I love this park, its big lots of space and different play areas. Also very dog friendly! With a healthy level of security so everyone feels safe.

KayLynn Britcliffe

Google
The park is a fantastic and well-equipped destination, offering something for everyone. It features an impressive amphitheater, a spacious playground with shaded equipment, four dog-friendly parks, and beautiful walking trails, including a well-lit area behind the park. With ample parking, doggy poop bags, and amenities like tennis and pickleball courts, this park is both convenient and user-friendly. The addition of a farmers market every Friday and ongoing construction of a new sports field promise even more exciting developments. Whether you're there to relax, exercise, or enjoy a family outing, this park truly offers a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Google
Love this park! I take my dog there, amd we exercise together. The actual dog park area is nice too, although he prefers walking by the duck pond, so peaceful there. Lots of shaded areas and trees, great parking...an oasis in the middle of a busy city!

Google
Fun pirate festival was awesome and The Celtic Caterer tent was by far the most diverse, they have something for everyone and the parasols kept the heat off and made it bareable to walk around !!! They are at every major festival in the states.

Google
It’s a beautiful spacious park with lakes, benches, picnic areas, a dog park and a playground for kids. Great place to be.

Google
Nice park but needs better security, not just more security, but BETTER security. Harassing old ladies isn’t the type of security this park needs. It’s a pretty big park, but I’m seeing way too many negative reviews about security harassing women while there’s so many actual crime happening at this park. But other than that it’s a nice looking park.

Google
Beautiful park. It would benefit from some groundskeepers being around to pick up after the inconsiderates who leave trash .. other than that we love it and will be back soon!

Charles

Google
A beautiful park! Very clean with nicely manicured lawns and shrubbery. It's also well patrolled by North Las Vegas Police, which ensures a safe visit. There's an excellent skatepark as well, comfortable walking trails, and a wonderful dog park. Truly an oasis in the middle of this desert city that we reside in.

Yelp
WOW! What a fun park! we stumbled across the park while looking for the Farmers Market and we were here for nearly 3 hours letting our kids play. This park has so many areas to explore and we only got to part of it. From really cool rock slides to a fun slider thing, to swings, climbing areas and a "regular" playground, this place had it all. We didn't even get to explore the pond, the flower-looking structure, the skate park or the walking path but we still had so much to do! While we were there a big Pokémon Go event was happening and there were tons of people around playing that game because there are a lot of gyms and stops at this park as well! We also ended the day looking at people fly kites while snacking on ice creams from one of the two ice cream trucks that were parked in the parking lot! Definitely would want to come back to this park if we're in town.

Yelp
Huge park with tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, several playgrounds, a splash pad, and a skate park. Super clean and well taken care of!

Yelp
This park is beautiful. Wow. I wish more public parks was designed like this one, but also included a soccer field. The Community Garden is great. There are fruit trees used in the landscaping near the garden as well. I also saw pomegranate shrubs edging a parking lot as i was exiting the park. Desert friendly landscaping section too. Huge mature trees. Playground equipment galore. Water park area. Multiple man-made water features with bridges to walk across and paths to walk along the perimeter. Water features are also enjoyed by the birds (ducks, geese, etc). Picnic areas, an ampitheater, dog park within the park. A lot of parking! It's great! I hope they have fun public events here. I'll be checking online. Five stars!

Yelp
I really enjoy this park! I work close by and I walk here 3 times a week for 30 minutes to get some exercise in. It's a nice and clean park. I feel safe most of the times (minus when folks don't have their dog on a leash!) but it's a great park for families too to hang out. Highly recommend this nice part in NLV!

Yelp
Very nice park located in north Vegas. They have so many different walking paths, playgrounds, a skate park, soccer fields, and tons of open grass areas. We came on a Sunday during the farmers market, and while everything was great, they did have a few vendors playing pretty explicit music very loudly. Which is generally fine, but with hundreds of kids under the age of 3 around, not necessarily appropriate. The only other down side is they have a bunch of dirt bike riders that drive through the park on the walking paths, which takes away the peacefulness of the park and people forced to move out of the way. They do have security all over the place here, which is a nice touch!

