The idea is novel and we were excited to see what it was all about.
Sadly, the experience was not good. After waiting 20 minutes for my lavender spritzer, I asked for my money back.
On top of that, my friend asked for her drink to be made with a non-dairy milk and was told no, "because it will mess up the flavor". That was disappointing. The first thing you see on the wall when you walk in are signs telling you that you can have anything made to order.
There were only two people working. The process to make one ice cream order is time intensive.
Perhaps more training on how to manage employees and accommodate each customer would help.
