Local mineral springs that used to be part of a famous water treatment spa. There are four kinds of water that comes from four mineral springs located on the property. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

If you’re in town you mind as well stop by! We tried the pineapple flavored crazy water and it was fun. People love this stuff and full it up in their 5gallon jugs! They do have other items as well from local vendors too.

Crazy Water crazy🤪💧 is great! Even as a native of Ft. Worth, this was my first time in this little town. I decided to have a solo adventure. I checked out the water shop and was greeted warmly. The young lady was very knowledgeable and led me through a tasting and explanation of the four levels. Next, I checked out the spa and made a reservation for a few weeks out, as they were fully booked. It is coming up, and I can't wait. Lastly, I drive down a couple of blocks and stopped at the hotel where they have several boutique shops and a café. The boutique clothing shops were a bit pricey and not really my style, but I am sure it is for some. I purchased a lavender sparking water and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The café shop has a lot of really cute swag ( lotions, balms (all made with crazy water), tshirts, stickers, etc.) and I know I will be coming back with a few trinkets from my next visit. It was a fun day trip, and it is worth checking out. If you want to check out the services at their spa, be sure to book your reservation ahead of time!

We had so much fun. We stopped in to taste test the water and take the tour. The tour was $5.00, but you got a free bottle of water to go with it. Amy was our tour guide, and she was wonderful. Full of information and very kind. She brought us to the Crazy Water Hotel, where we tried the soda and coffee (separate purchase). She gave us the history and brought us to the best view in the city to see the Baker Hotel. We just enjoyed our day. Thank you, Amy.

This was a fun stop a cute little shop. It was interesting learning all about the different levels of water and it was really fun tasting all the different kinds. The sparkling flavored waters were amazing. You have to try them. Definitely recommend this stop!

Google
We did not know about this store, it was a treat to visit. The flavor water was the best, I had Orange Crush and my wife had Blue Raspberry. They were out of the Cherry Limeade.

Love Crazy water! We make this a must stop every time we are in Mineral Wells. Get some fizzy water with your favorite added flavor to beat that Texas heat outside. Cute gift shop with locally made soap that uses Crazy water in their ingredients.

Google
Products are excellent. Tried the specialty sodas since they aren't sold at stores and they didn't disappoint. The staff though seemed really cold personality wise. Not sure why. I'm glad we had other business in the area and didn't drive 3 hours for such poor reception. Most unfriendly place I've been in, in the state of Texas. Might wanna work on your attitudes since you're the attraction in Mineral Wells.

Yelp
Very friendly, a store at the well site with all types of Mineral Wells stuff. Including the water BUT AVOID THE #4. When the benefits of Crazy Water was first discovered he marketed it as "PRONTO LAX"!

Yelp
After reading the benefits of a pH balanced alkaline water, I realized the necessity to optimum health by drinking alkaline water. And it's right next-door practically, from Dallas. I bought my first bottle at Sprouts market.

Yelp
Very cute home turned into day spa. I got the Ahhh package and received a mineral bath, facial/no extraction or steam, massage and mineral towel wrap. For the price I would go everyday. Brandy my therapist was great and very professional. I would recommend black out tint on windows and hydraulic tables. I would def go again.

Yelp
Hubby & I have been purchasing Crazy Water at H‑E‑B past few months. We decided to stop when we took a drive up 281 from San Antonio to Wichita Falls, TX. Was so worth the stop. My husband got the #2 water and then we both ordered infused waters. I tried the pineapple & he had the orange cream crush. Not sweet and all of it tasted great! Would definitely love the recipe for the infused water.

Yelp
We stopped here just for the historical experience and to grab a drink for our trip home. We tried all the different levels of mineral water and was surprised how much each one tasted differently! They reminded me of well water from when I was growing up. We ended up purchasing a fizzy cream soda with orange flavor and whipped cream, which was excellent and my husband had an infusion drink. The infusion drinks have balsamic vinegar along with a flavor. Not my thing, but he liked it. They also have a cute little gift store and the girl working was awesome. She was super helpful and professional and explained what was going on. Lol. We will stop in again if we get back that way.

Yelp
My cousin told us we needed to stop on the way out to their house. Sooo we did. Little did I know until I got there that this was the place that was visited by the Ghost Adventure boys. When I got there I saw the town and the giant Hotel that was featured on that episode. It dawned on me that it was the place they went to for the water. I was even more excited. So many people don't get it that water does have a taste and that it does matter which kind you drink. I am so happy I got the chance to go and the chance to taste the water. Yum!!! I wish I lived closer I'd be there every week buying water. I noticed I had more energy when I did drink it. The staff are all very friendly, and so are the owners. Thanks to you all for the great experience. I'll be back when I move there for sure. Can't wait.

