"For a grab-and-go snack, look no further than Crêpe Neptune. The hole-in-the-wall shop offers an impressive number of sweet or savory combinations to fill the soft French pancake prepared to spec on a hot round griddle. Many of the menu standbys are named for scenic destinations on the Oregon Coast. The Cape Lookout is stuffed with egg, ham, cheese, and green onions, while the Cape Falcon pleases a sweet tooth with lemon curd, strawberries, and whipped cream. Pair any crêpe with a milky or blended fruit bubble (a.k.a. boba) tea." - Alli Fodor, Jennifer Burns Bright

By far, the best crepe I have ever had. I typically don’t get savory crepes but decided to try the Fort Stevens, and I am so glad I did. They do not skimp on the salmon, each bite was absolute perfection! Was certainly worth the wait! A must visit if you’re in Cannon Beach!

Google
Yummy. What a delicious pick-me-up while walking along Cannon Beach. I got the strawberry, powdered sugar with whipped cream crepe and it was delicious. The only reason I took off one star is for the price. It’s a bit pricey for one crepe. That being said, I would go back again to get another!

Google
Loved the view of the waterfall. Parking is easy with a short walk. Gift shop on sight with lots to choose from.

Stumbled upon Crepe Neptune back in 2018 and have been back with every Cannon Beach trip since! The Tilly is my favorite crepe though it wasn’t available this past visit. Went with the savory crepe, the Cape Lookout, and it did not disappoint! Service is quick and staff are so friendly!

Google
The location itself is just awesome. They have 2 self order stations or you can order on the counter. Although it took about 20 min to get a crepe, the crepe was perfection and delicious. Their packaging is very thoughtful, it makes it super easy to have every bite without making a mess. Coffee was freshly brewed and hot for a cool afternoon paired with a crepe.

Google
The BEST creperie on the planet! I travel, I know. The crepe is perfect and the proportion of toppings are great. The Cape Falcon is my favorite, fresh strawberries and rich delicious lemon curd. This creperie is a MUST when you come to Cannon Beach.

Crepe Neptune is doing everything right! We decided to walk into town and try this place for a light, quick breakfast. They are all served ice cream cone style, for a crepe on the go. There were so many options that it was hard to choose. The menu was very detailed. They had “Savory” on one side and “Desert” on the other. They also had a Crepe of the Day special listed. When we finally decided what we wanted, they have to kiosks to order from. Everything is extremely detailed and makes it easy to customize your chosen crepes. I ordered Neptune’s Daughter (pictured). It had lemon juice, sugar, and butter. It was so good!! I could have easily eaten another. We also ordered the Haystack Rock and the Smugglers Cove. They were all seriously the best crepes we’ve ever had. I tried a latte with vanilla and cinnamon, which was a good way to start our day by drinking it on the beach watching the waves. There is no seating inside, but there are a couple of benches near the walk up. So you do everything on the kiosk, including pay. Once your order is ready, they call your name and voila. The girls and gentleman there the morning we went were all smiles. We were very sad the they were closed Monday morning before we left. I needed one last fix before leaving Cannon Beach. Bummer. Guess I need to go back again!!

Google
This is just a walk up windows. But the crepes were very delicious. You can add your order to the kiosk pad outside. There are sitting benches along the street. There is actually a cute little spot nearby for a view of the ocean if you want to take your food there.

Yelp
This is the must stop and go to place at Cannon Beach. For those that have had crepes this will not disappoint. Those who never have, why? Stop here and try it out. Transcend to the French region without the expensive flight and long plane ride. Great staff and great crepes with many options sweet or savory!!! Weather is great and a few benches to sit and enjoy or short walk to the beach.

Jen K.

