Anyone who knows anything about me knows these rank really highly in my cookie bracket. They really salt the dough, which you can taste, and have a million ever-rotating flavours - Mini Egg and Twix are obvious favourites, and their shortbread-stuffed chocolate chip cookie is surprisingly complex, too. You really just need to try them. They also do ice cream sandwiches at this location!

Google
Have to say we're really disappointed with what appears to be a decline in the quality of cookies from this location. My wife and I have consistently been buying cookies here for the past 2 years and over the past 8-9 months the quality of cookies (both in flavor and freshness) has really been disappointing. I had assumed that it was a franchise wide issue, however, we just enjoyed some Craig's from union station and they were fantastic. So, if you're in the area I'd suggest taking the walk to union instead.

First time going here to since I haven't tried it before and I asked what's the best-seller, and suggested the classic one, after biting through the middle part, I realized that the cookies has too much sugar, too sweet, and not only that I found a BLOND HAIR INSIDE the cookie, it was disgusting, I went back to tell I found a hair inside the cookie, and not even an apology from it, and told me "do you want a refund or just another cookie", and proceed to picking up the phone and going for it. I was just surprise towards the service I was hoping for a suggestion. At least have a common courtesy to customers. Wish I could've taken the picture to show it here.

Visited Craig's Cookies after dinner nearby and was immediately drawn in by the enticing display of cookie flavors upon entering. The wall adorned with portraits added a humorous and charming touch to the decor. Our server played along with our jokes, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere of the visit. Opting for a half-dozen assortment, we trusted our server's recommendations for flavors, and I must say, the 'Original' was a standout. Craig's Cookies offers a unique blend of sweetness, a hint of sourness, and savoury notes in their cookies that create an unforgettable taste experience. With such a variety of flavours to choose from, it's hard to go wrong. I highly recommend trying these treats for an adventurous experience

Was going to grab some vegan cookies while holding my 2kg support dog on my arms and they didn’t even let us in! Didn’t bother to ask if my dog is a service animal and just told me that they don’t allow dogs! I informed them that my dog has documents but they didn’t care! Disappointed! Had you on my (want to go) list and now I am never going to visit you at all.

Big fan of Craig's Cookies in general, but have really enjoyed visiting this location since moving out here. The staff are always friendly & helpful, and the range of cookies never disappoints. #ContestEntry

Google
This is a really sweet cookie shop. Their cookie options are really interesting with a lot of very interesting combinations that you would assume wouldn’t work, but they do. Overall the cookies are good, but they are quite rich and I feel like they use too much butter/shortening. They are also expensive.

Love this store, especially when picking up treats for friends. There's always a great selection of flavours, and they're so unique. Highly recommend.

Google
Beyond happy Craig's Cookies opened up a location in the East end. Not embarrassed to say I've been going on a weekly basis at this point... they're so good! My favourites so far are the Ferrero Rocher and the Brownie, but every cookie I've tried has not disappointed. Still waiting to try the elusive cheesecake cookie -- I seem to miss it everytime I go, which gives me another excuse to go back. I've also heard from friends of friends that have met or worked with Craig that he is the real deal: a nice guy that treats his employees right. I'll be going back again and again.

Yelp
Overall: 4/5 Food: Bueno cookie 4/5 I got it since I love Kinder Bueno! If you like bueno, you'll like this. Only wish it was fresh when I got it.... I'm sure it would be amazing fresh out of the oven. Service: 5/5 Friendly and quick! Ambiance: 4/5 - Just a takeout cookie spot; nothing good, nothing bad to say. :)

Yelp
Came to the Leslieville location to see what was available, and to check them out... they close 10pm so that's a bonus! Located on Queen E near Logan wasn't busy when we went in. The staff were helpful and quick.... prices have gone up since Shop was clean, well lit and everything labeled. Lots of selection, something for everyone

Yelp
Prices are a bit insane, but I do love these cookies. The staff are great - the cookie I wanted fell on the floor so they threw an extra cookie in for me. They also have ice cream....UBE ice cream.

