CSA Boxes and Farm Deliveries Serving San Francisco During Coronavirus | Eater SF

"I note Cream Co. Meats is a whole-animal butcher and distributor supporting a handful of small farms and is now leaning into pickup and delivery options with basic boxes and bunker boxes filled with chicken, ground beef, bacon, and chops, plus curbside pickup and a rotating delivery schedule." - Becky Duffett

Google
Everything I’ve tried from them is top notch but they aren’t very accessible to their local consumers which is a shame. They are instead more focused on wholesale which is great for them but doesn’t really serve individuals who want to cook at home.

Google
I love Cream Co! Their quality is unbeatable and everything is fresh, flavorful, and sourced from local farms. You can really taste the difference. Plus, their team is super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!

Google
Staff super nice, but it's whole sale only.

Google
They have such great quality meat AND are super responsive. You can tell that they like what they do and care about the service they provide. The butchering is beautiful and very restaurant worthy in the best way. You can taste the difference and I'm glad I discovered them during the pandemic.

Google
The customer service is terrible! The only way to contact the company is via email and despite the numerous emails I’ve sent, I’ve never once received a reply. I’ve had missing items in my order and damaged items which have never been addressed. I’ve had questions about products and shipping which go unanswered. The quality of the meat is really good but it’s not worth the headache of being ignored and spending money on missing or damaged items.

Drivers almost caused an accident on the highway and drives very erratically as well as dangerous!!

Google
they offer you top quality cuts and even butcher/chef prized cuts that are not readily available. make it easier for small farms that raise their animals right to keep doing what they do.

Yelp
Very easy process of ordering and picking up if you're close by ...from the time I placed my order to pickup was a couple of days.Got a pork belly with skin on and a pork butt..haven't cooked the pork butt yet but made lechon with the belly...was excellent. The layer of skin was perfect and free of hairs which was a nice change. Would be great if they had a storefront one of these days...will definitely be ordering again..wagyu ribeye next. Definitely recommend

Yelp
I have been buying meat from cream co, but the last order was not delivered. Cream co has not responded to multiple emails to correct the situation.

Yelp
They don't have a walk up store, so you can only order online. But holy hell is it worth it. I've ordered a lot of meat from Cream Co and I can honestly say they consistently have incredibly high-quality products. Everything I've gotten, from a heritage turkey to a slab of brisket to one of their now famous butcher boxes, has been absolutely delicious. Plus, they are conscientious providers who work hard to find local and sustainable meat when they can. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Yelp
I've been eyeing up Cream Co meats ever since a local tipped me off to them. I found the cuts to be a little expensive compared to some of my local butchers, but CC advertises that it's worth it, so I thought I would give them a try. Boy were they right. Their Texas brisket, which they trim in-house, was the best I've ever had. The marbling and thickness was perfect. I smoked it low and slow for 12 hours and even the wife agreed it's the best brisket she's ever had. Mind you we've done the Texas top 10, so this is big praise. I'll definitely be trying out their other offerings soon.
