I've been to this store a few time and I absolutely love their philosophy and product lines. In the past, staff have been semi helpful but I really had an incredible experience today with Tiffany. It was such a great shopping experience, that I felt it was worth reviewing. She really took the time to help me select products for myself and my mother. I know that my mom will love everything because Tiffany helped me make educated choices. I'm so happy we have a store like Credo in LA - they've converted me from big brand stores to a loyal customer.

They put their own stickers on most of the products so you won't find the mayority of the products in the Yuca app. For items that are in a drawer, you cannot touch them, you have to ask an employee to look at it. I didn't ask if I could grab it to look at the product myself because I was already turned off. It's not like you could steal it because they have a lot of employees available to help you and watching you so I don't get why I can just grab and look at the item in the drawer. There are some products in the open that you can grab and look at yourself. I drove 45 mins to check it out. It's not worth the drive.

I have been shopping with Credo since I lived in Boston 5 years ago. I have always had a positive experience until today. I went in before a workout to restock on a few products. Gabriela was at the register and while I was fishing through my wallet to get my card she asked if I wanted a bag for my products. Distracted I said, no thank you. After the transaction was complete I realized I had to go to my workout and it made more sense to have a bag and so I asked if I could have one. I was not trying to “squeeze” a free bag out of her, I just spent $95, it just didn’t occur to me until I wasn’t distracted that I needed one. She curtly said, “no, they are 10 cents and I would have to charge you.” I walked out of the store and to my workout and then decided to turn around and return the products. Having worked in luxury customer experience for over 10 years, I truly feel that at the end of the day it is about the customer having a comfortable experience above all. It felt as though she valued the principle of 10 cents above me having to juggle products down the street. In a world of easy access to any product, it’s smart for Credo to recognize that Credo isn’t the only place to buy all of these brands and that I could have had it delivered to my door without walking in at all. I just can’t get behind a lack of respect for a customers time and money. Therefore, this location lost $95 over 10 cents and a loyal customer.

Credo Beauty store is just perfect and amazing for clean and organic beauty if you are into this. Product selection is high end, some are pricey but there are products that are less expensive as well. Staff is professional, nice and knowledgeable about the products you are looking for. Location is very convenient, however there is only street parking which I've never had a problem with. I would encourage you to visit them, and check the store out. 😊

Love the products just wish that they carried 100 percent pure brand. The staff is knowable I always get my right skin shade picked for me. The staff uses the products sold so they can let you know what they like. The staff is nice. I didn't get samples my first visit but did my second. They have a point system and once you reach a number of points you get to choose travel size products. I don't think there is a public restroom available. Would love if they closed at 8pm instead of 7pm. Also I would check the return policy before purchasing it's a little different than others.

Went in last minute to see Mob Beauty line in person. I needed a color match for foundation and to swatch some eyeshadows. I had Tamara help me throughout the entire process. Her foundation match was perfect she recommended a gorgeous shimmery shadow based on my eye color and she was right, it looked amazing! I had a wonderful first time experience here and look forward to my next visit. Thanks Tamara!

I really wish I could give this location a higher rating. I've been in the luxury beauty retail industry my whole career teaching and delivering sales as an executive leader for neimans, saks, Sephora and more. I came in to get some Exa products to use on a client and picked up something for myself. On a Sunday a nice lady approached me in skin while seemed the manager was at the register and didn't look up, ever. I moved into makeup and when I asked the lady to help with a shade she said oh no I don't do that. Maybe she can help and pointed to another young lady. She just looked at me and said I guess I can help you. I wasn't convinced of her skill after that so I asked for a sample and bought an eyeshadow. The eyeshadow burned my eyes so I brought it back on a Tuesday thinking I would get the foundation. The same young lady was at the register preoccupied. A vendor said can I help you and it seemed it took everything for her to do so as she was packing up her things. I was so disgusted at the lack of service or enthusiasm that I didn't want to spend further time or money in that store. I returned the item and won't be shopping there.

Really great place for clean beauty. This location is very clean and organized. It's a quiet store and sometimes they have events or representatives from the brand to assist. Sometimes the actual brand owners are there. The only thing is i wish they would advertise more so I know when those type of things are happening. I usually just find out by chance or good timing Generally all staff are very friendly and helpful. I have had poor experience with other clean beauty stores and them not knowing how to work with deeper skin. This place is very knowledgeable and skillful and personable. Bonus is if something isn't available in store they order for free.

