Disappointed in their lack of organization! Why make an appointment at this point. My appointment was set for 1:15pm and I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It’s after 2pm and I have yet to be seen. Do they think peoples time doesn’t matter? I have a newborn at home and I don’t have hours to sit here waiting for whenever you feel like helping. They don’t look busy to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ UPDATE 2:30pm I’m in the room and still haven’t been seen I’ve been here over an hour now and I can hear them talking and laughing with each other through the paper thin walls. I will definitely be looking for a new office because this is just disrespectful

Very disorganized. Was told I needed a blood test so they scheduled me to come back. I come back and they say they can't do the blood test due to my insurance. Why schedule my test here if u can't do it?

Wait time is very bad. They never answer phone. They treat you for what they wanna treat you far. Will say things that you should get a 2 opinion on. They sit right there and watch the phone ring. I end up calling while in there to get help and they just let it ring right. Or they pick up the phone and hang it right back up. My last appointment I was there to pick up paper work that they said was ready i had to wait 3 hours to get why? They were just sitting back there talking bout what they did the night b4. The dr need to close this office and turn in license cause poor quality of work. This place sucks I hope the other office isn't like this. DON'T BOOK THIS DR AT ALL

If I could give negative stars I would. This facility is unprofessional, I provided all my information and filled out a form allowing them to request my prior medical records in order to see a specialist and have a second opinion. The Nurse practitioner was nice and seemed as she cared, unfortunately, 3 weeks went by, and no follow-up. I called and was told they had no records of me completing the release form, I went back and forth with the receptionist with no help. I felt hopeless and frustrated. I was told I had to go back into the office to complete the form so they can request my records. I then followed up with my insurance company to see what they advised, I was told that they to had tried several times to reach out to the clinic to have them correct some information they messed up on but had no luck in obtaining a response. I am now changing providers as they are unprofessional, lose personal information which makes me feel uneasy, and show that they are just careless about their patients. I do not recommend this office to anyone and am sorry if anyone else has had a similar experience.

They don't answer their phone, and the voice-mail is full. Expect long waits, I mean hours, even if you are the first person right when they open. I have never been seen within the hour of my appointment. My primary care doctor has changed 3 times in the past year and a half. I'm pretty sure they double or triple book the one doctor they have on staff. I only stayed because I liked my first doctor a lot, and they are a rocks throw from my house. It's not worth it anymore. I do not recommend this center at all.

DO NOT!!!! BECOME A PATIENT HERE! This company use to be a great place, I was a faithful patient and referred many people here for years. Apparently they went under new management as of April 22 and all they care about now is money, so much that I just experienced them make fraudulent doctor appointment so the doctor can charge the insurance company. My daughter and I saw the doctor on 9/18. We needed to do blood work however hadn’t fasted so we had to come back the next day. We returned 10/19, the VERY RUDE lady in the front office proceeds to tell me that I have to pay another copayment and because my daughter needed the doctor to sign a release saying it’s okay to continue playing sports (because that’s why he seen her the day prior) we now had to sit as a walk in and wait to see the doctor for a brand new appointment. So in 24 hours we were charged 2 copayments (one each day) and two doctor’s appointments (one each day) for ONE CHIEF COMPLAINT. The reason we had to schedule another visit to see the doctor was because “she knew the doctor and he won’t sign the paper to release my daughter unless he sees us again”. I was told the reason why I had to pay the second day was because it was a new day. If I would have been fasting the 18th then I wouldn’t have had to pay for my blood work. Keep in mind I was never advised to fast prior to the appointment. The lady in the front office proceeds to tell me it’s my fault that I didn’t fast and that I was charged again. She proceeds to tell me that I could have went to quest (which BTW I found out after this happened that if I went to quest there would have been no copayment) instead of coming back here. she even went as far as to explain her reasoning for charging the second day was equivalent to walking into a store, purchasing an item and breaking it. You have to return to the store and buy another item. I proceeded to inform her one has absolutely nothing to do with the other because if we are going to use that analogy, then my first visit on the 18th was my first purchase and my item isn’t broken. I’m only here to complete my purchase of the first item. She was completely unprofessional and only listened with the intent to react not with the intent to understand/help me understand why they operated this way now. Sorry I know the post was long but I hope it helps you understand what type of company they are now.

They NEVER answer the phone! They expect you to drive to the office just to schedule an appointment or speak to anyone at all!!! I had to drive there to make an appointment. It's been over a week since my visit and I still have not heard back from anybody concerning my referrals, so now I have to drive there again to ask where are my referrals! Unacceptable and infuriating!!! I have also never seen a doctor there, only nurse practitioners.

