DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! YOU WILL RECEIVE ROTTEN FOOD!!! And the owner will do nothing about it! Disgusting! Terrible customer service! I placed an order on 4/18/15, when I paid it said my order would be processed on 4/23/15. I never received an email stating my order was shipped. Found box on 4/24. I was excited to try these baked good that looked so good in the enlarged enhanced pictures online. I took a bite and had to immediately spit it out. I was the grossest thing I had ever eaten. Tasted like rotten powder. I spent over $50 and everything was disgusting and rancid. She ships in an regular USPS box...no ice pack, nothing to protect the food which is gross b/c it smelled and looked like there is dairy in the frosting..and this is FL!..its 90 degrees outside! I immediately called the owner, she was so bent on arguing that she did send a shipping email she didn't even want to listen to my problem (that the food was rotten). She said it was shipped out on 4/21 and initially said it takes 3-4 days to arrive. Then when I told her the food was rotten and I wanted a refund, she said that I must have received it on the 23rd and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for a refund and she said no. I asked if she would resend fresh product, because I still wanted to taste it and she said no. She said I could place another order and she would give me a discount! After spending over $50 and having to throw away the entire thing, I am not going to spend more money!! This is not how you run a business and especially when you are new and just getting started. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! YOU WILL RECEIVE ROTTEN FOOD!!! And the owner will do nothing about it!

How does this place have as many stars as it does?? They served me HOT coffee in a PLASTIC clear cup. The red velvet cup cake cinnamon roll and pecan bread pudding were HORRIBLE. I can understand if one thing wasn't as good but EVERYTHING including the coffee's were BAD! This place is low sugar low carb and NO TASTE

I love crave clean! Francesca is Amazing and so talented! I order the cookie dough bars and other goodies all the way from AZ cause they are delicious and guilt free! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Very excited to try out these treats. I mean,really, a healthy baked good that ranges from vegan,paleo, low carb. This is potentially the best of the world of indulgence meeting health. With this excitement,I brave traffic and rain ONLY to find a locked door and a sign saying they changed their hours. Sigh. Talk about disappointing. BUT another customer, waiting with anxious excitement told me that they were going to open in a few minutes. So I picked up some donuts next door and happily walked through the OPEN door. My eyes danced around the store in hopeful anticipation. Then, I see the beanie-clad attendant (who happens to be helping the other customer). She looks up and says,"Sorry, we're not open." Really? The front door was unlocked and another customer was being helped. It was a few minutes before the official new open hour. Did she expect me to stand outside the unlocked, ajar front door and wait less than 10 minutes while she was clearly operating the business? Nah, maybe it was a sign to save my money and expectations.

A serious disappointment. Wife and I were in town for her birthday and we drove a pretty far distance to get to CraveClean .When we arrived the girl working behind the counter was as dense as a block of lead and lacking anything that has ever come close to looking like customer service. We let her know we would be picking out quite a few sweet treats and she gets out a single hold cupcake container. I mention again that we will be buying quite a few to which she abruptly says "HOW MANY!?!" we then inquired about shipping and she let us know shipping was done via usps but couldn't get into any other specifics. I'm of the opinion that a niche bakery like this really should have someone standing there who cares about the product, the message and is invested in the success of the business .CraveClean had none of that going for it. The worst part? The food is freaking epicly delicious and we WOULD DEFINITELY order from time to time if we understood how suipping worked, what other products tasted like etc .

So Sad about my experience with Crave Clean. It was my Fiance's birthday and we had been wanting to try Crave Clean and I was beyond excited to order. We live in Tampa, so we had them shipped to us. First off, when I placed the order, I specified the Cupcakes we wanted with a few question and when his birthday was: "Buyer Note -2 Cookies & Dreams -1 No Worreo -1 Red Velvet -1 Mocha Wake-Cup -1 Carrot -1 Choco Chip -1 Salted Caramel -1 vanilla vanilla -1 pastelimpio -1 strawberry slim cake -1 cin no'mo roll This is for my fiance's birthday, May 30th (Monday/Memorial Day).Can you please ship so that it arrives that day or before?Also, if it comes in on Saturday,will everything still be good for Monday?Is there any way you can add on one of the brownies/donut/cookie?If not, that is okay& i'll have to try another day!TY" The response I got did not answer any of my questions and it was a confirmation that my order was process and shipped A WEEK before his birthday! I called and she said that because of the upcoming holiday they didn't want it to arrive late and they ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays..but if his birthday was on a Monday, I didn't understand why they didn't ship on Wednesday. She didn't seem to care. The worst part was that it arrived in just a plastic container via regular mail (see pictures)..so it sat in the heat while I was at work. I tried to be positive and put them in the fridge, but there was literally no love placed in them. I received them 5 days before his birthday. Each cupcake was wrapped individually and the icing smashed. Well, I couldn't afford another cake for his birthday because I spent $55.53 on them. I've had D.C. Cupcakes delivered to me from Washington D.C. and they were chilled, packaged nicely, full icing, and tasted amazing, which is what I thought these would be. They shouldn't be advertised especially at that price if they don't care about how they get to the customer. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a bakery and dealing with someone who didn't seem to care about my experience or my fiance's birthday and charged me $56 for something I was really excited to try. I've told all my friends and am so disappointed.

Absolutely love Crave Clean. Everything is healthy, packed with protein and guilt free. My favorite flavors are guava and peanut butter. I recommend refrigerating after buying to keep them as fresh as possible. So delicious. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness the doughnut store next door was closed for remodeling! CraveClean saved me from myself, and I enjoyed a red velvet cheesecake cupcake WITHOUT kicking myself out of ketosis. SCORE!!! Did it taste as good as the maple bacon doughnut I'd planned on, of course not, but I still think 9 grams of carbs for the win.