Yelp
Had a great day at Craig ranch park. Haven't been here in years! It was a perfect Sunday afternoon. My in-laws had a work picnic here we were able to enjoy. Besides this work picnic there were some other small farmers markets going on, Ice cream and food trucks everywhere, music, family's everywhere enjoying the day. Everyone was kind, bbqing for loved ones, kids playing everywhere, bike riders, soccer players and more. It was such a busy day here but the good vibes were felt from everywhere. I forgot how great this park was. There was security driving around making sure the day went smooth. Love the water ponds with birds everywhere, it's a breath of fresh air in this dessert area. Great Vegas gem of a park!

Yelp
This park is huge with so many things to do. This is by far my favorite park in Las Vegas. There is a dog park that has three different sections which is nice. It has shade from the many trees placed around. There is designated parking for the dog park when there is events in the park which is nice. There is a huge basketball area, volleyball in sand, tennis area and so much more. The best thing is that it's versatile with how many events are held here. Festivals of different cultures. Paintball tournaments, concerts it has endless possibilities. Always a great time when coming here.

G V.

Yelp
I want to say first that I have not been there in years and my family wished to return a couple weeks ago. It was beautiful to see the park with families, individuals walking safely alone and the park well maintained and very little litter to be noticed!! Keep up the great work - and security in a vehicle cautiously moving about. The LOCALS appreciate your efforts!!

Yelp
Great place to walk, run b roller blade, dog park. Lots of places to picnic, plenty if parking.

Laura R.

Yelp
Love the park it's nice ! And it's big and the water side is awesome you need a break from life and walk and see the ducks and sit down and relax just come here

Yelp
What a gem of a park this is. If I lived closer I could see myself taking long walks with the family here often. Came while on a visit around the corner and just needed a quick walk to stretch my legs before jumping on the road again. First off, easy to get to with YELP navigation, plenty of parking at the entrance and handicap and pet friendly. Multiple bathrooms kept cleaned and supplied. All equipment in the playground areas also were kept clean. Definitely family focused park. Plenty of different playgrounds for children of all ages. Large covered patios with grills ready to entertained a birthday BBQ. Tennis courts, outdoor workout machines for adults as well. If you want to leisurely walk about and take breaks in between, multiple benches to watch the snow covered mt. Charleston or the ducks swim around. If you have a bird watcher in your family, they'll love the geese, ducks, wild birds making this park their home. I wished I had a place like this nearby when my kids were younger.

Yelp
This review is for the dog park specifically. Craig Ranch overall is beautiful, but for this review, I will be sticking to the dog park. I try to take my dog Lady to the dog park as much as I can. Ever since losing my job as a dog groomer in Beverly Hills, its gotten harder and harder for Lady to get her socializing in. Craig Ranch has a lot of dogs so its great. It was 2004, and I had gotten hired on as a groomer for Cesar Milan. Work was great. I even picked up some celebrity clients such as Paris Hilton, Carlos Mencia, and OJ Simpson. Things were great and Lady was pampered every day like the queen she is. However, one fatal decision brought us to Vegas. Dr. Dre was a big client of mine. One day, he brought in his Chihuahua for a quick cut and grooming. I had been getting a big ego, and I tried, lets say, a more avante garde cut on his dog Brutus. The results were terrible. I dont know what I was thinking, but when Dre saw the dog, a whole crew of his guys got out of the Escalade. A few of them had guns. I got out of there immediately. To make matters worse, he called Cesar and had me fired. Fearing for my life as well as Lady's, we headed to Vegas. I found Craig Ranch Dog Park right away. The scenery is beautiful with the lake, lots of gorgeous white geese, and a vibrant community of dog owners and Fanciers. I wound up getting married, and we had a son, so that means a lot less time with Lady. To make matters worse, we live in an apartment now, opposed to the opulent life and spoils that Lady was accustomed to, so taking her to a nice dog park is important to me. I will say this: Some of the dogs here can be a bit unruly when left alone. I saw one dog evading a dog catcher the week before, only to be inside the dog area the next. One evening, 3 larger dogs were trying to hump Lady, with a real vicious look in their eyes. To my surprise, the smaller dog from earlier single handedly protected my Lady from these vicious, horny dogs. I mean the look in their eyes was something that would make Ron Jeremy blush! Thank goodness for that little scrapper. And the best part - Somehow lady and the dog got a hold of the same piece of food and tried eating it simultaneously, and wound up with a kiss at the end. How adorbs! Later that day I saw the dog catcher after him again, and I decided what the heck? I think I will adopt him, and he now has his furrever home with our family! There are actually 4 sections for enclosures, but dog size isnt regulated much. The size of each are large enough that it usually isnt much of a problem. If you do happen to want to walk around outside, there is a large portion of grass passed the BBQ area, and geese like to congregate there. Lady loves chasing the birds. It is best to pull right up to the first enclosure, as there are many cars travelling on the narrow park roads that have blind corners. Overall, you arent going to get much of a better dog park in Las Vegas. Craig Ranch offers dogs of high class to any tramp wandering around a spot to play, find shade, get water, and find friends.

