Amy was super friendly and helpful. They have really good selection of accent chairs and sofas. Love all the decoration items, kitchen accessories and patio furniture.

Each time I come here, I feel fully immersed in the catalog. The staff are so good natured, helpful while not imposing. I recommend a visit to this store each season to enjoy the sights, sounds, smells. So delighted that we have a Crate & Barrel storefront.

This store is hands down my husband favorite they have a great variety of things from furniture to dining utensils, fancy knives, lotions and etc. I got some wine glasses and my husband his favorite knife set. Really like the selection of bamboo as well.

This place is always awesome with great items with lots of nice style. They have a new moving discount also some of their clearances are amazing.

This store is huge and fabulous. Two levels of beautiful things for your home. I purchased the Barrett sofa one month ago and opened a credit card to get credits towards merchandise. The sofa really brightened my room. It is a bit firm, not a slouchy couch but that worked for me. I also love their decor and housewares be it pillows or martini glasses. I opened a credit card for the sofa purchase when crate and barrel was running a special that provided credits higher than usual. I got credits of $400 for the sofa purchase, which can be redeemed at a later time. However the credits do have an expiration date. I was hoping to find four suitable upholstered dining chairs, but had no luck with that because the offerings lack padding. I don’t like to feel the frame when I sit and that would be particularly bad for large people. I found nice chairs at at great value at Ashley, and applied my credits at crate and barrel to a high end expresso machine. The people at Crate and Barrel are very helpful and attentive. Google
I placed an online order and picked up at this store. First of all, the service was spectacular. The woman at the front desk (she has a 7 month old granddaughter) was very sweet and kind as I waited for my order. The lady that brought my order was also wonderful! They clearly love their jobs. When I got home, I opened my package and I got 12 hand-blown glasses. They were packed more carefully than any package I have ever received in my life. The glasses are beautiful. 2 had minor defects (not a big deal) but I contacted customer service and they immediately ordered replacements that were soon delivered straight to my house. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The store is beautiful and if we lived closer, I'd be there all the time shopping! Thank you Crate & Barrel!

Fantastic store, great ideas and presentations, a long time fave for stylish, quality home furnishings, furniture and kitchen gadgets

Google
I regret to say that my experience with picking up an online order was not as positive as the other reviews suggested. Instead of opting for curbside pick-up, I entered the store. The associate at the counter near the parking lot door made me feel unwelcome and inferior. She incorrectly informed me that online orders couldn't be picked up until noon and that my item was likely unavailable due to being out of stock. Her unwelcoming attitude and poor customer service made me reconsider choosing Crate & Barrel for this bridal registry purchase. I will definitely shop elsewhere in the future where my business and I are valued and appreciated.

Yelp
I went in Crate and Barrel to search for items for my apartment since I am redecorating and I was treated with a warm welcome with literally every employee there . They were sweet , helpful and just down right pleasant . They had a wide range of items to choose from as far as home goods for a good value . I will be returning for more kitchen items soon.

Yelp
Crate & Barrel is a high-end furniture and home decor store that also offers design services. I went in today to try to test a couch before my purchase, and although they didn't have that couch in store, Andrea -- a design service team member- was exceptionally helpful offering 2D and 3D explorations into possible layouts with my sectional & rug. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and she ended my visit with applying a 15% "move" discount to my purchase saving me a ton of money. Every single team member was helpful and friendly, and my shopping experience was amazing.

Yelp
Finally received an answer about weight limits on the furniture we wanted. Sofa 750lbs total. 250 per seat and 400 for chair. So we ordered. It did take a few months to get since we were ordering custom color and legs. The day of delivery was surprisingly flawless. Not what we've had in the past with any delivery. Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.

Yelp
Selling everyday drinking glasses that aren't dishwasher safe in 2025? Didn't this technology get perfected centuries ago? How toxic is the paint that comes off after a few washes? The manager isn't willing to take the glasses back, because it is mentioned on the website that they are hand wash only. BOTH PRODUCT AND SERVICE FAILS! You lost a long time customer, you don't deserve me.

