What a cute place! Was driving down Biscayne to go to an appointment and had to stop in and give Cream Parlor a try. Loved the vibes in here, reminded me of a real ice cream parlor. The owner is so sweet and provided us with amazing service. I tried a few of their flavors before settling on red velvet with a fresh baked warm chocolate cookie. SO YUMMY! I recently went to the baked bear, and this place was better x100. The cookie was crisp on the outside, soft gooey on the inside and not overly sweet! The ice cream was oh so creamy. Cookies and brownies baked fresh daily. Make sure to stop by if you are driving by on Biscayne or live in the area 🍨

I came here with a bunch of friends for some ice cream and we had such a good time! The lady who was working was immensely friendly and welcoming. She let us try a bunch of the flavors. And there are so many unique and delicious flavors, it is hard to decide which to get! I went with Solid Gold Dancer and it was fantastic. Such a cute little shop and cozy outside patio behind the store. I would consider this place a hidden gem!

Wow! This place is a must see! The owner is super nice, asked my name and remembered it. The service was great. Clean bathroom. The dairy free options were delicious. We will come back!

The owner is so sweet and thoughtful. She really goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. The employees are also so sweet and thoughtful. The flavor options are fun! There’s even unicorn poop. I enjoy the magical decor; antique lamps on each table and tea cups and tea plates to be served with. The walls are filled with decor and even a unicorn in the wall! The outdoor area is cute and well decorated. I loved all the glitter they put on my food!! Magic.

Cute little ice cream coffee desert shop. I stopped in to have a hot latte cafe while waiting for new tires installed on my car across the street. Latte is very good. Lots of memorabilia to enjoy and you can even play a 33 record album in the record player. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great little shop to enjoy a coffee or desert.

was a little frustrated trying to find parking, there is some behind the building but it was occupied but as soon as I walked in the Owner made me feel right at home. She was so sweet and welcoming and overall genuine. She allowed us to get a feel of the flavors. Making suggestions and taking her time to make sure we were accommodated. I love the vibes inside. They also have an outside covered patio where you can sit and even bring your doggies! They also serve doggy ice cream. The butter pecan was smooth and not overwhelming so I got a scoop of that (the golden girls) and the Cookie Monster which is cookies and cream with a very blue dye. sat inside which allowed us to speak to the owner more which also made my stay more enjoyable

What a nice welcoming service! The ice cream and brownies were delicious. Our favorite IC was the red velvet cake and Cookie Monster blue ice cream that had pieces of vanilla and chocolate cake!! The decorations were so pretty!

Was a bit skeptical of the surrounding 😅, but the place was a bliss! The place was very cute with lots of cultures lol. Don’t forget to check out the patio!! The staff who I think also the owner was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the homemade lavender lemonade— it was very delicious and refreshing! And the avocado toast so good - she took time to make a heart shape lol. Highly recommend!

It's like a trip back to childhood in this hidden gem, quaint, time capsule that pays homage to Prince and a blend of unique flavors created by the owner with love. They even have an awesome record player (that works) and you can jam out while you enjoy your dessert and/or food. Healthy options available for those into plant life and doggies are welcome with treats and a patio to enjoy the day

We stopped by this evening to get an ice cream cone. We haven't been here in a while because of dieting. I remembered the delicious ice cream that they serve. Cream Parlor is an adorable little shop filled with all kinds of fun stuff on the walls, the shelves, tables, and display cases. I love it because it reminds me of my childhood. So, I ordered a Cookie Monster/Red Velvet waffle cone. Delicious!! My daughter ordered the Unicorn Poop and the Cookie Monster on a waffle cone. Delicious!! Why can't ice cream be low calorie? Service was excellent by Ainsley! She has a great personality and is a good conversationalist. I know we will be back again in the near future, even though the parking situation is difficult. But that's just Miami!

This spot is on my top 5 list of cutest ice cream shops. It's whimsical and it has unique ice cream flavors and other options. My favorite ice cream flavor at the moment is raspberry chocolate and I became obsessed with it at my local ice cream shop, but they haven't served it in a while so I've been needed my raspberry chocolate fix. Out of all of the ice cream spots I've been to in Miami, this is the only other place that serves it and it hit the spot. What really made me love this place was the owners attitude. She's so welcoming and you can tell she's passionate about what she does.

