This is my first time in a long time at Credo beauty, I had the pleasure of working with such a young kind gentleman named Holden. Cryslin Was also so kind and helpful. Crystalline and Sam were absolutely amazing with help. 2 of my friends and myself walked in unknowledgeable of anything skin-care-wise and walked out confident and informed. I highly recommend working with them.

I am 55 & had been feeling like a long the road of responsibilities, I was losing myself. I decided I needed to restyle myself in a way that felt true to who I am. I figured out my Kibble body type & my Kitchener essence. On my journey, an add on Pinterest for RMS Beauty caught my eye. The products are clean, come in mostly glass, and can be dropped off to be recycled. The creator of the line is very authentic. So, I set out to get someone help me achieve my style. When I walked in Credo Chandler greeted me & I told him what I was trying to do. He really listened to je. We sat down, he chose products for my essence (Ingenue), and he created the look I wanted. But more than that, he made me feel really SEEN. We bagged it all up, I took it home, AND I was able to recreate the same look. My daughter said he really softened my face. (And mind you, he did not bury my skin & freckles under a ton of makeup. He just made my face brighter.) I got up today and put my clothes and makeup on. And the woman in the mirror looked and felt more ME than I have felt in some time. My sparkle is back! If you are wanting clean makeup & environmentally conscious products or you just want to freshen up your look, absolutely go see Chandler. He is a true makeup ARTIST. You will leave feeling like a million bucks (without spending a million bucks)!

When I tell people about Credo, I call it the "Clean Sephora". If you want better options with more stringent EU regulations on make up and skincare, Credo is for you. I feel lucky to have this location at Legacy West. You can pop in to try product or get color matched but the best part of this store are its people. I remember coming with my sister and mom one day so we could introduce my mom to cleaner skincare. It was about an hour before closing and despite there being three of us, Jasmine was able to juggle our questions and help us. We kept apologizing for pinballing her around but she was so nice and as we neared closing time, we never felt rushed. She had a lot of product knowledge. To this day my mom still requests help from Jasmine. I came another time (Jasmine wasn't working) and was helped by a gentleman pick out a lot of products I ended up loving. Again, there was kindness, patience, taking time to try product on my skin and helping me find the best color matches. I had my young daughter with me and she wanted a bit of makeup and he was kind enough to do a little makeover for her. I popped in another day and he happened to be working and recognized me and immediately came over to help. I highly recommend Chandler, who happens to be the GM of the store. I respect that he is out on the floor, helping out, not just sitting back or hidden away somewhere. I think it goes to show he truly enjoys what he does. Love Credo's mission and love this store because of these two. I've interacted the most with them but everyone I've come across has been eager to help.

Wonderful experience. Chandler was very helpful and did a great job finding products within my allergies constraints and they even stayed a few minutes past closing to help me.

I happened to come in Credo on Sunday while wandering the shops. I have been looking for a new base (I usually gravitate towards CC creams or tinted moisturizers) but I ended up purchasing a Juice Beauty foundation! The associates were very helpful and tested several products on me. The store itself is bright, clean, organized and QUIET. I love quiet stores. (I prefer to be able to shop in peace and I really dislike loud music in stores and restaurants. Personal preference.) They offer skincare, makeup, and hair care. They are a cashless store but they accept cards and payment through Apple Pay. (Credo also has recycling program for makeup and skincare containers!) If you’re looking for natural, vegan, or even just skincare options owned by smaller companies (some Made in USA!), give the products at Credo a try.

This was one of the most fun shopping experiences I've ever had! Each of the associates made me feel so welcome and helped me out. They were really sweet- especially Shay, who was so knowledgable. Love the products, love the store, great selection of stuff you literally can't buy or try anywhere else! Can't wait to go back.

Credo is one of my favorite places to shop. I love the layout, the product array, LOVE the staff (Nick is the BEST). This is clean beauty headquarters for all of the brands (Kosas, Illia, TaTa, Goop, and tons more). The team is extremely knowledgeable and low pressure.

If you are looking for a great selection of clean/vegan/cruelty free skin care products, you have found your place! When I transitioned to clean beauty several years ago, Credo became my go to place for trusted brands that meet clean beauty standards. The staff has changed over the years although everyone is amazing! They ask a lot of questions to determine what I am looking for, what I like/don't like to make product recommendations. Products range in cost from from inexpensive to luxury prices, and I have never felt like they are up selling me on a product they don't believe in. In addition to skin care products, they offer make up, hair care, fragrance, and a small selection of make up tools. I love that they constantly introduce new brands. They provide generous samples of products. If they don't have something in stock they will order and ship to your residence. Also, whenever there is a sale, you can call the store and they will hold merchandise for you instead of using the website. Their Rewards's/loyalty program is great and each month the monthly product rewards change. And don't forget your plastic, the store is cashless.

