Decent option if you need a quick coffee or bite, but don’t expect anything special. The food was disappointing. The space itself is always busy, which can make it feel a bit messy. The interior is simple and functional, but nothing that adds to the experience like other places. Try to go during off-peak hours for a more relaxed vibe. Overall, it’s an okay spot for convenience, but I won’t be returning.

Great service. Indoor and outdoor tables. Dog friendly. Food is ok. The only thing that I didn’t like and the restaurant should keep an eye on this, is that I was eating outside and two guys came to my table and the tables around asking for money. It was very uncomfortable.

My usual spot for Crema Gourmet is normally in Coral Gables or Doral but I was in this area so why not. Same franchise should be the same food, iced coffee and service. Completely wrong on my behalf! I had my usual Double Espresso Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk which was perfect and for my food my usual Raw Tuna Avocado Toast with sauce on the side. Everything by sight looked perfect until my first bite. Tuna was still semi frozen. For the restaurant to be packed and open at 9 am that shouldn’t happen at all. Definitely will stick to my regular establishment which are in Coral Gables and Doral. Also it is very wrong that one of your employees drop a croissant and still served it! Maybe the customer who purchased it didn’t see but there’s many other people watching while waiting for their coffee or food; so disgusting! Be aware they already include in your check 15% tip! Left a 2 star because at least my iced coffee was made to perfection!

The coffee is good, and the baristas and equipment are top-notch. They serve Illy, an Italian brand, which is good but not exceptional. The breakfast and pastries options are above average, but be prepared to pay high prices.

I arrived to Brickell about 15 days ago. On the very first day, I had the good fortune of someone recommending I go to Crema Gourmet Brickell after I mentioned I wanted a late breakfast. Crema Gourmet Brickell offers a full line of eggs and breakfast choices all day and night. I have since come here every single day for 15 days straight to get my Cafe Americano, my eggs, sometimes fried and sometimes scrambled with feta cheese, and have even tried their tuna salad sandwich which is amazing. I usually spend a few hours sitting outside in their amazing courtyard working on my iPhone and also the people watching is very fun since it’s a super busy place. Today I met the Manager named Allan and he was super cool and very friendly to me. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I recently just moved to Miami from Australia and I discovered Crema in Brickell. I come here every morning, for lunch or even an afternoon coffee it’s the best place! They make the best coffee, Alessandro is the best cappuccino. The owners are so lovely and welcoming always Alan is awesome. Food is quality top, there’s nothing on this menu I haven’t had. One of the best cafes in brickell!

VERY BUSY! If I had one word for this location it would be chaotic. We arrived around 11am & the place was PACKED! It was our first time there and felt pure anxiety trying to order since it was so busy. The gentleman taking my order messed up & forgot a few things so my husband had to go back in to order. I wouldn’t label this place a family friendly since there’s so much traffic… Their eggs and avocado toast was bland but the pancakes was super sweet. The iced shaken espresso was yummy! Fav part of my order. The orange juice was freshly squeezed & yummy too (it has pulp in it, if you’re a pulp fan you’ll love it.)

The food mirrors this sentiment; the open-face breakfast sandwich and breakfast croissant were satisfying but didn’t rise above the ordinary. If anything, the bakery items may hold hidden potential, and I regret not sampling their pastries. Service is adequate, though nothing noteworthy, with a 15% service charge automatically added to the bill. On the plus side, credit cards are accepted, offering a bit of convenience.

I had a great experience here! After a Pilates class i came to get some breakfast and read. For the first time i tried the salmon omelet! It is warm and flavorful fish and the dill cream cheese they pair with it is so good! its a great burst of flavor with every bite. The bread pieces they served with it were warm, very good with butter and jam. I also enjoyed my iced chai latte. The restaurant was clean and even though it was very busy there were still many options to sit, including their outdoor patio. I would definitely return.

The coffee here is absolute top notch quality. It WORKS, I feel pepped up after a cup of this bold rich nutty cappuccino. The menu is fantastic I'll have to come back to try more. I like that there's croissant and baguette sandwiches, juices, and pastries. On this Saturday afternoon it was a full house! Super busy outside and inside but my friend and I still snagged a cozy cushion seat by the window. I enjoyed a cinnamon scone, mmmm

I usually have good experiences with food at Crema but their drinks, especially those with non-dairy milk, are not great in my opinion. My husband got a coffee and I got a matcha latte. Maybe it's the brand of the non dairy milk that they are using that is the problem. The staff is nice and friendly.

