Where to Eat Fondue and Other Swiss Food in Montreal | Eater Montreal

"Old Montreal’s Crêperie Chez Suzette may be more popular with francophile tourists than locals, but it’s still a decent place to indulge your cheese cravings. Chez Suzette does three fondues — Swiss, Chinese (read: hot pot) and chocolate — all of which are available for tables of two or more. It also does a great onion soup (if you’re not already all cheesed out)." - Holly Tousignant

This restaurant was recommended and chosen by my wife—and we’re so glad she did! We ordered one shrimp crepe and one chicken crepe. The chicken crepe was good, but the shrimp crepe was the real showstopper: creamy, buttery, and generously filled with shrimp. It was easily one of the best dishes we had during our Montreal–Quebec trip. The outdoor patio looked beautiful and inviting, but an evening rain kept us from enjoying our dinner outside.

We had a lovely time here. The staff are so friendly and connect well with us. The food was phenomenal! We had the spring salad, chicken supreme crepe, chicken pesto sandwich, strawberry cheese cake crepe and s’mores crepe. All highly recommend. We hope to come back here in our next visit!

Google
Absolutely one of my favorite places in Old Montreal for crepes. Lots of creativity, delicious toppings and lots of choices. Service was great and attentive. It's a little cramped in some parts of the restaurant and the restrooms are challenging to get to but overall I'd go back over and over again without hesitation.

Google
Lovely crepe restaurant. We had the ham, spinach and brie crepes which came with two crepes - definitely enough to share, followed by strawberry, sliced banana, and Nutella crepes with whipped cream. It was our last meal in Montreal, and we were delighted to get some perfect crepes. The waiter was especially nice and accommodating. Not only did he speak fluent English but he allowed us to pay part of our bill with our remaining Canadian money and to charge the rest. The bathroom was down several stairs, so it is not handicap accessible.

Good spot for a quick crepe. They have an almost excessively large menu of crepe varieties to choose from. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with high chairs available. Plenty of vegetarian options. Sweet and savory crepes are available.

Wow! Such a great spot to eat, people watch, and relax. The food was amazing and you get really big portions. The cheese fondue was delicious! Our waiter, Antoine, was very friendly and entertaining. Definitely 5 Star service!

Google
💯 THE BEST food we have had in Canada. We have been in Canada for 3 weeks and the combination of service and quality of food was outstanding! I had the crêpe Charlevoix and shared the crêpe Dubai. We also had the club sandwich, the Laurentienne crêpe and the crêpe Suzette. It was all wonderful! Martin was our server. They spoke French, of course, and were happy to accommodate speaking English.

We loved our time at Chez Suzette. The place is charming. We sat in the outside terrace and watched people go by in Saint Paul street ! Food was delicious and fresh! We ordered Chicken pesto sandwich with Mozzarella and La Rougemont: Crêpe with apples, cinnamon, ice cream and almonds with maple syrup! Yum Yum !

Yelp
Chez Suzette came highly recommended as a best in breed creperie. We met friends there to try their crepes. Our crepe selections included - bacon and egg, shrimp, vegetable and sugar maple. Alll the crepes were soft in texture and flavorful. They had both savory and sweet crepes. Our server was genteel and super sweet. She was also a crepe expert. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. It was chill environment. Very much like Europe, it was no rush for us to leave. We had to ask for our bill. Nice to try authentic crepes...

Yelp
"She was Wall Street, I was pawn shop, She was French champagne, I was beer, She was Boston, I was Vegas, She was crepe suzette, I was pie" (Frank Sinatra) If you ever have a hankering for crepes or fondue while in Old Montreal, head on over to Rue de Saint Paul Est and enjoy a fun meal at Chez Suzette. It's a very popular destination and by the time we finished our lunch at around 2:00 it looked like every table in the dining room was occupied. Their menu lists fourteen savory crepes with assorted combinations and permutations of ham, chicken, cheese, asparagus, eggs, salmon and shrimp. If you have a sweet tooth, they'll tempt you with their sweet crepes with maple syrup, ice cream, fudge sauce, Nutella, chocolate, whipped cream, fresh fruits, and more. We ordered a Western Vegetarian crepe (C$17.99) with scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, mushrooms and diced orange peppers. My wife went for a sweet crepe and decided on the S'more Crepe (also C$17.99) with Nutella, marshmallows, fudge sauce, and crushed graham crackers. We finished every last micro-morsel of our crepes, so you can rest assure they were fantastic. A regular coffee was {C$4.50), and I also had an iced cappuccino smoothie (C$9.99) that was ridiculously delicious and full of flavor. Service was attentive, with food check-backs and a freshly brewed coffee refill. The dining room is stylish with plenty of paintings and artwork on the walls. This was a solid stop for a very enjoyable lunch.

