Creekside Jack's

We stopped to check out the new place in Genoa City that used to be the Broken spoke. It's called Creekside Jack's and it did not disappoint. It's run by the same owners who own Magpies and Fat cats in Lake Geneva. The inside is beautiful and immaculately clean, everyone is friendly as hell and the smash burgers were incredible. We had our food within 5 minutes, I'm not even kidding. We did go a little earlier though around 5:00 and beat the crowd. They have a $17 fish fry on Fridays. They also have live music and a huge game room with gambling machines, darts, the claw game, shuffleboard, bowling, and a golf simulator with other games. They have picnic tables and bags set up outside for those sunny days. They are new and not many people know about them yet, so please stop and check them out and give them some business. You will not be disappointed! They have some delicious food options on the menu for great prices, yummy drinks, lots of games and live music, great service and a friendly, clean atmosphere. We will definitely be back and I love that it's in our hood. 😋🤤🍻🥂🍔

Fantastic new spot! I had their bologna sandwich with homemade chips, and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, the bread held everything together beautifully, and the standout for me was the herby mayo — it tied the whole thing together and elevated the flavor. Our waitress, Ambrazia, was phenomenal — super friendly, entertaining, and made the experience even better. I also tried the peach cobbler cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet-savory treat to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and memorable. They do fish fries and have half-off specials throughout the week, so there’s always a good reason to stop in. They’re a relative new bar, but already off to a great start. Don’t miss this one!

Great service, atmosphere, and food! I went specifically for the chicken fried steak.. apparently the dishes were created by a former competitor of Hell's Kitchen.. it was definitely worth it!

Creekside Jacks has truly earned a spot at the top of our list of favorite restaurants. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and served hot and fresh. But as great as the food was, the service was even better. A huge shoutout to Ambrazia, who made our visit one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care elevated the entire meal. It’s rare to find service this exceptional, and she made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for fantastic food paired with outstanding service, Creekside Jacks is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back!

Creekside has given us a local place for quick stop and an awesome bite of food and a great atmosphere. We've sat at tables and the bar, both, for dinner and equally enjoyed both. The smash burger special sauce is AMAZING as is everything we've tried on the menu. Our bartender, Ambrria, was super friendly and a great drink mixer! Drinks were perfect. Thank you, Creekside, for bringing some new, good and authentic eats to the Genoa City area.

Stop here for a quick bite. I got a basket of fries and wygu sliders and I also sampled the pulled pork as well. some of the BEST "bar" food I've ever had. highly recommend the cheese curds and the peach covblvler cheese cake as well!! they have a nice game room in the back as well.

I heard that this place had recently opened and gave it a try while in the area. Excellent choice. All 3 dishes that we ordered (creole chicken thighs, fried bologna sandwich and shrimp and grits) were all excellent, much better than the normal pub grub. The peach cheesecake was also very good. The service provided by Ambrazia was beyond excellent. Great menu explanations, incredibly friendly and upbeat, could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. She even helped my Mother with her walker. Six Stars. The interior is also very well done, very unique looking.

I don’t know how we’ve never heard of this place but so glad we found it. We loved the atmosphere. They had live music that was awesome but not too loud like most places in a Saturday night. The food was yummy. We got the smoked wings and smashburger and liked both.My daughter loved the game room in the back. The best part was the amazing service by the friendly Ambrazia. The only thing I could say for feedback is that they should add some parking lot lighting. It was really dark.

Smash burger was amazing and the staff very friendly. The server even coached us (and helped us) on the electronic bowling. We will be back! It was not at all busy today-based on our experience it should be packed!

Cool vibe kinda place as you pull up and the inside doesn't disappoint at all. Gorgeous bar area offers lots of seats. We were quickly seated and greeted by a cheerful lady that helped us with getting drinks and an app. Menu has lots of stuff and I'm guessing will be expanding as they get traction. Went with the sliders and they were great. The shrimp and grits got high praise as well. This is going to be a great spot as they continue to grow. Nice people - nice place.

Stopped in 9/26/25 cuz we thought it was still Broken Spoke. Saw that the place had changed over to Creekside Jacks. We decided to stay. I ordered the Walleye fish fry and my wife ordered the shrimp and grits. Service was good but i was torn. The Walleye was good. Fish seemed fresh, but the fish had obviously been sitting in a pan or something for a while as the breading was soggy and not crispy. It was tasty, but again, not freshly cooked and soggy breading. My wife did like her shrimp and grits . We will return, but next time I would send it back if it came out the same.

Horrible service. One bartender and one waitress on a Friday! Took forever to get seated, then took forever to get drinks. Finally got a buss server to get a glass of water. My fish was OK but other dishes at our table were horrible. Manager let some staff do nothing and was no existent to lend anyone a hand to get caught up. Place looks cool but smelled like a wet barn. I will not be back.