Yelp
I love this store! They offer stylish, yet affordable home decor and furnishings. Since purchasing a house, I've found that many things I order online aren't as they appear. C&B employees are extremely accommodating, and I appreciate their customer service policy. I've purchased a number of pieces here...some worked, some didn't. However, no issues with any return to date. Tip: the furniture display is located on the 2nd floor. Thanks for helping me decorate my new pad, C&B! Edit: I will admit that C&B may have a higher price point than some are comfortable with. I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. I have several C&B kitchen utensils, towels and decorative items that I've had for years which have held up to frequent use. So if that's the type of product I'm looking for, I am more inclined to purchase at a store like this. FWIW!

Yelp
I love Crate & Barrel because their stuff is so cute and I always can find something that I think would look amazing in my home or in my yard. I have been liking the idea of adding some yellow as an accent color and looking for a good yellow chair. They had some really cute yellow items and a few items that weren't yellow but I could see changing the color myself or hiring someone to make the item yellow. While looking thru everything, I think I planned my dining area, kitchen and living room in my head. Everything is just so nice looking, but I can't help but feel some of the items aren't exactly worth the money. They had a set of like 2 spatulas for $30, which just seemed like too much. The staff was friendly and were helpful throughout my visit. I can see myself buying things here and there from Crate & Barrel. I have definitely gotten inspired from walking through here.

Yelp
They are sure friendly and helpful at Crate and Barrel. We registered for my daughter's wedding last week. No less than five clerks offered to help us. You register on-line and then you can select online or come into the store. They also host special bride events if you can get on their schedule. The selection is filled with trendy home essentials from kitchenware to furniture. They carry some national high quality brands like All-clad and Kitchen Aide to many store brands. Prices range from reasonable for open stock glassware to expensive. I'm not sure who pays $10 for a rubber scrapping utensil with bunnies on it. They do run sales and clearance out seasonal items where you can find great deals. The displays are creative in the store to give you ideas on housewares that work well together. Lots of interesting modern colors and designs for table settings and more. For gifts, they will nicely box and secure the box with a lovely ribbon. Shipping if free for purchases over $99. They do a nice job and receiving a gift from Crate and Barrel is always a treat. They gave my daughter a small gift bag for registering that contained some nice tumblers and coupons for wedding services. That was a nice touch. This is a perfect place for a bride to select special items to last a lifetime. Thank you, Crate and Barrel for a great experience!

Yelp
My mother bought a joint bridal shower gift here and I told her I would pick it up for her. They have a great service online to fill out your car details and give an update on when you'll be there. I stopped in on a Sunday and pulled into one of the four spots and marked I was there online. A moment later someone came out out the box in the trunk and shut my trunk for me. I thought it was a great easy convenient way to get what we had purchased online. I should have double checked with my mom on how big the box might have been. Once I got home and opened the box to make sure we received everything, we only got two pot holders and were missing a serving dish and a 10 piece Pyrex set. My mom called the following day to find out where the rest of our order was and they said they had the 10 piece set but couldn't find the serving dish so she was transferred to the manager. The manager said it was in stock and they would have it ready for pick up. She didn't receive a sorry at all. Once she showed up to pick the rest of her order up that we were not given- the gentleman said "I take it this is the rest of the order that got left behind?" Like it was our fault. No apology, no nothing! Pretty frustrating in my opinion.

Yelp
What I like about Crate & Barrel is that they have items for your kitchen AND your living space. With so many open kitchens, sometimes it's better to be able to match colors, patterns, styles from room to room, so when I pick up something that may sit out on the counter or be visible, it's nice to know how it will look. But even if you aren't coordinating, the staff was quite friendly and wanted to point out that they've added a kids section and a design section to the store. Most of the downstairs seemed to concentrate on the kitchen items while the upstairs was for the living spaces. I like when a shop arranges their furniture in groupings with accessories...it's great for ideas and possibilities I hadn't thought of. The store has a lot of space and was uncluttered making for easy browsing. That also allows them to have a large variety in store that you just don't see at some of the smaller boutiques. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to the store and dealing with the employees. Review #2189

Yelp
My fiancé and I recently attended a registry event here and it was awesome! I loved having the opportunity to wander around the store and add items to our registry before they officially opened. Staff was very helpful and offered great advice. We enjoyed a light breakfast complete with fresh fruit and a variety of juices. I've been very happy with the Crate&Barrel registry process. When it comes to the store itself, it's just gorgeous. I don't own a home yet but it sure is fun to dream about a home bar and cool lighting! It's definitely worth a stop to window shop while you're at Fashion Mall.

