Crazy Mountain Tap Room Colorado

We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our elopement reception! The brewery had such a unique, inviting vibe with its exposed brick, beautiful wood beams, and tons of character – including instruments and band posters that added to the ambiance. The natural light pouring through the open garage doors was absolutely stunning, and the cozy couch/lounge area was perfect for our guests with kids to enjoy playing games together. What really made the night unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. So many of our friends commented on how friendly and helpful everyone was – by the end of the night, it truly felt like we were part of the brewery family. Special thanks to the manager, Roby, who was so flexible and attentive throughout the planning process and made sure everything ran smoothly. The beer was amazing, and the BBQ was a hit with everyone. We’re so grateful to the team for making our reception such a memorable and perfect evening! I would definitely recommend hosting your next event here!

Really enjoyed a lazy Sunday at Crazy Mountain. Beers were great…rye IPA and pale ale. Fun informative staff. Chill laid back vibe. Music is a priority with instruments strewn about for the talented. Kinda sorry we missed the BBQ. And the ESB…please keep that on the menu! So few make one and it’s such good beer. Great place…loved it🍻

Robby, Justin, and Jason are great guys and beer-slingers. The beer is delicious (especially the 20th & Blake or the Du Hast) and I love the setting. While I'm usually at the bar, they also have some comfy chairs and a couch. Definitely a great spot to hit if you're seeing a show at the Ogden. Edit: also, shout-out to Roby for booking great bands. There is a free show every Saturday with some amazing local acts plus sporadic concerts and open mics throughout the week.

I love this place. Staff is always awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to chat. The beer is great. Love the Hookiebobb IPA, the Old Riley Stout is fantastic. Great spot to stop before a show at Ogden or Filmore.

OUTSTANDING dart boards! I wish I could say that the cluster around the bullseye 🎯 was my throw, but it was how I lost. 😭 Had a blast though & can't wait to start up a league!

My first time here. The vanilla bean cider is AMAZING! Live music is amazing and rare to see in Denver!

BBQ Daddy's was delicious and is inside of the tap room where we stumbled on some live music. Highly recommend!

My friend and I went here for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. The bartender, Robbie, asked us what brought us into town (we're from Fort Collins). We told him we were there for "The Oh Hellos" concert and he immediately started playing their songs without us even asking, it was really nice of him. There was a live piano player later that night who was out of this world, and when we got hungry, Robbie pointed us in the direction of this place called "The Crypt" which we absolutely loved. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic brewery right by the Ogden. Fun and eclectic vibe and great beer. We knew Robbie from a previous place and were so happy to see him here. Definitely the place to go before a show!

Absolutely adored this brewery! The happy hour deals are stellar- $5 pints, $10 pitchers. Can't be beat. And the beer was great too- here are my notes for the ones we tried: Watermelon gose- very in your face watermelon flavor Strawberry cream ale- really good! Not too strong on the strawberry, good balance Mexican lager- lightly sweetened with corn, good all around beer The gentleman running the bar was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. Love the variety of seating and the decor. Just a great all around brewery and we will absolutely be back!

I found this brewery just through an online search on a 2024 trip to Denver and had a great time, with a friendly, quick staff, and top notch beers. I went back again earlier this month and again had a great time. I enjoyed the music, college football on TV, and just an overall fun environment. Looking forward to getting back again.

This is a really cool spot, where community seems to be big! When I was there, it was open mic night. They had a house guitar that anyone could play, which I thought was so cool. I had a cherry porter, and it was delicious! Anytime I've tried a cherry beer in the past, the flavor has been really washed out but these guys hit the nail on the head! The service was great, too. Next time I'll have to try their BBQ!

This is hands down my favorite brewery/ bar in Denver. The best service, beer (quality and prices) and entertainment around. Open mics on Friday are so much fun - and they have a lot of live music. In particular, Jeremey who plays the keyboard is THE BEST! Plus, the BBQ food is amazing. I always end up staying way longer than I thought. 10/10!!!

