The food came out quick and delicious. This breakfast restaurant serves the excellent eggs Benedict and omelette options! The service is friendly and extremely attentive. Always good with the atmosphere with people who are enjoying the food served on weekends! Overall the best breakfast place in Washington Township, and I would recommend this place for anyone interested in breakfast!

Google
Met a friend for breakfast, I hadn't been there in years. I love the seating and the design. Booths were comfy. I ordered 2 eggs bacon and toast. It was done over medium, perfect! Coffee was hot, company was good and prices were pretty standard. I'd go back again!!

My family and I have gone here name times and it was always a wonderful experience with excellent food. They recently hosted my wedding shower and it was absolutely perfect! I couldn't be happy with the service and staff. We always had full drinks and our food was amazing. This place is a 10/10.

Google
We have never been disappointed here. The food is always great and fast. Love the staff as well. It's our favorite place to visit weekly and on birthdays.

Google
Huge portions. She had a sandwich and I had the Mexican omelet. Both very yummy. No wifi and sketchy internet signals makes for a very nice, uninterrupted meal!!

Google
We drove 25 miles, our 3rd visit, to enjoy their delicious breakfast!!! The food and service top-notch!!! Our waitress, Miss Suzanne, is a joy and extremely happy and professional!!! If I could I’d give this place 10 stars!!! The portions are amazing and everything I’ve tried is delicious!!! I highly recommend driving to Romeo, MI. to enjoy your favorite meal in a comfortable environment. Overall-A+++

Google
Love this new restaurant! Nice owners and the food was great. Had the country fried steak and eggs and this was the best than other restaurants because it was not greasy. The pancakes very fluffy and 2 sizable portions will fill u up. The cinnamon bun French toast was creative and my son loved it. The Greek omelet was okay my daughter didn't like that much. The chopped steak and eggs was tender and flavorful. The hash browns cooked to perfection. We always ask for well done. Will try lunch and dinner next time. The interior was clean and the decor was trendy and beautiful. Enjoyed eating there. Have a bar too. Would definitely recommend. Went on Sunday was a bit busy waited long for our food but with all the covid issues we were okay about it. Will see next time. Our new go to restaurant for sure!

Yelp
Very good, seems to be the choice for older ladies. I think I was the only guy in the place and certainly the youngest customer (at 60).. I had a Slim (their version of the slim Jim) that was very good and a Cobb salad that was as good as it was HUGE. Ate half the Sammy and half the salad. Nice deco, looks like it may have been a fast food place at one point. The main entrance is at the back of the building. Service was spot on, didn't wait for anything. Now I did not see they had soup anywhere on the menu but they do so you may have to ask.

Yelp
I went once & had their wonderful egg topped burger & a side of thoughtfully sautéed Brussels sprouts. Then went back & had the same exact thing with Lava cake (WINNING) Also their French fries are not just the best in town, they may be the best I've ever had. They are fried in duck fat rather than the typical vegetable oil, AKA POISON. The taste is so noticeable that I asked what they were fried in, expecting to hear lard or beef tallow.

Yelp
Situated in the old Big Boy building, this restaurant is a vast improvement to the local eatery scene for this small town. The food is excellent, if not a bit pricey. The selection for eating is massive where you can order Benedict's to full dinner portioned meals. The best coffee I've ever had served in attractive cups with a dish. I've yet to enjoy a glass of wine with my meal (been here a few times) but that's only because they close at 3pm! They are apparently short-staffed, which is a very big shame as the alcohol with a meal drives up the profits considerably. There is plenty of parking spaces as well as plenty of dining room inside. The inside is very clean, including the restroom. The servers seem a bit harried yet they are pleasant and efficient. I've never had a bad meal here. Everything is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner. The food is fresh and delicious. If you are anywhere near this area of 31 mile and old Van Dyke in Washington Township, MI - make a point to stop in and have an excellent meal...before 3pm

Yelp
OMG, this restaurant is awesome!! Went there for breakfast, my husband & I got their FARMERS OMELET. They even asked if you want pancakes or toast The food was absolutely amazing!! The waitress WAS SPOT ON! Efficient, friendly, never had to flag her down for nothing !!!! Enough can't be said... the team work there is great! Ya all !!!! Should try this place out!! HANDS DOWN They are only open till 3 PM. BUT we'll soon have to go in to try an early dinner, but that's ok

Yelp
Huge portions, kind waitstaff, and reasonable prices. Stumbled upon this gem because the Pantry down the street was closed during their regular business hours. Took my mom her for breakfast. She got the chunky monkey pancakes and I got the monte cristo. Both were huge and delicious. Will definitely be making this our new breakfast spot, and probably won't go back to the Pantry, since Crave has all the special morning treats that you can find at the Pantry. Hello new breakfast place.