We had some time to kill before Blue Collar reopened for dinner so we came over to check out Cream Parlor. We got to meet owner Ainsley Sheppard who radiates good vibes. I love her cool style and welcoming personality. Ainsley has an extensive background in the food service industry and after working in Toronto she opened this adorable ice cream shop in 2016 on Biscayne Boulevard. Cream has an old fashioned, granny's attic aesthetic. Cute knick-knacks decorate the walls, games wait to be played, and there is a charming outdoor area where your pups are welcome to enjoy their very own ice cream. I love the unique ice cream flavors like Cheeky Monkey with banana cream pie crushed into banana ice cream, Up All Night with espresso and fudge, Golden Girls a butter pecan vice cream, Purple Rain a raspberry puree with chocolate fille raspberry cups, and Party in your Mouth cotton candy with M&M's. I indulged in a scoop of Unicorn poop, a cake batter ice cream with chunks of birthday cake, rainbow sprinkles, and a cotton candy swirl. In addition to the insanely delicious ice cream they also serve coffee and tea, mocktails, quiche, crepes, bowls, wraps, paninis, salads, tartines, and avocado toast. Cream Parlor was such a delightful find. From the friendly atmosphere, charming décor, and delicious ice cream, this place is a 10 out of 10.

Great concept. It's not only ice cream here but we popped in just for a couple scoops. I enjoyed the vintage feel of the place. Nice decor in every corner. Service was swift. It wasn't too crowded at that moment. My coconut and red velvet combo was sweet, tasty, and refreshing. It was just what I needed in this Miami heat. Go in and check out the menu for a quick bite or for a sweet craving.

This place was great! Very homey feel when you walk in. The owner is a sweetheart and really cares about her food and her customers. You can feel that as soon as you walk in. I love the decor as well. It will definitely it give you a blast from the past. There's a lot of antique items such as old posters, magazines, toys, action figures, etc. all kinds of cool things! They have a nice menu with paninis and wraps and bowls and salads. So many items. I ordered a bacon chicken cheese panini. It was quite tasty and the owner added jalapeños. She's very experimental which I love! She also makes the ice cream from scratch and you can tell. The rich and creamy flavors were amazing. I was blown away. And they change the flavors so definitely be on the lookout. I'm happy I work close by so I can continue to enjoy this place. See you soon!

Even when I order takeout from this place it doesn't disappoint. Ordering the curry chicken mayo wrap with the purple rain ice cream AGAIN!! Straight and then they send you little cute notes and shit. I want to bath and die in the purple rain ice cream!

I had a wonderful experience at this charming low key ice cream shop. The flavors were incredibly rich and delicious, and the ambiance gave off a cozy thrift store vibe. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making it an all-around delightful visit.

Review from my kid: I like the stairs to help me see the flavors, I like the creative names for the ice cream and I like the inside and outside of the building. Of course, I like the ice cream and the toppings!!!

Delicious ice cream! Amazing ambiance and the owner is so sweet! She let my kids try whichever flavors they wanted to! Now that's service!! We enjoyed our ice creams while looking at all the fun Knick knacks on the walls! The ambiance makes you feel like you are in someone's living room hanging out.

Amazing!!! We stopped in for some ice cream with our dog on a Sunday afternoon and had such a great time. Not only was the ice cream delicious and presented beautifully, but the patio is dog friendly and our dog enjoyed a puppy ice cream. Ainsley was so kind and friendly and it is obvious that she really loves her business. We will definitely come back!

We stopped by for ice cream and it feels nostalgic with penny candy, retro decor, and just aura of hipster cool. There are toys in the back to keep my little one occupied (wonderful!). Bring your family. Overall awesome place for casual bites...there is a patio in the back. Parking is available on the side of the restaurant. Dog friendly. Food (4.5/5) we ordered the mint chocolate chip and I ordered dark chocolate ice cream. Both were pretty amazing. Creamy and worth the money. I'm always picky about spending on ice cream and fearful of icy bites. This was wonderful and I'll be back! Service (5/5) service with a smile. I watched a group after me sample so many flavors and was impressed by the patience and great service provided.

BEST ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE EVER! Yvette was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful during our visit to Cream Parlor. She generously offered many samples and enthusiastically provided her insight as we decided on our orders. Yvette went above and beyond to make our experience great - she gladly warmed up our cookie, brought it out to our table, and remembered each of our names before saying goodbye. Cream Parlor's ice cream is out of this world - be sure to try Red Velvet, Up All Night, and Purple Rain. 10/10 experience!