Yelp
I've been circling this place for years. It seems that whenever I'm in Cannon Beach, they are closed and seem to operate seasonally which means reduced hours and limited days open. But, it was well worth the wait to enjoy their crepes on my favorite day of the year in Cannon Beach, Black Friday. I broke up my busy day of shopping while sipping mimosas and nibbling on treats offered by so many of the local stores and had the Cape Blanco while my mother enjoyed her gluten-free crepe as well. They have a balanced menu of sweet and savory crepes and a handful of bubble tea varieties. Ordering was easy using their kiosks out front, so plan to charge your meal rather than pay cash. Our crepes arrived quickly in adorable little crepe holders you peel apart as you eat. If Crepe Neptune is open, go, go, go.

Ploy N.

Yelp
A grab-n-go crepe spot in Canon Beach. Been eyeing the try them out for a long time and glad I finally got to. Order at the kiosk and then wait for your crepes. We got the Blanco and Smoked Salmon ones. Both were delicious with fresh filling and warm, tender crepe. Would love to try their sweet one next time.

Linda L.

Yelp
Got the Fort Stevens and Cannon Beach. Pretty pricey for a crepe ($15-16) for one, but expected in a popular tourist area. The Fort Stevens gives a lot of salmon but the amount of cream cheese is either not evenly distributed or not enough. Their cream cheese is more liquid-y and less thick and creamy. Delicious flavors in the crepe! Take note that the smoked salmon is cooked salmon. The cannon beach also had a good amount of prosciutto. I felt that there were too many figs in it that it became overwhelmingly sweet. The figs were also cut in pretty big pieces so sometimes you get a bite of straight figs. Also had a distribution problem here where one bit may be a mouthful of prosciutto and another of fig. But the flavors when you got the right ratio was delicious. Only self serve kiosk to order from. There's two benches on the outside to enjoy your crepe on.

Shih Fa K.

Yelp
Tried a Fort Stevens Crepe with Wild smoked salmon, cream cheese, green onions, mustard dill sauce, spinach. It was delicious, and i could taste all the individual ingredients. I ordered from a kiosk, but it was fast. The ambiance was a walk-up, but there is a store where one can get ice cream and shop for clothes.

Tiffany W.

Yelp
A unique pop up shop located near the ocean serving both sweet and savory crepes. A bonus to this shop is that there are also bubble teas and smoothies. There are two kiosks located outside to place orders and a teleprompter showing which orders are done and which are in progress. This was very helpful to know if it was worth it to order based on how many were in front. I adored my savory crepe which had tomatoes, pesto, cheese, spinach and grilled chicken. Every crepe is made on the spot so be prepared to wait line or not. There are a few large benches nearby to occupy while waiting and when completed, staff will shout your name out. I can't speak for the ambiance as this is similar to a food truck but I can recommend heading to the ocean with a crepe in your hand! Enjoy.

Lauren N.

Yelp
This was fun little place that I hit as we were heading out of town. You ordered at little kiosk and waited for the guy to call out number at the window. Service was quick and the guy passing out the finished product was kind. I got the salmon crepe and it was very tasty! Not too much cream cheese and the salmon was of course stellar.

Melody B.

Yelp
Great crepes, but pricing is a bit steep at $15 for a chicken pesto crepe and $11 for a Nutella banana one. Generous fillings & well made!

Jessie P.

Yelp
They know what they are doing here. Yummy food, open only at peak season and hours, and they get it done efficiently. However, I used to enjoy chats with the owner, and that atmosphere has changed. I understand that it is because they are enjoying success, but it's a miss for me on ambiance.

Leina K.

Yelp
One of the few places that was open early on a Sunday morning while enjoying a long weekend in Cannon Beach. We arrived a little early and waited for the staff to set up the iPad / kiosks to order from. Nothing crazy here- just order, pay and wait to be called. There's nowhere to sit since it's really just a pick up window so drove back to our hotel room to enjoy. You could easily walk around with it though if need be. Once we were able to dig in, the crepes were great. I couldn't decide between the classic egg, ham and cheese or sweet Nutella strawberry so got both! Both were delicious and I'd definitely order again. The only warning would be to not get too many ingredients as they start to ooze out of the crepe if you do. Still delicious, just a little messy :)

Meagan G.