Yelp
Randomly wandered into this place, and so glad we did! The French Onion soup, cheese fondue and crepes were all fantastic, and the service was superb. If you are looking for amazing tastes of Old Montreal, this is the place!

Yelp
Chez Suzette is the perfect cozy casual fare on a winter day. Service is laid back and nice and the food came out quickly. My friend and I shared a French Onion Soup and each ordered a crepe for ourselves. The french onion soup was classic and tasted great with the crepes. My Laurentienne crepe was nice and warm with gooey bechamel sauce and melted swiss on a soft crepe of ham and asparagus. The Parisienne crepe was also good with a lot of apples and brie. It seems like this place gets packed because there are multiple floors but when my friend and I came on a January afternoon, it wasn't too packed. Regardless, Chez Suzette is a great casual place to get your crepe fix if you're in the area.

Yelp
Great location. This restaurant is situated at the heart of old Montreal and we enjoyed the scenery sitting at the patio to see tourist walking by. We ordered French onion soup, beef fondue and crepe Suzette for dessert. Crepe Suzette was one of my favourite desserts and they made it exactly how I liked it with a hint of alcohol taste. To our surprise the fondue comes with several plates of sliced beef so it could be quite filling. Good place to sit down and enjoy old Montreal for a relaxing lunch.

Yelp
Not impressed. Definitely felt like a tourist trap. The crepes were surprisingly bland, the sauce tasted packaged, and the space felt more like a lightly repurposed retail store than a cozy restaurant. The location is undoubtedly the only reason they are still in business. My daughter had been so excited for crepes and left most of hers untouched. The service was good, which is the only reason this place gets any stars from me.

Yelp
Located in the heart of Old Montreal on Rue Saint Paul jus a 3 minute walk from Notre Dame Basilica, Chez Suzette features well known French crepes. quiches and French onion soup, as well, other French favorites. I stopped by in the late afternoon for a sweet crepe dish and a cup of coffee. The restaurant has a 130 seating capacity which is distributed in an upstairs and main floor multiple dining room areas. I got a window seating area overlooking Rue Saint Paul. There is also an outside patio seating area during warmer weather. Overall, the restaurant seems dated and reminiscent of days gone by which I think is a plus. It was about 3pm and the crowds were light. Seating was prompt and the wait staff was efficient. The menu was expansive and there were options from Italian to Swiss fondue but I was interested in French crepes. They offer both sweet and savory crepes. I choose the La Rougement ($17.99). Prices are on the upper end here but the quality is apparent. When I cut my crepe with the side of my fork, it should cut easily and it did. I also like my crepes to be hot when presented. La Rougement consists of apple, cinnamon, ice cream and a sprinkling of almonds. I also got a latte ($6.50) which I thought was overpriced. I got what I came for, a delicious crepe and atmosphere.

Yelp
Excellent Crepes and Fondue ! 5/5 excellent, ordered the fondue for 2 and 3rd person ordered goat cheese, candied walnuts salad with shrimp. Both meals were delicious and excellent. Fondue is always a treat and they give you a 3 course meal. Cheese Fondue with bread and apples,, meat Fondue with chicken and thin sliced meats plus 4 sauces, and the chocolate Fondue with fruit, crepe, marshmallow, all so good. Made reservations so we walked past a bunch of folks waiting. Expensive but we knew that going in. Oh it takes 2+ hours to eat as well, but we knew that too. Had so much food, I personally did not eat breakfast or lunch the next day and had a salad for dinner, so come hungry! And wife had the leftover fruit for breakfast the next day. So the meal was really several meals.

Every time my husband and I come to visit Montreal, we came to this restaurant to have the famous crepe suzette ! So delicious !