Credo Beauty is a really cool place filled with clean beauty products! I came here for the 1st time for a Pop-Up Event with Credo x 54 Thrones. This event had some tasty treats with the opportunity to meet 54 Thrones Founder, Christina --who was so kind and sweet! I almost missed meeting her by a few mins. Parking can be weird but we were blessed to have found a park on the streets and as we were headed inside ran into Christina who stopped and spoke with us and gave me the deets of how to navigate once inside! Thanks to Christina... I had knowledge that there was ONLY (1) body butter left, with fuzzy socks and a tote bag calling my name!!! I dashed inside the store and made a bee-line to where the 54 Throne section was. Indeed there was (1) body butter left scent: Kenyan Hibiscus + Moroccan Rose. I was approached by an associate asking if I needed help, which was nice but by that time I was ready to check out. I think I would return to check-out some of their other items. I appreciated the kindness of the associates and manager during my visit.

I love that there is a safe place to buy beauty items. I purchased a hand cream I found at a hotel on vacation. They had great shipping options and an excellent Black Friday deal online.

I had a great experience getting my makeup done today! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I don't know anything about makeup so It was a relief to find Megan, who was so knowledgeable and taught me all of the tips & tricks I should be doing to enhance my features. The makeup turned out amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning to Megan to do my makeup for my wedding at the end of the month!

After spending hours on choosing a product and placing an order you might receive a surprise email that your order has been canceled as your IP is too far from the shipping address you placed!!! Save your time and nerves!

I was in the area and need an Alima powder refill and Credo carries this brand. Unfortunately, it could only be purchased on their website, so the woman recommended Well People Bio Powder Foundation instead. We tried a couple of shades and 5C worked for me. Well People's shades are all numbered - which is a great idea. Plus it's a clean product with plant-powdered ingredients. And under "good news bad news" - there is a senior discount which they applied to my purchase. There is also a first time purchase discount. She also gave me a generous sample of Reflekt 3 Face cream that is nice. There was free street parking 1/2 block away the day I went. Definitely will come back when I need something else.

I love Credo! In West Hollywood Kate usually helps me. She is super knowledgeable and always shows me great products for my skincare and makeup needs. I have gotten both a facial and makeup application by Kate and I'm always satisfied with the results!

The service here is so hit or miss. My very first time visiting this location (pre-pandemic!) was excellent - I distinctly remember chatting with my super friendly, helpful sales associate for so long that I had to run out and feed the meter to finish shopping. This time, however, was not as pleasant. I think the person who was initially helping me was a manager (dark hair, tattoos) and she gave me a standoffish, icy vibe that she could not be bothered to walk me through what options they had for the particular type of product I was looking for or answer any questions. She left me at some point to go do something at the cash wrap, and then another associate (male, very sweet) started helping me and he was the absolute polar opposite of her. Helpful. Patient. Engaging. I ended up buying a couple of things because of HIM (despite HER sour demeanor). TL;DR - the product selection is great, but beware of spotty service.

I've been hot on the prowl for Kjaer Weis foundation and was excited that Credo proudly carries her line. This makeup is clean and lightweight (my African American gf living Germany swears by it) so I was finally able to try the liquid foundation and love it. Rae assisted me and provided great tips and suggestions. I also purchased a clean moisturizer which I'm enjoying & made sure to register for their loyalty program. This Shoppe carries a plethora of luxe and eco-friendly brands that aren't available many other places. Its the exclusivity for me! Other notes: Plenty of street parking Kind & soft service Elite location w/ eateries, cafes & boutiques to the left and right.

I came here on a Saturday and they happen to having an event "Lipstick Angels" I met the founder Renata who was super pleasant. Aside from the event I went in to purchase some skin care products, I was happily helped by Alicia and was fortunate to have met all of the other staff Clarissa, Megan and Rae they were all super friendly! I was able to find all of the items that I was looking for. Alicia was very helpful in helping me find the right products for my skin care concerns, will definitely be returning.

I'm a big fan of this stores selection and location. I can grab lunch and run errands too. I like to be adventurous and planet conscious, so it important to decipher the good ones. Kate P. is very knowledgeable and ask her about fragrances--she always smells amazing!

Had an amazing experience here today, everyone I interacted with was lovely and very knowledgable. I went to Violet Grey just before this and the vibes in there were so awful, it was nice to find a welcoming environment here. Parking was also very easy at 1pm on a Saturday.

