new brewery, I order the flight to sample their selections. In this case, the "Welcome 2 Fabulous" and the "Houndstooth" were my fave. Don't forget to ask for free stickers and stuff.

Yelp
Sometimes we do beer hopping and this is one of the places we visit. I remember in one occasion a customer was being obnoxious and the bartender gave the best customer service I had seen. She was so polite and handled the situation very well. The rest of us looked at each other like "we have your back" lol. She was attentive and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I also like the micheladas from this place. I even have my crafhaus shirt .
google avatar

Yelp
Ok, this was one of the funnest times I had in Vegas this weekend! We are here for my daughter's 16th birthday, and her and friends wanted to walk the Art District. Husband and I had time to kill and stumbled into CraftHaus. The vibe is very trendy and casual. The staff are amazing! Shoutout to Melanie for being the best "beertender" ever. It was so much fun chatting and she made our stay so enjoyable. Melanie recommend us their famous pretzels, which were AMAZING! Warm and soft inside, with just enough crisp and saltiness outside. Their Michelada was also amazing. We truly enjoyed our time hanging at CraftHaus and will definitely be back

Yelp
I've visited Crafthaus before so I'm very familiar with them, but I've only been to their Henderson location. This was my first time at their downtown Las Vegas location. My boyfriend and I went on Friday night at around 9:00pm, so it wasn't too packed. I snagged a table outside (perfect nighttime temperature) while my boyfriend placed a beer flight order. You can choose up to six beer flights but we decided on four beer flights. Inside there is bar top seating and couch seating with TVs all over. After reviewing the menu, we had the following beers on our flight - the Silver State Blonde, the Czech Please, the Belgard, and the Pot O Gold. The Belgard was too strong and too sweet for me (kinda like Guinness), so I let my boyfriend finish it off. I like the lighter beers better than the darker ones, so the Silver State Blonde, Czech Please, and Pot O Gold were my favorites. The owners, Dave and Wyndee Forrest, run an awesome brewery, both in Henderson and in downtown Las Vegas. Keep up the great work you guys!
google avatar

Christina R.

Yelp
I had only ever been to the CraftHaus on Eastgate so I was a bit surprised at how different looking this location was. This location feels fancier, a bit stuffier if I may, but luckily the beer is the same. And let me tell you... CraftHaus is my favorite Las Vegas beer/brewery. The care put into each and every brew is awe-inspiring. I love when a beer is full-bodied, true to type and actually tastes like how they describe it. You have a peach sour? Well this tastes like a PEACH sour. Not in an artificial way either. When they say they add it to the mash I actually believe them. Some places add flavoring, which is ok but I love the care here. It's magic. Absolutely the best stop on our Brewery Row tour.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
The "Beast Brat" was a sausage made of wild board, elk and wagyu, sauerkraut, crispy onions, raspberry chipotle aioli, all on a spent grain pretzel bun at Crafthaus was awesome! Truth! I went there for the Silver State Blonde Ale, and the food was a total surprise. If you love beer, and sausages with that beer, you need to check out this place. The spot in the arts district is perfect for brewery hoping too. - @chrishough on IG

Yelp
If you're thinking of checking out CraftHaus in the Art District, you might want to reconsider. The bar's location is nice, but the service is absolutely terrible and the atmosphere is dead. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a bar manager with curly hair who seemed to be in a terrible mood. She was complaining to anyone who would listen about how overworked she was and how her staff couldn't keep up with her demands. She scolded every guest who entered the bar and had an unpleasant demeanor throughout. She even told customers to order for themselves because she couldn't be bothered to serve them or put in their food orders. To make matters worse, after every drink, she tried to close out everyone's tab and get them out of the bar. I'm not sure if this was some kind of tip strategy or if she just wanted to leave early to hang out with a friend at the bar next door. To top it all off, I made the mistake of parking in the back parking lot, thinking it was for customers. The bar manager quickly had my car towed without bothering to ask if any of the four customers in the bar had parked there. While I understand that I was in the wrong, the manager could have at least had the common courtesy to ask before towing my car, especially considering the steep $380 tow fee that I had to pay. If you're looking for a better bar experience in the Art District, I recommend heading over to Neon Desert Brewery instead. Ask for Kelly and she'll take care of you. Not only is the atmosphere better, but they also have free customer parking, even on first Fridays. In short, avoid CraftHaus if you see the curly-haired manager at the bar. She'll only bring down your mood and ruin your night.