We were excited to find Crema Gourmet in the heart of Brickell on our way to get coffeee. I was craving a turkey club sandwich and surprisingly it's hard to find ! The porch was crowded with young , energetic , working class people ( and dogs ) so that's always a good sign! The food looked really good in pictures, as well as plated. The quality was not great . The bread was hard to chew. The turkey was very processed lunch meat , but there was not enough on the sandwich to worry about the nitrates , lol ! I subbed cheddar for the Swiss cheese , and unfortunately , my 3rd bite into the sandwich, I bit into plastic!!! I pulled it out of my mouth and it looked like the cheese wrapper ( like you would see on a slice of Kraft American "cheese"). I opened the sandwich to make sure there wasn't anymore plastic , although it was a pretty big piece, so , I'm not sure how the sandwich maker missed that ?! I didn't let that deter me from eating , as I was really hungry and really craving a turkey club sandwich!!! The flavor of the sammy was delicious. It had a truffle aoli sauce on it . I really wish the sandwich was better quality ( and obviously came without plastic lol) because this is a great spot with indoor outdoor seating that you can walk to, easily! The restaurant is clean and wheelchair accessible with a ramp, and some wheelchair labeled seating. The workers seemed friendly. I definitely wouldn't get a sandwich there again, but maybe I'll give it a try for coffee, a juice or pastries that other people seem to be ordering. My stomach did hurt after eating 1/2 of the sandwich. ( I split it with my husband). We were going to order a salad to share with it, Once my husband finished parking the car and got there, but after my biting into plastic, we decided to just go. I'm not sure what made my stomach hurt so much after half of their sandwich- it could've been the bread, the processed meat or possibly eating plastic before I noticed? Maybe it was plastic that I ate when I thought the bread was hard to chew? Looking back, I should have showed them and said something to them, but by the time my husband found parking and got there, I had already eaten my half and just wanted to go. The food looks pretty in pics, I just hope you have a better quality sandwich and we did!

Fav cafe (chain) in Miami- I prefer the downtown location, but the Brickell one never disappoints either. This cafe is always crowded and is always cranking out amazing cafe food and drink. I appreciate that this is not a full service restaurant and instead uses table numbers. I could sit here all day and work + listen to the great music and people watch. Service is always quick here and staff will normally oblige any request so long as there's not too many customers waiting to be helped. Crema has a couple locations and it has a very classy, comfortable, clean vibe to it. That's what I really like about the Crema brand and espresso bar. Just walking in and taking a look at the bakery will leave you with your mouth watering at the amazingness of all their fresh baked goodies! Aside from a large selection of baked snacks, delicious coffees, espressos, refreshing and rejuvenating shakes, I'm going to tell you my one favorite thing about this spot. And it is the breakfast sandwich! Seriously, the bread is warm, fresh, not too hard, not too soft just blends in perfect with the egg, cheese, and bacon inside which is served in just the right proportion too. I really enjoy a perfectly balanced sandwich where all the flavors just blend in so well together! Not too salty, not too sweet, and definitely not boring at all. You may be paying a little bit more than usual for a breakfast sandwich but the added premium to the Crema experience to me is worth it.

Manager was extremely rude to me and my service dog. Proceeded to always be on her phone texting.

The matcha was an 8/10 it tasted fresh. The croissant was like thick bread not flakey so it wasn't that good

I live in the building above and decided to come down to work for a little while. Ordered breakfast and a coffee and then had to get on a meeting so ordered a coffee online as I didn't have time to wait in line before my meeting. I realized my meeting was going to run over so I politely asked one of the waitresses if my coffee was ready & if she minded bringing it to me since i couldn't step away. She told me yes it's ready, but then never brought it over. 30 minutes later I was able to step away and asked the counter about it. They very rudely said "well it's been sitting here, but you never told us anything so here you go." And then gave me a cold cappuccino - didn't apologize for the miscommunication with the waitress or offer to make a hot one. Just handed it to me and turned his back to me in a very dismissive manner. I get its counter service & me being on my meeting is not their problem, but I politely asked for a simple request and was treated like a huge inconvenience. Disappointing because the food and coffee are good for the price, but rude service ruined the entire experience.

This place catfished me. Got the open faced breakfast sandwich for pick up. Sunny side up egg was extremely well done. Egg yokes look like melted tennis balls. Website picture included a small salad, which was not in my meal. If you compare my picture with that of other reviewers and the official pictures, it's like a before and after someone went through a rough 8 year presidency. Seems like there's a lack of consistency.

Conveniently located. Service is a hot and miss, perhaps workers are not well compensated , or most are transient and don't care much about providing a good service. Food and drinks Ok, simple. Ambiance nice

I normally loved this cafe but today I ordered a one shot latte and the supervisor tried to charge me $3 for the extra regular milk I asked for. I questioned her and she told me that they had to buy the milk ( a quater of a cup) and that I would need to pay for it. That is what I call trying to gauge and take advantage of the customer. it's sad when one employee can ruin the whole experience of a place. KB

This place exemplifies the simplicity of a time when coffee was served hot, black, with your likings, on the side. If you're going to make coffee a thousand different ways, get the order right when a customer asks for exactly what is on the menu. I ordered a 16 ounce iced mocha latte and got a 6 ounce cup of hot coffee. Ok, mistakes happen, then I get the almond croissant and pay $16. $16 for iced coffee and a croissant. This was my experience diving into the Millennials world. This gen x'er is going back to black coffee. Oh, and in the United States coffee is coffee, not Cafe Americano. The cashier was nice.