Yelp
Multiple seating dining areas in this location. We were seated in the left corner front part of the dining area at a two top. Yelp
When in Montreal, this is a great place to get crepes. Pros: + Convenient Location + Friendly staff + Gorgeous location + Plenty of amazing deserts - I really wanted to try to Crepes Suzette, but just did not have enough room after lunch Cons: - Limited parking space near by IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Yelp
Great menu! Food was delicious and service was great. The ambiance is a little dated and crowded but the food makes up for it. We had the cheese fondue with bread and apples. We also had the Brie and apple crepe, the strawberry Nutella crepe and the Oreo crepe. All delicious! If you are in the mood for savory and sweet I recommend this place. If you have a large party make a reservation. They have a room that can accommodate large groups. Pros: Very diverse menu. Something for everyone Amazing crepes Good service Delicious food Cons: Decor is slightly dated but the casualness is nice! I recommend trying this place.

Yelp
Had reservations on Friday at 7 pm for three. We sat promptly and continued to sit as our waiter ignored us and cleaned tables around us. After about 15 minutes with no attention we left and went to Modavie next door, which was excellent.

Marc S.

Yelp
Kids loved the sweet crepes - both Oreo and Nutella crepes from the kids' menu. If we came again I'd order only one and split it - neither kid ate more than half. The Spring Salad with chicken had fruit and a Dijon-Maple tasting vinaigrette that was very good. Prompt and friendly service in a charming and surprisingly large space.

Yelp
Good crepes with large portions. The Parisian (ham, brie, and apples) was good but I actually liked the ham and swiss better.

Yelp
Great place and service ! Highly recommend this restorant in Montreal. Food is amazing

James B.

Yelp
The crepes here are basic and delicious. The service is fast. The place seems to be a favourite for locals and tourists alike who are looking for a simple and affordable meal in contrast to the multitude of upscale restaurants located nearby.

Yelp
Friendly service, lovely outdoor patio, and good food. Everything you need. Lovely breakfast/brunch spot. Great location. Real maple syrup on the table was a great bonus. I enjoyed my apple and Brie crepe. The apples were very fresh and crisp. My friend loved her spring salad, and my other friend enjoyed his savory La Charlevoix crepe with ham, Brie, and spinach, topped with Béchamel cheese. Delicious lattes. The tables outside were great for people watching. I would like to come again for dinner and have fondue.

Yelp
Not recommended! I have to agree with others on that perhaps being in a tourist area? Food was expensive and not good! It was blend. The French onion soup was too much wine tase. Same with the cheese fondue. And just look at what it comes in. The chocolate in rye chocolate fondue was good but it was not warm! Little tea light wasn't really doing anything. The sauces were meh as well. Not sure why the chicken was chunks which is expected but the beef was thin slices. Not that that was bad. The chicken crepe was also blend! Service took way too long. Inside got stuffy then a little breeze but got hot and stuffy again. Experience wasn't good. Good wasn't good especially for the $$$$!

Laura O.

Yelp
My daughter is a picky eater and she devoured the Swiss Fondue. I loved it as well. Friendly service and quaint ambiance. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
What we had - Baked French onion soup $12.99 - Montréalaise crêpe (ham, swiss cheese, béchamel sauce) $15.99 - Maple syrup crêpe $10.99 Taste: 4.5/5 Everything is delicious, especially the savoury items - very flavourful! Our only complaint is that they could have been more generous with the strawberries for the maple syrup crepe. Vibe: 5/5 Homey, decent and clean. Window seats are the best photo spots. Service: 4/5 Servers are generally nice.

Yelp
Incredible place with the best menu. I can't wait to comeback ! I used to love Juliette au Choc and it closed.

Yelp
We wandered into Chez Suzette for some lunch and had the place pretty much to ourselves for a while. We sat right by the window and had a nice pleasant lunch with solid people watching. Their menu is huge - tons of options but my husband and I both went with crepes and hot chocolates. Both were good, not amazing or the best ever but pretty satisfying especially in a very touristy area. They also have free wifi which is nice!

