Dallas Restaurant Openings to Know in February 2025 | Eater Dallas

"A fast-casual burrito concept that migrated from Cozumel, Mexico, offering classic Tex-Mex and Mexican options like bean and cheese, asada, ground beef, chicken tinga, and shrimp, alongside Cali-Mex items such as chicken tenders, the Loco Veggie, and the Veggie Break." - Courtney E. Smith

Ordered the asada burrito. The burrito is big. I wasn't crazy about the meat. I personally prefer steak strips than ground beef. The meat was a bit bland. Their salsas are good. It's a nice little restaurant, very clean. The staff was friendly. We did order a 2nd burrito, but I did not try it or remember what it was.

My husband and I both had the #8 burrito with shrimp and steak—so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The chips and queso were awesome, definitely a must-try! The atmosphere has a great vibe, cozy and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

Great food in a casual but cozy atmosphere. Nice decor that makes it a step above the typical "order at the bar" place. Friendly staff offer great service. There's nothing small about the "chico" burritos. The king size must be huge. Lots of variety, great flavors. The salsas are great (on the spicy side). Great value.

Crazy King Burrito is a gem hidden in plain sight with hole-in-the-wall vibes! Delicious and authentic flavors with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not too greasy, not overly salted or processed - everything was fresh and tender. Chips were thick and crispy, not overly oily. Recommend the guacamole and horchata! Will definitely visit again and bring friends and family. Order the Chico size if you’re hungry and the Super if you’re extra hungry 😋

Decided to stop here for lunch before our movie, and it turned out to be an excellent idea. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. The queso was recommended and did not disappoint and was served with fresh tortilla chips. I had the #2 Asada chico (small) and the portion was very generous. Also ordered Texas King in bowl which was also very generous. Both were well seasoned. Highly recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. We started off with some queso and chips and we each had the shrimp burrito. She ordered the chico size shrimp diablo and I got the super size shrimp chipotle. We both thought the burritos were very good. The filling as well as the nicely browned tortilla looked appealing and were tasty. The chips were just average but the queso, which was served in a miniature cast iron pot, was hot and delicious. The horchata had a nice cinnamon flavor and was also excellent. I added a few more ice cubes to thin out the sweetness and it was perfect. All three sauces were also very good. The diablo sauce has a serious kick. My favorite was the chipotle sauce. The service was fast and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It being so close to where I live, I'll be coming here often.

Im gonna be honest and say I wasn’t really impressed with the food. I went on a Saturday afternoon and I was the only customer. I ordered the # 8, it was okay but not worth the $18 it cost along with the fountain drink. It is a big burrito but it just didn’t have an amazing taste. Shrimp had a weird taste to it as well. Also the music was WAY too loud and too obnoxious. Overall it’s just a place I wouldn’t go again.

What in the world happened to the portion size here? It's like half of what it used to be not too long ago, and for the same price.. Also the tortilla chips look and taste different now. They look like store bought Tostitos now What the heck happened? New owners or something?