Yelp
I recently went to this store to find a wedding present for my friend. This was the first time I have ever been here and I was super impressed. My mother and I were browsing the wedding registry when we were approached by one of the workers. She spent about 30 minutes with us looking through the registry and giving us good ideas on pairings to make cute gift sets. The store was huge so it wasn't that crowded and we could easily browse through everything. They also boxed everything for us. It was a little pricy but I will defiantly be going back !

Yelp
This review is for Dina @ C&B design services. She helped me decorate our living room. She has a great sense of style and was so easy to work with. She is so responsive, professional and charismatic. I'm so pleased with the outcome!!

Yelp
I really do like the store, and the service has always been great for us here, but I do have a complaint: Getting yourself off of Crate & Barrel's email (spam) list is not an easy task. I hit the "unsubscribe" link many, many times over the course of a month, and it took a phone call and several threats before they stopped spamming my inbox. Not that that has any bearing on the great quality of their merchandise, but it taints what would otherwise be a great experience.

Yelp
I generally avoid Crate & Barrel because of the Keystone at the Crossing madness and the price point, but a gift card gave me an excuse to buy myself some items I normally wouldn't. I mainly stuck to the first floor with dishes, kitchenware and gadgets - the second floor is home to furniture. What I liked: -No salesperson was pushy with me, asking if I needed help or what I was looking for. -Selection of candle holders and centerpiece options. -Reasonably priced everyday dishes. I also got a glass dish in the shape of a star on clearance for $2. Score! -Super duper service by my cashier, Elizabeth. I had a C&B gift card as well as a Mastercard gift card, and the machine didn't like me for that. She remained patient and helped me sort through it all. We even chatted about our connections to Conner Prairie! I can find a lot of things for cheaper at Target/Kohl's/Meijer, but C&B has sleeker and more contemporary pieces for sale to make your space feel a bit fancier.

Yelp
If you need furniture, ask for Dina! She's the best. I have bought and embarrassing amount of C&B furniture and I love working with her. She's makes super helpful recommendations and also goes back and forth with me a million times while I'm making tweaks, looking at new fabrics, etc. Dina is SO responsive and has been amazing. Highly highly recommend!

Yelp
I generally venture into C&B for something I assume might be a little different: the occasional odd food photography prop. It's not unlike me to buy one plate or two spoons and receive suspicious glances during checkout. Catering to a contemporary clientele, the kitchenware at C&B is attractive and appropriately priced for my needs. In addition to dinnerware, you'll find appliances along the west wall. Upstairs is a fully-stocked furniture showroom that's equally as fun to browse. While I can't personally speak to the quality of their pieces, I've recently been eyeing a desk. C&B is definitely on my "must" list of stores to visit when I find myself at The Fashion Mall.

Yelp
Nice store in a really nice mall. Great selection of glassware. Good place to buy fake cranberries at Xmas, says gf. :)

Yelp
I came here sofa shopping. They have a lot if choices and colors. The furniture people are helpfull without being pushy.

Yelp
Sales personnel not willing to accommodate customer for a sale. She would not ask manager if C & B would do anything to accommodate the customer's request and became visibly upset when customer tried to see if manager would accommodate customer's request. Very disappointed in the service, definitely not up to par with other C & B experiences. Happy holidays.

Yelp
We were a great fan of Crate and Barrel. Really great design, quality products. Great customer service. Price is very reasonable compared to product quality. We would have give a five star if I didn't have to order a product that is back ordered- a nightmare resulting in over 10 hours of wasted time with customer and 3 additional drive to the store until they point us to corporate customer service. Ordered in a pair of chairs in August and per receipt; suppose to get the product by October. October come and go; nobody contacted us. Reached the store and got the corporate customer service involved. The delivery date changed so many times and nobody even bothered to let us know about that. We have to contact the customer service again and again to get the estimated delivery date. Everybody promised me that they will keep updated but everybody dropped the ball except one person in the store. Then comes Maya in customer service; in December I talked to her when I was trying to get the update. She told me there is no way to commit/estimate delivery date and six month wait time is very very very normal. What is more interesting is I paid over $1000 dollars when I placed the order. They probably made some money on the interest and I paid some interest on the charge on my credit card. Then there is Shane, a customer service supervisor committing in November that estimated delivery date is December 15, 2018 and he will update me if there is any change on that. And he would compensate me after the product is delivered for all my trouble. Called to find him around that time; he is nowhere to be found. Got the product on January 11, 2019 and heard nothing from Shane. Conclusion: the entire Crate and Barrel Corporate Customer Service Organization is trained to deceive customers and never ever consider ordering/paying for back ordered items and getting into a nightmare with them. Visiting in the store and buying from there; always an option.