Yelp
SO MUCH FOOD! The portions are HEALTHY! the price matches the good amount perfectly. The service was amazing and the front desk gentlemen was polite and helpful. Would highly recommend. They were swamped and still made each table feel served. Amazing home fries, sooo good! The French toast was mouthwatering with the graham cracker crust. The hot coco was perfect! **iced tea was ehh, had an off taste.

Yelp
We were in the mood for mother's day brunch because, well, I'm always in the mood for brunch so any chance I get I will take advantage of! It was surprising to see that not many places were allowing reservations on mother's day. I would have thought it would be encouraged! But we took our chances and came back to check this place out again. When we walked up, we could tell it was going to be a wait. There were people outside waiting. We put our names in and were not told how long the wait would be. Apparently some people were hanging out for quite a while. The place was busy but there were also several empty tables. There was the sign that we saw the last time we tried to come saying that they were short staffed. Same story everywhere. So we just decided to wait it out. It only ended up being about 20 min so not bad at all! The hostess was super friendly and you could tell the regulars loved her. Her sister also worked there so I'm guessing this is a family affair. The restaurant is on the small side. But cheerfully decorated and I loved how the staff were all in crisp white tops and black pants/skirt. Gave it a high class look. We were seated and gave our drink orders. I was excited to get an Irish coffee. As I had not had my coffee yet. My son got a Pepsi. I have been working hard and have lost about 15 pounds. I still have 10 to go but I was not about to diet today! I ordered the chunky Monkey and oh lordy! So delicious! The serving was so big I only ate about an 1/8 of it! My son chose the ham and cheese omelette and hash browns. Pretty boring but delicious! The ham was chunky and perfectly browned. My son is a big eater but could only manage half his omelette so it that tells you a lot. I was very pleased to see Bellinis ok the cocktail list. Bellinis have quickly become my favorite breakfast cocktail beating out the old faithful mimosa. I can now see why this place is always so busy. The food is magnificent and the service (although a little on the slow side) was a joy. I will most definitely be back!!

Yelp
Back to one of my favorite places but this time I got a salad but no just any salad....the strawberry chicken salad! I replaced the blue cheese with feta ( they are so accommodating) I broke out in laughter when they brought it to my table. The picture does not do it justice! This salad was huge!! I immediately asked for a to go box and took more than half and put it in the box. It also came with warm fluffy pita triangles. You will not be disappointed if you order this just know it's enough to share!

Yelp
Ok, I've heard about a Dutch baby... now we know the Dutch baby. Our server helped with our "new@ experience. Too many items on this menu I want to try so this will be our new regular spot.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, very modern and clean. The menu has anything you could want for breakfast or brunch. The farmers omelette is full of veggies and sausage. I got it with the sausage gravy, but I would probably skip it next time. It didn't really add to the overall taste. You have to pay a bit extra to add cheese. The bacon was really good! My partner in crime got Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancakes but went crazy and added marshmallows as well. I wish I was five again. The pancake was ok, it had kind of a "healthy" aftertaste and that's not my favorite. Overall, a solid 4/5; looking forward to coming back and trying something new.

Yelp
Crave has the best breakfast. Such a large portion that we always have enough for two breakfasts. Great food and quick service.
google avatar

Lori G.

Yelp
Absolutely the best place to get breakfast in the area. Portions are fantastic and so is the quality of the food. This is my got to restaurant for a fantastic breakfast meal.
google avatar

Jerome K.

Yelp
The food and service was impeccable. I would recommend checking this place out to support your local business and enjoy a great experience. The picture show what we had for breakfast and the food was awesome.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
Feel like a front pretending to be a restaurant. Weirdest service ever from the host to the servers. Limited food and drink options. Good size portions.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant is located in the building where the old Big Boy restaurant was for many years. It briefly became the Washington Grill, which was a disaster, then finally Crave took over. There is a full bar and the restaurant has been remodeled inside and out. They actually have two full menus - one for breakfast and the other covers lunch and dinner. There are so many choices and every time I've been here everyone, including myself, really enjoys their food. This time I ordered the vegetarian omelette made with egg whites. I had the choice of potato's, grits, fruit salad or sliced tomatoes and it comes with toast. My friend got the country fried steak with gravy and potatoes. We both enjoyed our food. My only complaint would be how long it took for the food to come out. The waitress kept apologizing saying that they had just received a very large order. I understand it wasn't her fault but it made us late for an event we were going to. I won't hold that against them since the food is normally pretty quick. The portions are very generous and the food quality is always good. I will definitely be back here again.

