Drag Clown Carla Rossi’s Guide to Dining in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"I really love the Belmont Kitchen cart just across from Movie Madness — the yakisoba there is some of the most delicious you can get, and I love to order it with an egg so I can crack that yolk and live in my own Studio Ghibli movie." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

I would NEVER recommend nor will I ever buy another piece of furniture from Crate and Barrel again. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The frame of our couch randomly broke one day months ago, not from a move, not from some large human jumping on my couch or anything else. 2 and a half years in to owning it the frame just broke. In multiple different attempts to have this reconciled by CB we send pictures and communicate with customer service only getting a complete run around. Days between answering emails, sometimes just not replying to my emails and ultimately being told my couch broke from “abnormal use” and it’s not under warranty anymore because it didn’t break from “everyday use”. All while they have never come out to look at my couch and have completely disregarded anything I have said about what happened. They took the position I was lying and was not being truthful about how one day there was just a break in my couch frame from normal use. What happened to having integrity and pride in your product? What about believing the customer? What about honoring a warranty? The fact that a customer who spent thousands on a couch is now with a broken couch and has to go buy a new couch all within 3 years of buying a “top of the line” “great brand” “amazing quality” couch from a prominent retailer. This is truly one of the most embarrassing forms of customer service and treatment of a customer. As a customer I’ve never been told I’m lying about what happened to my product and that because I’m lying there’s nothing they can do to help remedy my solution.

I had the best experience with Deirdre. She was a delight. She pulled wood chips and printed pictures before our meeting, gave us time to discuss, and made sure we were pleased with our selections.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I bought our first couch in 2022 when we got married. We spent months researching and chose our couch from crate and barrel because of the size and the assurance of quality. First when our couch was delivered it was missing a side cushion. We reached out to customer service multiple times and never got it. But the real issue is our frame has a crack in it. This couch has remained in the same spot. We have don’t nothing to the couch to cause this. We reached out to crate and barrel customer service because of the frame’s warranty. Crate and barrel insisted that we dropped some heavy weight or something to damage frame. Called us liars basically and accused us of purposely breaking the couch. DO NOT buy their furniture. They are dishonest and will not hold up their warranty.

Google
Beautiful place but be careful buying large purchases, like a couch, from here. Had an issue with mine less than 2 years of buying it and they won’t help at all. A lifespan of a couch is more than 7 years, but their couches are awful. Cause a migraine from bad posture. The fabric looks 10 years old with washing and shaving and proper care. Had frustrating long calls with customer service, with zero help. I got a large Oceanside sectional and I tend to buy most of my furniture from cb2 and crate and barrel. Never again! I’ll be sure to spread the word with everyone I know. Guests don’t like this couch so it’s bad advertising for them I guess 😅.

The staff at this store has always been very nice and helpful. Specially us that we just move from Spain and need to fill our apartment here in Dallas with furniture and utensils.

Justin V.

Google
Lots of nice furniture, if you can afford it. It's quite expensive. I didn't like the color scheme of the furniture. It's all bland, beige and white everything. But I guess that's just the Modern style unfortunately.

Yohanna T.

Google
Poor Packaging and Handling Experience Unfortunately, the item was not wrapped properly—it was only covered in a thin white plastic with no real protection. While loading it onto our own truck, the staff handled it carelessly, which resulted in a noticeable scratch on the side of the couch. To make matters worse, we had to saw part of it by hand just to cover the torn area. When we asked about returning it due to the damage, the manager told us it was a final sale. I expected much better care and customer service, especially for a large furniture purchase. The lack of professionalism in both packaging and handling was truly disappointing.

Yelp
This location is the largest one in DFW area. It's clique and trendy. It's very Norwegianesque when it comes to style. Even though Crate and Barrel to folks seems expensive they do have some rare affordable pieces everyone would love. I usually love getting Kitchenware or cutlery for friends and family as gift during holiday season and their selection is great. I want to shoutout Allie who helped at the store yesterday I had made online order and was ready for pick when I arrived it was ready but did mention what I ordered was not crystal but plastic. She quickly helped get it replaced with another item. Helped me gift wrap it. They were having system issues so we had to move to 3 different check out counters but she was patient and kind. She kept apologizing and ensuring I was fine. Shoutout to Allie for great customer service.

Estella C.

