Best place in Houston, best avocado toast I have had, organic, local and high quality ingredients. So many amazing toasts to pick from, organic juice and shots. A must when in Houston, I went every day for breakfast there. It’s inside a food hall so there is a coffee stand as well. Support amazing local businesses like this. I wish there was cranky carrot where I live.

giving the food 3 stars overall - we got the buffalo chicken and firecracker wraps and they were good but we probably wouldn’t get them again for $17 each. I got the matcha smoothie and my friend got the island vibes bowl. The kiwi in her bowl and the smoothie just lacked flavor. Service was fine it was just really slow considering were were the only people ordering on a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend other people try this place out for themselves but I probably wouldn’t chose this over any other healthy food places or smoothie places i’ve tried in Houston!

This is the best smoothie place I have ever been to - incredible. I was in Houston for a work trip and went here every morning. All of my colleagues were also obsessed and we couldn’t believe how amazing all of the ingredients were. Everything was made fresh - homemade almond milk, fresh fruit and veg - YUM! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for a large group order as well. I wish there was one of these back in Canada / on every block - love it! Thank you and can’t wait to come back next trip!! Big shout out to Fredy on making this an amazing experience.

The avocado toast was very rich and succulent. I’ve tried avocado toast in different restaurants across different countries, and this one is the best. The ingredients were fresh, and to top it off, The customer service was lovely. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try.

“Yum yum yum, Delicioso!” First time trying Cranky Carrot and they did not disappoint. Their avocado toast is so good and delicious that I’m afraid that my expectation of doing it myself might fail to meet their expertise. Also, their Berry Beauty smoothie was just the right drink to hit the spot (literally craving another one, while I write this). 😔 Everything was so fresh and made with care & love. I ordered the Beet Hummus Toast and the Revive Juice, and everything was absolutely delicious—tasty, fresh, and served in a good portion. However, I gave a low score for the service because of an issue with the avocado toast. I initially asked for the Avocado Loaded Toast without caramelized onions, but I was told the onions were already mixed with the cheese. Fine, I decided to go for the regular Avocado Toast instead and requested no onions again (since this one comes with raw onions on top). To my surprise, they responded that they prepare the dish as it is, and I would need to remove the onions myself. At most restaurants or food halls, when I request no onions (unless they are already mixed in), the staff accommodates without hesitation. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I ended up switching to the Beet Hummus Toast because they refused to remove the onions from the other options, even though it was entirely doable.

Sorry but $16 for a smoothie bowl that wasn't even filled up all the way is a rip off... My bowl was half-way filled with mostly blueberries and a small amount of acai. The actual food tasted good but wasn't worth the price at all.

Absolutely delicious, I ordered the chicken green goddess wrap and it was soo filling and I got so full I couldn't finish the wrap, 😅 this place does everything in house and you can taste it !! Also , is owned by a boricu!!
