I love everything there. Everything is so delicious from their donuts to their ice cream. Their donuts are so good I keep coming back for more. They're ice cream is just heavenly. Enjoy the pics.

It’s vegan here. I tried their chocolate donut and their strawberry and cream donut. They were both good. I couldn’t believe they were vegan yet I could tell they were. If I enjoyed them so will you. Vegans will absolutely love them. The chocolate donut wasn’t as good as the strawberry one. The chocolate didn’t taste great but it was very acceptable. The donut itself is pretty decent. The strawberry donut was pretty incredible. It has real fresh strawberries inside. The cream is kind of weird in texture but tastes good anyway. They have tables outside in front. Great people watching here. Meter parking and you can find free parking too if you’re super really incredibly lucky.

At first I was excited to see the beautiful donuts and staffs. I realized that the whipped cream looked really low quality for a donut with $5+ price tag, so I asked if it were vegetable oil or cream based and the staff says that they don't know (owner who was checking ice cream stocks kept his silence). Super weird that they don't know the answer to this simple question for a place going for a gourmet, premium $$ donut shop. Skeptical but I drove through the rain storm for my craving so I took the risk. First bite instantly reveals that this cream is cheap store bought vegetable oil garbage. Huge let down because the donut looked so beautiful, but it seems like that's all they care about. I don't see this place lasting for a long time unless they start taking the food quality seriously. Looks like ppl like ice cream so maybe they should focus on that instead? I care about the food quality than instagrammable photos of food so this place isn't for me.

My girlfriend come here every time she’s in town; it’s our favorite spot in LA! Every item in here is dairy free and tastes just as good as (if not better than) the full dairy alternative. The donuts are tasty and have seasonal flavors, the ice cream is creamy, and the spot is very cute. Recommend to everyone who’s looking for vegan or dairy free ice cream or donuts!!

Taking Back Sundae / 1 scoop Rocky Roadolato, 1 scoop Butter 08, raised donut, banana, whipped cream, sprinkles, maraschino cherry - 5 🌟! I love Donut Friend and was pleased to find Creamo in what I consider to be my local stomping grounds. I went in with a donut and a scoop of ice cream in mind, but then I saw a picture for Taking Back Sundae, and I just had to try it. It was incredible! It was indulgent and packed with flavors, textures, and felt like a very close cousin to a banana split. It was a sugar overload, and if you are not ready for it, it will try to not you out, but sweetly. I have a sweet tooth, and this was on the very cusp of being too much for me. When I review spots, I tend to go alone. This dessert would be great to share. It was almost a meal by itself. The ice cream is fantastic, flavorful, and unique, just like their donuts, which come from Donut Friend, of course. I didn't see a parking lot, and street parking in Silverlake can be tricky, but if you don't mind some hills, street parking nearby can be found.

The ice cream rocked my world! A scoop goes for a whopping $5 to $7 which I think is outrageous but the pistachio was crazy good! I also had a chocolate frosted donut from donut friend and it was $2.50. Donuts range from $2.50 to $5. All the ice cream is vague and. Good spot just to relax in silverlake. Update February 28, 2021, I just had one of the best donuts of my life, a peanut butter and jelly donut! This was pure heaven! This doughnut cost $3.75 and let me tell you it's worth every penny!

I came to try out their motion city sandwich. Essentially ice cream sandwich but with donuts. I picked the Paramoreo ice cream flavor. I came late so they ran out of all donut flavors except for Poppyghandi. The glaze is lemon flavor with poppy seeds. I added sprinkles and Oreos as toppings. It worked pretty well together. The lemon gives everything a nice hint of lemon to cut through the sweetness, which was just right and not too sweet. The toppings and poppy seeds of the donut gave a nice crunch. It was slightly pricey but the quality was great. They have a lot of interesting flavors. I would love to come back at earlier time in the day to try out different the other donut flavors. It's on a busy street so parking can be a bit tough.

Best ice cream ever that I thought it was dairy and their donuts are the most insanely delicious donuts on the planet.