Yelp
We tried the pizza crepe and the Nutella banana strawberry crepe. Both were amazing. Not too much wait and plenty of public parking enter by. What sets this crêpery apart is the packaging. No need for a fork with the special tear as you go wrapper. I loved it!!!

Jon O.

Yelp
Crepes were really good and came out hot and crispy. Ice cream was a nice contrast and complemented the crepe. Strawberries and bananas were fresh too. Service was friendly and quick. Only drawback is there's really no place to sit and enjoy on rainy days. There are benches to the east but they get wet easily and are part of another store.

Marina f.

Yelp
When they're open- I love coming here. So so SOOOO love these crepes! Never had a bad one and I've tried several. Always look forward to returning.

Margaret C.

Yelp
Both savory wild smoked salmon and sweet lemon curd strawberry crepes were delicious! The portions were generous and they're super friendly! The line might seem scary at first but you order on tablet and get your order super fast :) they also have gluten free buckwheat option and I heart it's good!

Nathasha S.

Yelp
So yummy! Granted I haven't had a crepe in forever but this one was delicious and there was a long line. We got the crepe with Nutella, strawberry, banana and whipped cream and it was everything I wanted! Will definitely come again in the future.

MacKay O.

Yelp
Really good crepes, but definitely on the pricey side. Bought 3 different crepes and all were delicious. Probably wouldn't go back because of the price- there are better, cheaper options in Cannon Beach.

Connie A.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Best ever! Just wish you were open longer hours!! Will definitely come back!

Larry R.

Yelp
Unique to area. Delicious. Nice variety of sweet and savory. Priced lower than a hamburger so not a bargain but close. May not be enough for hearty eaters. Restaurant a walk up, order at a kiosk and wait generally 10 Minutes. Benches to wait on and eat. Otherwise you are trying to eat and walk. Overall we live the place but you have to be prepared for the process

Darren O.

Yelp
Been here lots of times- somehow my review disappeared. They've changed their ordering process since the covid crap. The process works though. There are 2 kiosks outside that you can order with a card. If you are paying cash there is a window- although you may have to wait a minute or two. The crepes are still great. This time I got the Haystack- which is Nutella, banana, and whipped cream. Excellent. Their savory crepe are great too. If you are visiting Cannon Beach, this is a great place for breakfast, snack or dessert.

Tim M.

Yelp
I like finding the small, quirky, lesser known spots in a town when I'm visiting. This one seriously checked all the boxes! I mean, who doesn't love crepes? This tiny little walk-up window is serving up some of the best crepes I've ever enjoyed. All made to order, piping hot and as fresh as you can get. ordering was super simple using the touch-screen tablets out front. Then just hang out and wait a few minutes to get your amazing crepes! I always enjoy watching the action, so I sort of hung out near the window watching the chef making crepes. I like to see what they are using, how they go about it, all that fun stuff. Chef didn't seem to mind at all and I made sure to stay out of the way of those picking up their orders. After a short time I was presented with my order, a Fort Stevens for myself and a Cannon Beach for my wife. I made sure to sample hers, just to be sure. The smoked salmon was very fresh and the flavors in both mine and my wife's worked so very well together. Everything was perfect and very enjoyable. We stopped back by the next morning for some breakfast crepes, because why wouldn't you? This time, a Cape Mears for myself and a Manzanita for the wife. Again, top notch crepes here, seriously nothing to complain about. Chef is knocking it out of the park here, you will not be disappointed. And if you are, you seriously need to rethink your outlook on life. I was also very happy to see that Chef had remembered my name. As we were done eating and leaving I waved at him while walking by the window and said "Thanks Chef" and he replied "Thank you Tim! See you next time!" For him to remember my name is very cool, it shows he cares and pays attention. You can guarantee that the next time we are in town, we know exactly where we're going.

Denise C.

