Crafty Stir

Francesca and Marlee were a great team making our order. I could tell Marlee was training but she asked when she needed help and worked through it. My spiked coffee was amazing, with just the right amount of cream as suggested by Francesca. Would buy again and try the other flavors!

We stayed at Mohegan Sun last week and got coffee, lattes and a pastry here everyday. The staff as friendly and quickly got our orders up. Special mention to Franscheksa, always had a smile for every customer and was so welcoming, no matter how busy she was. My only suggestion would be to have two workers on always. It’s a little much to expect these workers to wait on customers and make specialty coffees but they did the best job they could!

The red haired light skinned girl needs to be fired asap. Asked for a simple cup of coffee and received the worst customer service ive ever had . She was so nasty and miserable and seemed to hate her job. She needs to check her attitude before she deals with the wrong person someday . I come to Mohegan all the time and I will never return here .. plenty of other places to grab a coffee. Oh and her hair was fully down and is supposed to be up and in a hair net… after all it is a food place. Gross

My husband and I went here last night at 8:45 pm ( they close at 9pm ). I was told not to order sandwiches because the oven was already turned off. The girl working said her name is Adriana ( I’m not sure how she spells it ). I told her I wanted the sandwich so she said it would take 10 minutes or so to heat up the oven ( we said ok ). We stood there and waited 15 minutes while she helped 3 or 4 other customers only to be told the oven is still not ready and she is not staying after 9pm and that they are closed! Terrible customer service. If they are open until 9pm they should be serving the food they sell until 9pm. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Service always friendly, iced coffee so good. Finally also caved and bought the 1 pound donut. It was very fresh

I stayed @ Mohegan for 3 days prior to brain surgery which of course no one knows trying to relive some happy times and taking my mind off the what if’s of this upcoming ordeal. The 3 staff members Tyler , Sage and I cannot remember the other young lady's name I apologize , all helped me on different days they all are extremely kind , patient and passionate people. I asked questions about the menu because my eyesight has been effected and not knowing I’m already disabled and have this tumor their demeanor and way of handling the line of people was outstanding! All 3 of these Exceptional employees deserve recognition in today’s day and age. Please take a minute as I did to thank them personally it will make their day !! A healthy tip always helps too Cheers

Terrible all around. Coffee SUCKED like really bad and the croissant was stale! We came back to complain and they denied giving us our money back or changing the croissant/coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. Don’t waste your time. Awful food awful people.