Vegan friendly donut and ice cream spot. They ran out of waffle cones so my friend had to get her ice cream in a sugar cone. Not sure if it was the consistency of the ice cream but despite it being not too hot outside, the ice cream melted quickly and it got kinda messy. The donuts tasted a bit sweeter than the ice cream. I ordered pistachio and taro and couldn't really taste much. Friendly service though.

All plant based ice cream flavors? Yea please! You'll love all the flavors they have here. You could even make it a donut ice cream sandwich if you'd like too. Or make it into a shake. The flavors are creamy and delicious. You won't be disappointed. The service is cool, some people seem to be blah but other than that, it's great. They also have a few seats outside if you want to sit and eat your ice cream, otherwise feel free to stroll along the neighborhood.

After having a great Detroit pizza at Hot Tongue Pizza, I decided I needed a coolant and found on a very busy street in Silverlake this non-dairy ice cream joint, Creamo Silverlake. I asked a serious question when I finally found a parking spot about three days after I started looking and that is "does anybody actually drive their car that is parked or just does the car sit there forever?" In any event, it's a clean not place with GF waffle cones and all but three flavors are GF. I ordered a coffee and peanut butter scoop in a waffle cone and proceeded to walk around for as long as I could to get full use of a street parking space a few blocks away. The ice cream was creamy and not too sweet. Flavor was nice but not that strong. Overall, a positive experience.

Their donuts are NOT my thing cuz they are too airy, soft & melt-in-mouth type. Some folks love that but I want my donuts chewy & bready. I rate them high cuz they do offer good quality stuff and I will definitely return for their KING PUFF donut which was a cream filled Bismark donut. It's amazing & for me this type of donuts merits the airiness. Service was fast & they got dinning space which is great. Check out photos for reference. We tried 4 donuts and 3 of them were too sweet for my liking. Give Up The Toast is their version of cinnamon crumb top. Promise Ring is their chocolate iced top donut. Angry Samoa is their Girl Scout coconut caramel chocolate combo version. Apparently they are vegan! Nice

I had high expectations for this cute place. Unfortunately, it was just okay. I imagined my strawberry shake being more thick and sweeter. The shake I ordered was runny and lacked sweetness. My son loved it, maybe it's just not my preference. The customer service was not rude but, rather non existent. It felt like he didn't wanna be there and barely spoke. They had donuts too, If I'm ever in the area again I'll probably grab a donut instead.

Creamo meets Donut Friend! This cute little spot in Silverlake is the perfect place for a quick sweet treat. We came here for ice cream but got donuts and cappuccinos instead since it was a bit cold for ice cream. I honestly wanted to try every donut on the shelf because everything looked so yummy! The Samoa's donut was the perfect choice for people with sweet tooth's like ours and the chocolate custard donut was pretty good too. Best dessert date ever!

Created by producer Mark Trombino, the original Highland Park location visited in 2014 and DTLA more recently, Creamo by Donut Friend sees the all-Vegan shop continuing to expand on its mission with creative choices including Ice Creams and Shakes. At the beginning allowing guests to customize their own fried Dough, now instead doing so via Ice Cream and Toppings near the register, staff proves educated and pleasant while describing everything from an extra crispy Fritter packed with Fruit to "Yellow Carrot" with spiced Cake beneath Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Walnuts. Taken best as a 'Dessert Shop' rather than a simple Doughnut vendor Donut Friend, much like Sidecar and Blue Star, continues to shine by way of an Old Fashioned perfumed with Nutmeg while fans of fancy stuff will find lots to love in both creamy-crunchy Youth Brulee and "Angry Somoa" that eats like its namesake Cookie but better.

We ordered the polar berry club & youth brulee, both of which were good. Texture was like a classic donut but with more unique flavors to choose from. Service was good with a little bit of patio seating outside. Interior is small without much space to really sit. Parking is street only.

I am an expert on flavors, specifically donut. The one I enjoyed today was delicious. The custard filling was just what I needed to enjoy while checking the interent to see who likes me.0 I try to get a different one everyday to add some spice to my life. I also try to eat them differently so that each day is different in different ways. It's another way to add some spice to my life. The trick is to try to get different endophins and serotonins to happen so you are constantly living life to the fullest - even on a brain level. The energy is good here too. I always see people laughing while I enjoy my donut. Thank you.