Yelp
Overall, it's a nice store, but the constant check-ins from the staff became uncomfortable. After the third time someone asked if we needed help, the shopping experience started to feel unsettling. My partner and I also noticed employees trailing us as if they thought we might take something. What really pushed us over the edge was that other customers seemed like floor walkers and were also watching us. One employee insisted on taking our two stockings to hold behind the register, but after nearly 10 minutes, no one returned with them. Crate & Barrel has cute items, but the customer service needs improvement because in this case, it cost them a sale.

Yelp
I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

Yelp
Ms Hayes.... I have held my tongue long enough. The stores we have dealt with from MAY 2024 from Dallas then the delivery to Colorado HAS BEEN UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!! We had to custom order a sofa after the original order was the wrong color. We waited then without a sofa in our house in the mountains for Six months. Then they delivered a partial sofa with a missing piece and could not locate it. Then they had to re-order that sofa. And it was finally delivered I believe in December. The rug that we ordered at the same time in May, has been promised, then canceled at least six times and the last one being today which has been my tipping point. The delivery service said that they had it two or three weeks ago. We flew here to Denver to be here over the holidays and accept the rug and then today all of a sudden they can't locate it and they're telling us they have to re-order the rug.!!!!! I don't know where the crack in the system is but this has been unreal and we are completely upset with all of the experience we have had with this order of what $10,000 or more. I don't remember now it's been so long. Please advise and explain the ridiculous customer service!! This has been anxiety ridden since June !! If I would have known, this is what we would have to deal with for 9 MONTHS , the bait and switch... We could've ordered from Arhaus or Restoration Hardware or any other furniture place and at least had better customer service and problem-solving techniques. Update... your automated response to pm you is worthless. Post your contact number and I would love to discuss with a supervisor. Ps. The delivery service told us this morning it was delivered to a warehouse in Aspen. All we want is for someone to go get and deliver it here in Winterpark

Yelp
Did another review disappear? I guess so because its not here. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years. Kitchen cookware, small appliances, couches, chairs and there is a reason. Quality. Their products are well made, priced right with a good warranty. The in-store service is always superb. They have bargains also. One of the best lamps I've ever bought was in clearance marked down from $380 to $125. And it's perfect. Plus the points buyer reward system they have(of which I'm usually not a fan) is legitimate. As a result of my other purchases, I qualified for what amounted to a free marble occasional table! Yes! A real stand-out in a time of questionable retail values. Definitely go!!

Yelp
t: Extremely Disappointed with Crate & Barrel's Service I am beyond disappointed with the experience I've had with Crate & Barrel. I ordered a bed in July 2023, with an expected delivery date in September. However, it was not delivered until October 9th, causing a significant delay in receiving my purchase. To make matters worse, I paid for the assembly service, which turned out to be a complete disaster. The assembly team left a mess in my bedroom, and they didn't even have all the necessary pieces to complete the job. It's inexcusable that a company of Crate & Barrel's reputation couldn't ensure that their assembly team had the right equipment and all the required parts for a product they sell. What's even more frustrating is that, despite multiple calls and attempts to contact their customer service, it has been a week, and there has been no response or resolution to the missing pieces and the mess left in my bedroom. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the significant amount of money I spent on the bed and the assembly service. I had high expectations from Crate & Barrel, but this experience has been a complete letdown. I hope my feedback can prompt the necessary improvements in your services to prevent others from going through such a frustrating ordeal.

Yelp
This location is quite nice. First time shopping at this particular location. Deborah was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our time browsing by and found the right pieces for our new home.

Yelp
I gifted a beautiful set of dishes from this location but unfortunately they did not love them due to the material being very fragile/sensitive and overheating when placed in the microwave. I spoke with Diane the store manager who made an exception for an even store exchange due to an unsatisfied loyal customer. She was super sweet and helpful and even offered an appointment date and time with a sales employee to help pick out the perfect replacement gift. She definitely provided me the best customer service all around and did not make me regret shopping with Crate and Barrel. And did I mention this was via phone, so I am sure she is even more wonderful in person. Thank you!