Yelp
Recently redecorated my living room, and went C&B and was not disappointed with the one-on-one design support I received from Dina. She was extremely knowledgeable and well informed in regards to the products C&B offered, materials, and overall interior design. Thank you, Dina!

Yelp
What's not to like? It's got great stuff for home. I love the simple dishes and simple silverware. Especially love that if I bought something a year ago, and break it, I can find a replacement. They always have clean lovely designs, fun kitchen items and at this one, good furniture samples upstairs.
google avatar

Brittany L.

Yelp
I love this place. I think the quality of the items is consistently high and I've always gotten great service from the associates. Pricing is fairly reasonable and tends to match the quality of the item. Their clearance sales are ridiculous. Today I scored some BBQ rubs for 90% off and some cute ceramic bunny plates (for next year's Easter baskets) for 75% off. This is a great place to look for any type of home decor item from knick-knacks to large furniture. Great stop if you're looking for wedding, Christmas, housewarming gifts. Their glassware is great and they're always coming out with fun seasonal ceramic plates too. LOVE the spring 2014 beetles! I love innovative, approachable, fun, classic design and Crate and Barrel has that nailed.

Yelp
Indiana has added the second crate & barrel to their state. WOO HOO! The other one is in Michigan City (which is over 3 hrs away from me (Carmel, IN). I enjoy going to Crate & Barrel, but I don't know if I'd drive that far to go there. This is not a "cheapest" of stores, but if you are looking for something specific more then likely they will have it. Give it a chance and check it out. Nice place to register and good place to find a gift for that someone that may have everything.

Yelp
I love this store. I could spend hours in it, shopping for myself and just about everyone I know. They have so many beautiful housewares. I especially love their selection of glasses- water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses, margarita glasses... all of them are beautiful and make great gifts. There's also a great selection of other wine paraphernalia, so if you have a wine lover on your list it is pretty easy to put together a great gift for them... I did this a while back for my boyfriend's parents. Oh, and the staff will also do an awesome gift wrap job for you too! The kitchen gadgets section... amazing. I love all of the different casserole dishes, serving bowls and platters, etc. Unfortunately, it seems that I don't really serve enough meals at home to give me reason to purchase all of them... at least not at Crate & Barrel prices. If this store is a little spendy for you, it is still worth a trip to get inspired to give your home a few finishing touches, even if you end up going and purchasing similar items elsewhere. This two-level store is spacious and airy, but during the holiday season - watch out, it gets jam-packed with busy shoppers!

C S.

Yelp
Great customer service! Sales Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and they even wrap items for you. Excellent selection in furniture

Yelp
In February 2020 right before Covid-19 I began working with Dina Y at Crate And Barrel at Keystone at the Crossing. She was so helpful right from the start. She is an artist and has a great eye for color and room design. She gave me several options of layouts for my living room after meeting me at my home. She actually came to my home a second time to measure and tape out the rooms and brought fabric swatches so that we could finalize everything. And any time I showed up at the store to take a second look at fabrics etc and start thinking ahead for rugs, lamps and such she was always ready to help and discuss. During quarantine she reached out to ask about my project and has helped me with all the accent pieces to complete my spaces. And now I have rooms that are a reflection of my style but designed by a professional because Dina took the time to know what I needed and what I wanted. We now have a functional space that suits our family, reflects who we are and is fresh, modern and beautiful.

Kassi H.

