Google
I finally stopped on and kicking myself that I didn’t do it sooner. If you are a NYC transplant like me, you’ve found your Village coffee spot, minus the obnoxious tourists. Cozy (as in comfortable and welcoming), furniture you can actually sit in rather than chosen to get you out (we see you Starbucks). Some outdoor seating as well. Friendly folks working, local artists and businesses advertised and when I mentioned I’m an artist w a studio nearby the response was “bring in a poster for us to put up.” New Yorkers, cmon home. Everyone else, worth the trip (and the specialty coffees menu looks great and worth working through as well)

I order coffee beans online. The order came quickly, had cute stickers and a surprise. Their beans are delicious roasted and make a smooth pot of coffee. I highly recommend stocking up!

A very cute spot to do work or meet a friend. Most tables are two tops, which makes for great open space and flexibility.

Crema Shop isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a cozy little haven tucked away from the hustle, where every detail whispers “stay awhile.” From the moment I stepped in, the warm aroma of espresso and freshly baked goodies melted all my stress away and made a perfect spot for my meeting today! Great coffee, great atmosphere and the owner too! 😊

Google
A lovely spot in Uptown to fulfill all of your coffee needs. Staff is friendly and patient. Pastries are fresh, yummy and diverse (Ube cashew white chocolate scone!) Inside there is a large windows for people-watching or looking at clouds. Dog-friendly. Every pupper I've encountered is friendly or cautious and the owners are respectful of other's boundaries with their pets. Support your local coffee spot!

Google
Unassuming and so delicious. I'm not sure I've ever had anything better than the coco chai iced latte I got this morning. We were looking for the place and STILL managed to drive past it! It's worth a stop and it's easy to park on Clark Street, if there aren't spots in front. We also had the cinnamon almond muffin and banana chocolate chip muffins which are extremely sweet and heavy, but delicious! The interior is cozy and overlooks a garden on the side. I love the mugs they have all around to purchase. I'll have to get some gifts here!

I'm trying a new North/West -side cafe every Friday. My fourth visit is to Crema. I ordered the coquito latte and asked for less syrup. I would recommend that if you like things less sweet. Very good and I look forward to trying food next time. They do have some seating but it's quite small, so it felt more like a grab and go spot. They have a lot of mugs and small giftable things

Google
Refreshing and delicious drinks with a clean and welcoming environment. Seriously, all the workers here are so nice and sooo cute - with the big windows it’s giving me rom com/meet cute possibilities. Also, good music on the speakers and quiet enough to get some work done. I walk the extra blocks to come here instead of to the other local shops because there is just something special about Crema.

Yelp
Cute little place run by a nice lady. She gets dessert items from a small local bakery. The bakery items are always good. I'm not a big coffee person, but their tea offerings are plentiful and really good. My favorite is a really strong ginger tea, that I get to go and sometimes match with an equal amount of hot water, if I want a milder tea. She has a board outside of the special drinks for the day. Nice area in front to hangout with plenty of windows. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Cozy neighborhood gem. Fran is so welcoming and friendly, immediately felt like a new favorite place. Coffee and goodies were excellent - I lived the cortado latte was fab!

Yelp
Would you believe me if I told you I discovered Crema last week and I've already been three times? I've found my new favorite latte, and I'm obsessed! I've been meaning to visit Crema for a while now, and this adorable coffee shop stole my heart! I love everything about it -- the lattes, the welcoming staff, and the cute space. It's tiny and quaint, located under an apartment building. I think there are about three or four tables in there total. It's bustling with neighborhood locals picking up their morning cup of joe, and it's even dog-friendly inside! I've ordered an iced latte every time and they are truly heavenly. Not too sweet, perfectly creamy, and they have cold foam! For a local coffee shop, the prices are reasonable, and they have a punch card . 10/10 across the board, I absolutely loved Crema.

Yelp
A small little coffee shop tucked away in a gorgeous building with good vibes, great staff, fantastic coffee, and even better pastries. I got the hot hazelnut white chocolate mocha and it wasn't too sweet in a good way, the roast was delicious and milk was frothed perfectly. I seriously believe that this is one of my favorite cups of coffee in the area. I also got the banana chocolate chip muffin which tasted fresh. Overall great experience and this place deserves all the hype. Will be back many more times!

Yelp
The shop itself is adorable and the baristas are all super sweet, but the coffee has been watered down every single time I've gone. The first time I went, I tried an almond milk latte and was disappointed. I'd ordered on the app, so I decided to give Crema another chance and order at the counter. My iced americano was still way too watery, so I won't be going back anytime soon.

Yelp
These sandwiches are my go-to small meal. The pan sobao bread is delicious. And the coquito coffee is a current fav of mine.

Yelp
My husband and I love this cafe in Uptown. It is so cute, cozy and quaint in the bottom of an apartment/condo building with an always friendly staff! The drinks are always delicious and so is the food little breakfast foods that they serve. It's a bit off the beaten path, but make sure that you find your way here!