Yelp
Good park in North Las Vegas. Lots of things for the whole family. Volley ball court, tennis courts, several playgrounds, small rock climbing wall, Calisthenics, small ponds , walking trails, and great open spaces for you to play frisbee or toss a football. There was a fight that broke out while we were there.. so we left . Besides that, it's a nice park.
google avatar

Chanté B.

Yelp
There is three different options for the dog park, you have for little pups on one side of the street and large and medium dogs on the opposite side. The grass is dead so be ready to have your dog full of dead grass caught in their fur. We always bring a towel with us. A lot of owners don't pick up their dogs feces so be careful where you walk. They used to have a container full of dog toys but lately haven't seen it. Large space for dogs to run around. One area for dogs to get water i always bring a collapsible bowl and a water bottle for our dogs to drink from.
google avatar

Jules P.

Yelp
There are great play areas for children, and a bunch of great picnic tables. The tennis courts are clean and the grounds are well tended. The manmade lakes are nice and there are a bunch of geese, ducks, and rabbits in the park. There is security on the premises and decent (not great) bathroom facilities.

Max P.

Yelp
I think it's ridiculous that the large dog park will always have the lights on. You barely ever see one of them out. But the small dog park can never seem to get a single light bulb replaced. It's completely dark not a single light available. Except for across the street.
google avatar

Emma F.

Yelp
Came here for the children's heart walk and this park is beautiful. The park is HUGE and there's lots to do. They had it set up for the walk and kids activities which was great. There's lots of parking so that's a plus. We had a great time here!
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
This is my favorite park in North Las Vegas. It is huge and you can get your steps in easily. My dog also loves all the grass and smells. They do have a portion that is a dog park but I don't use it so can't speak to it. There are basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic tables and even a skatepark. There is ample parking and a couple entrances into the park. The park has multiple events. I've seen a Chinese lantern festival and a music/beer festival at the park. I highly recommend this place
google avatar

Sandra L.

Yelp
This park is HUGE!!! If you looking for a great, clean park with plenty of parking to spend the day with friends and family, look no further!! You can easily spend as much time here as you want. There are plenty of play areas and walking paths. There is a pond area with ducks, fish and turtles. There are constantly events being held here. So be on the lookout for those.
google avatar

Norm K.

Yelp
I have been to the Craig Ranch Regional Park twice--both times for a light spectacle. The first time was two years ago for the Chinese Light Festival and this year was to see the Festival of Lights for Christmas which partially benefits Opportunity Village. The park was very clean both times even with the numbers of people that had gone through the displays. I like to relatively large lake and it made a great spot for some of the lights to be placed for the Chinese Light Festival. Getting in and out is easy and there is plenty of parking. If this wasn't so ,far away from where I live, I'd come here to walk and enjoy the trees and the views.
google avatar

Rod W.

