Absolutely love this place!! The ice cream was amazing! The cotton candy was delicious, the best I have ever had! And my husband had a macaroon ice cream sandwich, and it too was to die for! And, that bathroom sign. The place was all-around great!

Offers scoops of ice cream with creative toppings and flavors. They also have the cotton candy burrito, floats and waffles. They’re very colorful and unique stuff. Highly recommended.

What a treat! Despite having a lot of people to tend to on New Year’s Eve day, the ladies went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. They made us aware that there were a few tickets ahead of us and there might be a longer than usual wait. Their attentiveness and assistance made our visit enjoyable, and the cotton candy burrito was absolutely delicious. We got the one with the blue Cookie Monster ice cream and our lips were all blue! So much fun! Before we left, the ladies came out to say bye to us. Kudos to the team for handling the busy atmosphere with such grace and providing top-notch service!

Such an overall letdown. The person working the counter looked like they were in a forced labor camp, unhappy and slow. It was not busy when we arrived, but we were not ready to spend 45 minutes there waiting on an order for for people. Items came out one at a time, and the final item came out right as the rest of us were done. We didn't like how other later orders were completed before ours. The cotton candy burrito will ruin you. It's beyond unhealthy, even served up in a Styrofoam container. Eating it with a plastic spoon is next to impossible, so I found eating it like a burrito worked but was so sweet, it made me sick. The ice cream flavors were so limited that I ended up ordering strawberry because it was the only decent flavor left that didn't have freezer burn. The parking was about the only positive thing of the experience. We spent way too much for such horrific service, not even an apology. In the end, a great place of you want to flex an Instagram photo and you have an hour to slowly get your order. But if you are on a budget, an environmentalist, on a health kick, or just want to have a shared experience this place is not for you.

I was looking forward to this place due the reviews. First of all, the place is "dingy" very small and dirty. I walked in with my family of 4 and there was one single person working. He dies not make eye contact or even say hello, he stands at the register silent. I walk over place my order and he proceeds to make it. We have our ice cream which was good. I watched while this one person made ice cream for another family. While we are sitting there three more employees walked from the back. I go back to order a bottle of water and two employess walk past with zero acknowledgment. I stand for 5 minutes waiting and no one ever helps. We leave. I would say although the ice cream is good the employees are a bunch of kids not wanting to work and hiding in the back. I am sure you can get the same ice cream better atmosphere and customer service somewhere else...

Referred her by a friend and it was so awesome! Had so many great choices of ice cream and mix ins. I HAD to get the cotton candy burrito and it was everything I hoped it would be!

They don’t allow samples. Which is stupid because, every ice cream place gives you samples. Their products are expensive so it’s a waist of money to spend so much on an ice cream flavor you can’t even try!

Ice cream was pretty good. But it was too complex for me. I don't think I will ever want an ice cream/cotton candy burrito, but hey to each their own. The service was good and the decor was very fun. The place was just not my taste but it was still great

This is definitely the place to stop if you have a sweet tooth! There are SO many options! They have tons of topping choices as well as ice cream flavors and although we took ours to go, I was surprised at how much dine-in space they had available inside. Beware however, we had a particularly indecisive person in front of us that took almost10 minutes of questioning staff to decide what they wanted; like I said there are just so many options. We tried the Creamberry burrito with green tea ice cream, circus animal cookies, fruity pebbles and Ferrero Rocher wrapped in cotton candy, as well as a large mint chip milkshake and after we ordered, it only took them about 10 minutes to prepare the order. The flavors and texture were yummy and unique, but between the two of us, we could not finish it. It's a lot of sugar, so be prepared. Still, I can't wait to try more of their offerings!

Cotton Candy Burrito!! What more do I need to say? This place definitely hits the spot for sweets. There are so many options to choose from. I ordered a mint milkshake and a cotton candy burrito with green tea ice cream, fruity pebbles, circus animal cookies, and Ferrero Rocher. It took about 15 minutes to prepare the order. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. The cotton candy burrito was so delicious. Definitely something that everyone should try. The milkshake was minty and creamy. I look forward to coming back and trying their other items on the menu.