Great vegan donut spot. Wonderful customer service. The staff is very kind and patient. The "Angry Samoa" title sounds kinda racist but the donut tastes exactly like the "Samoa" Girl Scout Cookie. I appreciate the simplicity of the "King Puff." It's rich and stuffed with vanilla cream. The "Saves The Danish" donut provides a nice flavor contrast between cream cheese and blueberry jam.

Ice cream was okay. Texture did feel light and airy and not too sweet. Flavor was corn inspired so it was unique and I enjoyed it. But the other flavors were average and fell flat. However the donuts were the greatest disappointment. They seemed like they've been sitting out for a while because they tasted and felt stale. The cashier was nice to recommend their "most popular" but I was only able to take a couple of bites of their donut. TLDR, don't come for the donuts. Local street or metered parking only.

Ordered 1 scoop of Paramoreo ice cream and Pistacho and a matcha mochi donut. Unfortunately had high hopes for this one stop shop. Wanted to also order an affogato but they didn't have expresso. The taste of things was just ok, not too sweet. I was the only one there and the employee was annoyed and giving me attitude when I couldn't decide on exactly what I wanted, threw me off since I was the only one there. Wanted to try this place out, but will not be going back.

My friend and I had just finished dinner in silver lake and wanted a nearby place to get dessert that wasn't ice cream related and it was one of the closer options serving donuts. I had no ties or big desires to come here but WOW when I got here and started taste testing the ice cream, it was GAME OVER. I'm still so shocked by the visceral reaction creamo's ice cream flavors were having over me. I ended up getting the cookie butter with dark chocolate ribbons and it was so insanely good and not as sweet as you think it would be. When I tell you I love ice cream but have always had the problem either getting tired of the flavor by the end of the cup, having too much, or it eventually getting too sweet, this was nothing like that!! I ate the whole thing and didn't feel even a bit sweetened out! In fact, I wished the scoop had been even bigger and packed in!! The flavor was so rich but not overbearing and the texture was so creamy yet light and felt different than typical. It was truly getting absolutely ridiculous I tell you!!!

This is the best vegan ice cream shop in LA! The Javabreaker (coffee) is strong and smooth, like a good cup of joe. It kept me up all night as I expected, but it's too good to skip! I should probably try to visit earlier in the day. The waffle cones are crispy and awesome, too. The staff are super sweet and friendly, they offered samples and smiled the whole time we were ordering. There are a few tables outside where you can enjoy your ice cream. It's all street parking, try the side streets if you have trouble finding a spot.

Extremely delicious & fresh donuts and drinks! Always my go to spot when I'm in the area. Thank you to the lovely gentleman with the half dyed hair and cool mustache for such wonderful & friendly service. The location is also fantastic for lounging outside and checking out other establishments.

Ice cream + donuts is always a hit! Service here is always fast and friendly! I love their Paramoreo donut with Paramoreo ice cream! (Think Cookie Monster Oreo ice cream) My only complaint is that they don't have as much donut options as their sister shop, Donut Friend. Parking can be kind of tricky as it does get busy on sunset and it's street parking only.

This spot is so cute inside and the guys that were working were so patient and helpful while I decided on what to get (so many great options!) Sampled some ice cream flavors but was intrigued by their milkshakes. I ordered the "Bananaversary" and added chocolate syrup. They forgot to add the candied walnut topping but put a cherry on top instead. It was almost $13 which seems pricey but at least it was big enough for 2. Sat outside in their cute seating area that has plenty of spots. I was a little disappointed in the flavor since it seemed very "watered down" which I guess meant they added mostly milk. I'd go back, but just to grab a scoop or two of the ice cream instead.