The ladies handling the front office on Craig are friendly and thorough. The Nurse Practitioner does not listen and because she did not give complete follow up information to her back office for one of the two referrals needed, the doctors office wants me to make another appointment pay another co-pay to get the Referral they did not request on the first visit. The one referral the Nurse Practitioner did give her back office has not be completed it is now over a week. The offices solution is for me to come onsite to get the referral in person. This was my first visit to this office to establish a new doctor and I will never return! This office apparently does not take their patients health serious enough.

great fast service, always able to get seen right away. dr listens to your concerns and addresses the situation , I was able to get a shot due to me being sick by that afternoon. I was feeling much better.

So as prior reviews show I have had ups and downs with the office staff here but on my last visit I was very happy to see things have made a up turn . I've always consistently loved having Senialita Abarquez, APRN as my primary care provider. I was so sad when she had left for a bit. I was so happy and felt blessed that she is now back at Craig Road. Every encounter with her has always been in depth even though she is often busy! Especially with the pandemic she has always been not only friendly but informative. She even remembered me from a very long gap in time and has always picked up on ailments I didn't even realize I had. I also really enjoyed the medical assistant who helped me whose name I unfortunately can't recall. Now with all that said I need to make it clear this is a medical practice that also does URGENT care walk ins so just like with any medical establishment there are going to be various wait times. Especially if there is only one Practioner on duty. It isn't a stop and drop get a fast pass to go entry even with an appointment. Also if you are walking in expect a even longer wait. My advice is be kind and they will be kind to you. Times are tough right now let's learn patience and if you don't have it I recommend calling one of those come to your house folks or go to a place without walk ins welcome. Thanks so much to the whole Craig Medical crew for taking such great care of me. So happy for the office changes and that Dr.S is back

what a joke place smh for this to be a facility that takes care of the people they DONT care. they never follow up with appointments they say the doctor will call you but he doesn't, this place gives you limited refills so you have to come back all the time so they can bill your insurance. sending you out for test they never review. I've been going here for years and the doctors change and this new one is the WORSE. LAZY to say the least I'm done putting my life in the hands of people who don't care. DONT go here DONT do it you will be misdiagnosed and left for dead smh.

If I can give them a zero I would it doesn't make no sense's that you have an appointment and sit in the waiting room for a hour and a half just for a refill on your prescription.. just sad looking for a new doctors office immediately... we need to shut this office down and try it again cause this is not good at all..

Go somewhere else! Young lady in the front, ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS and needs retraining. Doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge, clearly can not do her job. A lot of businesses do not realize that your receptionist can make or break your business. And this young lady clearly is the problem. Husband had a 10am apt, arrived 9:45, again, no greeting. Didn't even acknowledge him standing at the desk. She hands him a clip board, says sign in which he does, hands it back. Gets insurance info. He sits. Waits an hour, and asks her what's going on? She responds, YOU DIDN'T SIGN IN. He points to the clip board where his name is visibly there. She responds oh you signed in the wrong place. Mind you again, clip board was handed back to her along with insurance, so why didn't you mention that. Instead you wait until he asks what's going on. She than tells him he needs to reschedule because he missed his appointment. I THINK TF NOT! He's getting seen today because again checked in at 9:45. Another hour passes and a nurse comes out and asks why is he still here and if he needs something. At this point FINALLY getting somewhere. Just to sit in the back for another hour. All in all, checked in 9:45 and did not leave until 1pm. If the paper work wasn't needed for an employer, definitely would have walked out.

I will be finding me a new doctor. Today I went in for a bladder infection. I am really in pain. The doctor said he would send over my prescription to my pharmacy and never did! This is the second time now this has happened. Now I have to wait until the morning when they open to call them to get them to send my prescription over.

The receptionists are very kind and welcoming so at least that makes up for one star. However, "Dr" Victoria's approach, attitude, and lack of professionalism is beyond me! She does not have a problem being rude to patients. I was so turned off of her attitude I cancelled my appt, got a refund, and changed my PCP altogether. Take a look at other reviews as others have the same complaints about her !

Do not waste your entire afternoon by coming here. My appointment was made for 1130. It is now after 1pm and I have yet to be seen. I showed up on time, even 15 mins early for paperwork. Is it too much to ask for the same amount of respect? Or do these physicians think their time is more valuable? After this much wait, it better be the damn Dalai Lama that walks through that door.

I have been taking my son here for almost three years - while the doctors are friendly and helpful - the front desk is unbearable.