If you've driven by Cream, then you know what it's like to want to give it a try! And if you haven't seen Cream, you need to... the ambiance is so adorable! It's rare to find such a cute and cozy place in Miami! The only thing better than the decor is the service and ice cream (and since they have - the most adorable - puppy ice cream, my puppy can second that)! I got ice cream to go to keep in my freezer, though it barely lasted the car ride... oops! The Cookie Monster ice cream is sooo heavenly... I can't wait to come back with my family and try the food, which also looks incredible! If you're looking for a cute date night spot, a place to enjoy with family/kids/friends, or even somewhere to indulge with your dog, look no further :)

Iliterally walked past this place many times and had no idea the fantasy land that was behind those doors. I met the owner, a charismatic fun high energy passionate individual who literally connected all the themes. This place is an iconic gem and truly marvelous. The attitude of fun and high energy is everywhere. There is so much to enjoy and fun, but also excellence. I love that something like this exists, l've never seen something similar! I LOVE this place! The owner recommended a ice cream late, and Wow, she even picked out the best ice cream for it. To the owner: Thank you so much for having such a beautiful piece of paradise for people, you truly make the world better. If you have not been here you absolutely MUST GO!

The best chocolate chip cookie in miami!! The store is so so cute and the owner is the best! She writes a little note in your to go order and everything is so fresh and delicious. We got cookies, brownies, and ice cream for a party and it was amazing. Everybody was raving about it all especially the cookies. The perfect desert or lunch spot. Highly recommend!

They are the best flavors with the best names, and their vegan toasted coconut is amazing. They were so nice, and let us try all flavors!!! So happy coming here

Love this quaint and cozy restaurant. We have been here a few times. The owner is so friendly, down to earth and welcoming. She makes you want to keep coming with her bubbly personality. They have so many different flavored ice creams which are delicious. Such great food and sweets. So many choices and she'll also make what you order a lacarte. They have a patio area also that is so creatively decorated and so cute. I love this place and I didn't mention they also have shakes and coffee. I mean what else can you ask for from a restaurant where everything is homemade and delicious.

The absolute cutest I've cream and sandwich shop ever. Homemade ice cream always served with a smile. The owner is just do nice and such a creative, hard-working businesswoman. Her character shines at her beautifully decorated shop with so many vintage toys and china and just cool things to look at. She has fun old school candies and yummy homemade cookies plus some hearty finger food. Host a birthday party or family celebrations in the outside garden. Great cappuccino with oat milk and best toasted coconut vegan ice cream. Go and support this unique neighborhood small business.

We've been patrons at Cream for several years now. Brunch in the back terrace with friends, to fulfill ice cream cravings on a hot day and I would bring high school applicants for my alma mater for their college interviews in for coffee. The vibe is great. The owners and the staff are so nice. The board games are a nice bonus. The Cookie Monster flavor is one of my favs and getting a cookie with a scoop is a sinful delight. My one complaint/suggestion is to replace the chairs in the terrace. They are very uncomfortable and the tables are very flimsy as well. The food is so good and I want to pig out but these issues are holding me back from really doing some damage and being comfortable when I'm there.

This is a must do! The experience from the moment you walk in is magic. The owner is generous in the way she wants you to have the best experience. She is engaging and enthusiastic. Ok so that said, the ice cream is amazing. Creative, delicious flavors, amazing details to ensure the perfect ice cream. We will be back!

Since living in the area for 10 yrs now I've been enjoying the treats at Cream. They always love serving my kids, it's like their favorite thing or at least they make me feel that way. I would go out of my way to spend money here. And keep this place open. truth.

Stepping into this little ice cream place is like stepping into a time capsule! So much cool nostalgic decorations I love the ambiance and there is a cute outdoor patio in the back! The service is good especially when the manager is there she is very friendly! Lots of food available as well as ice cream.

Such a cute spot, I been dying to come to Cream Parlor since we move to the area and today was the day and I loved it. The deco outside its LIFE and the inside as well. Service its amazing very attentive. To eat we order the honey sriracha lentil with an egg on top amazing flavor, super fresh greens, also order the chicken and bacon panini omg also amazing. To drink I have the rose peral tea and the calming lavender tea and to top it off we had the coffee with ice cream and i loved it too.