Best donut I've ever had actually. Got the yellow carrot cake- was so hard to choose a flavor anyways, but so happy i went with this one. Loved the candied carrot cake on top, and so wish the donut was bigger bc i was so sad when i finished it just actually so delicious and so many flavors too so it wasnt just a sweet donut. Tried out this location that's sister to donut friend down town. Got the creme brûlée, vanilla glaze and some sort of lemon / berry glaze donut. Vanilla glaze was my favorite out of them, nice doughy texture and good glaze. Creme brûlée was okay, caramelization leaned a little bitter and the custard did not add much flavor. Lemon glaze was a solid donut, a little less moist than the vanilla glaze but decent overall.

Vegan doughnut and ice cream spot in Silver Lake. Came here post-brunch on a Sunday around noon for some dessert with a friend. Street parking. Credit cards accepted. Outdoor seating available. You order at the counter and pay prior to receiving your order. You have the option to get doughnuts, ice cream, or a shake, and they're all vegan. Ice cream pints are also available. The doughnuts are from donut friend and creamo is a related restaurant. We did get to try samples of the ice cream which was nice. The Thai tea and the speculoos are apparently some of the most popular flavors. I opted for a scoop of rocky road in a cup ($5) - the almonds were very crispy and the marshmallows were almost liquid in how soft they were. My friend got a customizable shake which comes with whipped cream and choice of two mix-ins ($8). For those of you who get Thai tea, note that graham cracker and mochi would be good choices for your mix-ins.

For parking we happened to park on the street over in some market parking lot. This place has a lot of vegan options and everything is delicious. Weirdly enough we got corn against ice cream and I was surprised they corn works in ice cream. It was one of the best ice creams I've had. Service is good and everyone was really helpful. Definitely sample out some of the flavors before making a choice!

Donuts have evolved so much in the last decade, have they not? Forget birthday cake, we need give birthday donuts some attention. Though Creamo is known for their... creamo- we had a hankering for donuts and though the speciality flavors we wanted were sold out the remaining (just as special sounding) donuts did not disappoint. Unable to provide aesthetically pleasing donut shots- but take my fond memories is proof.

My favorite is their corn against cornflake flavor!!! It's the perfect amount of sweetness and the texture of it is amazing. I sampled their Thai tea ice cream and the tea flavor was not strong enough for me. It just tasted like the base of corn against. Rocky roadolato is my go-to if I'm feeling chocolatey. It's not a dark chocolate flavor, more of a milk chocolate. The star of this is the marshmallows. I tried the motion city sandwich and it was alright! I had it with cookies and cream (paramoreo) but I felt like the flavor of the ice cream did not come through once it was paired with the donut. Separately, the ice cream and donut was excellent. I think next time, it'd be more interesting to try it with the five-spice ice cream. The kids size is perfect if I want one flavor. If I want two flavors, I order a small with two half scoops.

Parking might be hard to find in the area but the ice cream from here is so worth it! It's hard to believe that this is completely dairy free because it's just that good! Service is always quick and friendly! The outdoor patio is a nice place to enjoy the soft serve with friends!

Best vegan ice cream I've had. It literally tastes like normal ice cream and I cannot believe it is non-dairy. My friend even called the next day to make sure because she was in such disbelief. She introduced me to this place because we are honestly addicted to non-dairy ice cream. After going here, we agreed that all other vegan ice cream places can leave. Creamo's ice cream is SO CREAMY and does not have that coconut-y flavor that other vegan ice creams have, since so many vegan options these days solely have a coconut milk base. Even though these flavors are pretty traditional compared to other small batch craft ice cream places, Creamo does it so well and makes you feel nostalgic for a classic butter pecan or mint chip. Their toppings are also spectacular, and the chick o sticks (literally the inside of a butter finger) took us by surprise (in a really good way with its salty peanut flavor profile). I want to try all the other flavors. Also the woman helping us is the sweetest. She was so patient while we were indecisive AND gave us massive scoops. Could you believe these are single scoops??

I LOVE creamo! My boyfriend and I first discovered Creamo when we moved here earlier this year and have come back multiple! I've tried a bunch of their flavors and they're all great. My favorite is the x-ray speculoos (cookie butter ice cream). This place is so good, you question that it's even vegan. Whatever they're doing, they're doing it right. They're milkshakes are great too. Inside is small but they have seating outside. The staff is always super nice and helpful too!

