My new favourite pub. Really love what they've done with the place. Lovely decor and atmosphere but the star of the show was a staff member called Josh. Put an instant smile on my face with his friendly greeting and chat. Food was served hot and very tasty and my coffee was lovely. The chicken katsu curry is my fav and my husband loves the steak pie. Can't wait to revisit. Some pubs could def learn a thing or two from this one.

I still absolutely love this place.....it always keep us coming back for more!!! It has done so well to keep it's cleanliness, standards and smiles shining throughout, I don't think there is a single time I've come to this establishment and had an issue....even down to wanting to add more lemonade in my gin, not a problem! 😍🍹🍸 Shaun and his team are true diamonds 💎 They always ensure we are happy and smiling with them, connecting with us like a pal ❤️ We have sat and watched Shaun and his staff and it's safe to say he has trained them impeccably and definitely leads by example....there isn't a single person I haven't seen Shaun or his team connect with and make their time at the Cranleigh, even more enjoyable!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 They usually update their specials menu each month but they are continuously looking for positive inputs or feedback...... I highly recommend the lasagne and salt and pepper chicken (comes with the most divine katsu sauce) props to the chef for that.... I demolished it!! 😋 There is always something happening at this venue, wether it be down to fizz Fridays, bottomless brunch, new meals or cocktails or the sports...and I mean ALL sports! They cater to everyone, truly. Families, groups of friends, couples, sports fanatics....everyone! 🥰 Sports screens throughout, along with a dart board and a more than spacious beer garden and seating area. 🎯🏡🍺🍻 The garden is even closed off for those with children or fur babies 👧🏼🐾🐾🐾 You simply can't go wrong!! Truly Egg-cellent day attending the cranleigh with the family for Easter breakfast. Food was fantastic as always, the kids received an Easter egg on arrival and we’re lucky enough to even meet the Easter bunny! Thank you to Shaun and the team. Great day 🍻

I went with my partner and friends for lunch. I had booked on the Green King app. However, you have to go to the bar to acknowledge your booking, which is frustrating when the restaurant is busy. When ordering food at the bar is always best to double check your order before paying as we had a mistake made on our bill due to staff not being trained fully. The staff were very apologetic but this held up procedures. You can pay for your food on the app, however I couldn't get it to work on the day. After everything the food came quickly and was well presented hot and tasty. A great place to have a meal and good value for money as there are deals. The only thing I was not keen on is that they let dogs into the restaurant, for which if they scratch, could release fur into the air.

Came here for a bite to eat. The pub itself was very clean and tidy, dog friendly, and child friendly. It's quite noisy, but that can't be helped. Service was good and speedy. However, the quality of food was basic. I ordered a simple burger and chips, and my friend had the mixed grill. The chips were cold and over seasond the burger was cold also, the salad tasted un-washed, because you could still taste the salad wash, my friend had a mixed grill, the steak was not cooked correctly, his chicken was dry like really dry and the sausages were greasy like they were cooked in a fryer. They may of had an off day but still could have been better.

Went for dinner last night and decided to take our dogs as they now offer a doggy menu (Amazing idea) and it was 1 of our dogs birthdays. Food was amazing and the staff we so friendly and welcoming. Been coming to the Cranleigh for years but after the last people took over (who were rude and unfriendly) our visits went to nearly minimal. So glad it’s under new management. The boss is lovely and the bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dogs loved their chicken dinners and will definitely be going back again. *****

We held my sister’s birthday here. The buffet food was amazing-good value and quality. Service was great. The evening went well and we all had an amazing time. Well done to The Cranleigh team-you are all great. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic venue with ample parking and amazing new decor. Very well situated for all sizes of gatherings, get togethers and birthdays. Just had my wife’s birthday there and Shaun & the Cranleigh team were outstanding in their hospitality. Food and drinks all very reasonably priced and atmosphere is great. Can’t wait to go back! 5 stars :)
