I have nothing but great things to say about Paola and her family :) this is the best cage free boarding I’ve ever come across. Her and her family send update pictures when you ask and pretty frequently even when you don’t!! They are so experienced and wonderful humans and I’ve even trusted them with a special needs dog a couple years back. They are responsive, and kind, and truly love and care for your pets as if they’re their own. They even offer bathing services for pickup which is a total game changer. Will definitely be leaving Sadie with them again soon! She had so much fun on their trampoline

When my wife and I look back at our lives, we never imagined a dog would completely change everything. From our sleep and work schedules to the vacations we could (or couldn’t) take. Every plan started with the question: “But what are we going to do with the dog?” Our dog Wallis is very high-energy and needs a ton of exercise and attention. Over the last several years we tried various boarding places and doggy day cares, but we were always disappointed. The services felt impersonal and we constantly wondered, “He’s probably okay… right?” That peace of mind just wasn’t there. That all changed when we found Creature Comfort BnB. Whenever we drop off Wallis THEE dog we know he’s cared for just as we would care for him ourselves. They send regular updates and photos, and even share helpful observations about his behavior or health. For the first time, we can travel for days at a time without worry, confident he’s in the best hands. It’s not just about the money (though their rates are very reasonable); it’s about the peace of mind they give us. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without them. This review is long overdue! I originally reached out to Create Comfort BNB hoping to slowly ease my very anxious Dalmatian, Sophie, into boarding. We started with weekly daycare visits—and now she loves it. Sophie isn’t even comfortable at my parents’ house, but she gets excited when I ask if she wants to go to “school”! She loves meeting new friends there and always comes home tired and happy. Paola and her team take amazing care of her, and she truly seems at ease there. They send regular updates, the facility feels super secure (double gated!), and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of care. Paola is the sweetest and I’d gladly make the 30-minute drive any day for this kind of peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my husky there for over two years for daycare and boarding. They are THE BEST!! Huge yard and trees for shade, trampoline, and an actual home, so when you’re boarding your pup, they won’t be sleeping in a lonely cold cement box. And they are given so much extra love and affection. There is so much love, attention and care put into the environment and the work they do. Bonus-they also offer local pick-up/drop-off on weekdays. I do not trust my furry best friend with anyone else! They also have that magic ability to take the best pics of my dog where she actually looks at the camera!

If Michelin stars were given to Doggie Daycares, this place would have 3! They are a family-run business with a huge backyard, they offer pickup and drop off, and they take special care of my dog-selective dog. Paola and Daniela have become crucial in my day-to-day routine as a working dog mom, and are an immeasurable part of Hudson’s overall health. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know that she is being lovingly cared for when I’m at work: fed, pottied, and exercised. Plus, they have the resources and space to keep her safely separated from any potential negative encounters, which is a rarity in LA. As a traveling dog owner who has experienced daycares all over the country, I can honestly say they are the best of the best. And who doesn’t love cute pics of their pets during the day? Highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to Creature comfort for almost 3 years!!! This place is doggy heaven! The play areas are amazing and both Penny and Henley LOVE chasing each other around the giant trampoline that is built into the floor in the main play area! The staff is so wonderful and really attentive to the special needs of our pups! We’d never send them anywhere else!!! #PenHen

I cannot say enough about Paola and her crew. Being a first time doggy day car mom and just moving from Virginia, i was on a time crunch with starting work and I was very nervous about leaving Sammi with strangers. Paola made time on her Sunday for a meet and greet which put me very much at ease. She and all of her crew are welcoming! Drop offs and pick ups are a breeze and they are so accommodating to my schedule! They send photos throughout the day and seeing my happy smiling pup playing with her furriends all day makes me an extremely happy dog mama and is such a relief that she is in great caring hands and is not alone! They play outside all day in the yard, not in a warehouse like other places I looked at and Sammi stayed in the house when she boarded for a weekend. Communication is great and I highly appreciate the little reports I get at the end of the day of how she played. I highly recommend!!!

This is the best place for your pet!!! We call it summer camp for our dog! She is so loved and cared for. We give Creature Comfort 10 STARS!!! The staff feels like family and our pup always comes home with a twinkle in her eye, a smile that is as wide as wide can be and happier than ever. She meets new friends and we recommend this place to all of our fellow dog parents!