Yelp
Wundernuts beer. Oh my gosh so delish and they have rotating slushies so fun to drink and fried pickles nice. Such a cute place love the arts district! Did a sampler of beers too so good they make them all so unique.

Yelp
I'm a Vegas head, but never visited brewery row before now. Thoroughly enjoyed the beers we tried, and we encountered some exceptionally friendly staff and bar patrons. Eager to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful brightly lit place to enjoy a bunch of CraftHaus on tap, or.... Cider, ...wine. Did not see food. 3 fun outdoor tufted couple chairs outside. Air conditioned inside. Great service. Lots of street parking. Fun murals around their corner. Wonderfully array of CraftHaus beers on tap.
google avatar

britney w.

Yelp
Great beer and great service! This is my third brewery to visit on brewery row and I was definitely impressed. I got a beer slushee and it was good but a little sour. I also ordered the small plate of pretzel buns and these were soooo good! I wish I got a picture of them but I could wait to dig in lol
google avatar

Allen Y.

Yelp
Very cute place down by the Las Vegas downtown area. Good selection of craft beers and my favorite was their beer slushies. The coffee one was very delicious. My friends and each got a flight of 6. Good atmosphere and very clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Yay!! Been long waiting the opening of the Downtown Crafthaus tap room!!! And guys, it's beautiful. Like totally stunning. It's directly across from Esther's Kitchen so pop in for a beer if the wait is long across the way. I saw some great new brews on the menu and there are some good looking munchie options. Meat cone, pretzel, cheese board etc. The staff is super friendly and really who can't resist a bearded-tattooed beer tender?!? Ladies it's worth checking out ;)
google avatar

Bryan M.

Yelp
I've been to the CraftHuas is the Booze District in Henderson plenty of times and it's a cool place to chill and have a beer or two or three but I've got to say, I dig this location more. Don't get me wrong, I love the nouveau industrial area of their Henderson location but with the semi-recent improvements to the Arts District and the brighter décor, this place is a prime spot to grab a beer, pull up a stool at the window, and people watch. Not only is the indoor space also larger but with the inclusion of a patio in front of the brewery, there is plenty of room to spread out, even whilst social distancing.
google avatar

Kara G.

Yelp
I had a great experience with my quick run in to grab beer slushees to go for the 4th. I was hoping to score the red, white, and blue version but the Arts district only had the watermelon version. I shared one with a friend and they were absolutely delicious to enjoy poolside! I highly recommend it. The service was prompt and polite as well.
google avatar

Matthew R.

Yelp
I had the Cuckoo, and my fiancée had the blood orange cider. Both were very good. The service was fast and friendly. The outside area has a nice, little area to sit and relax. I will be back!
google avatar

Vincent O.

Yelp
Crafthaus is always a good time !! Always good service and Multiple styles of beers to reach out to every beer drinker . The only reason for the 4 stars because their sours aren't sour .

Yelp
employees are nice owner is a snob. i started coming in this establishment and the Henderson location about a year ago after seeing it highlighted on new for local business. I went a few times employees were great. Owner Wendee or however you spell her name. I mentioned "Oh hey i saw your place on the news which is why I'm here", she literally just looked and went on about her business. "Snob". I gave it another try a few weeks later, because again the employees were great. Just so happened owner was in again, I came in with a few neighbors and mention "Love this Place" she just looked with some smirk and went on about her business. I only stayed because of the two or three employees. Well today i go in and find out the employee manager at The Art District is no longer there. The place is on average pretty dead. But I come to support local business. I will not come into this establishment again. Me and our group will only come to chat with the few staff which are pretty good. Plenty more Ale Houses around and will start taking my crew there. Owner may need to take some training on how to treat customers especially the ones you don't know who come in a first timers. Employees i will give a 10 if I could . Owner Zero.

Yelp
Downtown brewery tour continues......crafthaus arts district is their second location from their original in Henderson. Nice little spot here off of casino center with an outdoor sitting area, a bar and some nice table seating along the wall of the brewery. Large selection of tap beers. Flights are available of 2 or more. Ended up with a cider, a sour and a slushee. The cider was a parfait flavor, the sour was a blood orange and the slush an Arnold Palmer. All had interesting notes of flavors each unique to their own. I ordered the pretzels with beer cheese and mustard. These were delicious especially as of late have been craving a good pretzel. Overall, great vibe to this arts district brewery. Would definitely be back to sample some other brews and try a brat from their menu.
google avatar

Elsa R.

