I had CREDO mobile for 3 to 4 years, and for the last 3 years I only ever had 2 to 3 bars of signal strength. As long as all I had to do was phone or text, there was no problem. My problems began when I took a job that had an app on which we claimed shifts. With the terrible signal strength, it took forever for the app to load, and I could never get any shifts. This impacted my income. I called and spoke with more than one customer service agent to try to improve my signal strength, and nothing they did improved the signal. I finally had to get a different service which improved my phones performance significantly-same phone, different service. I was destitute and I asked for a discount on my service since it was the signal strength that was the problem with me getting shifts at work. Not one of those agents would give me a ten cent discount. Excuse me, but if the service is so poor that it adversely affected the income of the client, I think that is the point at which you need to reevaluate your position. As such, I refuse to pay the balance of that bill.