Yelp
Way before we all started popping pills, there was mineral water. The cure all for nearly everything! Crazy Water sells 3 different strengths of mineral water. Lots of people say there really is somethings to this, so why not, it's only money! If it doesn't make us "better" the myth still continues! We bought 5 gallons of # 4 and a coffee mug of course. Time will tell. The staff was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. While we were there, countless people came in and bought some water. I talked to several customers and all were positive about this. Let the water party begin!

Yelp
Great choices in water and other merchandise and also love all the antique artifacts from the heyday of mineral Wells and crazy water on display to see what was like back then.

Yelp
I am addicted. It's a small shop located in the city of Mineral Wells. The shop is on top of said mineral well. If you drove though the city you can't help but notice the large vacant hotel which in it's time must have been GRAND. Local lore has it that movie stars and other assorted 'rich and famous' stayed there in order to heal themselves in the therapeutic mineral waters. When I-35 cut just South of the town, it literally shut the place down. Now the city is not much more than a quick stop on the way to Possum Kingdom Lake. However the healing mineral waters remain and still have their medicinal power. One of the main attributes to the water is lithium. No wonder the movie stars felt better. Either way the water is available for sale in three levels of mineral-ness and various sizes. There's the Premium Drinking Water with not much mineral water involved. There's some Deep Well Water that tastes like well water and has a claim to better health. And then there's the Crazy Water. One taste and your mouth will pucker up into an "EW...CAN IT BE WORTH SWALLOWING?" It's rumored to cure liver problems, arthritis, as well as other ailments. Good luck with the water drinking...that's not what I'm addicted to. It's the lotions. They make the Crazy Water into a variety of skin products. My favorite is the Oatmeal Spice Jojoba Lotion which is 89% organic and full of concentrated Crazy Water. This stuff smells wonderful and makes my skin feel and look great. It's better than any over the counter lotion I've ever used. They sell everything from body scrubs to facial toners. And the choices in scents is really nice. They have Indian Paintbrush and Honeysuckle. They also have candles and other products. Go to the website. Look at the stuff and get the lotion. Better yet, drive out there, wonder what kinds of ghosts haunt the old hotel, taste the water, go to the lake and buy all kinds of body stuff to give as gifts. One more note, they do have concerts at the Famous Mineral Water Co. I checked the calendar and noted some bluegrass bands. I think this would be great fun.

Yelp
The store is smaller than I expected. You can try the water before you buy. The sales lady said that she makes coffee with #3, I'm going to try that. Lovely store, lovely people. Great place to visit. What's your crazy # today? (Patent pending). =)

Yelp
Been buying their water bottled in the DFW area for years. Thought I would go right to the source!

Julana H.

Yelp
We visited Crazy Water during a recent trip to Mineral Wells State Park. Of course we were interested in seeing this historic spot. Who would not want to seek these healing waters? The building is small and quaintly decorated and they sell various souvenir type items. Such an intriguing place. We looked forward to sampling the various waters, but due to COVID, they were not doing samples. So, to solve that, we purchased individual bottles of the No. 3 and 4. We liked both! There were several people having their 5 gallon bottles refilled while we were there. Another great service! As we left, we took along a case of both the No. 3 and No. 4! We did not visit the spas but would think that would be a great experience.

Yelp
Stopped in today after some friends suggested I try the water. The staff was friendly and quick to explain the different waters. They sell by the bottle and jug and I ended up leaving with a few of each. I had parked a bit down the street and the fellow working there was quick to help carry my bottles and jugs to my car. They also sell a variety of skin care products. Although I didn't purchase any, I will next time I stop by.

Yelp
I love this water!!! We buy it every payday. It helps us feel better and more energetic

Yelp
I love their water, is it cause they are from Texas? Is it cause of the Lithium? About their water - this is from their website: The waters of Mineral Wells, Texas have been making folks feel good inside and out since 1881. Maybe because of the flavor. Maybe because they just might have healed a "crazy" woman who drank from the well. I drink crazy #4. Crazy No. 4 is the mineral water that brought health seekers to Mineral Wells long ago and has the highest mineral content. When I can't get to Mineral Wells, I go to Sprouts in Flower Mound.

Yelp
The best water you have ever had! And great for you! The minerals really help Alot of health problems!

Denise D.

Yelp
Staff was so friendly; they even watched our dog while we used the restroom. We always buy #4 because we love the mineral taste. Definitely worth the 2 1.2 hour drive every once in awhile to stock up.

Emma R.

Yelp
The shop is awesome. You can get the various types of water, bath products made with the water, t-shirts, etc. My husband and I stayed at the adjacent bath-house recently and it was amazing. They have spa services to complement soaking in the water. Check it out soon!