I haven't been here in a hot minute, so I decided to make my return for lunch today. I opted for the Kale Yeah Salad (kale, brown rice, sliced almonds, honey sriracha), which I added chicken to. The salad was just okay. There was no dressing and for nearly $5 to add on, the chicken was also bland. The portion is plentiful though, so you can have enough for leftovers or share. I'm sure if I would've asked for dressing, they would've been more than happy to provide as the service here is excellent. I also got the rose petal latte, which was nearly $8. It was beautifully presented with rose petals and edible glitter, but the flavor was lacking a bit. What they lacked in these two items though, they more than made up for with the Unicorn Poop ice cream and incredible service. The ice cream is cake batter with cake pieces, sprinkles and cotton candy. You can taste each flavor, and it's truly divine. There's a cute outdoor patio that is nicely decorated and an awesome spot to enjoy your meal or sweet treat. Parking on this street is tricky as it's residential, but there are a few spots available.

Everything about this parlor is creative, unique, and perfectly perfect. Ainsley blew me away by her warm, friendly vibe and amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as unforgettable as her ice cream flavors! I got the unicorn poop as a shake, pup got ice cream for dogs, and toddler played with the many vintage toys. We will be back!

I really like this place! It's decorated so cute and with eccentric details. The food is good and the lattes are works of art! The ice cream looks delicious but I'm lactose intolerant. Patio is adorable. Serene space and friendly people! The owner is so nice. Will definitely be back :)

Can't say enough good things about this place. Owner treated us like family. It was a super cool time travel experience back to the 80's. So much by way of cool decor. Ice cream was great, brownie. Tried an affogato for the 1st time. She has actual vinyl records for you to play from the period and even drawers of 45s. She let me play records to my hearts content. Great quality, ambiance and a great customer service experience. Can't recommend this enough. Please drop by when you can. You won't regret it.

We took our toddler here and she had a ball - there's a play area that kept her occupied for 20 minutes (a lifetime in toddler time) and she also loved looking at the unique little toys/candy for sale. Of course the ice cream was great too. The owner couldn't have been more genuinely sweet and welcoming. Must visit !

Awesome little cafe, the owner is amazing, very joyful and funny. The place is fully decorated with nice stuff and old things, that make us remember the good old times... Very good breakfast crepe, and very good coffees. She also made me a very good smoothie out of frozen berries. Great service. Prices a bit high but like everywhere in Miami I guess. You should try it!

Quirky. Cute. Retro and Nostalgic. All of these come to mind when you step into this local ice cream parlor that is a throwback to all of our childhoods. Their milkshakes are from a different galaxy -- wholesome, flavorful, and comforting. Can't find a flavor on the menu - ask them to whip something up - and they shall. Maybe next time I'll order one for me without pretending it's for my 'son' :)

How can you not love an ice cream place with flavors like Unicorn Poop, Gopher Guts and Cookie Monster? Cool small spot with a chill vibe and a back patio area. Ice cream was great, staff are friendly. A bit pricey in my opinion, but the Cookie Monster ice cream in a warm chocolate chip cookie sandwich was to die for, and I pooped blue for the next 3 days

I only have good things to say about this place! There is so much to choose from in terms of variety and this place has it all and they get super creative with their menu selections. I had a latte with Almond milk and sparkles on top with the English breakfast. Service was excellent. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Parking is also free! Really funky vibes in this establishment. I only had ice cream, which they were nice enough to let us sample before hand. They were all very nice, and the outdoor seating is a great choice!

I discovered Cream Parlor on Instagram and, after seeing their gooey grilled cheese sandwiches, knew I had to make the visit. The restaurant is a simple small storefront off of the main road. While seemingly small from the outside, don't let it fool you! It's large and spacious inside with an outdoor patio lined with cute lanterns and string lights. The inside exhibits a very old-school ice cream parlor feel. The cute trinkets and candies reminded me a bit of Eggers Ice Cream Parlor or Anopoli in New York. There is parking in the back for patrons' convenience! Such quick and efficient service! Our server was super friendly and even allowed me to sample some of their delicious homemade ice cream, yummy! The food was excellent! We ordered the grilled cheese sandwiches, a peanut butter, honey and banana panini, a cookie and cream shake, and toasted coconut ice cream. All was delicious! The grilled cheeses were a comforting, gooey and buttery treat. The peanut butter banana and honey sandwich was truly something else! Worth the splurge for any peanut butter lover. I loved how they offered vegan ice creams for their patrons. The toasted coconut ice creams and milkshakes were a creamy and yummy way to round out our meal. Great service, food, and ambiance! A cute hidden gem worthy of more publicity!