Yelp
I worked with Dina Y on a project where we were moving to WA state from IN. Full disclosure I am a very needy client who has 0 idea about textures, colors, and how high to hang things. Dina was so great to work with from the start. I provided her some photos of the look I was going for. Dina really listened to me and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. She even helped me pick out my countertops, flooring, tile etc. She didn't have to do that, nor was she getting paid to do that. Point being she was truly trying to help me create the vision I was looking for. She had great insights as to products she presented to us based on age of my kids, how we live, lighting/climate where we were going were going etc. We completed A full look for the kitchen, dining, and living room. I plan to attack the rest of the home with her in phases even though she will remain in IN and I will be in WA. I really appreciate things she told me not to pull the trigger on just yet like lighting fixture and art work. she recommended I live there first before changing the light fixtures and to invest in local art. She even looked through our current furniture to see what we needed to get rid of or keep in order to support the aesthetic of the new design. sometimes having someone give you permission to get rid of something is a blessing! I never once felt Dina was simply trying to sell me something but more so that she's a servant seller and simply trying to help me build my vision according to my budget. And she stayed just below the budget! Highly recommend working with Dina not only for her knowledge base and creativity, but also for the soft skills of working w my entire family to make sure we were truly building a home. I walked my husband and kids into the store to show them our finalized designs and not 1 person objected and they truly all loved it! Everyone's scored for our delivery! Also she helped us coordinate the deliveries to meet our deadlines and reduce delivery costs. Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Yelp
Best idea ever: Give people mimosas at 9 a.m. on a Sunday and turn them loose with a scanner to set up a wedding registry. Next best idea: Continue to serve the aforementioned people mimosas throughout the morning. Seriously. It was a morning of "OH! WE NEED THIS!" and THIS AND THIS AND THIS ... I'm surprised the registry wasn't 50 pages by the time we were done. C&B do have a lot of reasonably priced items. (They also have a lot of insanely priced items.) I was pleasantly surprised. Nice quality, good range of items and prices. And so what if our families think we are drunks after seeing how many alcohol-related items we asked for?!

Yelp
As a kid, my parents and I would always travel to Chicago over the holidays. I remember fondly the twinkling lights of Michigan Ave, the hustle and bustle of the shoppers and street musicians, the smell of Garretts popcorn wafting in the air, but most of all I remember the excitement in my mother's eyes as we approached the corner of Erie and Michigan, and walked through the doors of Crate and Barrel. We would spend HOURS in the store, always picking up some odds and ends that mom needed. What would start as a quick trip for a couple of items would end with us leaving with more than expected (imagine a little asian kid with a bunch of C&B bags strapped to him, walking like a sherpa down Michigan Ave.) I always asked my mom why she went to C&B...she said "because sometimes it's worth spending a little extra money to get something that will last". I've always remembered those words my mother said to me, and anytime I need a special piece of furniture, or gadget for the kitchen, I'm sure to make Crate & Barrel my first stop. For the size of our market, I'm impressed with the scope that the Keystone store covers. The layout is very manageable, and everything is always very organized and neat. My experience with the customer service has been nothing short of awesome! Their staff is not at all intrusive, and know just when to swoop in to help. For those of you who are engaged, I strongly recommend adding C&B to your list of registries. There are a number of registry events over the course of the year where the store will close down for a couple of hours on a weekend morning, just to allow couples to poke around and scan items till their little decorating hearts are content! Aside from setting up the registry, managing your list online is a snap, and returning registry items is a breeze. You even get a 10% registry completion coupon after your wedding that's good for multiple use for 6 months! (For those of you who shop at C&B, you know how rare coupons are!) For you bargain hunters, be sure to ask about the floor sample sales. They normally take place in July, and again in late fall. I'm holding back my 5th star because they do not offer free local delivery (delivery is $59 for items priced up to $450, and $79 for items over $450).

Yelp
I am not sure how to rate this store. It has plenty of pretty stuff, but it's all made in other countries. They have exactly what I want, in the style I want, but it is so expensive and out of my comfort zone spending wise. The quality is great, but I don't know that the quality of the service justifies the pricing. It seems like the employees themselves are embarrassed to ask for such outrageous prices. They are definitely quick to tell you when their next sale will be. I just don't know. I guess I am just too cheap, but have bougie taste.

Rose R.

Yelp
I used to love Crate & Barrel. Wish I still could. While in Chicago in March, I saw some placemats displayed on a picnic table along with melamine outdoor tableware and citronella candles (for mosquitos, right?). After I got home, I placed a substantial order online from the Rivers Edge store at the Keystone mall. Flash forward to first rain. Placemats not only shed color onto my deck furniture, but grew mold/mildew. I spoke to a C&B person who advised me that "those placemats were never intended for outdoor use." Wait, what? On a picnic table with citronella candles? But here's the part that really gets to me. I went onto the C&B site and published a review that included a sentence about how disappointed I was, as a long-time C&B customer. The review got "moderated" as in violation of terms & conditions of the website. So I posted a 2nd review and stuck to straight facts: bought placemats shown on picnic table, they grew mold & dyed furniture blue. Yet again rejected as violating C&B terms and conditions. Take away: Only positive reviews allowed on C&B website.