I'm not sure any brewery could be any more perfect. Crazy Mountain has a great atmosphere, laid back, open air, TVs and a good amount of seating. Beer was fantastic, staff were super nice and I love that they had hard seltzer options. This is a great spot so go! Bonus: bring a framed photo of your dog and get a free beer! (No food served, just drinks)

Meh. There are better breweries all over Denver. Nothing special here. The beer is sad and the engagement is more disappointing. Roby was terrible.

Nice big brewery on colfax, plenty of seating. Good selection of beers on tap. Plants for sale. Board games. Rock and roll on walls. Cool spot, cool vibe . Happy hour tues-Friday, 3-6pm, $5 pints!

Fun and engaging brewery and tap room. Newly relocated from another brew location, this facility is a great spot! The interior is great and perfectly set up for hanging with the gang and trying the fresh taps. The staff are super friendly. We made fun paper airplanes and tested them against the previous players. One of my group made the winner board. They have other engagement events as well, including a wall of framed dog photos of loyal customers. Dog of Fame so to speak. The beers were good. Crisp and on point!

This is a hidden gem, near the Ogden Theatre, I really enjoyed the beer. They have solid IPA on tap currently, they do all small batches (3 kegs at a time). Bartenders are friendly. If you are local, a framed photo of your dog gets you a free beer! Just know food is only there Thursday- Saturday. They apparently also have live music and when weather allows they open the garage doors. Stop in I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I stopped in here on my way out to the airport, and it was a great pitstop. They have a fantastic selection, the bartender who helped me was very friendly and welcoming, and it's a super cool vibe inside. Would definitely return my next time out there!

Great little spot to grab a cold shandy on a hot day. Plenty of seating inside, plenty of parking across the street, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. Worth a stop!

We stumbled upon Crazy Mountain right before seeing a show at the Fillmore. It has a great atmosphere and we will definitely be back in the summer when they can open up the large windows. Our bartender Justin was personable and attentive. They also had a great selection of beer and seltzers. We will be back!

Crazy Mountain is my favorite brewery and bar in Denver. Located in the "Sunset Strip" of Denver in the Colfax neighborhood, Crazy Mountain is a cozy location with amazing live music and comedy on Friday nights. In addition to the atmosphere, the selection of beers are unmatched within the downtown Denver area. Cheers to staff!

My first time here, this space used to be something else... Always a stop before Ogden shows. I was delightfully surprised when they had a well-made ESB on Nitro! This is my favorite style of beer, and (US) brewers tend to f*** it up. This one did NOT disappoint. Owner & staff were super-nice, their beers are stand-up. Before a show, or just if you live in Denver, check this place out!

Great location for this brewery. I got a flight of four beers and each beer was excellent. Good vibe in the taproom too. My only complaint is that they didn't have stickers. I love to collect brewery stickers.

Awesome location, ambience, and kind staff. I had a raspberry sour and it was delicious. Went with friends last night to a comedy show that they are hosting. The comics were funny and the vibe was casual. I would definitely go back!

Please consider updating your website hours to correctly reflect your business hours. The website lists that you are open on Mondays, but after arriving the place is shut down

The atmosphere at the place is down home. They have live music on the weekends and it's top notch. We were there when Jonn Dilley was performing. He is extremely talented and surely is a yet to be discovered talent. Robby, the bartender is very friendly, efficient and genuinely cares that his customers enjoy their experience. This is the Cheers of Denver, the neighborhood bar that makes you feel like everyone knows your name.

This place is just the best! Whether you are looking for a friendly neighborhood bar or a place to hang out with a larger group this is the place. We go there at least once a week and the bar tenders are always super friendly, the beers are top notch and when they don't have in house food they will let you order in so we do a lot of game nights there as well!

Solid selection of beers and the service was quick and friendly. Both my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the amber ale. Will definitely be back.

First time at CM. It is a great space with a variety of seating options lots of TVs for sports watching. The beer was very good and the staff friendly. We will be back.