Nice boutique that caters to people who want clean beauty. While they have a ton of amazing brands, range for each brand is understandably limited given the size of the storefront. Despite that, I found some beautiful products to incorporate into my clean beauty routine. I highly recommend you visit!

I love this store ! nick usually helps me when I shop here. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and sweet! Everyone is friendly and anytime I have questions about the products I am shopping for they always go the extra mile to assist. Store is clean and so are the products.

The one and only place I go for skin care and makeup! The team is SO helpful, knowledgeable and truly love helping. Shea and Nick are normally who I work with but I've interacted with the entire team and they're all so lovely. If you're thinking about switching over to clean beauty, you're in amazing hands with this team!!

Last week I spent about two hours in the store, replacing all my old drugstore makeup filled with chemicals to clean and safe beauty products! Shea helped me select shades and she was so on point! She was knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and so incredibly welcoming. Nick also helped answer some of my questions and I really felt like they both enjoyed their jobs and helping their clients. The best part? Not only is my makeup clean, it also looks fabulous!!! Thanks Shea!

I'm NOT new to clean beauty, and I was still impressed by this store. Emma was really knowledgeable -- she took a few glances at my skin, asked about what I was looking for, and started making recommendations. The store is packed with tons of brands, both bigger (Ilia, Kjaer Weiss, W3ll, Axiology, Tata Harper, Josh Rosebrook, Evolh, Kyrpis, InnerSense, Vapour) and smaller (Kari Gran, Gressa, Nouri, Marie Veronique, Khus, Rituel, NonGender Specific, Eva Perez). There's even some fragrances (Ellis, Lake/Skye). That's not the complete list of brands in the store -- it's just what my addicted brain remembers. Everything had a sample, so I could see if I liked the texture and scent or not. Am I the only one not willing to put stuff on my face that smells bad to me? Emma and the other staff were really really helpful. The information about dry vs. dehydrated skin was particularly helpful, as were the specific recommendations for my skin. I loved the first product I tried -- it really did what she said it would. Now, if we could move the store so it's more convenient to Dallas, that would be even better.

Such amazing customer service and expert level knowledge. I scheduled a 30 minute swap out and Shea spent almost 90 minutes walking me through each step of my routine and explaining the why behind her recommendations. I never felt judged or like I was being marketed to and was so impressed by the level of knowledge Shea and the other associates had on all things makeup and beauty. They even recommended CVS as the best place to get a couple items so I felt they were not being salesy which made the whole process so much more comfortable. I'll be back to say the least!

My favorite clean beauty store hands down. They have everything and great employees. Worth the drive for me to have the variety and peace of mind all the products are safe!

I was crushed when my local Credo store closed down a few years ago and the next closest one would have been over 2.5 hours away. As a recent transplant to the Frisco/Plano area, I can't tell you how thrilled I was to learn I'd have a Credo store not more than 20 mins drive away. I switched to clean beauty over 10 yrs ago when finding clean beauty products was a near impossibility so having Credo became a God-send. This particular location has the absolute sweetest and knowledgeable staff. They are super helpful and offer the best suggestions/recommendations and are even honest about which products work better than others. Great products, great selection, and seriously fantastic customer service. Not sure what more to ask for in a business!

First things first - THANK YOU Credo, for existing. It's a wonderfully simple (and yet not so simple at all) joy to be able to shop clean beauty the way you can only in a Credo store. I've never had a bad experience in any of their stores, but after a recent move the Plano store has become my flagship. Everyone there is helpful, welcoming and very kind. The one time I didn't love a product I received there, they were able to assist me in finding one that I did. I can't say enough good things about Credo and their Plano location. Everyone, RUN don't walk into the Credo nearest you to find products that won't kill ya!

I have been shopping here the last couple of years. They always provide excellent customer service! They have skincare, hair products, makeup, and more. All clean and non toxic which is the best part. You also get samples with your purchase. It's rare that you can park in front of the store but there are parking garages avail. It's in a good, fun area of Plano.

I drove about 30 minutes to credo today and was excited to get to check out Jones Road and buy some of their line. I walked in very excited since I'm a massive fan of credo and their skincare lines - there were three employees in the store, and they all ignored me. They continued to stock the shelves and ignored me. Finally, I asked this lady to tell me about the line and help me decide on some shade, she happily obliged, but she wasn't even an employee. She was a rep for RMS. she knew NOTHING about anything in the store, much less jones road. She happily helped me but was not equipped to help match my shade or answer questions. The two other employees stood there and were of no help. I'm a big believer in the brand and was planning on spending a lot more than I did, but no one seemed to help me except for the RMS rep. It wasn't very reassuring, so I bought what I came for, and fingers crossed, it's what I wanted. I went next door to Sephora and was able to purchase my herbivore and Wessman atelier, which I also had questions about. They readily helped me and knew and addressed my questions. So sad that I drove all that way with my newborn son only to walk out more confused and unhappy.