Yelp
We have been been here a few times, including First Fridays! The staff is amazing! Super helpful & can always recommend a good beverage given your personal favorites, they will also let you know about anything new they have. Our last visit was Valentine's Day, my husband likes the micheladas here. The bar tender was super nice, chatted with us about different beers and we had a few samples. I enjoy their ciders & had a change to try different beers while there. Amazing service, definitely a place to go to and try new beers . There's also a outdoor seating .
google avatar

Alejandra G.

Yelp
Already a big fan of the brewery in Henderson, but this location is so awesome, too! It has a very cool vibe, great beertenders and serve THE best cold brews!!
google avatar

Yelp
We went to the arts district for our wedding anniversary and when I heard Crafthaus had Sugoi! On tap I knew we had to stop in. Sugoi! Is a strawberry mochi inspired milkshake IPA and it's perfect for warm weather here in Vegas. The atmosphere is always relaxed here and the staff couldn't be friendlier. I'm very happy that Crafthaus is in the arts district.
google avatar

April E.

Yelp
The first time I went to this location we ordered a flight and truly loved the Sticky Sticky Yum Yum, which aims to emulate the Thai dessert mango sticky rice. This was so good we had to come back for more. Recently went on a Friday night and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed with not too many people, which was nice. The tables were clean with plenty of seating. We ordered another flight, which consisted of the Wundernutz, Belgard, Time & Oak, Carillon, and Killer Bunny. The Time & Oak was a bit too strong for me as the Bourbon really shines through. The Killer Bunny was quite unique but definitely appreciated it in sips as the spices are pretty prominent. We really enjoyed the smooth nuttiness of the Wundernutz and so we bought a 4-pack to take home. We were also lucky enough to snag a 4-pack of the Sticky Sticky Yum Yum! Looking forward to returning and trying more of their well-crafted beers.

Yelp
We were visiting family a couple weeks ago and were in the mood for some craft beer. I am not a big beer drinker but boy did I find such a great beer! I can't wait to go back to Vegas and go have me one of these again! It was a sour beer (not sure the name) made into a michelada with hot Cheeto crushed rim! So yummy! the bartender was very polite and friendly! The place was super cute and very clean. They had lots of board games which is a plus!
google avatar

Codi M.

Yelp
We absolutely love the booze district in Henderson's location so automatically we are unfortunately biased to love this place as well! I was extremely nervous when they first opened that they wouldn't have as large of a selection as their Henderson location! I was quickly shown different when I stepped into the tap room and was greeted by almost all the beers! It was amazing because the staff was extremely helpful in introducing new drinks that I haven't even tried yet. The staff over here is actually my favorite because they seem extremely interested in their customers! (Not that Henderson doesn't, but for a DT location, I was shocked)! Every beertender we've had here has talk to us as if we are a close friend - which is brilliant because honestly it makes me want to drink more! If I can suggest one thing - try their sours! Even if you aren't a sour person, they're great!

Yelp
We were going to the Sushj restaurant next door, and had to wait for a table. What a treat to discover the CraftHaus! The knowledgeable staff and fantastic craft beer was such a great way to start the evening.

Yelp
Great service and Melanie made the experience here amazing. Visiting from California, this brewery was amazing; good food and beers

Yelp
Ya know I hope this doesn't lessen my credibility but I don't know if this is a five star joint but I have no negatives so I feel like I have no choice... Down Town LAS VEGAS is so busy. All the good bars are always too packed and there just aren't enough good bars. That's just my opinion. In this area I really like Velveteen and Jammyland. Those are my go to places when I can get a seat. CraftHaus focuses on beer but also has a couple wines and coffees. They have a small selection of food also but nothing worth noting. We had their nitro brew cold brew coffee, their red wine, and a blonde ale. I thought the bar tender was nice enough and checked on us often. I also really loved the branding of the place. It was a nice mix of masculine with a lot of little feminine touches with the design. My main plus about this spot was the prices. You definitely won't break the bank here. The beers come in different ounce sizes some starting as low as $4. This would definitely be a nice place to just hang out and have some beers with friends. The Pinot noir was one of the best I've ever had. I'd definitely go back to try some of their other beers.

Yelp
We came upon this location while exploring the Arts District. The vibe was good, and the slection of beer and cider was great. We didn't try the wine or food, but looked good. We will be back soon.