Well, it is not cheap, it is a gourmet donuts and ice cream, but it is worth any penny we paid. My shake was $12 dollars, and it was incredible delicious! The service is nice, the place is small and cute. My friend loved the banana killing flavor. If you live around, take you and your children to try the place. Perfect end for a picnic in the park.

Mega. Drool. What a delicious spot! Lots of great ice cream and donut flavors. Of course for a first visit here I opted for the Motion City Sandwich with Paramoreo ice cream (blue cookies & cream ice cream sandwiched between a glazed donut). Worth every delicious calorie! Currently there is limited outside seating as the patio area is blocked off but they have 2 tables set up on the sidewalk. Only one party is allowed inside at a time. They so have a bathroom inside. You can also buy pints to go (I'm regretting not picking one up now!).

My new favorite vegan ice cream place!!! I am not vegan but I am lactose intolerant, and I must say this ice cream is so good that I was questioning if it was non-dairy or not!! Love the vibe Creamo brings. I was a hardcore screamo and post-hardcore music fan in high school, so their alt-rock inspired names gave me flashbacks! I got the paramoreo and plain thai tea flavors. I'm a sucker for crazy colored ice cream, so I loved the paramoreo flavor! I wish the thai tea ice cream had a stronger flavor, but it was still yummy and creamy. My friend got the javabreaker ice cream shake and HOLY MOLY it's so good. How is this non-dairy?! Magic. I'm thinking magic. They are only allowing a couple customers at a time, and the workers are wearing masks. Only a couple tables outside, and we got lucky with street parking right in front! I am a Donut Friend fan (their donut bakery by the same owners), so I was already thinking I was gonna like this place before I even tried it! Vegan or not, you'll love their ice cream!!

A little pricey, but the shakes were great. Found out afterwards that the employees (along with those of Donut Friend) are forming a union -- if mr. Drive Like Jehu gets out of the way, I'd give this a fifth star. Union strong! Also, needs more screamo: "Jeromes Cream" was right there! For further consideration: "Touché Amaretti," "Mascarpone Rule," "Butter-botch," "S'morchid," "Circle Takes the Pear," "I Shake Myself," "Neil Cherry," etc...

So delicious! Absolutely the best vegan ice cream I've had. And the service was great. My girlfriend and I stopped in recently, and loved it. I had the Corn Against ice cream which was amazing. Seriously tasted like Cap'n Crunch. And she had the X-Ray Speculoos shake which she loved. It's the perfect place to go on a hot summer's day.

The polar berry club donut? Wow. WOW. If you like lemon flavored sweet treats you'll be in heaven. The fresh berries are the perfect finishing touch to each bite. The strawberry donut was also amazing. I came here originally for ice cream but fell in love with the donuts! Already ordered Uber Eats twice since. The ice cream is different - a bit softer than what I'm used to. If that's your thing you'll love it.

Cute little spot in silverlake. I wouldn't say that the donuts were amazing, they were mid. I had the berry one and I really wish they wouldn't have poured the lemon glaze over it. It tasted artificial. We also got the peanut butter shake, also mid. Very sugary and not very flavorful. Parking was a headache as it is in prime silverlake. Probably wouldn't come back here.

Came by around 9pm on a Saturday night and all the donuts were gone except two jelly donuts!! Usually a pretty good sign of a great ice cream/dessert shop! I've been a big fan of donut friend since they first opened and was excited to finally try creamo. Although a little bummed they didn't have any donuts I liked left I still tried the "corn against" ice cream which is there sweet cornflake ice cream. It was solid and definitely a good option if you are looking for something a little more of a classic flavor. I was definitely hoping it was have more actual corn flake in it or taste more like it but it was more of just a sweet cream flavor. Parking can be pretty tough on a Saturday night around the area so be prepared to be on the hunt for a spot for a couple minutes Staff was very nice and friendly! Be sure to check out their merch!

Creamo is vegan but is also soy based. Note to those who can't have soy. The ice cream here tastes exactly like regular ice cream. The only difference is that it melts a lot faster. Flavors are great and the staff is always friendly.