Good Morning my husband has been coming to this office about 3 months after getting sick and it's close to our home. They never on time you will wait even if you have a appointment, he has some issues that require to be deferred to other offices they always said I sent the referral even a month later no referral no response from other office I called the offices they said I'm sorry we didn't receive anything. So I got on the phone asked them to do it while other party on hold boom it's done, why do I have to do the leg work their job. Front desk rude look at a person rudely just unpleasant I am currently looking for my husband another clinic. I leave messages no return calls they put you on hold, then hang up. So just this morning I'm calling the office to speak to someone about a situation for my husband and the phone says disconnected come on now wow I been calling since 7 when they open. But when you go in in they collect money payment before you even see doctor or nurse, so so pathetic we're done. Good luck to whoever go there.

The staff is always friendly and wait time is never excessive. My whole family comes here now!

I just recently moved to North Las Vegas from the Pacific Northwest and had injured my shoulder during post move projects. It has progressively gotten worse over the last week, to the point of not being able to sleep. I called at 1:20pm and was told I should get there by 2pm to be seen. I live less than a mile away and made it there within a few minutes of the call. With Exam, X-Rays, and consultation, I was back home by 2:45pm. Amazingly fast but extremely professional at the same time. KUDOS to Clark and staff at Craig Medical Center!!!

I've been a patient for many years and I love the doctors but the wait time is outrageous and it is seriously making me consider finding another clinic!

Despite the location, I've been coming here for over 3 years because of Nurses Practitioner Sinialita. She is very knowledgeable and always tries to get to the root of the problem, I like her so much. Unfortunately, today I was mistreated horribly by the rude front desk lady and the rest of the staff, I will never be going back.

Doctor is great however the wait time is so dumb my appointment was at10:30i was taken back to a room quickly just to sit there for a hour while I hear other patients coming and going what's the point in making an appointment!!

Incompetent staff, not helpful, unwilling to put a little effort into simple things such as verifying insurance.

Terrible front desk. Been trying to get an appointment but everyone is so rude, and truly do not care about anyone's health (it's like they all hate their job). When I called they were extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. Will definitely never be coming back and am switching doctors. Very disappointing

V ERY disappointed. I have been on hold for 40 minutes with HPN trying to find an urgent care close by. This office really stood out since they had all 5 star ratings. I called and talked to some young girl that sounded like she was send over from the "French Fry Dept." at McDonalds! She spoke for 5 mintues kept going around in circles when I asked if she took my type of insurance asking me where I got it. I couldn't get a straight answer from her. End result: she tells me to call back on Monday! (Don't you think URGENT CARE means ya kinda need something right now??!) Welcome to Healthcare in Las Vegas!

I have been here over 4 times and saw a new Dr. named Victoria. Let me start by saying this has been my worst experience ever with a doctor. Dr. Victoria doesn't make you feel like she even cares about what you are experiencing. I felt like I had a sinus infection and with my primary doctor she checks my glands and applies pressure on my temples and face asking if I felt pressure or pain. This doctor does nothing but ask you questions and tell you she won't prescribe allergy eye drops even though insurance covers it and is beyond non personable. She speaks to you as if you are incompetent. I don't think this was a good move for this clinic to bring her on. If you have to see someone there go to Dr. LU she is friendly personable and shows an interest in helping the patient. This clinic made a big mistake bringing her on. I will be pulling myself and my 2 children from the practice and find a better place to receive care.

DO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment yesterday and when I booked appointment I told reason for visit. I waited an hour after appointment time while hearing the doctor Senialita S. Abarquez talking to nurses loudly like she is on break not concerned with patients waiting. I needed a physical and form filled out to show I am healthy and this idiot Senialita S. Abarquez claims they don't do that. For her to be a licensed doctor and not understand what a medical clearance is, is beyond me. She claims the owner and Medical director Dr Chang (so she said) does not want them to be liable for anything after they sign which is dumb seeing a medical clearance is simply saying patient is healthy after all labs and physical is done and Primary Care Physician is the doctor who does Medical clearance. After I asked for owner information, Senialita S. Abarquez starts talking loudly in front of other patient about the reason for my visit, why she can't sign, what I was there for etc. to another staff member like she doesn't know what patient confidentiality is. They wasted my time and insulted my intelligence while breaking confidentiality. I emailed Chang yesterday while I sat in my car and have not received email back yet. Do not except any and everything from a doctor that thinks they don't have to respect your rights as a patient!