Yelp
The cannon beach and the haystack rock The cannon beach sounded ehhhh but the taste was delicious! And they don't skimp on the Ingredients every bite was worth it! The Nutella and banana was a must have classic done just right! Though cannon beach is the bougie over crowded little town with rude folks this place was a small bright spot of delicious and fast!

Ally B.

Yelp
Came at 9am when the map says they open. There was a sign in the window saying they'd open at 11. Came back after 11 since we really wanted to try it. Still closed. Would've loved to try but kind of annoying to come by twice for no reason.

Tamara C.

Yelp
Yum, yum, yum! They have both sweet and savory and the hardest part is deciding which ones to get. I love watching them make the crepes right in front of you also. It's just a little place just off the main road so there isn't much seating but they wrap them up so you can continue to stroll down the road while you enjoy a delicious crepe. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions and give suggestions.

Denice A.

Yelp
Very very busy but worth the wait! Recommend ordering both the savory and sweet at the same time if they are busy.

Jody T.

Yelp
What a nice departure from the norm. I had an excellent crepe and was left wanting more. I'd definitely recommend this establishment. I almost missed it. You order on a screen next to the window. Clever and quick.

Walter B.

Yelp
Absolutely awesome food.. had salmon crepe. It was great! Wait time was short prices are very reasonable

Jennifer E.

Yelp
Famous Crepe- 9/10. Very delicious. I feel for the increase of price for the ice cream and whipped cream, you get about half a scoop of ice cream. You also only get a small squirt of whipped cream. If they are going to charge $3 in difference it should be a full scoop. Nonetheless, it was very tasty and had a good amount of Nutella and fruit. Neptune's daughter- husband said it was good and enjoyed how well made the crepe was.

Alyson C.

Yelp
Best. Crepes. Ever. Love Crepe Neptune and wish they were open year round! Wanted to try everything on the menu - and that's saying something for this picky eater :) Not just delicious crepes, but an 'old school' experience with the walk-up order window and benches to sit on to eat your crepes out of hand (see pics). Was a highlight of our family vacation. Smuggler's Cove & Cannon Beach were absolutely delicious! Cannot wait to be back. Check hours before you visit to make sure they're open (we're closed Mondays when we visited towards end of summer and closed for the season when visited in November and December).

Nicole F.

Yelp
This is my favorite crepe place I've been to! Anytime I come to Cannon Beach I always stop by as often as I can. You order of an iPad outside and wait for your name to be called. Upon ordering you can customize your crepe and add/take off whatever you would like. Service is usually fast and even when it gets super busy they are always friendly. I love how fresh the crepes are and the variety of the menu. My favorites are the sweet crepes with cheesecake in it Note: It is a window shop so there is no seating inside.

Abby S.

Yelp
I was very disappointed with my experience here. I think it was hard since I was so excited for crepes, but I just was so letdown. We tried a crepe that had chicken, cheese, spinach and tomatoes. The only taste you could decipher was cheese and it was one that made the whole crepe feel greasy. The spinach and tomatoes were raw and not chopped, so there were a challenge to eat in this form. I think it would have helped if the spinach was cut into pieces and maybe the tomatoes were stewed down, but as one crepe- this did not feel very cohesive.

Meghan M.

Yelp
Love Crepe Neptune. The savory ones (chicken pesto, I don't remember the name is my go to) are great. I like the dessert crepes too but not as much as the savory!

Basil P.

Yelp
The crepes are tasty but not a good value for the price. Each crepe approximately $14-15, and not filling. The hours are extremely limited, open only on weekends. I wouldn't come here if not for my kids, who love this place.

Mike W.

Yelp
Crepe Neptune is amazing. I have eaten there twice already this week, and will probably eat there a third time before we leave. They installed ordering kiosks between our visit last year and this year, making the entire process faster and easier.

Long K.