Yelp
Long wait today, came in about 11:15 and told wait would be longer than usual. Glad we stuck through, it was worth the wait. Other orders not pictured: steak and eggs, country fried steak and a kids meal hotcake. Definitely coming back

Yelp
1st I want to compliment our server, Albana. Even short staffed and very busy, our service was amazing. And she has a wonderful sense of humor. I would definitely request her when we go back. The atmosphere is very nice and very relaxing. They did a fantastic job of renovating an old Big Boys. The restaurant was very clean, as well as immaculate restrooms. Now to the food. For the most part our group had soup, sandwiches and fries and rings. All was delicious!! I really want to go back And try other foods. They have a huge variety on their menus. Guaranteed something for everyone. I highly recommend this restaurant. Even short staffed, they killed it. All with a smile and kindness.

Yelp
Ugh it kills me to write a bad review. The food was very good minus my husband saying his chorizo burrito was on the greasy side. And the potatoes weren't good. My egg white omelette was great! Crepes were hot...we thought they were supposed to be cold but not sure? The issue was the service. We waited 10 minutes before I actually got up to go and find someone to even come to the table to greet us! Even then we waited an additional 5 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us because she felt bad that the waitress in our section was eating in the back! And that lady went over to the table that got sat 10 min after us and waited on them first! Are you kidding me?! So this other waitress took us. The food took 40 minutes. For brunch...come on. That's bad. The Bloody Mary I had was really good but ya Gotta get better with your service...no one wants to wait an hour for their food.

Ash F.

Yelp
Placed a carry out for lunch. Got back to work to start eating but the bread was soggy. Corned beef was good but not with soggy bread. The place looked clean and staff were friendly.
google avatar

Matt N.

Yelp
TL/DR: Great menu. Great food. Eat here. Be happy. My wife and I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new breakfast spot and we absolutely have a winner. This place is everything you want in a breakfast joint: great selection of items, really good food, and quick refill on coffee. This place delivers. I got one of their breakfast combos (sorry, not a professional yelper), and my wife got eggs and crepes. Everything, and I mean everything, was really darn good. Only thing I noticed is people angry because they're short-staffed. Listen, real talk: don't be a jerk. The service industry is just obliterated right now, so show a little grace to everyone in the food service industry. If that's too hard, stay home.
google avatar

Deanna D.

Yelp
I've been here a few times now and it is always a great experience. Their breakfasts are amazing and large portioned. I love the Bloody Marys as well. The staff is very friendly and inviting. My only complaint is they close early due to staff shortage. This is understandable and I can't wait to try their dinners someday.
google avatar

Yelp
1st. Timer. A total remake of an old big boy. Looks really good inside- though a bit dark.shared a berry French toast and a garden pancake breakfast. Both were fantastic! The toast not too sweet - which was good in my book. Pancake loaded with veggies. Decent portions, decent prices, service was very good - tho they are short handed. Believe I would try here again!

Alicia S.

Yelp
Three breakfasts in one week-I was in the process of moving. All consistently hot and delicious. Excellent customer service from all the servers, good coffee. Definitely a good spot for lunch or breakfast.

Kathleen B.

Yelp
This is a great place to eat breakfast. It is clean. The food is good. It is understaffed. It is only open a few hours a day, unfortunately.
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to venture out to crave's kitchen and cocktails. We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience. Richelle waited on us at the bar. Everything was absolutely delicious and it was all fresh and homemade. My eggs Benedict were some of the best I've ever had & my husband loved the homemade Grits and sausage patties. Sausage gravy was so good too.

Ashley T.

Yelp
Tons to choose from and something for everyone...different to simple and all in between. Fresh and clean inside, with nice servers, and good coffee. We'll be back.
google avatar

Keith P.

Yelp
I like this place best for breakfast. You can get the steak and eggs with hash browns and toast so big they need 2 plates to serve it. Thruout the pandemic they have not raised their price of $13.50. It'd be worth more. At this price, you can tip your server $5 and it's still a deal.
google avatar

Anna M.