Yelp
Craig Ranch Regional Park has with it takes if you're looking for an enjoyable outing, either with friends, family, or even just by yourself. There's lot of different types of birds to be found here, and there's plenty of green grass to enjoy :-) This is a place I'd recommend if you want to enjoy a little solitude and/or just take a walk in the open space and air.
google avatar

Jasmine T.

Yelp
Craig Ranch is a very large park that offers a variety of events throughout the year and activities to do with the kids. We go to the park regularly with the little ones and they absolutely love it, from the jungle gym to the food trucks. It definitely makes for a nice family get away to wear the kids out. I don't recommend being here too late into the night but overall it is a nice park.
google avatar

Mina R.

Yelp
Great park in North Las Vegas. Its very large. Many things to do here. Skate park. Dog park. Basketball courts. Large play ground areas. Pond full of ducks, geese, and turtles. BBQ areas. And lots of grass to lay around. They also have certain festivals here which I believe they just recently had the Aloha festival. All around its a very busy park. Too bad it's so far away from where I live.

Yelp
Okay lazy people are smart enough to carry in to a concert what they need. Check out the photos of what was left after the Memorial Day concert at the Amp. Lazy people do not carry out those things they bring in to the concert. Who do lazy people expect to pick up after them? Oh, I know, not themselves, lazy people leave that for other people to do. I hope the park takes a strong look at this mess and decides to have everyone going to a concert pay $5.00 for a clean-up fee. I cannot believe the mess I saw at the Amp this morning while taking a walk. It was not just me, but everyone we saw was talking about the lazy people that went to the concert. Craig Ranch park managers, directors and Mr. Mayor please make these lazy people pay for the clean-up after a concert by charging every person going a $5.00 fee for clean up. Check out these photos!
google avatar

Herbie L.

Yelp
Nice park. Well kept, except the neighborhood is full of slobs. If the locals would clean up after themselves, it would be much nicer. The park's landscape and maintenance department has been there cleaning every time I stop by, but it's never- ending. Maybe it would help to station a police officer there giving $500 tickets for littering (especially on weekends. The tickets would pay the salary. Other than that, it is awesome. Great place to walk your dog. Kuma especially likes the wading pools. Adopt or foster dogs from SNARLLV.org.
google avatar

Laurie H.

Yelp
We love this park. There are multiple playgrounds in different styles, water area, tables, and long stretches of grass. There's a lake with ducks, for just relaxing. There's a skateboard park, with a couple Nureyev pool shape, for the kids and teens to practice. It's always busy and the interactions we've had with them have been nice. The water splashy place has a little trickle creek for littles. The big area has many holes that spray so many kids can play at once. There's never a charge to get in unless there is an attraction like Piratefest, or Memorial Lanterns. It's big, cool, plenty of parking, loads of fun. Worth taking your pets to.

Yelp
This review is solely for the festival of lights. This year has been anything but festive. If you are looking for some holiday cheer this is a family friendly and budget friendly thing to do. If you are like me and are really sad that for the first time in 30 years I will not be going to Magical Forest due to COVID. This is a similar option. They donate some of the proceeds to Opportunity village which makes me happy and totally want to support them. The lights are awesome especially when it goes along with the music. There are rides and fair food at an extra cost. General admission is $15 per adult. You get a timed entry but can stay as long as you'd like. Great socially distant and safe way to celebrate the holidays. Drive through the Nearest Starbucks for your favorite holiday drink and take a lovely walk in the park! https://www.eventbrite.com/e/vegas-festival-of-lights-2020-tickets-123764445789

Yelp
Best park in Las Vegas. Come check it out for yourself. They got dog park(s), a bunch of kids playgrounds, and just open park. I play PokemonGO and you never get tired playing there. I love Craig Ranch. Biggest bestest park that I have ever seen.
google avatar

Marie T.