Yelp
LOVE Crate and Barrel! For the longest time, I avoided the store because I figured their prices were over the top. So glad I gave them a try! The store is very airy and bright, even with being stuffed with items. I have been keeping an eye on some art work for a while and I really need to just splurge and buy it, for goodness sake! They really offer everything for the home. Cool, unique lighting, super comfy furniture, and interesting dinnerware. They keep a lot in stock, so the helpful staff are always ready to check on inventory if anything is out of stock on the shelves. I have purchased some wonderful wine glasses that are durable and pretty. Oh, and their holiday ware and decor are amazing. I love shopping there during Christmas time because the store looks so pretty and I can pick and choose from tons of ornaments! I am a fan!

Yelp
Went in today and wanted to buy something. Walked to the register and an employee was behind the counter writing on a sticky note. Ignored me for 20 seconds. Said I would be helped and then walked away. No one was in the store, except a few people shopping. WTF?? Decided against my purchase and I walked out. This business should train their employees how to give good customer service and actually try to make them money. Pathetic. So rude.

Yelp
One of our favorite stores for not only Christmas decorations and Thanksgiving but everyday things. This location is off Knox/Henderson so its perfect for grabbing an early dinner or even some margaritas across the street. From there you can walk to Crate and Barrel. The people that work there are some of the nicest around. They go out of there way to point you in the direction or get what you are needing and they practically gift wrap the items for you, complete with bow and tag. The Crate and Barrel box to me is all you need for a git. No need to re-wrap it. Keep it up Crate and Barrel, we will absolutely be back soon! Cheers Justin

Yelp
Let me first say, I normally love this store. I drove from Waxahachie for a lovely framed art piece, Woodland piece that I was told was in stock. Nonetheless, upon arrival I had to first ask for assistance in the home design area. The salesperson informed me she was working alone and would radio someone to see if the print was in the store. Thirty minutes later still no response. Finally, after patiently watching other persons be helped, I was told " We can order it for you". I must say I didn't feel like a valued customer. I can certainly order it myself. Only now I have wasted gas and time when the said item was supposed to be here. Disappointed customer, Angela C

Yelp
Their mask policy is over the top (it's April 2021 and Texas is opening back up). For a fully vaccinated adult who can't see when my glasses fog up, to be harassed repeatedly about the mask I was wearing was ABSURDITY! My mask was fine and there was literally no one in the store -it's a weekday midday store pickup and the only two workers there were more than six feet from me!! I was shocked at how rude this was today. Shop elsewhere! Stop the insanity!

Donald F D.

Yelp
On October 20, I bought an 8X10 rug and a pad that was to be delivered on Wednesday, November 9. Today, I got a text saying I needed schedule my delivery. I had already gotten rid up the rug that was going to be replaced by this new one so everything would be ready. They were going to deliver the pad, but not the rug on November 9, and they weren't sure when the rug would be delivered. I have been through this before with this company, and I won't go through this again. I canceled the order, and told them I will no longer shop there anymore.

Meagan B.

Yelp
This was one of our favorite furniture store.....after waiting almost 5 months for wall art we are completely done shopping at cb2/crate and barrel. Customer service has been terrible other than saying "sorry for the inconvenience." My new projected delivery day is Christmas Day. Who delivers on Christmas? Not CB2! It's becoming a joke. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Yelp
With our destination wedding being postponed a year, a lot of our planning hasn't been too fun. However, working on our registry in store today was INCREDIBLE. We didn't have an appointment, but we were mostly just hoping for a bit of guidance. Diana greeted us so quickly for a busy Sunday. She showed us everything we needed to know and how to register on their app with scanning barcodes. She made great recommendations with quantities, top selling brands etc. She even got us signed up for a registry class with other couples and gave us complimentary "congratulations" wine glasses. We've always loved this store, and this experience was amazing.

Katy V.

Yelp
I was in the store 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. they spoke to the couples but not someone shopping alone.

Daniel C.

Yelp
The quality and design of Crate & Barrel's merchandise is generally very good. If you can immediately walk out of the store with your purchase, I expect you will be very happy. If your merchandise requires an order or a shipment, get ready. Our experience included major delays, incompetent shipping and delivery, and defective merchandise. Over the years, we have been a loyal customer but will not work with them ever again.

Kathy M.

