We booked a booth at Crave to celebrate my friend’s birthday, paid in advance via CashApp as requested, and traveled to the lounge—only to find it completely closed. No notice, no explanation, and no response from the business. We don’t live in the area, so this was a complete waste of time and money.
To make matters worse, they never refunded us or gave any explanation for what happened. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re considering booking here, be careful—they take your money but don’t honor their reservations. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.