Incredible products and great customer service by Moraima! I have alot of knowledge around skincare and beauty so it always annoys me when I go into a beauty store and I know more than the sales rep so when I met Moraima, i knew i was in good hands. I came in with specific items and brands I wanted to try so she was really helpful with color matching. What I loved most is how quickly she learned about what I like and was able to suggest some items I hadnt even considered and I'm obsessed with them all! I will be checking to see if she is working every time I plan to come in!

I visited the store several times with my nieces before 2020 and felt that the service was very hit or miss. Sometimes the sales associates were helpful and sometimes they were dismissive at best. My nieces are in high school so I chalked it up to the associates assuming they were not there to spend money (despite the fact that my wallet was covering it all) and was mostly unbothered by the experience. I was very excited for my first back-in-store experience with Credo Beauty as I have been shopping online since the pandemic. I went in (without my nieces) several weeks ago and was shocked by how rude and unhelpful the team members were. A blonde with a middle part and aviator style glasses acted like my very presence disturbed her. She offered me no help and when I asked her a few questions, her one word responses barely registered. I felt she was glaring at me at times. It was horrible. Other staff members were on and off the floor intermittently and seemed pre-occupied. I was made to feel like an intruder and fled the store without purchasing a single thing on my lengthy list. I'll be shopping elsewhere going forward.

This is such a great beauty & makeup store. It specializes in "clean" beauty brands, which is why I decided to take a look, but I went back because of the beautiful makeup displays, (which you can touch and try!) AND the truly friendly sales associates. You can tell the people who work here like what they do and enjoy selling clean makeup and beauty supplies. They are so helpful and nice. I love that you can bring old makeup in to be recycled. You also get points towards free gifts to encourage recycling, which is nice too. The displays are beautiful. I love makeup, but it's not as much fun if you can't see it and sample it. The store is very clean and the associates will sterilize anything you want to try. They also do beauty days where they'll "do" your makeup, just like the good old days! (Remember when they'd do that at Sephora?) you can also purchase small containers that they'll fill with a foundation or moisturizer that you want to try. Overall this is a wonderful place to buy makeup and beauty supplies. I highly recommend it!

I've been a virtual fan of this shop for years but I needed something recently sooner than shipping would allow (and a $24 express shipping is a little too steep) so I made the 1.5 hour drive to the store. But no regrets. I was on break from work and school that week so I framed it as my good old days drives to my favorite place: LA anything! There's such a cozy clean vibe to this place from the moment you arrive and walk in. I was immediately greeted by such an incredible sweet and friendly associate and I'm so bummed I forgot to get her name. But we "bonded" haha during my 30 minute stay as I told her about my drive and passion for this shop. She said, "I refuse to let you leave then until you play and test every product!" and she meant it as she thoroughly helped me try out everything I was interested in. After all the fun and laughter and exploration, I dropped a solid $200 but so worth it. For the products, the experience, and the quality of the whole experience. I *REALLY* hope they open an OC location soon though because I want to visit more often and get to test before I buy but oof that drive haha. But all in all, definitely a great space for quality service and quality clean beauty products!

I love their products but the sales person there on April 17 at around 530 pm needs a real personality adjustment. Ok , I get you hate your miserable job but really just suck it up. Great products but maybe I will just go to Sephora next time. Their product recycling program is brilliant though.

I am making the 3rd Street location, my go to store because parking is easier than Larchmont. I received great customer service and the representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I shopped on a Saturday morning and this is probably the best time. I am going back to buy additional products. To top it off, I was given a 10 % discount as a new customer. It. Money well spent, on me.

Bravo Credo! I have long been a Credo fan but have tended to do my shopping on-line. So GLAD I went there the other day and met RAYMOND!! He is a scent guru. I've been searching for a new scent for quite some time and Raymond hit it out of the park on the first spritz. And another great sales member helped me finally find the right foundation color/consistency for me. Oh, and didn't know that they have a Senior Citizen Discount. Thank you Sarah and the whole team. If you have the time to get there in person and are a fan of clean products, Credo is worth a visit.

Full disclosure I was a little nervous going here as I saw some of the negative reviews. However my experience couldn't have been more amazing!!! They are the only store in LA (as far as I know) that carry Jones Road Beauty (Bobbi Browns new line). I ventured all the way out of the San Fernando Valley ;) and was greeted by Megan. She went out of her way to take her time, tell me about the products and recommend the colors/tones that would match my skin type. Megan was wonderful! I snagged a few things, and left there feeling very taken care of as a customer. Thank you Megan and Credo for hooking me up!