Yelp
Store policy not to allow exchanges without a receipt does not reflect the image of a high end store in the Knox Henderson exclusive area. This store should not have such a restrictive policy. When someone gives you a hostess gift, do you say please provide a receipt. The wine glasses & pitcher were labeled & in perfect condition. I was told to "regift them". I left them on the store counter. Now they can "resell" them. I will NEVER buy anything from C & B.

Yelp
I love crate and barrel. This store is the biggest in Dallas with 3 stories, and the top 2 are all furnitures. I literally go here every other weekend. I love their stuff. It's just so simple but yet elegant and pretty. Great quality but the price tag isn't cheap either. It's a good thing I get 15% off coupon sometimes. The crate and barrel outlet is awesome too if you can't find what you want here. But you should be able to since they have everything.
google avatar

Shelley A.

Yelp
This place is GREAT for random kitchen utensils (like hard boiled egg timers) and home decor (like fish hotels). This particular Crate & Barrel location is quite large - 2 stories with a huge parking lot.

Yelp
I have been trying to order two bowls for store pickup for two weeks. The phones have been out at Knox street for that long. Their website still reads the store is closed because of ice??? It's 70 degrees all week. When I try to order online, the site pushes me to a store in the suburbs for pickup. I do not live near icky flat pretentious Willow Bend! Thanks goodness. The site also tries to charge me for shipping. The Knox phone number reverts to the Willow Bend store, where a clueless rude young lady says she can't place an order for Knox, but I can talk to her manager. Meanwhile, 20 minutes on hold later, I hang up. And do not tell me she was busy on a Wednesday morning! This morning I will try to call the 1-800 number. Wish me luck. The mover lost two of my favorite bowls or I would not be shopping at overpriced C&B. As soon as a snag them, I will never set foot in that store again. Same stuff at IKEA, way less money.
google avatar

Annie R.

Yelp
I just waited in line for 20 min to purchase something while I watched two of the slowest sales people at the register making small talk, answering phones, and NOT acting with any sense of urgency. They have so much staff but they are walking around not helping. I finally asked if there was any other checkout as I was growing desperate and the line had not moved and the lady told me it's the holidays so if I didn't want to wait come back after Christmas. It's November 4 so I feel like they are in for it when the holiday rush actually starts. So I left, without purchasing anything. I don't mind waiting my turn but not when I watch employees do nothing while people need help. This is my second time in a month experiencing bad customer service at this location so I won't be back.
google avatar

Dan D.

Yelp
On my latest visit, I was looking for just a chest of drawers. The selections are on 2 of the 3 floors in room settings, so finding what I was looking for required me to meander around the store finding items that I liked that were not on my mission this trip. The store has a great selection of furniture, be ready to climb a few stairs.
google avatar

Yelp
A friend in Vegas turned me onto Crate and Barrel a few years ago. So when I moved from Sin City to Dallas and bought my little slice of suburban heaven in Plano (but I'd move back to Lakewood in a heartbeat), I decided I would give C&B a try. i furnished my master bedroom and guest bedroom exclusively with C&B items. The quality is fantastic and I put together two platform beds, multiple nightstands, a dresser and a nice suede bench all by myself. Each bed took about 30 minutes and the other pieces just a bit less. The service was professional and helpful. I went in and told the sales associate my vision for the two rooms and she personally walked me through a number of different scenarios until I found the right combination of furnishings. When I inquired into some accessories, she helpfully told me to look on the C&B outlet website first as she thought I might find a few things there at a greatly reduced price. She was right. My only gripe with C&B is the shipping charges for the furniture. I understand that the bigger and heavier the item, the more likely the shipping will be higher. But given the amount of money I spent, it would have been nice if they had given me some kind of discount.
google avatar

Nikki B.

Yelp
I love Crate and Barrel. It's the kind of store you can walk into, have no idea what you're going to find, and walk out with some really cool stuff. I bring gifts home to the fam from here all the time, and they dub me as the coolest gift giver evah. After all, who wouldn't want a wine glass that holds 28 oz. of wine? The store layout is genius and their marketing efforts are even better. The store associates at this location are usually pretty helpful and parking is a breeze. They even securely wrap your gifts for others in signature C&B boxes if you request it! The only downside? It's a bit pricey. $4 for an avocado scooper is a bit steep. If you love to entertain like I do, letting me lose in this store will no doubt mean a large plastic charge. So, in short... if you're buying me a gift soon, let's hope it's from C&B.
google avatar

Heather F.

