Finca to Filter’s Adair Park Location Will Merge Coffee With Community | Eater Atlanta
"This community-oriented co‑working campus in Adair Park will host an indoor coffee bar aimed primarily at members and businesses based on site, though non‑members may access the bar (with amenities like internet access reserved for members). The space, once home to a scrap metal facility, now offers an affordable membership tier for local residents ($30/month for Adair Park residents), a full suite of professional amenities, and an on‑campus Precious Plastic recycling center; its operators emphasize neighborhood support, walkability improvements for nearby Allene Avenue, and affordable spaces for small entrepreneurs to thrive." - Sarra Sedghi
I can for Scraplanta and i wasnt expecting such a fun and unique store front and coffee bar. I had the chamomile and lavender tea and my husband had the espresso cola and they both were really good. The building was really cool to explore and we will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Well-designed, trendy meeting place, coworking environment and relaxing coffee shop, with outdoor and indoor seating, eclectic decorations, house plants, “zoom rooms.” Sometimes they have community markets and other events. Limited parking but next to MARTA train station and several blocks from the Beltline.

CreateATL was such a gracious host for lantern-making and the start of our neighborhood lantern parade for my cat, Rex.! The open-air pavilion is delightfully cozy. The outdoor space was perfect for our band to warm up our guests. Dana and Pouya are absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful dynamic space. A home away from home. Delicious coffee and food, well-appointed amenities. Come here to do some work, read, chat with friends or strangers. Come here for the event spaces. Have seen several very successful events hosted here for all different purposes - dances, markets, fellowship, private family and org get togethers.

So stoked to have a co-working space and good coffee shop next door! Fun place to work with a bunch of plants and all the needed caffeine!

Pooyah- super rude. We went to get coffee and sit down and he rudely threw us out. He asked if we were members, we kindly replied “members of what?” He didn’t explain anything and told us to leave.
We frequent the coffee shop and often sit down to drink coffee. No one has mentioned a membership to us once. And if they did, we would have paid it.
Explains why the place is so empty at 9 AM
Lost 3 customers for life.

I've always loved the vision and intention of this space, but only ever came for events. Now I'm a member and let me tell youuuuu, the vibe is *just right*. So grateful to community guide Lauren for helping me settle into the space, she's been such a welcoming presence and contributor to my positive experience. Still warming up to the new space, but excited to keep connecting with other creatives and coworkers in the space!
