Where to Eat and Drink in Dripping Springs

"Find casual French fare at the cafe’s Hill Country location cafe. Start your day with a Cowboy Up breakfast crepe, or pop in for a ham and Swiss cheese at lunch, or just satisfy that sweet tooth with a Nutella Royale. Takeout orders can be placed online; there are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas." - Erin Russell, Nadia Chaudhury

If you are ever in Dripping Springs please visit Crepe Crazy, specifically this one. The owners are wonderful. They treated elderly mom and I so well. We left there feeling like we was family. My mom loved the strawberry lemon angel crepe. So did I. I got the Nutella crepe and it was delicious. I now have two crepe flavors that I love.

Great experience with my family this morning at Crêpe Crazy. The food was fantastic! My wife & I both had the “California Deamin’” with hers being the gluten-free version. I added a balsamic glaze that put mine over the top!!! The kids loved their S”mores crepes as well. We loved the environment, appreciated the excellent service, and absolutely enjoyed the very evident commitment of the owner/team!

Google
My family loves this place. The gluten free options are delicious. I visit the Dripping Springs location whenever I am visiting town or passing through to Johnson city or Fredericksburg. My personal favorite is the Ham and Cheese crepe and the strawberry blitz. I usually drink decaf but they only serve regular coffee drinks there so I order a regular mocha but small size. Friendly people. Popular place.

Google
Great food and I was able to practice my sign language there!!!

Google
Our first time here! We’ve passed it many times but this morning my son had a craving for Crepes and we drove 12 miles to get some. My son says thumbs up to the Nutella Royale (Crepes with Nutella and chocolate) and the strawberry banana smoothie. The coffee is good too.

I really enjoyed my lunch at this small and cozy cafe located in Dripping springs. The owners are such nice, down to earth, humble folks. They gave us a warm welcome. The crepes were delicious. I will return to this place.

This was my favorite breakfast on our trip. Very fresh and high quality crepes. My carnivore father felt it too healthy for his liking, but my mom and I loved it! It is run by a deaf group, which I wish we had known when entering because I would have made better contact with my face when ordering. I wasn't aware and thought maybe they just didn't speak English, and I felt badly afterwards when a local told me. It is a very small establishment. But definitely give it a try because they have so many options! I highly recommend the apple and Brie crepe!

Google
Drive by here all the time and finally stopped! They were busy and we still got our food really quickly! Staff was friendly and our food was delicious. I know you come for crepes but the Prosciutto Basil Panini was phenomenal! The Crepe of the Month: Thyme, Pear, with Bacon Jam was savory and well balanced. The Lemon Zest Dust Sweet Crepe was perfect, I'm a lemon head. The Lavender Lemonade was great! Not too strong but still nice and tart! A must try for brunchy food in Dripping Springs!

Yelp
Tasty and soft! This was the perfect meal after a day of wine tasting, filling me with the right amount of carbs to recover. They have both savory and sweet crepes. We ordered 1 per person and shared them all. My favorite is the chicken pesto crepe. Would definitely return.

Yelp
Food was excellent here with service from specially disabled people who could not talk or hear but they complemented each other well with service . Ambiance was normal but food was so tasty freshly made .

Yelp
The good: super-friendly service, an appealing menu, the ham & swiss crepe with a punchy zing of mustard, a perfectly dressed side salad The meh: the granny smith apple + brie crepe, which was very light on cheese, so it felt like we were eating apple slices with sweet walnut crumbles I'll definitely return next time I'm out in Dripping Springs to sample one of their dessert crepes.
google avatar

Yelp
Mouth watering crepes with a menu that compliments everyone's taste buds. Indoor and outdoor seating for the true Drip vibe. Service was quick & we can't wait to return!

Yelp
I went there after seeing so many good reviews about the place. These are good crepes but definitely not the French ones. I like the savoury ones with sarrasin flour but these one were with wheat flour. But over all I like the experience and place was clean. Hosts were nice and btw you have to communicate with signs with them since they can't speak. I would recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is always delicious. Got there early enough to get an inside table. It was miserable hot outside so glad we could sit inside. But very small seating area.

Yelp
We woke up hungover as hell after attending a wedding up in Texas hill country and was looking for some breakfast before the trip home since the free hotel breakfast was super gross and I didn't wanna barf while travelling. Found this place after much deliberation back and forth, it was a nice rainy day and we sat next to the window. I thought it was really cool that whole staff was deaf (or mute?) but there was no talking to the staff and instead we had to point to things on the menu (I also signed thank you which they laughed at). Food was the bomb, got both a savory and a sweet crepe to try them out and both di not disappoint. All in all probably won't be back in this area anytime soon but if I was I would definitely be coming here for breakfast.

Leslie S.

Yelp
I had the chicken basil pesto crepe, with bacon added and it was amazing! The staff were all very sweet and friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
Cool service and good food with reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere and a cool outdoor area. Will be back for sure!
google avatar

Yelp
So good. We didn't know all staff are non-hearing. Bust despite that, they gave us the warmest welcome and service. I love how cozy and quiet the space is. Soooo many different crepe flavors to choose from. Their crepes are a little crispy, love it
google avatar

Alli J.