Very nice staff. The Doctors here know their stuff. Very quick service and very clean. I came here because i got sting by a bee, the dr that took care of me was very good and smart. Usually if you go to urgent care like this its very busy and everyone is rushing. Not this place healthcare provider actually took took the time to help me. I definitely recommend this place. AMAZING!

First time here and the staff have been so helpful. I was able to be seen the same day. The waiting time was minimal. I am glad we were able to find this place.

Don't make this place your PCP. This could care less about you not receiving your medications and will take months to call your insurance to clear things up

THE ABSOLUTE WORST I've tried to bare with this office, but every time is visit there is a problem! They don't care if your are in pain, they are never sure what you are visiting for, they tell you they are running one test and then when you come back for results it turn out they ordered the wrong test. Your medical charts are NEVER correct or dated properly. They set appointments for you & then when you get there (ON TIME) you are told the doctor left for the day Lastly, They told me I can only be treated for one issue a day so if I have a headache and a rash, I would have to make two (DIFFERENT DAY) appointments & They refer you to doctors that don't take you insurance. This place is a MESS! You would be better off going to a witch doctor in some back ally! STOP bribing people with free treatments for good reviews

Horrendous place lack of knowledge do even have the decency to provide maskes to paying customers when maskes are 100% no longer required I have had 7 major surgeries I explained to them what works for me as far as medication and they refuse to prescribe it instead try to suggest things I have tried over the years as I explained to them don't work please find another place this place is horrible

Worst Front Desk I've ever experienced...if you cannot show empathy for your patients, you shouldn't be working in a Healthcare facility. I called to get my Neurology report per their instructions. Maria said I have to call the Neurologist and she doesn't have the phone number! I told her it was their instructions that I have to Craig Medical directly because it was their referral. I told Maria I got the report when I came for a follow-up. She said I have to call the Neurologist. I asked for the phone number and she said she doesn't have it! I was already upset at that time...so I asked how can you not have a phone number of your referral? Then get it for me? She got more rude and told me not to be demanding and hung up the phone! Worst customer service!

Absolutely the best for insured and non-insured members. They have a 60 dollars consultation cost for uninsured options. It's a simple walk in and treatment, by comparison to others, it's phenomenon! The Filipina Doctor is an absolute darling and is there to take care of you. I will be going here when even I have an urgent care need. Thank you!! You gain yourself another happy customer.

It's ok. It's not like amazing. I went in due to an allergic reaction to something,but the night before I had an "aha" moment and I figured it out myself. Needless to say I still went in. Dr. Chang is cool. I told her everything I felt was going on with me and she waited and then responded accordingly. All the nurses are friendly and took their time with me. The only drawback for me was the front restroom was gross! I came in this morning and it didn't look like anyone cleaned it the day before! Ugh! And I have a thing about restrooms. Other than that, everything else was normal.

Literally the worst doctor's office I've ever been to!!! All of the employees always seem so unhappy and moody. The office itself is dirty and the bathroom is too. The wait is always so long, even for scheduled appointments. I've never waited less than an hour there. I went on a trip out of the country and came back with something (not sure what), they only checked me for one thing and then set me free, even though I definitely had some type of a virus. As for the doctor, Ms. Chang, she is actually nice and professional, but it is rare that you even see her. The Sahara office is a little better in respect to cleanliness, but theres still a wait and the moody employees.

It's rare to find a Primary care doctor that allows walk ins the same day. That's a huge plus. Lady in the front was nice as well as the assistant in the back. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. You do have a wait. But that's pretty standard these days. So far so good.

This is one of the worst Medical Center I have been too. I went in for a yearly OB check up. When I asked the doctor to check and make sure my IUD was in place, she replied with yes I see it it's white. I have a copper IUD! I was very upset and that immediately made me lose my trust with this particular doctor. A month later I received a bill for this OB check up. I am supposed to get free yearly exam once a year as most people do with their insurance coverage. I have been dealing with this issue back and forth trying to get the medical office to change the code because it somehow it was put in improperly. No one has been able to help me and is just a ridiculous battle because of other people's mistakes. I would never recommend this office nor will I ever go back. I just needed need my issue resolved and I have yet to been helped

Really like this place and love the doctor I see. They have urgent care/walk in services and can also be a primary care doctor. I've never had to wait more than 15 mins.

Medical treatment was denied not once, but TWICE. All because the people who answer the phones rush you to get off the phone and won't listen to your concerns. Furthermore, goodness forbid they don't get to go home early. This treatment is unacceptable and I will be finding a new primary care physician who cares if I live or die because obviously the staff here does not.