Yelp
One of the most popular places for a breakfast/ snack since you can't miss the line that typically spills onto the street. A quick grab and go place, the crepes are large, filled enough, and hot once delivered to your hands. The menu boasts enough variety of savory and sweet options for all. Their COVID distance setup is unconventional where the cashier is standing inside and you shout your order from the table blocking the front door. I usually tip on my own accord, but since I'm not in control, it's a bit weird for them to ask if I want to leave one when they're controlling the iPad system.

Cindy C.

Yelp
A little pricey, but worth the treat! Mr and I were looking for a light snack while exploring the area. He got the Smuggler's Cove (nutella, strawberry, bananas, and whipped cream) and I got the Cape Blanco (chicken, pesto, tomato, spinach, and cheese). Both were delicious. I'd recommend if you're in the area!

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Visiting Cannon Beach for the first time and as we walked down the street we spotted this little gem. We were third in line and that gave us time to peruse the menu and decide which crepe the hubby and I were going to share. I decided on savory and he said, "anything you want" so I ordered a feta, spinach, Granny Smith apple and chicken crepe. A touch of balsamic vinegar is added of course! We sat at the bar while we waited for our crepe to be made. It was fun to watch the people behind the glass making the crepes. Experts! Soon our crepe was ready. We enjoyed every bite with the bottle of water purchased here as well. As we stood up to throw away our trash and depart, we were given a friendly, "thank you!" Definitely recommend.

Lucy A.

Yelp
I'm not a big crepe lover but these were yum! We got the two savory crepes: Manzanita (ham and cheese) and Cannon Beach (prosciutto, goat cheese, fig, honey) + two sweet crepes: Smuggler's Cove (Nutella, fresh strawberries and bananas, whipped cream) and the special of the day. I was not a fan of the Cannon Beach and wished I had ordered the Manzanita I got for my husband lollll. Sometimes classic is just best! Both sweet crepes were diving. Can't go wrong with those, I feel! Looking forward to our next visit because I know exactly what I'll order!!!!

C A.

Yelp
The experience was like buying food from a vending machine: you enter your order into a little kiosk. You have to figure it at all by yourself because there's no one at the window. No cash or checks accepted, the entire purchase procedure is automated. Once the food is made, a person calls your name at the window, the person hands you your food and then she scurries back to the kitchen. There are benches along the wall to sit, but not even a garbage can in which to put your leftover food wrapper. The crepes tasted good, but they were undercooked and a little gummy. Oh, and $26 for two crepes, plus extra for a tip. And what, exactly, am I tipping for? Not an experience I would do again anytime soon.

Todd H.

Yelp
It during Covid still and the restaurants that have adapted and discovered ways to reach their customers without close contact and yet still provide high quality food are thriving. Cafe Neptune has it down. They are a window cafe. Meaning come to the window order then wait by the next window for your order to come out. There is always a line that's how you know it's open They offer savory or sweet selections and even allow you to build your own. Flavors are up to you. They have pre made some decisions and built some really good selections Top notch service they keep the line moving and keep the food coming out. Make it a stop on your walk in Cannon Beach There is one issue it's not enough for a full meal because there is no side.

Mark T.

Yelp
We had the ham/egg/cheese/scallion crepes today. Easy walk up ordering. Crepes came out hot in a handy carrying container. Did I imagine I'd be eating a crepe today? Nope! Yet here I am. I'm now a big fan of Crepe Neptune. Many options both sweet and savory. Want to customize your crepe? No problem. Friendly staff too with nearby parking.

Helen S.

Yelp
We love "walking crepes" and were thrilled to find Crepe Neptune! I particularly enjoyed the Cannon Beach crepe with figs and honey!

Terry K.

Yelp
Our family should've looked at reviews before spending money here. I would not recommend this shop and highly recommend going elsewhere. - TAXES in Oregon!? Got charged tax on two crepes. We're Oregon locals and honestly that should've been the cue to walk away. - $25 for two GF crepes that tasted utterly horrible. Not unique, tasted like paper and we couldn't even finish the second one we ordered. A bummer and such a waste. This place is scamming people and it's shameful.

Laiha C.