My wife absolutely adores this beauty product store. We've been to both the Boston and the LA outposts. Natural, clean, chemical-free face and body products is the driving force behind this brand. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and there is something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit!

I really love shopping here but today I had an annoying experience. As soon as I walked in and started browsing, I was bum rushed by a sales associate I think she was well-meaning, but if a customer tells you that they don't need help--please back off! And go away! She literally stood, facing me after I politely declined her assistance. If I wanted to walk left, I couldn't. It was as if she was on-guard. I hate that! I quickly made my purchase and left. Normally I would stay and browse but she totally ruined my shopping experience.

I drove quite far to visit this store. Though I'm very familiar with natural skin care products, I have almost no idea what I'm doing when it comes to makeup. Parking was super easy and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Tamara. She was super friendly and patient and eager to help me solve my dilemma -- how to get a no makeup makeup look? I generally can't stand foundation and want to wash it off immediately, but I have a specific event coming up for which I want to look a little more glam. Tamara found me a perfect match for my skin (EXA), she also found me a skin smoothing primer (RMS), and she introduced me to the most magical skincare product I've ever used -- Godfaden MD Needle-less, line soothing concentrate; she applied it to my smile lines and I saw an immediate difference (a filler effect). Tamara also helped me find a perfect lip liner (EXA). But even more than the incredible products she helped me choose, Tamara offered a friendly ear and a wealth of makeup application advice. I simply could not have had a better experience. I'm a very satisfied customer and can't wait to visit this store again.

I heard about Credo after a makeup artist on a shoot told me to go! I am trying to transition into using more natural, organic products and she said this was the perfect place to check out. I was specifically looking for a lip aid from a brand they don't carry anymore but the woman in the store offered another option for something similar that I was looking for! I learned a lot about the different brands they carry and she was super helpful, I wish I got her name! The only thing is I wish they had multiple locations in LA. It's near the Beverly Center and not my favorite part of town since it takes so long to get here, find parking, overly populated, etc. However that's my personal preference and shouldn't reflect on the store whatsoever. It would be really nice if there was one in the north east side! I am excited to go back and try new beauty products that are better for my skin/health overall. It's nice to learn more about the products I'm buying and putting on my body.

Love this place! Bought Lily Lolo Mascara the Marie Veronique lightning serum and the gentle retinol night serum! They are a pretty little penny but they actual work very well and helped lighten pigmentation and freckles before my wedding day! I started about 5 months before because I am not a fan of chemical peels or lasers. The ladies here were so sweet and helpful! I can't wait to come back and splurge on more green beauty! Best store ever! It's my guilty little pleasure! They even gave me a cute little reusable and sustainable makeup purse and samples! I can't wait to come back and get a Tata Harper Facial and possibly my makeup done! Love!

Credo is one of the coolest stores I've been to. Their products are impeccable - clean and no animal products or testing. I especially want to do a shout out to Moraima, who is the store manager. She has gone above and beyond in helping me to select products that specifically work for me. I have spoken to many other employees in the store as well, and they were all personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about their products. It's a great place to shop and a lovely store to boot. Everyone at Credo on 3rd is always the most professional and most helpful! The store is always clean and just a really warm and welcoming environment. I love stopping in trying new products and getting my staples. The team never steers me wrong when I'm looking for something new and I always have a great time when I'm in!

My first time at this store. Walked-in in search of a brand name IRIS&ROMEO over an ad I saw on Instagram so I wanted to get color matched to give this product a try. I was greeted by Diana who was very welcoming and helpful. She assisted me with finding my shade and was very open into testing a few other products I was curious about. Absolutely loved this place and the variety of clean products they offer! Will be coming back !

I have mixed feelings about this location, I love the products and some of the staff is so nice but there's one female worker with goth/ rocker style I don't recall her name that is very stand off with her attitude, she's rude, makes you feel like your wasting her time, doesn't seem to enjoy her job, doesn't listen to what your asking for and just has an attitude. She was extremely rude to my mom and myself. When buying beauty and wellness products I want to be excited about the stuff I take home not left feeling like her vibe is coming home with me. Just because of her I will only purchasing online instead of dealing with her.