Yelp
We came here for a kid birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised by this park. If it weren't completely on the other end of town, I wouldn't mind visiting this park again. The party was set up in one of the grassy areas under the shade. The grass was very well kept and there wasn't dog poop everywhere. I felt completely comfortable letting my kids run and fall. Of course they were covered in grass afterwards, but that's what kids do, right? I followed my toddler son on his scooter as went exploring the park more. It's huge! We didn't even make it to the other side because of how big it was. The playground was cute, but of course it was closed off due to COVID. There were tons of walk ways through out and the areas that we did see were clean and trash free. I really wanted to go see the little pond and the flower sculptures but it was way on the other side of the park. I would definitely pay another visit here if we were in the area again.
google avatar

Nicolas A.

Yelp
This is the BEST skate park in Vegas! They have everything here...5 different bowls, plenty of stairs and rails for features, various ramps...and best of all: a full-pipe/tunnel! They're open from 7am to 10pm and have lights after dark for night skating! I highly recommend this place for skaters of ALL levels. My only complaint is that they allow bikes. Bikers shouldn't be allowed in skate parks and vice versa. At the very least, they shouldn't be allowed at the same time.
google avatar

Lea M.

Yelp
During the cooler temperatures this is the park to be at. It's huge with so many amenities and activities that you could spend a whole day here without even realizing if. It's clean and very well kept. There are a ton of Picnic Area and restrooms that are well maintained and often serviced. There's a large duck pond in the middle and a small water play area. Great investment for the community!
google avatar

Brittney M.

Yelp
Pretty place! The kids had fun! Lots of space! Great for walking around while the kids play! A few different play areas! Lots of green, so of you have toddlers, they have some run room! Side note: Don't feed the ducks/geese bread!!! Bring cracked corn (careful of the fish with corn), oats, rice, birdseed, frozen peas, chopped lettuce, or sliced grapes, melon, berries (if strawberries give them the green tops!),

Yelp
Craig Ranch Amphitheater tips: Parking: general parking is off of Commerce Street. I recommend entering on Commerce (either from south or north) because the left turn on Craig Rd will be backed up. It is a big dirt lot. I bought $10 general parking tickets for my concert but no one was checking so maybe just hold off and bring cash. VIP parking is off Lone Mountain Road. There is a very long grassy/dirt walk across the park to the venue, so heels are not recommended. Ride share drop off - use VIP parking. The venue had food trucks and I only saw 2 bars (one in the eating area and one at the top of the stairs of the amphitheater.) All lines were super slow so get to your show before the opener starts. 21+ wristband check was near the bar. Venue: chair seating up close, and then grassy top tiers where you can bring your own chairs. GA section was a grassy knoll at the top - people brought picnic blankets. Awesome venue! I just wish they sent an email out or put details on the tickets.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite spots. Right now kind of cloudy today I haven't been here for a long time since I moved back from Oregon. A good place to walk your dogs to get your morning exercise. Or go grab your favorite coffee and relax by the little lake. There is a small and a big dog park here.Theres a skate park here. A couple out side gyms for your kids. For me I take my dogs to the outside gym :) The sidewalk that goes on forever to get your exercise. This is the spot to go to every year for Christmas light show. Theres even Farmer markets here every Sundays, Right now it's shut down but it'll come back soon

Dana U.

Yelp
Nice dog park, playgrounds, walking. Should add fishing to a pond for kids Pretty park
google avatar

Annie H.

Yelp
They have upgraded and added a lot of new activities to this park... ooooh and a pond! So pretty. This is the closest park to my house. I mainly go here for their dog park. My dogs love it here. Sometimes the dog park can be very crowded and sometimes it can be empty depending on the time. My only issue with this dog park is that my dog loves rolling in the grass and little dry balls fallen from the trees onto the grass sticks to her fur and it's dreadful to remove. So I try to stray away if I have time to go further out to another doggie park. Other than that, beautiful park.
google avatar

Allison B.

