I don't understand how anyone can say a bad word about this pub. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and make an effort to get to know all their regulars and are all so warm and genuine. The pub has a lovely atmosphere, everyone who goes there is friendly to each other and has a chat. They are so family friendly, the food is good and everything is reasonably priced. Shaun is a great manager and has an amazing team working there, I can't fault any of the staff they are all lovely. Best local ever

My new favourite pub. Really love what they've done with the place. Lovely decor and atmosphere but the star of the show was a staff member called Josh. Put an instant smile on my face with his friendly greeting and chat. Food was served hot and very tasty and my coffee was lovely. The chicken katsu curry is my fav and my husband loves the steak pie. Can't wait to revisit. Some pubs could def learn a thing or two from this one.

We spent a wonderful evening at The Cranleigh. The food was excellent. It was fizz Friday. We were looked after by Morgan and Josh, they were attentive and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal and drinks. It was a great atmosphere and the place was full of nice people. We'll definitely be going back soon. Thank you Morgan and Josh, you're both an asset to the establishment.

I still absolutely love this place.....it always keep us coming back for more!!! It has done so well to keep it's cleanliness, standards and smiles shining throughout, I don't think there is a single time I've come to this establishment and had an issue....even down to wanting to add more lemonade in my gin, not a problem! 😍🍹🍸 Shaun and his team are true diamonds 💎 They always ensure we are happy and smiling with them, connecting with us like a pal ❤️ We have sat and watched Shaun and his staff and it's safe to say he has trained them impeccably and definitely leads by example....there isn't a single person I haven't seen Shaun or his team connect with and make their time at the Cranleigh, even more enjoyable!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 They usually update their specials menu each month but they are continuously looking for positive inputs or feedback...... I highly recommend the lasagne and salt and pepper chicken (comes with the most divine katsu sauce) props to the chef for that.... I demolished it!! 😋 There is always something happening at this venue, wether it be down to fizz Fridays, bottomless brunch, new meals or cocktails or the sports...and I mean ALL sports! They cater to everyone, truly. Families, groups of friends, couples, sports fanatics....everyone! 🥰 Sports screens throughout, along with a dart board and a more than spacious beer garden and seating area. 🎯🏡🍺🍻 The garden is even closed off for those with children or fur babies 👧🏼🐾🐾🐾 You simply can't go wrong!! Really enjoyed the Drag Bingo. Great atmosphere, food really good, service friendly and lovely. They listened and looked after us - and couldn’t have been more accommodating when our table was too far from the action. Looking forward to making this our local.

It was a family gathering for my grand daughters birthday, the place surprised me with the refurbishment, it's very nice and relaxing, the service was spot on and welcoming. The food was hot tasty and filling, and good value. We were there for an hour and half, arriving at 18.30 it was pretty busy but had a nice muted atmosphere, well worth a visit.

Truly Egg-cellent day attending the cranleigh with the family for Easter breakfast. Food was fantastic as always, the kids received an Easter egg on arrival and we’re lucky enough to even meet the Easter bunny! Thank you to Shaun and the team. Great day 🍻

Absolutely smashing pub 👌 excellent food and atmosphere. The staff are top notch. 100% recommend this pub. Big shout out to Shaun and the team. Wednesday night is a fun packed Card Bingo night. Great fun and laughter.