It is so rare that I write negative reviews, but after a handful of bad experiences at Credo (specifically the one on 3rd), I feel like feedback is necessary. The staff seems consistently perturbed when anyone asks for product information or recommendations, and I have never not been rushed through my purchase process and out of that store. They never ask me about my skin type or what kind of solutions I'm looking for, and tend to recommend the same handful of products regardless of need. There's also an attitude around skincare knowledge, as if the shopper should know more, and as someone who does actively research and keep up with latest trends, I find this super off-putting. It has been an uncomfortable and ultimately unsatisfying experience every time I've been in. I'm officially a convert to Detox Market, Sephora, literally anywhere else.

I shop here often and on one of my recent visits was looking to try something for internal beauty. Tiffany was so warm and helpful, and made a recommendation for the moon juice Magnesi-om to address a few of my personal concerns. I am so happy with it. Thank you!

I came to Credo to find a concealer that I could use to spot cover uneven coloring on my face and, I wanted my skin to look dewy and fresh and 'makeupless'.  I had the very good fortune to work with Tiffany who was wonderfully generous with her time, care and expertise.  In addition, it was clear she loved going beyond whatever hopefulness I might have! Being older, matching a concealer or foundation is not very easy on me.  To my surprise, Tiffany gave me a complete make over although I was bit nervous because I have had some terrible make overs.  However, Tiffany's make over was simply lovely!  In fact, a woman who was shopping in the store at the time stopped and said, "that is beautiful, your makeup is beautiful!." I received tips as well!  Tiffany gave me the dewy look I wished for by adding a couple of drops or so of a light face oil to the foundation she chose for me and voila... dewy, fresh, light reflecting! I travel 45 minutes one way to shop at Credo because I value their green/eco products.  This said, I need guidance as matching foundation and concealer is not easy to find with my skin color and texture.  Tiffany was patient and eager and determined to find the perfect match.  I remain very grateful to and for Tiffany's good works and bright spirit.

Gabriella and Sasha are amazing! They made my experience so easy and the covid protocol was reassuring in the sense that I felt completely safe :). Gabriella recommended a plethora of amazing goodies but made sure that I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase anything. And the same with Sasha! I would really recommend coming to this store for clean facial products. I ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again.

I'd give them 5 stars for the brands they carry and demos they sometimes do but because they have a Lack of stores and if u want to get the discounts you have to order online only. It's hard enough u don't have more stores in la but u can't even get the same deals in store?

What a beautiful store! I came in for a consultation and was helped by Natalie, who really knows her stuff. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect products (SPF moisturizer, "clean" deodorant, serum, the best lipstick I've ever owned, and an absolutely gorgeous summer fragrance), but she also patiently answered all the questions about my skincare routine that I've been too shy to ask ever before. Now I'm obsessed with this store and pretty much want to try everything they carry. And did I forget to mention that EVERYTHING HERE IS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE! I feel like the future is here and this store is leading the charge to a beautiful, more ethical, humanity.

I came to Credo today to get one of their signature Tata Harper facials. I've used the products in the past and have really enjoyed them so I was excited to try out a whole hour-long Tata experience. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about the "zen-ness" of getting a facial in a retail shop, but I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous little room for spa treatments. The music, scents, and general vibe were very soothing and Kelly did an amazing job. She was very in tune to my goals and preferences and was spot-on. She explained the Tata products just enough to be educational without being intrusive and left me feeling so calm and relaxed. My face feels great and will definitely be going back! The shop itself is pretty, well-stocked and well-laid out so a great idea for natural beauty finds. As for parking, if you go before 6 pm there is free 2 hour parking in the 'hood so super easy.

Love this store! It's basically the Sephora of green beauty and body products. Huge selection of all the top green beauty brands from Josh Rosebrook, Juice Beauty, Tata Harper, W3ll People, Indie Lee and Vapour Beauty. All of the store attendants are super sweet and helpful. They have an extensive selection of non-toxic makeup as well as hair and body care products, lotions and candles. Go green!