Yelp
This is my favorite park in the north area to not only take my children but also my dogs, unfortunately only one of them goes willingly. It's been a blessing living so close. At first arrival it may not seem the easiest depending on the way you enter but they have a vast amount of events like the Balloon photos show as well as awesome areas for playing various activities. There isn't a large water area but I prefer that because I'm not a fan of the ability to slip and I don't care for sand. My kids aren't toddlers anymore but when they were the sand only parks drove me nuts.. They have some issues with vandalism to equipment so be warned this park is nice but humans will do as they do. Also beware of goose poo and don't wear nice shows. Bring water because their fountains look gross but the employees who work here are great! And I always feel safe even at night here.
google avatar

Yelp
A memorial tree grove surrounded by an acre of community gardens and playgrounds. A place which could very well be the epicenter of North Las Vegas. With the recent opening just before Memorial Day Weekend 2020 this parks sheds a light of recognition to the true meaning of Memorial Day. A special day of remembrance and tribute to all those who lost their lives during battle for the stake of this country. A supreme sacrifice for the ultimate stake so that Americans could move forward as a nation. Perhaps the timely coincidence is a way to pay tribute to all those Americans who gave sacrifices during this year's lockdown. For all those who stayed home. For safety, fear, or following orders. And for all those front liners who went outside. For bravery, courage, or to live by example.

Yelp
Not far from my house but also The outdoor amphitheater shows are amazing! My husband and I experienced the Erykah Badu show months ago and yes I would do it again and again! Thanks
google avatar

Demetria W.

Yelp
I saw Erykah Badu here a few weekends ago. I had never been to the amphitheater part of this park. When purchasing tickets online, I had no idea how great of seats we got. We purchased row D, stage right, and those were close! There's really no bad seat there anyway. Ample parking. Depending on the event, you may have to pay. Going in to park was madness, a lot of cars and since people didn't pay ahead of time, they had to pay cash to the person directing, which took up more time. Once we got in, it was a trek. But all worth it to see Ms. Badu!
google avatar

Sav H.

Yelp
Awesome park with a great splash pad for the kiddos and it's very big. You can't expect much for parks in Las Vegas but this is a good park
google avatar

Mali M.

Yelp
Clean up this place. Put your trash in their many designated trash cans so the fish, geese, ducks, and turtles don't have to swim in this cesspool. Also please monitor the bathroom. We had rude female and male teens smoking pot in the girls bathroom which made it uncomfortable to use the bathroom.
google avatar

Tyron C.

Yelp
Park is enormous. Lots to do there. Great for the kids and four legged alike. Water features are excellent too.
google avatar

Courtney M.

Yelp
There are so many parks in Vegas all ranging from what they have to offer and entice park goers alike. This park however has it all. Dog parks, lake, walk paths, amphitheater, volley ball courts, basketball courts, a full size skate park, baseball field, barbecue areas, seating pavilions, plus many playground areas. The design of this park has allowed many activities to take place here continuously plus allow the park goers to still have access to what they enjoy without skipping a beat. We've attended car shows, festivals, and a circus one time here. The grass is always maintained and the grounds kept. Would recommend Location is Craig/ Revere - more than enough parking
google avatar

Shelly M.

Yelp
Love this park! There's something for everyone. Beautiful landscaping and a small lake area to relax by. There's a dog park, skate park, plenty of picnic shelters and grills. They also have basketball and tennis courts as well as large area for kids to play. Great place to just walk and lots of green space if you just want to chill or maybe throw a frisbee around. I definitely recommend coming here.
google avatar

Beatriz R.

Yelp
This park is BEAUTIFUL, I've been to many parks here in Vegas and this is by far the absolute best. It's huge and well taken care of. There are plenty of games for kids to play and different activities they can do. They also do events on the weekends. Must visit. 10/10

Antonisha D.

Yelp
Me and my kids drive all the way from Henderson just to come to this park I love it Nice clean atmosphere and my kids always cry when it's time to leave.
google avatar

Yelp
It's my regular place to ground myself, meditate, dance in the park and enjoy all the concerts and festivities it has. Love this park.

Yelp
This park has a slide on top of a mountain that my kids love !!!! Has several different play grounds plus basketball court and a skate park this place is awesome !!