Yelp
This location of Crate & Barrel has 2 floors with the upstairs being dedicated to furniture. Having said that: Don't buy their furniture. It is quite lovely and modern and also quite over-priced. You should definitely come here for their kitchen stuff. This is my favorite retail chain store for kitchen items. They have a great selection of decorative items, affordable and lovely wine glasses and awesome vases. During the holidays they wrap your stuff up in Crate and Barrel boxes with a tag so you don't have to wrapping paper wrap unless you want to. They also include the gift receipt in the box in case your recipient wants to take the item(s) back. When done shopping here you can walk down to Pottery Barn and Z Gallerie. Great location!!

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Eh. This place pissed me off. It's nice enough, laid out well enough and all, but I hate that if something is not in stock in the back, then you can't have one of the several displays... all I wanted was a low sided, 12" skillet. I was instructed to come back next week... uh, no, no thank you. Not if you have two or three on the shelves and I can't just have one of those... that makes you not completely out of stock. Do they really think several people are going to come in off the street to manhandle that low sided 12" pan and they need several on the shelf? WhatEV. Not once did anyone ask us if we needed help, and we didn't, but it would have been nice to be asked. I'm a little bit mad at you C&B, I usually like walking around in you.
google avatar

H S.

Yelp
We ordered a table that was "in transit" which we were told would mean 1 week. 2 weeks passed and "in transit" became "in transit - delayed." Now 3 weeks have passed and C&B gave up on the original table and is having one shipped from a different warehouse - so it will be another 1-2 weeks until they receive and then another week until we receive it. The staff is really nice but it looks like C&B doesn't have a good handle on managing or shipping their items. What was supposed to take 1 week may now take at least 6 weeks. So, be ready to wait if C&B doesn't have anything in stock. They did offer to refund us $99 for delivery.
google avatar

David E.

Yelp
I'm not sure which I am more suprised about.....the fact that I have become the "Duke" of Crate & Barrel or that I am writing a review for the store. I guess it all started when we decided to have C&B be a part of our wedding registry. Since then we have been back for multiple visits - albeit returns, registry changes, special orders or just shopping around. We love the product selection @ C&B and have found the service to be exceptional. We had an issue with the wrong glasses being shipped to us and I didn't notice until I peeled off all of the inventory control stickers and ran them through the dishwasher. They took back the glasses no questions asked and wrapped up a set of new ones in minutes. I'm sure we'll be back, but for now I think we'll give C&B a break because I think we bought the whole store!
google avatar

Diane D.

Yelp
I just love this place! If you love to cook, this is the place to buy all your little kitchen gadgets and gourmet kitchen supplies. I needed a small Pyrex glass pie plate and the friendly employee who greater my when I walked in couldn't have been more helpful and when we couldn't find what we needed on the floor, he offered to go downstairs to check their supply and he found exactly what I needed! The perfect little pie plate for my gourmet pie recipe! I'd work here if they'd hire me but I would go broke!
google avatar

Kristine K.

Yelp
It's been a week since I placed my order and I finally got my tracking number after calling in three times just to be given a different delivery date for my order each time. I was informed that because I placed my order in store there was a delay in shipping...a 3 day delay. Why is it a 3 day delay? So what if the shipping is free?! If orders can't be shipped in a timely manner then what's the point in buying from your store? I even asked the staff on the phone "if I had expedited the shipping would I have received it in the appropriate time frame?" No answer she had no clue and could not recommend anything.
google avatar

Brooks G.

Yelp
Love this store! 3 floors of C&B goodness. The employees are friendly and not pushy. The rooms are set up elegantly. And the space is so large nothing feels crowded and nothing is missed.
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
The store is freakishly clean. (Who knows how they do that?) and the entire staff is super friendly. Everything is very cute, but reminds me of an overpriced Ikea. I have a wine glass set from here and when I broke one of the glasses I went back to purchase another glass to replace the one I had shattered. They wrapped the glass up in a ton of thick parchment paper and then placed it in this tricky box that folds into itself seamlessly with a thick string handle. It also came with a fancy "To:, From:" tag. The glass was $6 and and I bet all of the wrapping and fancy stuff was $6.

Andrew W.