I want to give them 5 stars because I'm so appreciative that there is a place like Credo that focuses on clean beauty which as a consumer can be hard to navigate, so props on the effort and for doing the hard work so I can buy with peace of mind. I'd love to buy more but honestly it's so hit or miss with the customer service here. I've gone a few times now and once I had outstanding service the woman who helped me was so kind and helped me navigate the skin care lines (she also gave me samples so I could test a few things out and come back when I was ready - - a huge help and I did go back for more). After getting clean with all my skin care stuff I wanted to do the same with my make-up so I headed back to Credo ready to keep that clean beauty train going! I stood in front of the make-up displays trying to figure out what was what and frankly I was a bit overwhelmed. There were some customers wrapping up and I figured, cool someone will surly help me when they're done...nope. I stood there for a good 5+ minutes in an empty store with 3 people working there talking amongst themselves, not a single word was said to me. A little frustrated I just decided to buy the one skincare item I had in my hand and hit the road. When I walked up to the counter to pay that was the first time they acknowledged me. Not fully wanting to give up I asked about the make-up and if there was any place I could research all of it because I found it overwhelming (hint: I need some help here. Anyone? Anyone?) I was told I could look online, wow thanks what amazing advice good thing I stopped in! I pushed a bit more and got the sales associate to point out a few items but honestly it just felt like I was bothering her and I was done. Per her suggestion I can just do my research online and not buy from Credo. I like to visit places and support businesses in person but what's the point here? The worst part is when I left after mentioning wanting make-up and being overwhelmed she just gave me some random samples none of which were make-up! Seems like a perfect chance to say "hey here are a few make-up sample that you may find helpful", nope. She didn't care and I don't care about making them my go to shop for beauty. I'm giving it 3 stars because I like the premise and because I've had one very good experience there. This last one was bad and another time was average. Like I said hit or miss as far as customer service is concerned. P.S. on the credo website they tell you to "bring in your make up bag" so they can work with you to replace those items with clean make-up...um I guess it depends if they're in the mood that day.

Came in today because detox market was having an event and it was very hard to shop. Was driving on 3rd so I stopped in here instead. It was quick and straightforward...had to get a birthday present with a budget in mind and the SA was very helpful:) I walked out with herbivore bath salts, a face spray, and lipgloss (all natural of course) and the woman helping me threw in some samples! Was very happy with this experience and will definitely shop here again. Come here if you are looking for natural beauty products that work

This place is great! I'm so happy that Credo is finally in LA! Learning about green beauty is tough and there's just so many ingredients and things to look out for. They have so many different lines of products in there that it's hard to know what I would need. The girls that work there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They helped me find a blush, shampoo/conditioner, and few skincare products - and even took the time to explain the ingredients/benefits. I walked out feeling like I had learned so much! For anyone that is interested in implementing more green beauty products into their life, go talk to the girls at Credo! They're the best!

I shopped online from Credo before and also from various green beauty online and offline retailers. I went during their first week of opening and was so excited to visit! Parking in LA is as usual: hard to find esp during lunch/dinner hours. The store itself is very spacious and well organized (by brands). The staff was okay, they were welcoming but not knowledgeable of the products that I asked about. I wish I could be able to read the ingredients of the products but the barcode/price stickers are stuck on where the ingredients are at. It's great that they offer testers to try out and give samples but they skimped so hard on the samples! I asked for a sample of a cream blush and the SA literally gave me a tiny dallop, like the size of 3 ants. I could drive down the street to Detox Market for a decent sample size to really test out whether or not I should purchase the full size. The other thing that bothered me was the floor. They weren't properly installed and kept popping up. I almost tripped 4-5 times while in there. I had high hopes for Credo Beauty but unfortunately would not come back.

Don't go here for facial needs. I called in and asked them which facial I should get since I haven't had any for a while and I really need extraction done. My focus was only to get my black heads removed. The lady who did my facial was super sweet hence the 2star , but the facial no good. First of all the streamer didn't work so there is no way my pores were open. Than she spend less than 2 mins on removals my blackheads , like seriously , r u kidding me, two mins for extraction when I went in and asked specially for that. Spent $145 for nothing . I can do mask at home also. NEVER GOING BACK.

Could not be more happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Everyone who works here is friendly, super knowledgeable, and really listens to your needs/preferences. I'm attempting to swap out my products for all clean beauty, and every recommendation they have made I have been super happy with. They also have provided take-home samples when I am not sure of my decision yet, which is excellent customer service. Credo has a good variety of brands here so you should be able to find what you need. I have yet to try their spa but looking forward to doing so.

Super helpful staff and lots of high quality beauty products. They give samples so you can try at home before deciding. If you're someone who likes high end cosmetics but wants to stop feeding chemicals into your skin ... but you find all the options in the Whole Foods cosmetics section subpar, you need to visit Credo.