The staff here is AMAZING! This is the most beautiful store at The Shops at Legacy West. The store has GREAT lighting. I have been looking for mineral makeup and more clean/natural products and THIS IS YOUR place!!!! The two girls that helped me were phenomenal. I came close to store closing time and they totally spent way more time than they had to to help me. I totally want to try a Tata Harper facial there as well. I LOVE alll of the makeup I purchased and still can not believe it is actually okay to put on my body! Will definitely be back and telling ALL of my friends about Credo!!!!

Love this store and concept!! I struggle to find cruelty free products, so this store is a life saver! I needed a new moisturizer and they helped me find a facial oil. I love it and my skin looks great!

So thankful that Credo came to DFW! Amazing non-toxic options, and well-educated employees. They treat each guest with respect, and will answer all of your never-ending questions! :-) Cannot explain how happy I am to finally have a brick-and-mortar to visit when in need of beauty and personal-care supplies, instead of having to scour the web for hours and hours. The one suggestion I would have is to possible have brochures available for guests that pertain to each different supplier (regarding their ingredients and quality standards), since each supplier that they carry differ. However, still very impressed and so excited to have this store close by - I've already visited way too often. :-)

I am obsessed with this place! Skincare is my hobby, and Credo is my go to for all things skincare. I discovered this place after years of slowly transitioning to all clean beauty. They have everything! The staff is super knowledgeable! Holly Jo really took me under her wing and has introduced me to some amazing products I can't live with out. Some of my favorite brands are, Maya Chia, Kypris, Ursa Major, RMS Beauty, Kosas, and many many more. Credo might be a destination for some in DFW, but I assure you it is worth the drive. They offer a points program where you bring in your old empty containers and recycle them. The points go towards deluxe samples they are always updating! I also highly recommend participating in their clean swap service! Call for deets! They are always ready and willing to introduce someone new to clean and non toxic beauty!

The store and staff are absolutely wonderful! I stopped in today to browse and Emma was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I was impressed with their selection and love that everything in the store is clean leaving no question of what's in your products!

I came in in mid January during the opening night while visiting Dallas from LA and was assisted by Josh. Not only did I leave with way more than I planned on purchasing, I was totally blown-away by the level of product knowledge Josh had on everything from skincare to makeup and everything in between! He is A+++ Client service and stayed with me right to the end, sharing Credo's philosophy and where I can shop again when I'm traveling in other cities. I'll certainly be checking out a Credo Shop near me but truly hope to run into Josh next time I'm shopping in Plano too!!

I am obsessed with Credo! I have recently been making the move to clean products so I stopped in over the weekend. This place is AMAZING!! And everyone was super friendly. One of the representatives told me she was with the company but just in for the weekend to work at the new location and that she was from New York. She was awesome! Then the guy working, Joshua, gave me a tour of the store and asked what kind of stuff I was interested in and gave me a ton of fantastic recommendations. I didn't have any money to spend that day (#whenspayday?!), so he made a couple of samples of things to try at home. Everyone should be flocking to this place!!! This is my new home!!

Just went by there this morning and I happened to be the only one there. I was looking for a foundation replacement for my it cosmetics CC cream. A guy there, who I don't believe I ever got his name, helped me try a few different lines. I ended up going with the kjaer weis. I appreciate how patient and helpful he was. Also he color matched me perfectly! I loved how it looked even more when I got home and saw the foundation in my own mirror. If you're looking for clean beauty this is the place to go just for the large selection alone.

We had the BEST experience here! Took my daughter and a friend to have their make up done for her bday. Holly Jo was amazing and they both looked gorgeous! She really made them feel special and had goody bags ready too! Such a great vibe - modern AND natural. We can't wait to go back. Would give 10 stars if I could

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I have been visiting since opening day, when I stumbled in on my way to Sephora. Three of the girls there, Mila, Madalyn and Emma go so far beyond sales associates. After spending THREE HOURS with me in the store, I left in happy tears with endless samples feeling hopeful for my skin. I really can't write enough good things about this place. The products are amazing, but the customer service I receive is what keeps me coming back. These girls become your friends and truly care about seeing an improvement in your skin, and they are extremely knowledgeable on almost every product in store. I have become a customer for life, and will never step foot into a Sephora or ulta again. Thank you again to Mila, Madalyn and Emma. I will see you guys soon!!

Love love love this place! I was so excited when I found out they were putting a Credo here and it has exceeded my expectations. The employees are knowledgeable and happy to help. They carry the best clean brands-- Vapour, W3ll people, RMS, Axiology... you name it! I'm so happy to finally have a place close to home to get my beauty products :)