Yelp
Honestly, at first I was excited that this store was close by because we don't have an Ikea in Indiana and when my parents moved to Connecticut, they just happened to be 15 minutes away from one. You can imagine that I was very spoiled by that when I visited them during the holidays. In my opinion, Crate & Barrel is very overpriced. It's nice to walk through for ideas on what to buy for your home, but that's it. The floor samples are often dusty and have marks on them, which is understandable if it's just a few of them, but I feel almost everything was dusty. This doesn't make the items seem very desirable. I would rather drive 2-3 hours to the Ikea in West Chester, OH to buy things for my home.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience at Crate & Barrel this past weekend and it was completely b/c of the employees. On the lookout for a new dresser, popped into Crate & Barrel with the expectation of moving on to Restoration Hardware. I really like their furniture and the way the store is arranged. Very relaxing, inviting, clean, streamlined, and in a way, energizing. I wish I had money, money, money, money, MONEY, to spend on every level in this store. I could outfit my bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, back yard, and dog house if I was so financially inclined. Found a 5 drawer tall dresser 60% off and it was perfect. Floor model, schmloor model. It is impeccable and fits the need exactly.

Yelp
Love their furniture. Love how they have little vignettes so you can see how things can be displated/arranged. Love their service. Am especially in love with their kitchen gadget section! Every kitchen should have a tea cozy, garlic press, super-duper sized spatula and cake plate! Well, that's what I told my friend recently when I made him buy said items for his kitchen! I think we bought some other kitchen gadgets, but I don't recall....I just enjoy perusing their wares.

Yelp
I love Crate and Barrel. It use to be a highlight of every Chicago trip, so you could imagine my excitement when a Crate and Barrel opened on the north side of Indy! Just walking into the store makes me happy and feeling totally inspired. Leaving usually makes me wish I had more money to decorate the house with but everything I have purchased there I have absolutely loved. They have the best decorating ideas and very creative fun items. Even though our store is smaller than the one in Chicago, I can still spend hours in here! After the holidays there is always a great sale. I love this store. Grab a coffee from Starbucks next door and stay a while, just don't come in here expecting cheap stuff like at IKEA. After all, you ARE at Keystone at the Crossing ;)

Yelp
I've had mixed experiences at this store. Some employees are very friendly and the manager is a doll. But there were a few women who were very cold and rude to me several times. There was this blonde woman with straight should-length hair (~60 years old) who would just glare at me when I'd walk in. And when I'd ask for the manager regarding a problem I had with a product, she questioned me as if I wasn't allowed to ask for her supervisor.

Yelp
A shining example of the highest quality, knowledge, and client experience/service. Everyone I worked with at the store was truly impressive and the delivery service was outstanding. No need to shop anywhere else.

Yelp
This review is for the company in general. I agree with Rose R. I purchased 2 chairs that were a totally different color than what was published on the website and the store would not allow a return. I tried to publish my experience on their website and it also got "moderated". I tried again, very factual and straightforward but again it was moderated as a violation. This tells you how untrustworthy and dishonest this company is. I will never buy from them again.

Yelp
We ordered a dresser in September knowing it was on a back order and that we would get it early November. After not hearing from this store in the middle of November I called them to see where my item was, they told me that the deliver date had been pushed back to late November early December. Next we received a call on Black Friday saying that our dresser was ready for deliver and that we needed to pick a date. I asked if we could request a time of day because my husband and I both have full time jobs and are unable to leave at a moments notice. It was explained to us that the delivery company will call you the day of and tell you a time and if we waited until the next open Saturday we would have to wait another month to receive our product. We then asked if we could have the item delivered to the store so we could pick it up from there, after fighting with them they finally agreed to have it shipped to the store and it would be there by Tuesday and that we need to pick it up within 48 hours. Now it's wednesday and we haven't heard anything so I called the store again and they stated that they only get trucks in on Thursday so they would call us when it arrives. So not only do we still not have our expensive dresser we are also still out a delivery fee for something that's not being delivered to our house.