This is one of my favorite dessert places in Vegas! They're known for their cotton candy burritos, but you can't go wrong with anything from here. They have such a large variety it's so hard to decide what to get. Everything is decently size so I suggest sharing unless they're single cones or the rolled ice cream. The service is always a bit slow, but they're so popular so i understand why. Except long lines and up to a 30 minute wait. Parking is free and easy to find a spot. Great place for date night, catch up with friends or to treat someone out of town. There's indoor and a few outdoor seating but sometimes hard to find especially in the summer. So many flavors, toppings, and choices!

This place has some really cool and delicious treats besides ice cream. I love their halo halo but it was kinda hard to mix since it was put in a cup and they gave a very flimsy plastic spoon. But it was still delicious. The rest of the group got ice cream and they loved it. Service was good. This place is popular and busy so they could do with more seating. Prices were good

The first time I discovered Creamberry was through Matt Stonie, a YouTuber who is well known for being a competitive eater. I watched a video of him and his friend in a competition to see who could finish their cotton candy burrito first. Since then, I've always wanted to try out Creamberry, but I kept putting it off for years until we finally made it in recently. It was packed when we got there but everyone left while we were waiting for our order. I'm not the biggest fan of cotton candy or any other sweets containing large amounts of sugar, so we skipped their cotton candy burritos and went straight for their ice cream. There were a bunch of options to choose from, but we selected their puff waffles - cookies and cream for me and strawberries and cream for my boyfriend. There is limited seating inside but we were planning on taking them back with us anyway, so we asked for them to put it in a box. The puff waffles were absolutely delicious. Mine was topped with vanilla ice cream, Oreo pieces, and chocolate syrup. My boyfriend's waffle puff was topped with strawberry ice cream, strawberries, whipped cream, and also chocolate syrup. The waffles themselves were spot on and they were perfect to pair with the ice cream. They have a Facebook/Instagram wall inside, so make sure to take a picture of your product and tag them for a chance to be featured on the wall. It was well worth coming here and we're very happy that we finally tried them out!

When it comes to sweet treats, I'm always on the lookout for something new and exciting. That's why I was thrilled to discover this ice cream shop, which offers a unique spin on classic desserts. We tried their Halo-Halo Ice Cream cup, featuring ube ice cream and grape-flavored Cotton Candy - and it was so good! The combination of textures and flavors was amazing, and I loved the unique cotton candy flavor options. As an ube fan, I was thrilled to see it on the menu. Sharing the scoop was the perfect portion, but I'm already looking forward to trying their ice cream burrito next time.

I had Creamberry bookmarked for a while, and decided to finally check it out while in Vegas for Christmas. The interior is very hip with decorated ceiling tiles. Service was good. They sell all kinds of desserts ranging from traditional ice cream and rolled ice cream to shaved ice. This trip, we decided to try their famous cotton candy burrito. For the burrito, you choose one flavor of ice cream plus 3 dry toppings. We went with mango ice cream, and chose Ferrero Rocher, Milky Way, and pecan as our toppings. The burrito is fairly large and costs $15 + tax as of December 2023. The cotton candy itself is a bit sweet. While the burrito definitely looks cool, it's more of a novelty and taste is nothing extraordinary. Definitely check this place out for dessert!

Cute dessert spot on rainbow. They are known for their cotton candy dessert. Menu had a wide range of desserts to choose from. Greeted when walked up to the counter. They were nice to give me sometime to look over the menu. They do not give out free samples. I ordered the halo halo rolls, it had all the flavors of a halo halo topped with whipped cream and a piece of leche flan. Yum!

A nice place to just stop and chill. The heat is on in south vegas but the ice cream is cold here. You get a ridiculous mounts of options to choose from. So don't be surprised if new comers are awe struck at the selection. You can mix and match the flavors to make your own special creations or just select a house special. In the wall you can see laminated instagram posts from happy customers. Yes it's soooo good you will forget how hot it is outside for a second.

Three stars for presentation and service but flavor was lackluster and not as creamy as I'd like. I've had better ice cream. I tried three basic flavors (vanilla, cookies n cream, chocolate) and all flavors just tasted a bit off. Couldn't put my finger on it. You can get your Instagram/tiktok worthy pics in but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. Service was great though!

We come here pretty often for their halo halo. It's not the most traditional, but still really good and pretty inexpensive for the size. The staff is always nice and quick with servicing. The seating area is always clean & is cleaned up quickly if customers make a mess. The halo halo is a perfect summer (or any season) treat! Super delicious & topped with a piece of flan & ube ice cream.