Yelp
The restaurant is very clean and the service was excellent! There are so many breakfast choices and even special breakfast cocktails. I had the Irish coffee which was delicious. I enjoyed the meat lover's breakfast bowl. It was my first time going and I will definitely be back to try either the crepes or stuffed French toast.

William L.

Yelp
Awesome breakfast. One of the best in town. Large menu offering and creative dishes. Recommend bringing your family

Karyssa N.

Yelp
The food is amazing here, I eat here all the time! I receive excellent and fast service, with the most friendly wait staff I've ever met. Simon and his staff are very kind, polite, and the restaurant has beautiful ambiance! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
google avatar

Sheri T.

Yelp
Looks like your best bet is to get a hamburger...........here's what the menu picture showed and what was actually received. Wanted to talk to a manager but the manager was too busy helping in the kitchen. We won't be back.
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
First time here. Late breakfast after Church. Didn't realize they had such a vast menu and similar menu items as the Original Pancake House. I ordered the german pancake and it was so tasty! The smoked bacon was delish. Others in the party had French Toast which was thick and fluffy. A few had corned beef hash with a large egg and it was very good, not dry at all. Lots of kids items too. Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Trish S.

Yelp
Value = 2 Food=1 Waitstaff=3 Ambiance=4 Cleanliness=1 This is where the old Romeo Big Boy was. Decor is all updated and edgy. Gives it a cool ambiance. Unfortunate can say much nice about the food. We were there about a month ago with a very large party. A couple of us ordered tilapia and it was old and fishy. Had to sent it back and on that note we won't be going back. Although my Companion got the Cod and he loved it. It was perfectly breaded not to heavy. Wait staff was fine. Silverware on the bare table creeps me out and they set it right on the bare table. Bathroom was creepy dirty. The floor needs serious scrubbing with BLEACH. Ewwww!!!

Jeff V.

Yelp
Love this place for Brunch or lunch. Great menu with lots of options. Very well decorated and clean. Always great service.
google avatar

Marcie J.

Yelp
we had a horrible expe at this restaurant today. waited for 30 minutes to be seated to see half the tables empty. We didn't get attention for 15 minutes, then after we ordered it took 35 minutes to get breakfast. it was cold and disgusting. To top it off, there was a fight between wait staff right in ear shot about another angry customer. will never go back. :(
google avatar

Kelsey R.

Yelp
I can't say enough about crave. First off, HUGE portions which what more could you ask for for breakfast. Also plenty of options and very reasonable price. Last time I was there I think we ordered three entrees, two sides, and two coffees for about $40. I never ever pass up their home fries. Don't miss them or you will be very disappointed. A great little spot for a quick bite.
google avatar

Mike A.

Yelp
Good breakfast place. Carry out cheese burger special days were great during covid. Staff is very impersonal. None of them really seem to care if you eat there or not.
google avatar

Yelp
I had the day off work for the holiday and we decided to try brunch in a different area. Normally, we love to brunch in Detroit, but this sport was a pleasant surprise. Recently opened, Crave has HUGE potential. Walking in the door, we noticed the modern decor and design. For a simple little restaurant on the outside, we were pleasantly surprised with the inside. There is a full bar and a variety of seating areas. We were seated at a quaint high top table, but there are booths and tables to accommodate a larger party. We had time to spare so we spent some time perusing the menu. We had such a difficult time deciding on our order because we wanted everything off the menu. He ordered the French Toast Monte Cristo and I ordered the Garden Dutch Baby. We both wanted to sample the Biscuits and Gravy, too. We decided on coffee and tea, but there is a full bar if your're up for a fancy cocktail. Our food came out and it was delicious. We always share our food, so it's a win, win for both of us. His Monte Cristo was yummy! It was cooked perfectly and was stacked with thick pieces of baked ham. The raspberry sauce pairs well with this breakfast specialty. My Garden Dutch Baby was ridiculously large, and AMAZING! I would call it the "cheese" Dutch Baby because it was loaded with cheese. The Biscuits and Gravy were average. I wouldn't go out of my way to order it a second time. The gravy was fine, but the biscuits were basic and somewhat hard. They just didn't taste fresh. We were pleased with our overall experience and the waitress was pleasant and patient with us. We were just enjoying our time talking and never felt rushed. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend Crave.

angel s.