Yelp
Amazing yummy delicious food! Both savory and sweet crepes were so good! The staff was friendly and the dining area was nice.

Yelp
Always a fantastic meal whenever I go. The lavender lemonade and Norwegian crepe are my favorites. If it's a nice day, the patio is lovely. Service is always quick.
google avatar

Haley L.

Yelp
I had the chicken basil pesto crepe and arugula salad came as the side. The meal was delicious! The service was great! It was a pretty day to sit out and enjoy their patio. Would definitely come back next time I am in the area.

Yelp
Great food, great service & great people! Highly recommend a savory & sweet crepe. Split it!

Yelp
Sooo good! Stopped on my way home from Austin. I had the Scandinavian and an iced lavender matcha latte and both were sooo tasty! Also took a lady bird salad home bc my eyes were bigger than my stomach. From the lady taking my order to the guy cooking the food, everyone was A+ and very nice and accommodating.

Yelp
Wow! This place has the best crepes. And the people that work there are super nice. And are deaf so I got to practice some of the asl that I am learning. They are so sweet and the crepes are just so light and airy and taste amazing. I had the lemon crepe and it had a caramel drizzle on top with powdered sugar. It was so good it was gone in a flash. So I forgot to take a pic of it. I would totally recommend this place.

Karen B.

Yelp
Food was very good! But, be careful not to order sweet crepes if you don't want to have sugar overload. Restaurant was clean and overall was a fun place to go! KB BLANCO, TX.

Yelp
Very cute little place with nice ambiance. Food is great, the crepes are very European, great selection. Service is nice, I very much recommend this place, I just want to note that inside sitting area is pretty small and the place can get crowded.

Mary R.

Yelp
Savory crepes!! Most delicious and filling with friendly service. It is deaf-owned, and a large group of us descended upon them at once. They handled the influx of patrons very well.
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
Their crepes are tasty and they have a good variety. The kitchen can be kind of slow sometimes. But it's generally worth the wait. The service is friendly.
google avatar

Anna S.

Yelp
Amazing food and I love to patronage unique places. You order by pointing at a Kent unless you happen to know ASL. Usually pretty busy, and filled with locals.
google avatar

James B.

Yelp
I took my mom here for Mother's Day. You order at the register (make sure they can see your lips or point to the menu - hearing impaired staff). Got a latte, Green Monster smoothie, cowboy crepe (with salsa), green apple and Brie and sweet crème. Sweet Crème was amazing. And the other two were very good. For Mother's Day. I was surprised at the good service. Mom says she'll be back.
google avatar

Chloe M.

Yelp
Great food. We had a crepe and a panini and both were delicious. My hubby got a coffee which he loved. I got a raspberry lemonade, could have been more tart for me, but I like a nice sour lemonade. This place was perfect after a long hike. Inside seating is limited but very cute and has AC. They have seating outside as well. The service was good too. Overall I definitely recommend for a quick lunch.
google avatar

Wade W.

Yelp
Had the Norwegian, crêpe it was marvelous. The family had 4 crepes and they came out quickly. If you know ASL, you can practice here with the staff- most are deaf. Inside seating is minimal but the outside patio is beautiful and they have space heaters to warm you up on a cool morning.
google avatar

Sandy C.

Yelp
Excellent crepes. We both had the Cowboy Up. Fast, friendly service and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Breakfast Crepe

Yelp
So happy to have stumbled upon this place on our way to Wimberley. We had no idea it was a hearing impaired-owned restaurant. How cool is this!? We had our pug with us, and one of the ladies pulled out her phone and signaled to me that she also had a pug! I was like, "Yes!" The outdoor seating area was perfect. The bathroom is super clean. Everyone that works there is so friendly. The Fiesta is excellent. The Florentine is excellent. Our pug says that the kid's grilled chicken and mozzarella was excellent. Thanks, you guys!

Callie T.

Yelp
The crepes were wonderful! The people are super nice and it's a nice and quiet environment. The people who work there are deaf, but I learned some asl during high school. It was not hard to communicate at all if you did not learn asl prior. A good place to stop by for a breakfast place.
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
These are some of the best crepes I've ever had. Both the sweet and savory crepes taste amazing. I had the Mediterranean and the turtle pecan crepes and both were to die for! I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Jared C.

Yelp
I arrived thinking, great- I'm going to have to order like 3 crepes. I was starving! Not the case, was full after one and had a buffet in front of me. I'm not a sweet guy, tons of great savory choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not sure of the PC way to say this, but they were all deaf. Kudos to the owners for being inclusive and kudos to the staff for a wonderful experience.
google avatar

Stephanie K.

Yelp
Always a great place to go for comfort food! Best crepes ever and the variety of flavors are spectacular. The staff is so sweet and kind. I am GF and they have plenty of options that taste great. Plus it is a great place to practice my ASL. Both inside and outside are fun options to sit and enjoy the environment. Love Love Love Crepe Crazy!

Renee R.

Yelp
This place had the absolute BEST crepes, I'd absolutely recommend, service was really good and food really fresh
google avatar

Erin I.