Yelp
Well this is a beautiful montreal staple at this point located in our own little old port .. it's a small unique little delight. I feel like im in europe everytime I enter the cafe! They have Glint wine (mulled wine) on their menu!!! Woow I believe it's still the only spot that does that! Service was exceptional and every winter on a cold day I chose to come here with my mom as this place reminds her so much of europe ! It's an emotional experience if you know what I mean ahaha The crepes are delicious and the place is so authentic to us europeans! Overall such a beautiful gem of a café in our city

Yelp
They get the stars for the service, but omg avoid if you want a fresh, hot crepe. To be fair, we wandered in on Monday, so the crowds were non-existent. It was also raining and cold and gloomy so nobody was around. But we were recommended this place for a tasty crepe while wandering Old Montreal. Guys, avoid. Avoid and run away and don't eat. We got a sweet crepe with fruit and vanilla custard. Except they were out of custard, and the choices were dark chocolate and maple syrup. Maple syrup with fruit? Hard pass. Dark chocolate it is. The dark chocolate tasted like it was from a squeeze bottle. It definitely did not go with melons and pineapple. The strawberries were nice though. There wasn't even whipped cream. But the truly egregious thing was the crepe was not fresh. The edges were hard (not crisp, just hard). We were sawing away at the softer bit to try and cut and it finally, reluctantly cut after some serious work. And it was flaccid and spongy, but at the same time tough to chew. This shit was old and sitting around for a while then barely reheated. This was NOT worth $16 CAD. It was truly a disappointment. Go find a creperie where you can see them make it in front of you.

Mathis L.

Yelp
Had the fondue for 2 and it was gross! Served the lowest quality meats in the most unappetizing way. Everything barely fit on the table and all utensils seamed outdated and dirty. It's one massive tourist trap. The inside feels like it needs a kitchen nightmares makeover.

Joe M.

Yelp
This place is in a great location but the price for a crepe is way too high ! You're paying $18 for a simple chocolate crepe that at other places are half the cost.
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
I came here with B for breakfast. I ordered the charlevoix crepe and B ordered the Montrealaise crepe. The Charlevoix was super delicious. It had spinach, ham and brie. I like how nice and thin the crepe was. It was all made fresh upon ordering. The Montrealaise had swiss cheese and ham. B and I really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is located in Old Montreal tourists area: Paul Street. The restaurant itself is somewhat small so I do recommend coming here early. Service was good. Other than crepes they are known for their cheese fondue.

Yelp
A ok! Super cute looking spot: a ok service and a ok tasting food. My girlfriend and I wanted something small/ she wanted a crepe and I wanted a latte. But then again, when do I NOT want a latte? Like never. I'll wake up and 2 am to have one. Or 4 am... or 5 ! You get it. People watching was fun. I guess since we had a small order, we never saw the waiter after we placed an order. It was a mid-day, we had dinner plans. No water refills, or nothing really on a very hot day. Enjoyed the people watching: latte was pretty but could be stronger. A ok!

Yelp
Really an enjoyable experience. Indoor/outdoor seating (we chose outdoor). The menu had a lot of options but not so many you think they may not be good at anything. We asked our server for some crepe recommendations and my wife had the Parisienne and I had the Argenteuil. To start we had the cheese fondue with white wine and kirsch. The fondue comes with different bites of bread, fresh cut apples and grapes. It was really good. I would suggest a share with at least two people because a few bites of the varieties with the cheese is enough to give you the flavors. My wife's Parisienne crepe was filled with Brie and sliced apples and comes with maple syrup. Brie is not my favorite but I thought it was good. My Argenteuil crepe with asparagus, cheese and béchamel sauce was delicious and not a bite left. Side note; you can add ham or bacon to these but we chose not to. We also saw another table get a pitcher of white sangria and we followed suit. Absolutely delicious and fresh. We also had some cappuccino since it was early in the day and it was perfect. I would have loved to try other items on the menu but perhaps for another day. Their dessert crepes look amazing. See the menu with photos on their site. Reasonable prices, great location, good service and finally, great food.

Yelp
I was in Montreal for a Christmas solo trip and decided to have brunch here. The place looks small from outside but actually very spacious inside. I was sitted by the corner table overlooking the street on the ground level. The hot beverage ordered was cafe viennois. I started off brunch with a lobster bisque, then finish with La charlevois crepe. Every item was delicious and portion was just right. The lobster bisque was a little salty, but overall delicious.

