Where to Sip Cool, Creamy Milkshakes Around Portland

"This family-friendly, DIY craft studio with elaborate milkshakes opened its Portland location earlier this year. While working on your chosen craft kit (pottery painting, wreath making, etc.), you can also enjoy a massive milkshake, with options like a cookie dough shake topped with a cupcake and a chocolate chip cookie. The coffee milkshake includes a honey bun and a biscotti, while the strawberry cheesecake arrives adorned with a strawberry Pop Tart and shortbread cookie. Plus, all the milkshakes served come in a mason jar customers can take home with them." - Maya MacEvoy

So good I went back. The box on the table I made the first visit. The group shot is from my little birthday gathering. Everyone had a great time. It's a place I can see myself going at least once a month just to get in the creative mind set and enjoy time with others or alone. Pricing is great and the best part is that you don't have to clean up your mess. 💛 I highly recommend.

This place was NOT great. I went for a party and was only interested in the ceramic painting. They had hardly ANY decent options and the ones they did have cost an arm and a leg! I had to spent 50$ just to paint a small plate. Now I can't even pick up my item after the firing process because google says the shop is temporarily closed. 50$ for NOTHING! Also, the milkshake was okay, but the toppings didn't even taste good. Which I thought was supossed to be the fun part, so also felt like a bit of a waste.

Fun crafty outing for a girl date. Lots of options for crafts, friendly, helpful staff and fancy, over-the-top milkshakes. Come early to avoid crowds and be prepared to spend $40-$65 for a craft and milkshake. Not cheap but you have something to take home and it’s a pleasant way to spend a day.

My family loved this place! Parking is excellent (Fred Meyer parking lot) The staff were extremely helpful and we all LOVED the Gourmet Ice Cream!! Also a HUGE PLUS with this place is that they actually have toppings NOT just whipped cream as filler like (The Yard) BUT a HUGE DOWNFALL is that the plastic pints that the ice cream comes in isn't glass like (The Yard) has for souvenirs..

So much fun! Celebrated my birthday early here with a friend. I got their coffee milkshake and my friend got the cookie dough milkshake & both were DELICIOUS. We painted wood crafts, AKA these paper mâché dinosaurs. Staff were so kind and helpful and efficient. The atmosphere was very cozy! Definitely will return

Fun for all ages. Perfect place for a date. So many different crafts you can choose to do, not just painting pottery! Expect to spend at least $40 per person. It so worth it for a few hours of fun and creativity. They have all the supplies and tools you could need! The staff is super helpful. Milkshakes were so yummy, and such a fun treat while creating our masterpieces! We will definitely be back.

An incredible little shop. The staff (specifically the gal in a Star Wars sweatshirt) was incredibly friendly and helped my friend and I. Unfortunately, the paint-your-own-pottery option won’t be available until they move to their new location, but she deserves all the praise for her knowledge and assistance. Will be going back when the new store opens. Highly recommend.

Tonight we tried something we’ve had our eye on throughout the last couple years- Facebook targeted ads! These milkshakes + toppings are $14 each. Walking into this shop was confusing for a moment- it’s a craft shop that provides the supplies (really cheap looking amateur crafts for $$$) The staff member was a young woman who was absolutely attentive and kind. Great communication and service!