Yelp
The first sign of a great restaurant is a long line. Check. The next sign is friendly staff. Double check. And lastly, food that speaks for itself. We all had different crepes and coffees and every one of us really enjoyed our food and drinks. Crepes can be difficult and our crepes were not only made perfectly, but the fillings were so delicious. I appreciated that the savory crepes also came with salads, which were fresh and well put together. I definitely recommend the chicken pesto and my group also enjoyed the caramel apple crepe and the apple and Brie crepe. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely hit this place up again.
google avatar

Kayla W.

Yelp
Delicious!! I am so glad we decided to stop in here for breakfast. We got the Scandinavian and Nutella crepes. Both were fantastic!
google avatar

Alexandra M.

Yelp
Every time I get to eat here is a delicious experience. My favorite dish is the Scandinavian (perfectly cooked salmon, capers and pickled onions) with a baby greens salad. The artistry in each ingredient is beyond words. I get to practice my ASL as well. No cash just credit card please. My favorite breakfast place in Dripping Springs

Jenifer C.

Yelp
Yummy yummy!!! We both got savory crepes that came with a refreshing salad on the side. The perfect lunch! This place is a must ! Sad i didn't have room for a sweet crepe too!
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
I'm so glad they have expanded their hours. We love coming here before and after the kid's ball games on sportsplex drive. Parking can be a pain. Everything I've tried so far over multiple visits has tasted amazing and the service is great. Try the lavender syrup.
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Crepes done right. I ordered the Norwegian and it was delicious. The covered patio was a little noisy because of traffic but was a perfectly pleasant way to spend the morning. Coffee was mellow, and well paired for savory crepe. Kitchen communicates in ASL.
google avatar

Yelp
First time spending the weekend in Dripping Springs and was on the lookout for a good breakfast/brunch spot and we came across this gem! We got the PB crepe and Turkey Avocado sandwich. The crepe was sooooo good!! Filled with banana and PB goodness drizzled with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar it really hit the spot and was quiet impressive for a small business. The sandwich was good as well very filling with large portions two people can eat that! If you're in dripping springs, I recommend you checking out this place! You won't be disappointed
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
Great food and service :) Everyone was so helpful and went the extra to make sure we got what we wanted.

Paula M.

Yelp
I ordered the Norwegian with gluten free crepes. The man taking my order pointed to the register to show me he put in gluten free, but I got violently ill after eating it. Fairly certain it was full gluten and I have celiac disease. If you have celiac or gluten allergy I would not recommend this establishment.
google avatar

Michelle N.

Yelp
All the pretty crepes~ I'm hard of hearing and it was fun putting my signing to use. I did panic and forget everything luckily the employees were super sweet and encouraged me on. The food and service was incredible! We ordered the caprese, Norwegian, and smores. We devoured the smores before we remembered to take a picture... if you're ever in town, stop on by! You won't regret it
google avatar

Jim S.

Yelp
Found this place as we were heading to Fredericksburg, but needed to drop someone at the Austin airport. Delicious crepes both savory and sweet. Seating for about 20 people. Definitely a return visit in the making.
google avatar

Eric G.

Yelp
Cute and little crepe place near, but not in, downtown dripping springs. They have a good selection of savory and sweet crepes, and offer pretty generous servings! Overall great quality, relatively healthy food and would go again if craving a crepe. Only downside is it's right on a super busy street, so though they have a lot of outdoor seating, it's not very quiet, and indoor seating is a bit cramped.
google avatar

jaybird junior j.

Yelp
Good surprise! I hadn't had a good crepe in years! Friendly service, non pretentious.
google avatar

Randolph D.

Yelp
Yummy, sweet and savory crêpes! Driven by this place several times, and finally stopped in, a great gem in Dripping.
google avatar

Jeff W.

Yelp
This is still an enjoyable spot with delicious food, but i had to drop back to 4 stars. While the food is still good, the portions seem much smaller, that is, much less inside the crepe. This morning i had the Norwegian and it hardly had any substance at all and almost no lox whatsoever. This was really disappointing based on my last visit. Perhaps it's because of reduced business as a result of the restricted capacity. Regardless of the reasons, the price is too steep to be stingy with the ingredients. I'm hoping next visit will be a return to the better days.
google avatar

Donna S.

Yelp
All time favorite restaurant in Dripping Springs, food wise not atmosphere wise. The people that work there are deaf so be prepared to point your order out or make sure they can read your lips. I love the crepes here and my son thinks they are the best in the world. I do wish there was music playing but I we just come for the food.
google avatar

Alli G.

Yelp
Small place with a great crepe selection! We tried a few different crepes and loved them all! Great patio to sit on, too. The service was great!
google avatar

Betty D.

Yelp
Amazing crepes! Great service and atmosphere. The salad on the side is amazing. My kids and I love this place!
google avatar

Rebecca G.

Yelp
Unbelievably good! I am now crazy about crepes. Was starving, stopped in without any expectations and was wowed. Bursting with flavor, generous portions and sweet (good looking men folk staff )! Couldn't decide lunch or breakfast so I did a half and half chic basil tomato and strawberry cream raspberry sauce.