Yelp
Delicious cookies in a variety of unique flavors. We tried the rice krispies cookie and pride cookie so far and both were very soft and had lots of flavor. The rice krispie cookie had a nice balance of salty and sweet, while the pride cookie was much sweeter. Other flavors included Mr. Big and Reese's pieces.

Yelp
Passed by this cute place during a 5km run and came back to try it with family. Service was great with the lady helping us choose which cookies to try out. The cookies themselves were alright, too sweet for my taste and definitely a bit crazy for its price

Yelp
Got peanut butter cup & rice krispies (with rice krispy treats). The cookies were decent & chewy but nothing to write home about.

Yelp
I've been wanting to stop by for a while now (those darn online ads haunted me for weeks, lol). These cookies are hands down some of the best I've ever had! Yes, as other reviewers mentioned, the price is steep for cookies ($16 per half dozen) but oh so worth it. The cookies are big, moist and just a burst of flavour in your mouth. Really baked to perfection. The base of the cookie is the same regardless of flavour, just the middle is different. The staff are amazing. They're super friendly and informative. I'm a fan and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Just ok. The cookies are very basic because all of the dough is the same, brown sugar + white sugar base (used in a choco chip cookie). The only creative element is what they put inside of the cookie. From a business perspective, it's genius because they can just batch-make the dough. Cookies were also way too sweet, considering they add a chunk of chocolate in the middle. Wouldn't go back. Not worth the price.

Yelp
This is the second time coming here but it will be my last. The staff are rude and condescending, The bakers have no idea what ingredients are in there cookies ??? They are grossly overpriced for what you get. They are undercooked for the most part and today the carrot cake was just raw. We were also told today that certain cookies count as two cookies despite that being anywhere in store or online so we paid the price of a half dozen for five. Then we were told we can only buy 6/12 nothing singular, which is completely untrue. Avoid this place . Doesn't live up to hype

Yelp
Yay! They're on the east side in my neighbourhood now! My friend saw their opening day line-up and asked what's so special about them?! I said they put crack or something in them!! Ha!! I then proceeded to go down and buy 12 cookies and took them to my friend's place. Now they understand why these are awesome cookies! The line-up moves quickly. Two people in the store at one time. Debit or credit, no cash. My second visit they were telling the customer ahead of me that the Ruby Red Slippers ice cream is for charity. Part of the proceeds go to Trans Youth. So I got a bowl + cookie for $6. Or an ice cream sandwich is $8. It was a raspberry swirl sort of ice cream. But call me crazy I think there was mint and rainbow sprinkles but not traditional sprinkles. So I'll definitely be a repeat offender... I mean customer! Ha!

Yelp
Amazing staff and product. THEY THROW OUT THE EXTRA COOKIES AT 10PM!!! In an area with multiple shelters, and so many ways to safely donate extra products it is not right that they throw it out... This company has had a lot of publicity about local success but this aspect needs to change.

Yelp
Omg cookies here are sooooo good and so deadly cause you can't stop eating them!!! Don't be like me and buy and dozen and finish them within 24 hrs you will regret it a week later when it shows up on your scale lol But yes Craig's is a must buy when you're in the area. $3 / cookie awesome price.

Yelp
I stop in here every time I'm in Leslieville, or really anywhere on Queen East. The cookies are always amazing, and they have new varieties/flavours every time I visit. Staff is also very friendly and patient, as I take way too much time to decide what I want.

Yelp
These are the greatest cookies and anyone who doesn't love them might be a serial killer. Just saying. I know they're pricey. But they're huge, every single flavour is amazing and they make a rainbow pride cookie. What more could you possibly want?! Also, they're open late so when you want a cookie at 9pm, they've got you covered.

Yelp
I just spent 30$ for a dozen cookies. They are very large but they are extremely RAW and undercooked. I can feel granulated crunchy sugar, it should have been dissolved into the butter, not still granulated.

Terry A.

Yelp
Every cookie has the same base...no epicurean delight or challenge there...FAST FOOD COOKIES!!! And the PRICE!!!??? they wont sell 2 for $5 which is a naturally occurring thought. Makes you think the owner(s) are just in it for the money...for shame. I challenge you to do the right thing!!!