This was a detour after we landed in Vegas to celebrate our teen's birthday before we checked into hotel. A cotton candy burrito just seemed like a perfect birthday treat! You get to pick what ice cream you want inside and add toppings. He was sticky and happy! Definitely a cool spot, not sure if you can find a cotton candy burrito anywhere else. We stopped in on a weekday afternoon and we were the only people there. Unfortunately they didn't have any vegan ice cream options but they might've had other things on menu that were vegan, like an açaí bowl and/or smoothie, I didn't ask. But we really came here so he could have that burrito! Good, friendly service, a line of tables to sit, with some fun art and photo of celebrities that have stopped by. Worth the stop!

Seriously! Like seriously! Go here if you're looking for beautiful, amazing creations!! I have been wanting to go for awhile but haven't made it there till this past weekend! I know they're popular for the rainbow burrito but I opted for the huge cotton candy rocket instead! It's kinda pricey at $25 lol but hey you have to do this at least once lol! It took a VERY LONG time to make the cotton candy. We waited like 35mins and there was no one when we got there! I love that the cotton candy has different flavors! Would probably go back and try other creations if in the area!

The og honey toast is really good, lol of all the things they offer MANY MANY THINGS, my nephew wanted honey toast. Most of the workers are nice, they get your order, it may take some time depending on what you order but you get your order and enjoy. This item is yummy, creamy, toasty and enjoyable. The vanilla ice is so delicious, creamy, not to much honey, just perfect. We do like this item bec it's not to sweet. The place itself is clean in appearance, good ambience.

We came for the viral cotton candy burrito, but left much more impressed with the rolled ice cream. Maybe it was a bad idea to have our kids pick all the toppings. The other star of the show was the ube ice cream, which was fantastic. Would've tried a few other flavors (including the pandan), but they oddly don't allow any sampling.

I love the variety of desserts they offer from the roller ice cream, ice cream burrito, shakes, macarons, taiyaki, ice cream taco, ice cream scoops, etc. We made our own ube rolled ice cream and we got to choose 5 topping and we loved that they had lychee jelly as a topping. They gave a generous amount in the cup for $9. I had the Taiyaki with stuffed Oreo and Nutella. They were okay. Overall, it's a fun ice cream shop to go with friends. I want to try their ice cream burrito or taco next time.

First time having rolled ice cream, and 10/10 recommend. Creamberry has so many options I can't wait to go back and try some other flavors. I went pretty close to closing and service was still friendly and helpful.

First time here and was welcomed as i walked into the establishment.. it has a wide open space with really nice decor from top to bottom literally. Theres about 5 or 6 tables with chairs and benches in this whole place. I ordered the banana split waffle which comes with 3 flavors so i got green tea, strawberry and cookies and cream. I must say that the ice cream was nothing to write home about (it had little to no taste/flavor whatsoever) the whipped cream doesnt really taste like whipped cream and the egg waffle part was quite burnt! I give this place 3 stars mostly for the food... I would've given 2 stars if it wasnt for the decorations!... Overall i would only come back here if im in the area and i would try the rolled ice cream!

It's my first time trying there rolled ice cream and waited 20 Minutes just for it. They should hire more people so they can work on their speed of service. The place looks good tho. And I ordered no whipped cream but they still put whipped cream. I was disappointed to say the least.

The first time we came here was yearssss ago, even before the pandemic. We just sort of forgot about it. But we came back recently when we were waiting for take-out from a restaurant next door. Good thing we came back! There are so many different ice creams to choose from. We opted for rolled ice cream because it's been so long since we've had it. We got the hokkaido rolled ice cream. It was so good, we even came back later in the week for more! That second time we got the hokkaido and the halo halo. Both were really good. Something about the texture of rolled ice cream is just really fun to eat. The halo halo flavor wasn't as good as the hokkaido in our opinion, but still fun. Definitely coming back to try more things.

It had multiple textures & flavors in each bite. Ohhhhhh, and there are sooooo many bites because this thing is HUGE. Yummmmmmy, yum yum!!!