Yelp
It's so easy to miss this place given it's very unassuming appearance from the outside. It really blends in with the building and technically it's in a garden unit so you have to actually walk down a few steps when you walk in. I easily walked past this place across the street, and then had to backtrack. I hope this doesn't mean they'll have less business because it really is very easy to miss... especially if you're in a car passing by. The girl working the front was friendly. All I wanted was a black iced coffee and she got that out for me quickly. There's not really much space to sit except for two seats I think. It's a really cozy little space though if you are able to grab a seat by the nice window. Other than that, I see this as more of a grab a coffee and go type of place. Nothing wrong with that. I moved to the area recently, so I'll have to come back and try their other stuff!

Yelp
Cute little local coffee shop with nice employees and tasty beverages. Happy they opened near by

Yelp
my favorite cafe in the area :) I love the flavored lattes because they're smooth and don't have an overpowering coffee bitterness. Bacon cheddar scone is also really good. Everyone is always super nice.

Yelp
Great coffee and friendly staff. I prefer almost every day. Also it's quite too. The best coffee shop in Uptown area!

Larry B.

Yelp
Cute, local coffee shop! They have very nice Spring specials and that I really enjoyed. The staff is friendly and inviting. I recommend the banana chocolate chip muffin!

Genesis H.

Yelp
The barista was friendly & welcoming although the coffee was not good. Not sure if it was because of the barista who made my 2 iced lattes or if it's the recipes but my lattes were watered down to the max & ready in 15 seconds after ordering which is very concerning for a latte.

Yelp
Super tasty coffee for an affordable price. Cozy atmosphere inside and staff is super nice! Highly recommend!

Yelp
A new brick & mortar iteration of a previously online coffee shop. They sell coffee, beans, some pastries, and maybe more! We stopped in for an afternoon snack for my 6 year old. I scored a black coffee, which was really lovely, while she got a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. The service was kind, patient, and friendly, as my 6 year old worked up the nerve to order things for herself. Very clean (including the bathroom). The vibe is just a little bit barren, but with some added decor and ambiance, this place could easily be 5 stars. We easily found free street parking and walked to a nearby playground in under 5 minutes after we were done with our treats. Really excellent coffee. Will be back!

Yelp
Small coffee shop with lots of potential. Not many other places in the area to sit and work. That being said, not much space in this shop to sit and work either (only two tables available plus a bench). Plenty of space though so it doesn't feel crowded. The wifi worked well and it wasn't very busy so I got to sit and work for about two hours. Nice and quiet with a few people coming in and out. The coffee was okay - I had an espresso, served in a to-go cup. Sign outside says to order the cold brew, next time I think I'll try that. Prices is reasonable and the woman running the shop was really nice.

Yelp
Oat milk latte was delicious. Service was great, the lady running it was really sweet. The location is small but cozy. Big windows to people watch. Really integrated into the neighborhood.

Yelp
Crema is a charming, small coffee shop with killer lattes and, recently, a loyalty program that lets regular customers earn free drinks. What's not to love?

Yelp
Cute, quaint, and unassuming. This is the neighborhood cafe you've always wanted! Love the cozy interiors, and the friendly staff. They also have M-Th specials that can keep you caffeinated all week. Pastries range from biscotti, muffins, knishes, and even a pound cake! They also have fun syrups to try, the cinnamon vanilla was great in our cold brew with cream. Will be a new regular!

Yelp
Stopped by for an iced latte and it was delicious! The space was clean and modern and I was surprisingly allowed to bring my 2 small dogs inside to order. There was even a water bowl for dogs outside and treats for dogs inside, which was a nice touch. I didn't try out the sweets but they looked great and I'm so happy to see this new shop open up! Keep in mind, they do not have matcha as they specialize in coffee but they have plenty of milk options for other tea or coffee drinks! Will be back for sure.

Yelp
Stopped by today to give this new coffee shop a try. I got an iced oat milk latte and they even had a delicious fig cold foam which they happily modified to be made with oat milk for me. The space was really welcoming and very clean and the prices were good. I'm excited to have this coffee shop in my neighborhood, and I'm looking forward to coming back to try other things on the menu.

Yelp
Go for pastries, not coffee. Probably the worst cafe con leche I've ever had:/ just tasted like watered down milk. I don't think the barista knows what she's doing, but she is nice. The banana chocolate chip muffin was the best thing I've ever had though!

Jamie C.

Yelp
A cute, reasonably-priced little place with really creative drink options (including lots of non-coffee options!). My friends and I all got chais, two of us got the chai with fig-vanilla cold foam. Delicious! My other friend got a tangerine/honey/lavender chai which was not my thing, but I could tell the components were all very good individually. I didn't try anything espresso-based, but I'll have to next time! Service was fast and the woman working (the owner?) was very sweet.