One of my favorite spots in Miami to grab breakfast or coffee. The patio is great, but is packed on the weekends. Service is friendly and I love the lattes and the Greek Omelette.

This is a great spot for breakfast! Luckily my friends and I found a table to fit the 6 of us, because this spot is popular for tourists and locals alike. My friend and I split the Greek Omelette, the Peanut Butter Power Smoothie, and I had my own almond milk latte. The omelette was cooked perfectly, the peanut butter smoothie was amazing and tasted like dessert, and the latte hit the spot. Their portions are huge, and they operate using counter service. Would return!

My heart is leaping for joy & my tastebuds are dancing! Crema Brickell's Avocado Toast has not changed one bit (unlike the Crema Coral Gables recipe). This is the perfect, spicy, fresh, flavourful delicious Avocado Toast of my dreams & I hope they never change a thing about it!

Pls pls pls whatever u do, get a iced chai from crema. I love Starbucks chai, but this is that on crack. The coffee is also good, but the matcha and chai are my fav. It's your typical coffee shop, lots of people on their laptops doing work or outside having business meetings. It's usually packed in the afternoon. Employees are soooo kind and make ur drink fast. I haven't had any of the food here but I always see people eating when I come in so it must be good. Luv this place

This spot had good food. Nice bakery and coffee selection..but don't love that 20% gratuity is now added to all dine in orders. You order at the counter and have to get your own utensils/water

I love this spot for studying and having a casual brunch with friends! The coffee, which I didn't have a chance to snap a picture of, is great. It's super flavorful and not too sweet. I usually get a vanilla or hazelnut latte with oat milk. For breakfast I always get two eggs with potatoes and bacon on the side. It hits every time. The view is super pretty and on this particular day it was nice and breezy. The servers bring the food out promptly but don't expect to be attended to very closely. Overall, such a staple for anyone who lives here in Brickell!

Awesome brunch experience at Cream. I had the scrambled eggs with tomato and feta since I was making an attempt at eating healthy while on vacay (that was pretty much the last healthy meal). I also had the cortado, which was perfection! The eggs were really good, but the open face sandwich is what I had food envy over all day! The portions were ample and the prices were reasonable. I ended up getting a green juice to go to try to replenish my reserves after drinking the night before. All in all, I really liked this place. Worth a visit.

4.5 is my vote for Crema Gourmet in Brickell. The service was good, as well as the food. Often in their locations is quite cold, was the same at this one but more bearable than in others. Why Crema lost 0.5 of votes is charging 3 tiny pieces of white bread 3$! That is exaggerated. For the rest the ambience was good. A mix of people working, chilling and meeting up. One person was watching a tennis game on his laptop so probably the WiFi was also good.

I LOVE Crema. I visit the Brickell location twice a day (my office is nearby) for lunch and then again in the late afternoon for my daily matcha latte. I can't express how friendly and caring Alan, the manager is. He is always in an upbeat mood and takes the time to say hello and make sure my order is correct. Their Arugula salad is my go-to and I highly recommend. Such a great vibe in Brickell.

In the heart of Brickell right off the main congested avenue is this trendy little cafe with sidewalk tables. All I had was coffee but there is a varied offering of food and Baked goods. Great little meet up spot in a breezeway to sip your foamy latte, which is delicious and frothy. It doesn't close early so you can meet up later in the day to grab a cap with your BFF.

Got recommended to this by a host at another restaurant and it was great. The cashier recommended the breakfast sandwich(5star) and I normally don't eat theee but it was awesome. The croissant(2.5 star) was cold but was heated upon request. The vibe is nice and the food is great. I would go back

I usually hate breakfast places with long lines. I can't understand who ever wants to wait for 45 minutes for French toast. Fortunately this line moves quickly and the food comes out quickly. The one exception was this one women who had a shockingly consultative session with the cashier and then took a phone call. Weirdly the drinks come out kind of slowly

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich at midday. The lunch crowd was in full swing. My coffee came out rather quickly and was hot! My sandwich took quite long to get. I understood all the folks that were present. The sandwich was very good. I thought it was pricey for what I got. I had no problems with the food though it was very good. Free Wi-Fi. Good seating options.

Man every food place we went to in Miami was straight fire. The food here is freaking good. I forgot the name of what I had it's been some months since we were here but I remember the food being really good. I was surprised that the meal tasted fresh with fresh ingredients so refreshing to taste real food not out of a box.

