Crate & Barrel

Crate and Barrel is just a small and super overpriced IKEA. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for practical options, I'd be afraid to use half of these things with how much they cost...

The customer service for the location was great. The product not so much. I purchased a new Ganther couch and the cushions were too small for the couch casing a gap. Customer service gave me a credit of 15% and explained the bench cushions I wanted were about the same price. The bench cushions were actually twice the price. I had to come out of pocket for a couch that was already defective to get a replacement cushion. I will never buy another couch from crate and barrel. The quality is not good and this was after only 6 months of use. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

I called around to a few Crate & Barrels looking for the holiday icon glasses (because I failed to purchase myself some when I bought them as gifts last month and now they're pretty much sold out everywhere, lol!) and Irina was SUPER helpful. She was so kind and helped me place an over the phone order. She even made sure the glasses were not broken and looked good. I know this time of year is very busy and can be stressful for store associates so I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help even more.

Hosea Daniel’s was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He even drew up a furniture layout of what it would like when we receive the couch. He didn’t pressure us into buying a couch and gave us ample amount of time. Hands down the best person to work with! Ask for Hosea Daniel’s if you go! ****UPDATE 8 MONTHS LATER***** Although all the above is correct I’m going to give the couch itself 2 stars. The individual cushions are not the best. I contacted customer service and they were able to give me 15% back of my original purchase order. I ended up paying $300 more out of pocket to get the bench cushion. I’m sure something else could have been done if I reached out to the salesperson but I thought reaching out to customer service would be the same. Kyle is literally the best! We were so overwhelmed trying to furnish our new home and decided to stop by Crate and Barrel last month. Kyle was the first person to greet us and feel very lucky because he’s amazing! He's super knowledgeable, has an amazing eye for design, and is just so patient and helpful. He spent hours with us, walking us through the store, making suggestions, and putting together a personalized plan. And even after we left the store, he was still there for us, answering all our follow-up questions via email and making sure we had everything we needed. We ended up buying most of our furniture from him, and we LOVE it all! And then, just yesterday, I saw this gorgeous credenza online and emailed him to ask if it was available in store. He got back to me right away, and I was able to swing by and grab the last one in stock just a few hours later. If you're looking for someone who will help you find the perfect pieces for your home, go to Crate and Barrel and ask for Kyle! Especially if you love an organic modern design aesthetic!

Rob is a very arrogant and hostile employee who lacks proper customer service as well as violates the policies of “Crate and Barrel”. Rob is a very sassy individual who needs to speak to customers with respect. Jason the general manager of the store is incompetent and calls customers “mouthy” when stating they are not ok with their money being refunded the same way they paid. Jason insisted on mailing me a check instead of providing cash how I paid. Very risky for a business to send money via mail. DO BETTER CRATE AND BARREL. Hire better staff. What happened to customer service?

My experience with the staff was amazing. I ordered some items online and hated the color of the product when it came in Nina was understanding and able to help me exchange the products for the colors I wanted. I was also very lucky and got the last color in a product that was discontinued. After this I had a huge issue with Greenpans quality and Doreen and Ghassan were able to help me. Doreen listened to my issues with the product and Ghassan helped me find something more suitable to my needs. These associates are awesome even when the product doesn't live up to their name..

the store is beautiful and the staff is great. Doreen went above and beyond in helping me with one of my mom's Christmas presents and I'm thankful for her caring. and obvi their stuff is great, if it wasn't i wouldn't be shopping here.