Yelp
Some very solid crepes. Several options of both savory and sweet to get whatever flavor fix you are after. A tiny little place but they give you a paper cone so you can walk and eat. Very handy. We ended up sitting at the little window seat inside anyways as the interior is just very cozy. We got the Smugglers Cove because we couldn't decide between banana or strawberry, and I'm so glad because they were so yummy together! The batter was really nice because it wasn't very sweet on its own. I really dislike when the batter is sugary and cloying so it takes away from the filling. I do think they are a tad overpriced, but it is a touristy area after so what do you expect? *shrug* They also offer bubble tea (random) but we did not partake this time. I think it's definitely worth stopping by.

Ashley S.

Yelp
We stopped for bubble tea, which was so yummy, but we also got these yummy crepes. I got a special, but my daughter got one with strawberries and whipped cream. So yummy! We enjoyed these as our lunch. The self serve paying kiosks are great too. Very fast service.

Kim G.

Yelp
Delicious sweet or savory warm crepes served from a Window on the sidewalk, Covid friendly before there even was Covid-19! There are benches out front but the best way to eat the crepe is while walking, imho. For my gluten free friends, delight! They have a buckwheat gluten free option that tastes as good as the wheat crepes. With fun names associated with the area like The Cannon Beach, Fort Stevens, The Tilly, Haystack Rock & The Cape Blanco, there are lots of savory options. With inventive filling combinations like: egg, ham, cheese and green onions; the delightful Brie, apples, prosciutto, fig jam (my favorite); smoked salmon, cream cheese, spinach and mustard dill sauce ; feta, spinach, and kalamata olives. Typically I stop here for a sweet treat and my go to at Crepe Neptune and any crepe shop is fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar. To me, there is no better! Simple, refreshing, classic. For those who like their sweets really sweet, they have banana, Nutella and whipped cream; strawberries and whipped cream; a S'mores version with graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallow; and so many other options that combine chocolate, caramel, fruit, powdered sugar and whipped cream. For drinks they have the popular milk tea with boba, boba tea, flavored ice tea and espresso drinks. Check their website as the hours vary based on the season. Definitely worth a stop! I'm sure you will visit over and over again.

Brittany S.

Yelp
Very COVID-friendly fast casual establishment where you can slide up to the window, order a sweet or savory crepe (and bubble tea) and then make your way across the street the beach for a picnic. A few examples of the crepe ingredients you'll find here include Brie, apples, prosciutto, fig jam, eggs and so on. We ended up ordering an egg, green onion, ham and cheese crepe along with a milk tea with boba. Had we been staying longer in Cannon Beach, I would definitely revisit this establishment. Crepe prices ranged from $8-$11 per pop. As for boba tea, they offered classic, Thai and one other flavor I'm forgetting. In a town with an unfortunate number of lackluster dining options, this is one of the best options and especially in terms of safety / social distancing.

Nick K.

Yelp
Amazing and unique food! The Cannon Beach and the Fort Stevens Crepes are my favorites!

Kaia M.

Yelp
BEST CREPES EVER OH MY GOD first of all, the workers were wearing masks and were absolutely wonderful. the woman taking our orders was so kind and sweet. at first i was sad because i love crepes and i usually can't have them because i don't eat wheat, but then i saw the gluten free option and i was overjoyed. we ordered taro blended boba because i'm missing my boba back home in california, and it was delicious. it's right up there with some of the best boba i have ever had. i had a gluten free crepe with just powdered sugar, whipped cream, and strawberries, and i almost cried when i tried it. it tastes just like a regular crepe, and the cream and strawberries were warm and soft. my family ate it so fast, none of us even breathed. overall, i might move to cannon beach just so i could eat those crepes every single day. :)

Shannon S.

Yelp
My son and I went to get crepes today, and even though the line was long, the staff was efficient. Our crepes were delicious (we ate them too fast to take a pic) and the young adults running the show were nice, fun and looked like they enjoyed working there! Definitely a must have!!