Coffee is okay but environment is great for getting work done. Lots of tables including indoor and outdoor with good Wi-Fi. Prices are reasonable and coffee is decent. They also have food and there was a good blend of people there to eat/socialize as well as to work on computers. I've been a few times and it remains one of the better coffee shop options in brickell if looking to stay a while.

I visited this location with a friend on a weekday in the morning and the service was fast and the food and coffee were good. We try the bowl with tuna and the pancakes pretty good options in the area. Busy but you can spend a nice morning there without rushing or somebody waiting for a table.

Really like this this cafe. Always consistent and the quality is good. Also busy as well which is a good sign. Ordered a Greek stallion smoothie and it was delicious. Light and exactly what I needed. Not overloaded with sugars either. Only nit was that some of the dates were still chunky. Actually didn't mind the crunchy bites. Will go back again...

Terrible experience. When ordering a latte I asked for lactose free milk, they gave me 2% instead. But it wasn't lactose free. I think it is important to know the difference of LACTOSE free and FAT free. Anyway, Coffee arrived after we finished the food. Asked for sugar and while I waited an eternity, coffee got cold. The food was horrible. Ordered a smoked salmon bagel. Salmon was not fresh, old and with a weird taste. Bagel was impossible to cut. Not to mention that they just put 2 sad slices of smoked salmon. It seemed like we were just eating a hard bagel. Breakfast croissant with tasteless scrambled eggs all put in chunks inside the croissant. I wouldn't be surprised if the eggs weren't already premade. Pancakes were raw in the middle. Won't come back. The 1 star goes for the croissant that was really good.

The coffee here is AMAZING BUT! I don't understand what is wrong with the people who take the orders at the register... Almost every time I come the person at the register is busy casually talking with another staff member or simply doing smth like reloading a stapler...when a client is in front of you... She wouldn't even acknowledge my presence...like say hi at least, let me know that you need another minute to finish what you are doing....even though I still don't get how a stapler is more important than a customer. She wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to show which size of coffee I wanted. Until I said "Maam?" I only stayed because the coffee is really good

Fantastic place for breakfast and/or coffee. Charming inside but ample outdoor seating too. Excellent, attentive and friendly service. My husband had eggs over easy with bacon and it was cooked perfectly and delicious. I had the avocado toast with an over easy egg on top. So good! Highly recommend.

I ordered a smoothie at the counter. They did not have any change for cash luckily I was able to pay exact. Staff was friendly. Place is dog friendly which is always a plus. Plenty of comfy seating. Vacation smoothie was delicious

Nice spot for brunch in Brickell, European vibes and great coffee. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. The food is good but a little on the expensive end. The place was very busy the service was pretty quick.

First time dinning here Caesar salad was amazing and pumpkin spice latte was really good. Service is great and it's a cute spot for lunch outside.

Oh wow! The food looks amazing here. The line moved quick as we arrived just before brunch on New Years Day. The ambiance is nice as well. We sat outside on the patio as the sun hit us while reflecting off the nearby building. Will definitely come back here again!

We purchased takeout for breakfast yesterday...here are my thoughts: Ordering process was great and easy and the staff is super nice. Food itself is really not great: * Greek omelete was really small and bland. Accompanying bread wasn't good either. * Acai bowl as pretty delicious! I recommend this one. * Husband had the pancakes and ate about 1/3 of them. My daughter said they were on the sugary side and this speaks volumes since she basically can eat sugar on a spoon. Prices were reasonable but I doubt we'll return when I can make a better breakfast and I'm not even an average cook.

How is this voted for anything other than 5 stars. It's in the middle of the action AND the product is done well with exceptional service! Could help if you understand/speak a Latin language, welcome to Miami! First come, first serve for seats with ticket holder, with really not much hassle. They have a really efficient system. I think they treat the staff really well bc they're exceptional and friendly. The food is the freshest and best ingredients. It's priced at a premium but if you're here, you're here. I subbed out the multigrain for their baguette on their smoked salmon sandwich. Baguettes are amazing. Their expressos are almost good as my wife's. My wife loves this place.

Love love love! This place is great. The breakfast items I think are way better in my option than the salads and sandwiches. Best chai tea latte I've ever had, Starbucks doesn't even compete. The pasta is amazing as well. So far only been to this location, but here the people are great. Does not disappoint!

Great breakfast spot in the heart of Brickell! My friends and I went there at 12pm on a Saturday and it was full in a "this place is great" kind of way. There's outside and inside seating and both have a great atmosphere (it is pet friendly!). The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the seasonal fruit was super filling, it had green apple, blueberries, strawberries, and banana. I also ordered the berry açaí smoothie and it was so refreshing since it was made with coconut water. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have breakfast with friends, family, or even your pet!

Went here for a quick breakfast with my sister. It's in a great location. Quick service. And yummy breakfast. The outdoor seating is nice and scenic as well.