Yelp
Just say yes! This was a flavor explosion in our mouths and I want more. They had a range of crepes to select from, soups, coffees and more. The staff were all pleasant and gave recommendations to places to check out in the area as well. The ambiance was relaxing as we overlooked the cobblestone roads of Old Montréal while listening to relaxing cafe music. They have three floors to spread out and relax, so the upper floors are good for groups. It's just better in Canada (should be their new slogan).

Yelp
Oh man, I love the Chocolate Fondue and Cheese Fondue. We started off here with some Baked French Onion Soup , and I expected everything here to be expensive. I felt like we were in Europe where my fiancee comes from. French Onion Soup with still cost you maybe $13.99 in her home country of Bosnia lol. Anyways we ordered several good items, because lot of the food here are in small to medium portions of food. Love the food, love the elegant classy look of the restaurant. People were nice. We will be coming back/

Yelp
One of several creperies in the area, this establishment separates itself by having an extensive menu and central location. Inside is relatively small, though they have a quick-order counter upfront as well as tables to the side for dine-in. Split the Florentine Crepe ($16) and the Nutella et Bananas ($16), as well as a canned beer ($9) to wash it down. The savory crepe is interesting - a huge kick of pungent cheese from the hot brie, combining with the bechamel sauce. The spinach was a welcome respite between the other ingredients. Nutella and banana crepe was better, good balance of flavors, with the ice cream to the side cleansing the pallette. Service does take a while and can be gruff at times. A nice stopover if looking for options for everyone.

Yelp
My wife and I tried the 3 fondue course of cheese, beef/chicken/shrimp and crepe Suzette. Both the bread and the cheese fondue was disgusting. Cheese fondue should be eaten with day's old a sliced up French Baguettes. They offered raisin infused bread. The cheese wasn't even hot. The second course of beef fondue was served with suspicious paper thin beef, chicken that McDonald's might use for its chicken tenders (chicken mush), however the shrimp were good. The last course was the crepe Suzette and it was served cold. Our meal began with escargot, which was passable and the French garlic bread with cheese that was supposedly baked in the oven. So explain to me how it was delivered cold. We'd never return for the fondue offering again. So disappointing for our 41st wedding anniversary dinner. The waiter was pleasant but he obviously didn't know how to make sure our food would be delivered hot. The ambiance is very pedestrian. Nothing special. It's a tourist trap. In other words, they don't care about perfection as they'll never see most of the clients again.

Yelp
Very cute place in Old Montreal, not far from the port. The ambiance is very light and airy, and there was a surprise amount of seating with the separate levels. I had La Parisienne, with ham. It was tasty, but one thing to be aware of is that this (and I'm guessing other dishes) is not a filled crepe, but a crepe on top of apple, brie and ham. Service was pleasant, but not particularly friendly and a bit slow. Still, if you feel like crepes, it's a good choice.

Yelp
We ordered the fondue family meal and it was amazing!! The cheese, bread, steak, chicken, and vegetables were all delicious. We also got the French onion soup as a starter and that was incredible too. My daughter ordered a dessert crepe as well and she loved it. The service was outstanding. The restaurant is clean and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Rob S.

Yelp
Food was great, service was quick, and the atmosphere was as relaxed. Great place for a lunch when walking around old Montreal.

Yelp
We wanted fondue and this was a cute place in the Old Port area to stop by and try it. The cheese fondue was average and not enough cheese if you add the vegetable plate. The chocolate fondue was slightly better with a good selection of fruits. It was not too expensive for the area so we didn't mind, but better to do fondue at home.
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
it took about 30 minutes for one crepe but 3 minutes to eat it. crepe place was pretty full and had quite a few online orders. it took a good amount of time for the crepe to arrive after it was ordered, but worth the wait. the crepes were so delicious! ordered the nutella strawberry with ice cream after debating whether to buy crepes or ice cream! service was good. we got the crepe a few minutes after the shop closed, but they let us eat anyway inside (but stopped taking new orders). the environment was so cute and calm. would come back.