What an awesome idea! Ordered the cotton candy burrito whuch was huge and coukd easily be split between 2 people, shaved ice, and a thai ice tea smoothie. Definitely didnt expect to find the burrito and smoothie so delish. At first thought you would think..too sweet, but it actually wasnt. Place was clean with cute artwork. Few seats inside. Only reason i gave it a 4 was service. For what was meant as a quick stop for a treat before heading back for dinner reservation landed up becoming an "activity" on our agenda. There was only one person working and 2 orders ahead of us. We ordered 3 items and it took 45 min before we were served up our last item which meant some of us were done way before way the last item came up. A great place to take kids. Easy parking. Just keep in mind...you may have to wait a bit. I could not imagine if they had a big group come in..eeks!

So I found this place because we were in Vegas for my girlfriend's birthday and she is obsessed with cotton candy. So, naturally, I looked for a place that had cotton candy and this is an awesome little gem that you can find way off the strip. Have you ever heard of a cotton candy burrito? I did not, and I'm so glad I got to try this. There is a reason the line is out the door. First you choose your ice cream, then your toppings, and then they wrap the ice cream and toppings with cotton candy. I was a little disgusted because it's not my thing, but after I tried it, I absolutely fell in love. Just delicious. What a concept! They also offer other items here like plain ice cream and they also offer Yelp or military discount! Make sure to check in here for your special offer ! It's a very awesome kid friendly place. Seriously try it out!

This place is sure a sugar rush place. I had the strawberry shaved ice with the vanilla ice cream. They had strawberry boba and some other strawberry stuff in it. It was a pretty big size bowl to eat. For me it was a little too sweet. Not like back home in Hawaii, but it was ok. Just too sweet for me and I like sweet! They are famous for the cotton candy burrito which I think is your choice of ice cream with cotton candy around it. They also have different types of waffle type cones with ice cream.

I would have loved to try this place. Unfortunately my order wasn't even completed after an hour of me waiting. I knew there would be a wait, but GROUPS of people were being served their orders when they ordered after me. I finally asked the front after 50 minutes of me waiting.. the guy I asked, looked to his coworkers and asked if anyone had completed this order. Turned out no one had any idea about my order. Who knows how long I would've waited if I didn't ask. He then said "we're working on it right now for you" which is obviously a lie because I just reminded you about the order. I ended up asking for a refund because an hour is just ridiculous. I explained how long I've been waiting and how my order was obviously forgotten, to which no staff seemed to care. Ended up leaving with my money, and no ice cream. Really sucks because we were really looking forward to trying this place while we were in Vegas. All I gotta say is, if you decide to go here, I would recommend constantly asking about your order so you don't get forgotten. Order times are on original and return receipt.

There was a 20 minute+ wait just for a Mangonada. Given the fact that there were about 10 people ahead of me I was more than willing to let that slide. Especially if the mangonada was made right. Because sometimes something's that taste great are definitely worth waiting for. I mean it's not their fault that their popular & I came at a busy time. Unfortunately for me, the Mangonada was not good & definitely not worth the wait. If you've never had this particular treat, it's basically the beautiful relationship between sweet-&-sour, sweet & salty, sweet & spicy. Dealers choice... Call it what you want. I just know that the spiciness of the chili/Chamoy complement the sweetness of the mango ice cream/mango candy pieces..... it just works! However, the version that I received today was about 80% Chamoy 20% mango. Not to mention it was extremely watered down/melted. It basically tasted like a cup of chili juice with an ever so lightly hint of mango flavor. And I do mean ever so lightly. So after about two sips, I just decided to throw it away... Even with all of that, I still have a little faith in this establishment. So on my next visit hopefully I can purchase a good dessert & leave them a good review.

It would be 5 stars, but how do I justify eating so much sugar. Love every thing about this. The portions, the presentation, the flavors, the service, the ambiance.

We arrived after lunch to try the famous cotton candy burrito that my son was excited about! Unfortunately we forgot to check the opening time, so me and my kids and a few other cars had to leave and come back at 1pm. Creamberry offers a ton of unique treats and ice cream flavors. We had the burrito which included three scoops of ice cream and up to three toppings. He picked birthday cake ice cream, birthday cookie crisps, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate chips. They cut it in half and it's definitely good for sharing! My daughter had the rolled ice cream with gummy bears and candy. She loved watching hers being chopped up and rolled in front of her eyes. I couldn't handle all the sweetness so I just tried a scoop of the Ube ice cream and it was awesome!