Yelp
Good food I love the onion rings here drinks are good they made the wrong drink for me so I was able to try something else and that was good too they also brought me the right drink which was even better waitstaff are so sweet and attentive

June H.

Yelp
The food was in my opinion, below average. My husband and I had breakfast there. The hashbrowns were dry, the grits were average, with no flavor, the bacon was dry as well. I guess I would say the only thing good about this place was the service.
google avatar

Paula F.

Yelp
Just tried Crave for the first time - overall it was really good. The parking lot was packed but we didn't have to wait. We all ordered breakfast and enjoyed it. The sweet cream crepes with blueberries were great but a little too sweet- next time I'd get the fruit crepes instead. My husband enjoyed the Farmers breakfast - plenty of food. Others had the pecan pancakes (yummy) and the very berry french toast (only complaint is because it's fresh fruit at room temperature, it made thE whole dish seem lukewarm). Looked at the dinner menu which looks great.

Jeff L.

Yelp
Owner at Romeo Family Restaurant was on a power trip and we walked OUT. Went down the street to Crave and had a STELLAR breakfast. Service was great and got our meal in record time. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
Not a bad place. Food was good, service was bad, and no management to be seen anywhere. Young girls running around and seemed confused. No one to manage them or front of house. Very understaffed. There was a whole section in the front of the restaurant that could have been used to seat the 20 people that were waiting for a table. SPECIFICALLY, told the "hostess" to her face " we are the table of 4 under Scott's name, we will be at the bar having a drink. Please! Make sure that you come to the bar when our name is up!" Thanks to the bartender to remind her! Otherwise, I think we would have been forgotten. Also, If you are going to have a picture menu, make sure the pictures represent what you are getting. Or better yet, explain in the description what you will get. Don't show a plate of 4 kabobs, then serve me one with random sides (tomatoes chunks, raw onion pieces, tazyki sauce, and rice). We will go back, knowing what we know now. It's nothing special but close to home and good food.

Yelp
Stopped here on the way home from antiquing as we were trying to find a new restaurant and this popped up as great reviews. As we drove by the building definitely stood out with how nice it looked over all the other buildings around it. We walked in and I was definitely just wearing basketball shorts a T-shirt and some flip-flops and felt very underdressed. The staff were very nice clothing and most people in the restaurant or wearing almost golf gear if you want to say. So looking over the menu they definitely had a decent amount of vegetarian options which was a great thing for me so I ordered the black bean burger with some fries and of course pretzels with cheese because you can't go wrong with that most of the time. The pretzels and cheese was good average as you know most places are nothing ever stands out usually with pretzels and cheese. Their black bean burger was phenomenal which was a great thing because usually most the time when I go to place their black bean burger is OK because it's something they bought somewhere else and most the time it's just a morning star black bean burger. But this place definitely did it up and that was worth feel awkward sitting in this place. Our server she was very nice and polite. I personally didn't like the atmosphere just because it felt like we got a lot of stares because that's the way we were dressed and my sister does have a dyed hair and a lot of tattoos and piercings and I mean sometimes we get stares but felt like we got more than normal. I personally will be coming back here next time I come out this way for antiquing to grab some more food since I enjoyed myself.

Rafiki G.

Yelp
I tried to call a few times and order a carry out around noon on Sunday and it went to voicemail each time. I drove up there anyways and when I walked in, no one was at the front. There was at least 8 people waiting in the front area, many tables were open, but no one there. I could see maybe 4 waitresses but no one at the front. After about 5-10 minutes standing there, I go to place my order and was told they only serve breakfast on Sunday, no lunch. What a waste of time.
google avatar

Tara E.

Yelp
We had about a 30 minute wait because they are short staffed, but it was 100% worth the wait. The service and drinks were great. Definitely try the berry french toast or eggs benedict.
google avatar

Simon M.

Yelp
The wife and I have decided to include Crave's brunch menu as part of our weekly budget! Very generous portions and low cost compared to these other "brunch boutiques" in Shelby/Rochester area. The Baby Dutch (German pancake) is a must try to complete your meal.
google avatar

Rob S.

Yelp
Went to Crave last Saturday for dinner. The food was great, and the service excellent. Our waitress checked up on us regularly and made us feel at home. Large portions for a fair price. I will be coming back soon!
google avatar

Cheryl Z.

Yelp
Service was very good and the food was great, second time going there and I will go again
