I was very happy with their service, took good care of my baby Heidi, would absolutely use them in the future.

I always bring my dog Rocky here for a bath and nail trim. He is always so happy when I pick him up! Prices are very reasonable, staff is always friendly and their work is consistent. :)

I just absolutely love the owners, Jeff and Michelle!! I took my pit out there to have nails done, bath, etc... When I picked him back up, that was the most handsome dog that I had ever laid eyes on!!! Not to mention, the price was very well affordable. I will continue to do business with them.

I was happy with my experience here. My dog stayed for 9 days. I received some photos of him playing outside during his stay which my wife and I really appreciated. I was told he would be taken outside and given a chance to play 4 times a day, maybe even more if time allowed. I’m sure he loved that! The daily price was fair although a discounted rate for a long stay would have been nice.

We left our 3 dogs for 4 nights. One big dog and 3 fur babies (15 and 7 years old). We were very pleased with their care. CC gave meds and bathed them and trimmed their nails before we picked them up. We're taking them back tomorrow for another visit. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone!

It was our first time boarding our dogs and we will definitely be using CC in the future. We boarded our 2 dogs for 6 days plus opted for baths and nail trims prior to pick-up. They came back clean, healthy, and happy. I'd say price was good for what we got. I asked for email updates during their stay and received 2 emails with pictures, very comforting (especially considering it was our dogs' first boarding). Staff is also friendly and informative, definitely recommend.

Thank you for all the times you took care of Cooper, he loved his time there! When he comes home he is so worn out from playing!(and he is a very active hunting dog). Cooper always came home clean and happy.

I have let CC keep my 2 birds for an extended stay. Everything seemed to be ok as I called to check on my African Grey about 35 years old. I had him his whole life. I also left my Harlequin Macaw. She is 39 now. Things were not like home for them. But that last day I had received a call,that they put the two birds to close together. To make room for another bird. My HM bit My AG. They could not get the blood stopped . They should be prepared for issues that they have. She neglected to keep them separated. I brought them home and my African Grey Avery, lived two hours. He passed away. It broke my heart. I had him all his life. I had lost my husband 2 years before., I won't never use them again. All she had to do was get it stopped bleeding. That was the first thing that I told the personnel was to keep them separated. It was uncalled for. For this reason I will never leave my babies there again. One time is all it takes for me.... .I lost a very expensive bird because of neglance from the owners and employee. I was still charged for there stay. Oh I did get a small discount. For my dead bird.

We just love the new owners, Michele and Jeff. She worked as a vet tech for several years, so her knowledge and experience is invaluable. The hours have improved, the service has improved and we actually like Michele's grooming better. The prices have remained the same even though they are making lots of improvements to the grounds and the building. If it were possible I would add an extra star because a good business just got better!

I have only good things to say about Creature Comforts! They always take such good care of our animals and go the extra mile whenever there's an emergency! I appreciate the Stewart's even more every time I take n the dogs! Such a good crew and very good people to have here and Waynesville!

My dad passed away suddenly and I had to go to Texas quickly. Creature Comforts took our Husky in last minute for us and had to stay 5 days. We picked her up today and she had the best time staying there. They treated her like she was their own and she loved it. We will absolutely be using them in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our pup!

Thanks for giving my dog a summer cut in November. To say the least, I'm pissed. Now I get to cancel a photo session for Christmas pictures scheduled for Friday. Thank you

I enjoy taking my grubby pup in for a bath and getting back a fluffy, clean smelling pup sporting a jaunty Christmas bandana! I also appreciate the careful measures they take for Covid safety, and their friendly and welcoming attitude.

Interviewed 2 places to leave our dog for a long week end and this was the winner. The owners are young, friendly and nice. The place smelled CLEAN - always a plus when there are a lot of dogs around. I felt this was the best local place to board our dog and I was not dissatisfied.

I am totally happy with the care my dog receives at Creature Comforts. I love Jeff and Michelle as they are friendly, very caring and pay great attention to detail. I have boarded my dog with them several times and she is always goes willingly when I take her there. They shower her with lots of love! I always have her groomed while there as well and they do a great job.

This is the best place I have found in Haywood county to board my fur babies when I am away from home. Affordable quality care.

Our dogs love going to Creature Comforts and that earns 5 stars from me. Michelle is always willing to answer questions without making us feel we are being a bother and is very knowledgeable.

I felt compelled to post this as I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else. My mother has boarded her dogs here for several years without issue. For Thanksgiving this year, she boarded her Yellow Lab, Allie, like usual at Creature Comforts. The day after Thanksgiving she receives a call from the boarding place explaining that her dog was viciously attacked by another dog boarding in the facility. After two surgeries, and weeks of therapy her Allie is getting back to normal. I have but two suggestions for you guys. First is to create and/or review your policies to ensure this does not happen to another visitor and finally do a better job of screening your guests.

We have had no problems with Creature Comforts, until today. We boarded our two dogs for a single night, and arrived at 2:15 to pick them up. We were charged two nights, as the pickup time is 2:00 PM. We were not told this, nor do I see it on the website. This should be explained at every drop-off. I just noticed the nightly rates aren't listed on the website either. That would help.....