Ice creamy goodness. Love in a burrito. Cotton candy heaven. Options galore. The options are just about limitless! Love love love and worth the trip down to south vegas. There are so many options. You have a bit of a wait from when you order to when it's done but it's a 100% worth it. The items are made well. They're not just thrown together where it all falls apart or melted when you get it. Wow! How fun and delicious all in one. I just came in and asked what first timer should order and they said "cotton candy burrito". How could I say no to that! I video taped the entire process (unfortunately they don't let you upload videos any longer on Yelp). It tasted as great as it looked.

First time here and they have some good stuff. The customer service is on point and very helpful. They have unique ice ream rolls. It pretty amazing on what they create. The only thing is the cotton candy, $5. It's a little expensive and it dissolves fast.. by the time we got home it was just air in bag. But all in all, we will be back for more.

They're located at Santoli Center on Rainbow and Windmill, next to Poké Express, and there's plenty of parking available. Interior space has colorful artwork in the ceiling and a lovely display of customers creation. There's one astonishing photo of a six ice cream scoop stacked on a single cone which looked amazing! They do offer a variety of flavors and some ice cream are seasonal. You can try a sample before purchase. There's option to enjoy the ice cream in a cup, on a sugar cone or waffle, inside a burrito, or you can have it done as a taco style, whatever floats your boat. I opted for a crispy egg waffle and tried it with ube, lychee, and buko pandan ice cream. It was an interesting combo with each ice cream having a distinct flavor however, it just became too sweet with the added drizzle of condensed milk and sprinkles. Next time, I would probably just keep it simple and not overdo it with toppings.

Honeeeeeeeeey I'm home! This is one of my new favorite dessert place. Found it out on yelp and decided to give it a go. Walking in, it was quiet cute and quaint. Very family run, small business vibes. Greeted quickly as i walked in. The menu is super far in small writing so the last motioned to the menu close on the counter. My youngest got a two scoop ice cream. Thw flavors were rainbow and birthday cake. I tried them ajd they were creamy and surprisingly hulk sized portions. I was afraid like most rainbow ice creams it would be sickly sweet and cringe worthy. Nope! Nice balance of sweetness. Mine was mouthwatering. Honey toast was huge and everything i could have wanted or more. Crunchy brioche toast, sliced banana, drizzled honey and lots of Nutella topped with french vanilla ice cream. I could inky eat 1/3 of it. More than enough for two. I cannot wait to come back!

I went to this wonderful Epic and do mean Epic place called Creamberry. This place is out of this world. If you have a sweet tooth then get ready this is the place for you because it's definitely worth it . Everything at Creamberry will leave you're palette on point from the ice cream to the different toppings that they have also the different things that they can make. Creamberry is a place we're it will bring the child out of you and the flavors will just melt you're heart all the way down to your soul. And once you are finished and you leave and whatever you had ordered you will have that sweet Creamberry memory for life.

A cotton candy burrito?! Hello! I'm in !! The cotton candy burrito was stuffed with strawberry ice cream, fruity pebbles, animal cookies and gummy bears. Seriously all of those textures combined created a genius dessert. I just had to mess with the staff asking them for a side of salsa or Tabasco in my serious poker face. She looked at me like "what?" then laughed and admitted she thought she was trippn or rather she thought I was trippn! We also ordered the Thai Iced Tea Float and it was so friggn good with a huge scoop of Thai ice-cream topped with the yummiest whipped cream! Look this isn't KETO or anything DIET, but, the way I see it, once in awhile, it's OKAY! And it was totally worth driving from Henderson for it!

We come here every time we are in town and the desserts are delicious. This time I tried the pickle cotton candy burrito. It was super good! Yes odd, but good! My husband had the Cookie Monster toast and liked it. The service was the reason we took two stars off. So unfriendly and seemed to hate their jobs. Never experienced this kind of service in here before. Hopefully next time they have different staff!

Had this burrito 4 years ago (2019) and came back today (2023) because I have been craving it ever since I've had it! So good, it's not as sweet as you expect it to be. So good

We went back to Creamberry after having some good Korean BBQ on the S side of town since everywhere had a 1.5-2 hr wait... and on a Sun night too? Worked out well for us since CB was right across the street. Great place for dessert if you have a sweet tooth, and the menu was extensive so it will satisfy any craving. Always a great option to come here when I have a sweet tooth. They have great options and fantastic desserts to choose from. I'm a sucker for sweet things and coming here always satisfies it. Staff is always friendly and service is great. It has a cute vibe to it and the ceiling art tiles are such a cute addition. Bathrooms are always clean as well.