I love everything about this place. (I usually go to the one on York) *Please note this location is smaller than the other Donut Friend locations Service is always super nice- I have been here a few times and everyone who works here is always pleasant and helpful. The donuts are the best ever...Vegan donuts that taste like a dream-I always take a box to take home my faves are the strawberry lab and compassion fruit---I hate chocolate but I have tried the majority of the chocolaty flavours and for someone who hates chocolate they are ok. The Fudgegazi and the youth Brulee are pretty good. The vegan ice cream is so tasty as well... yum...more than one choice because they are all vegan. Come by for a visit and a donut and an ice cream.

Kids size 3.50, 1 single scoop is 5.00. the kids scoop was perfect size for me. I got the plain Thai tea and that was tasty and very creamy but I have to say the x-ray speculoos was something I've never tried before : vanilla ice cream, cookie butter, chocolate sauce = perfection. Super creamy and little chunks of cookie butter and with the not so overpowering chocolate sauce . This was perfect after dinner dessert. I definitely would recommend as they have many other flavors and also sell in pints. I may return to buy a pint of that x-ray. I saw they also have milkshakes and donuts as well that looked very appealing on display. Overall very friendly staff and service . It seemed pretty empty at first but I noticed more customers after I left. Seems like a popular place but not overcrowded which is nice. Easy street parking and convenient location.

Except that I thought the whipped cream was a little bit like Cool Whip, I didn't even realize this was a vegan place when I first had my milkshake. I got the one with chocolate and peanut butter and Butterfinger pieces and it was pretty incredible. Rich chocolate. Not too sweet at all, which is always my issue lately ! even with regular chocolate ice cream. Ice cream is one of my favorite things, but I'm starting to realize that I probably have a bit of a dairy allergy, so finding this place was really nice. I got a pint of the Thai tea ice cream and I'm very happy with it. It was expensive. Nearly $17,But it doesn't make me feel shitty afterwards , so they might have me anyway. Donut friend is solid too. I love the jelly one, and the French toast the best. I hope they bring back the cheese danish because I never got to try it, and it's one of my favorite things

Guys let's be honest. How am I still Yelp Elite? We went through a whole Pandemic. Maybe I'm Elite because I stayed at home and wore a mask. Maybe I'm Elite because I took up a job working 12 hours a day at a Covid Test Site to Help my community. Who knows why Yelp is still giving me chances??? That said, check out Creamo. My microbiome absolutey loved the energy the Bananaversary milkshake provided me and my 100 Trillion friends inside my gut. Yes you should eat healthy 80% of the time, but for the other 20% there's creamo. And I did not check at all, but the quality of the ingredients in my milkshake seem very high. It's definitely not a McDonalds Milkshake where you question if theres even real food in it. I could tell the whip cream was the real deal, thick and creamy. Perfect for recovering from a 12 hour work day in a parking lot helping the community. Chick Fil A no longer provides whip cream and a cherry on top "due to covid" (everyone is confused by this) but Creamo still does. Anyway I gotta get to work. It's gonna be hot today go to Creamo!

We went to this place after the rave reviews. We went here on a weekend & parking was crazy,street parking was full. There is a small parking structure just a little besides which is for only 99 cents customer. Its a small shop, they allow only one customer at a time. They have many ice cream options, milkshakes & few donuts. We were looking for a cool drink & went for their chocolate mint shake minus the mint. It was good, I was wondering though whats that gummy feel after every sip. Anyways the consistency was thick, the shake was made from their chocolate ice-cream & Oreo cookies. It was ok ok. They haven't mentioned the price for their shakes. We were charged $8 for a milkshake. Emmm a regular milkshake for this price, I am not sure.

Super over priced donuts that go stale over night. Their ice cream is WAY to creamy, almost tastes like melted ice cream that was stuck back in the freezer. Save your money.

I was looking for something sweet and this place was close by. Amazing ice cream, they let me sample the Corn Against flavor and I fell in love. Immediately got a waffle cone with two scoops. Btw they don't skip on the portions. I cant eat dairy so this place was a godsend. KEEP THESE PLACES IN BUSINESS, THEY ARE SOOOO GOOOOOD
