Go somewhere else! Young lady in the front, ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS and needs retraining. Doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge, clearly can not do her job. A lot of businesses do not realize that your receptionist can make or break your business. And this young lady clearly is the problem.
Husband had a 10am apt, arrived 9:45, again, no greeting. Didn't even acknowledge him standing at the desk. She hands him a clip board, says sign in which he does, hands it back. Gets insurance info. He sits. Waits an hour, and asks her what's going on? She responds, YOU DIDN'T SIGN IN. He points to the clip board where his name is visibly there. She responds oh you signed in the wrong place.
Mind you again, clip board was handed back to her along with insurance, so why didn't you mention that. Instead you wait until he asks what's going on. She than tells him he needs to reschedule because he missed his appointment. I THINK TF NOT! He's getting seen today because again checked in at 9:45. Another hour passes and a nurse comes out and asks why is he still here and if he needs something. At this point FINALLY getting somewhere. Just to sit in the back for another hour.
All in all, checked in 9:45 and did not leave until 1pm. If the paper work wasn't needed for an employer, definitely would have walked out.