Yelp
Nobody takes responsibility for anything at this store. They apologize for an item being delayed FOUR times, and blame their "system" issues. They offer no compensation for their own incompetence, but keep saying sorry. I reminded them that Pottery Barn is just down the street. May not be same design vibe, but at least I have never had a major problem with them as I have had with FOUR broken delivery promises and continuous excuses. After the money I spent with them for my last order, I expect more than just excuses and a very lame, scripted apology.

Sheri H.

Yelp
Terrible customer service, I don't recommend shopping there. I needed assistance and they were rude and incompetent.
google avatar

Valerie G.

Yelp
A good, easy store to get into with the private parking lot at the back. I also like that they have 3 checkouts - there's never a line. A great go-to for Christmas shopping - who doesn't love C&B??
google avatar

Cynthia T.

Yelp
I wish there was a Crate & Barrel near where I live, but this will have to do. I LOVE this store! It's like a homemaker's heaven with the brightly lit shelves full of all these goodies! I didn't shop the furniture but stuck with the home and kitchen items. But if furniture is on your list, just walk up the stairs in this large and roomy store! Everything is so well organized and it's nice to see the red "on sale" signs since I like to find good deals! Ending with a quick thank you to their friendly customer service!

Yelp
Kathleen gave me %110 customer service !!! A+++ awesome! Does she own the store? She knew it like the back of her hand! Don't get me wrong everyone was so welcoming & very presentable but my interaction with Kathleen made me come back to the store within minutes of leaving to sign up for a credit line and make a purchase. I shopped every furniture store in the shopping center beforehand and it was this store that made me feel like home. Great service & a beautiful presentation. Keep it up!

This review is based on several visits here, which have all been pleasant enough - that is, I don't really have anything bad to say about them. We have an awesome dining table from CnB that we love as well as a couch and several smaller items. The only lamentable experience I had here involved the couch that the fiancée and I bought. It was a sectional and the bracket that kept the 2 parts together broke. Twice. The first time I figured it was my fault, so I went back in and asked for another and paid for it. In retrospect, I should have told them the problem and asked for it for free, but it was only $15. The second time it broke however, I did get it for free.

Yelp
Love this location. It's huge full of furniture and oh so much more. The staff is always friendly. It is never cluttered or messy and they are always willing to help order anything you need. From home decor to furniture yo housewares they have everything you need at good prices and good quality.

Yelp
This is a great C&B location! I have been in love with this store for years. This location has three stories, and is full of fun things to look at for the home. It is a great store for gifts too!

Yelp
this crate and barrel is in a great location and normally very helpful with the exception of "glasses mc gee" working on the second floor furniture section. hes so not approachable and always seems to be way to busy doing something on the phone. if youre lookin for a personable associate, go to someone else. however.... I went to the alpha store and had a much better experience. ill continue to go knox though mainly cause the galleria area is way too far and congested for me

Yelp
Shoddy furniture. It looks good in the store, but don't count on it lasting too long. The couch we had custom ordered has become unuseable. The down filling works it way out of the cushions, so that you are poked whenever you sit down and feathers are everywhere. The glasstop table is a horrible mess as its frame has rusted in several spots after the finish peeled off. Both of these items were expensive, too. I didn't realize that $10K of Crate and Barrel furniture would only last 2 years. When I contacted them, I got no response at all. When I went to the store to discuss these items with them, I was told I should just buy new furniture, because there is no warranty. Lesson learned.

Yelp
This store always has super nice things that anyone with lots of disposable income would enjoy. Occasionally they'll have good clearance and sale items, but that's not often. Even sale prices can make your jaw drop. It's in the Uptown area and luckily has it's own private parking lot. Customer service could be improved; no one greeted us or asked if we needed help when we were there.

Yelp
If you see it and they have to order it because they won't break up a floor display and it isn't on stock.......don't. We've done this for the last time. Ordered in March with early April delivery. Called 3/30 to check on status and it became, "possibly mid May". Enough already! Cancelled order and found same thing on Overstock that will be delivered next week. Adios crate & barrel. Boy what a contrast with service at the Container Store!

Yelp
well i went to the store its great for small kitchen items. fun seasonal decorations. but i didnt feel comfortable making a large purchase here. the staff doesnt seem up to par if its not a quick easy sale. stay with the small items. it will lessen your opportunity for disappointment which i am sure is guaranteed.