The physicians assistant is excellent. However the person who schedules the patient is way over scheduled the doctor and the physicians assistant. It was an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time before I actually saw the physicians assistant. And then she complained that she hadn't eaten or drinking anything all day and here it was almost 130 in the afternoon. This is not good for the doctors the patience or the staff. But this is what the insurance companies required to make money. Don't forget that it's always about the money. Not the patients or the doctors and the staff

6 months ago, I received bad customer service from this facility; specifically from the Office manager. I decided to give this practice another chance so I called to schedule an appointment and I was denied services because I posted a YELP review of my experience at this office. I was told that they will only schedule me an appointment if I took down my Yelp post. Who is running this facility? Obviously, a manager that does not know how to conduct proper customer service. Instead of starting over and maybe speaking with me at my appointment about our misunderstanding, this manager ordered her staff to deny me services and tried to force me to take down my review. It is apparent that they didn't take any advise from my post 6 months ago when I suggested a re-training course on customer service. I refused to take down my review because it was my opinion of this facility based on the way I was being treated. Hopefully this reaches the CEO of the facility so he or she can see how their employees are treating customers. They are the face a reflection of this company, I would hope they take to this review and get it together. Sincerely, Candice Sanders

This isn't just an urgent care. I use them as my primary doctor. The office is clean, there is minimal wait and the staff is great. Highly recommend this facility

First time being here and the front desk girls were really nice! The wait was long but worth it I understand Doctors appointments can take time depending on the reason. The Doctor was extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable I recommend this office.

Always able to get in same day! Staff is always really nice too! Location is convenient as well! Definitely recommend!

Dr. S is my primary doctor and I LOVE her! She's really cares about my well being and answers all my questions/concerns. The staff is really friendly and I look forward to seeing them each time! This will be my permanent primary care for sure!!

When I walked into the clinic I enquired about a form I needed filled out. The reception said nothing about not being able to fill it out. It is required for my child due to billing purposes. After I filled out all their paperwork I presented the form and she then informed me that she was unsure if the provider would fill it out. When I asked why she didn't say that in the first place she said she doesn't know why. I told her that is not an acceptable response. She rolled her eyes. She was very rude. I doubt we will be back to this place. I expect to be treated better by the staff. If she doesn't like her job she should just quit.

I decided to go here as a walk in patient because I have been experiencing sharp pains in my head, trouble breathing, tingling skin, etc. and the building says it an urgent care.The office was pretty clean and the wait wasn't long, about 30 minutes, and all of the staff was friendly. I do not have insurance so they charged me $60 out of pocket. I was told that any other tests would be extra and I told them that was fine. Once I get to an exam room the doctor comes in and tells me that since I do not have insurance they can only focus on one of my symptoms. I thought this was weird because I wasn't told this before I paid and I was willing to pay for any other tests. But I stayed so we went over my symptoms and I was told that none of my symptoms were connected so I needed to go get insurance so I could get more tests run. Once we talked more she thought I could have a bladder infection so I paid $15 for a urinalysis test and was told I was fine. I walked out feeling really frustrated that I wasted time and money coming to this place and I still felt bad, I still have the sharp pains in my head as I am writing this review. I was given a prescription for an inhaler and told to take some Tylenol, which I have already been taking. Overall, the experience wasn't bad but the whole thing just seemed like a scheme to get people's money to me. They didn't seem to really care what I was going through at all. Maybe it's better for people with insurance, I don't know. I would not recommend this place to anyone but especially those like me who do not have insurance. Go to a real urgent care or just spend the extra money to see a primary care doctor.

First time at this medical office. It opened not too long ago. I got here first thing in the morning. It is nice and clean and there was no wait. The staff is friendly. I like that I can run in before I go to work if something comes up.

Office was very clean. The staff was polite and professional. Dr Chang was very informative and I liked the fact that she explained things to me. Not your typical doctor that's in and out under 5 minutes. Great location if you live in the North. Many times doctor's offices are only near hospitals but this office is convenient. Best of all, they take walk ins and there is very little wait. That's what a patient wants when going to the doctor.

I just needed to update this review. The first review I wrote was not totally fair. I said everyone that worked at this office was horrible and that's not right. There is 1 lady, her name is melodie. She has always been extremely nice and very kind to me. I believe she is a medical assistant. She has always taken care of stuff for me. So I should of said that in my first review. Sorry melodie! I do and have always been very grateful for your hard work! I wish you the best!

Came here for a physical. Senialita is really great. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new dr. Getting a b12 shot now.

The Doctor, Ms. Chang is amazing, I'm very comfortable with her and would recommend her for all of your health needs.