Yelp
Crepes, crepes and more crepes . Recommended by concierge to go to Chez Suzette in Old Montreal for the best crepes in city. We ordered different fillings of crepes and cheese fondue. The crepes are cooked to perfection. Such a lovely place to sit back and relax and enjoy a beverage with crepes and fondue. Service good but it the cheese fondue came really late for my hubby. We all finished our entree by the time the cheese fondue arrived. This is why I am giving 4 stars.

Yelp
We ate here twice, lunch and dinner and found the food to be very good overall. The mimosas were excellent! I recommend the French onion soup and the chicken crepe with bechamel sauce. Service was professional and the ambience was very nice and a good corner location for people watching. Recommended.

Chia L.

Yelp
We ordered the dark chocolate crepe and a French onion soup and a bowl of cappuccino. The cappuccino is excellent and we enjoyed the soup very much. The crepes are cooked perfectly and are not sweet. Great tea time meal.

Yelp
Good service, great location. Crepes are good but not life changing. The asparagus crepe (probably seasonable?) was decent.

Yelp
I give Chez Suzette a very average, ho hum 3 Stars and mostly because, for chrissake, it's a crêperie in French Canada's Montreal...OLD Montreal at that. I feel like it would be sacrilege to rate this place any less lol. From what I was able to glean prior to our visit to Montreal, this place seems like it's something of a landmark, having been around for many, many years. It's certainly got the primo location. But, bottom line, it really is not all that and a bag of chips when it comes right down to it. This place feels like one of those check-off-the-list items that the outdated tourist pamphlets all list as a "must experience when in Old Montreal" - but, while the food offerings are just okay (nothing special at all), the rest of the Old Montreal area has moved on, been revitalized with new, exciting additions and this place is like one of those old relics that won't ever change. At least that's the vibe this place gives me. Party of 3, I'll cut to the chase - our dinner meal with hot toddies and a glass of wine (sadly, short pours, I might add) was $106 before tip. For that price, we definitely expected better. It's a quaint little establishment. You walk in and the main / ground floor is tiny tiny. The decor and furniture look straight out of the 70's or 80's - old and tired. I can't even say the place is purposely trying to throw off vintage vibes. I guess the owner knows the rule of thumb of "in time, everything old becomes new again." Lol. All good. We are not decor snobs and are game for just about anything (within reason and cleanliness!). Their menu is a BEAST. If you're familiar with Cheesecake Factory's infamous 32+ page menu lol (I'm being facetious...sort of...), this place has the Crêperie version of that! I actually took pics of the entire menu! Have a read. Half the menu is food, the other half are all sorts of drinks. We each ordered an entree crêpe - 2 savory and 1 fruity / sweet. We ordered the garlic bread appetizer and had a round of drinks - a glass of Chianti, a spiced hot rum cider and a Brazilian coffee (with 3 types of liqueurs!). FOOD THOUGHTS: Our meals were just....fine. Nothing to write home about. The entrees were all decent sized portions (see my pics) and the ingredients were fresh. The cream sauces were a bit heavy but that's to be expected. Really, no complaints. Just nothing to ooooh and ahhhhhh over. We enjoyed our evening, service was fine and food came out promptly and I guess I'm glad that we at least came and checked having crêpes in Montreal off our list. For a crêpe-craver, coming here will definitely scratch the itch. This place is also a good choice for families with kids. Everyone will find something they like on the 2,385 page menu. :) Chex Suzette gets a straight average rating for a straight average overall experience (taking into consideration ambience, menu options, food taste and quality, prices and overall value). Nothing less, nothing more. (There are other better dining options literally within blocks of this place - see my reviews of those recommendations.) imo, long lines are not worth the wait. They do take OpenTable online reservations and I would recommend making them. If you realllllly have your heart set on going here and aren't able to make reservs, I'd suggest heading over for an early dinner or early bfast/brunch before the lines begin to form. Note also that THIS PLACE CLOSES SUPER EARLY. How's that for a noncommittal endorsement? :)

Yelp
really nice crepe place in old port, very close to the science center. We came here on weekday around 12:30 and the place is packed. Luckily we was seated right away as one party just left the onion soup is very tasty. the crepe here is amazing too! the quebec one is really good with a good balance of green apple and ham. We also got one with Brie cheese and it's amazing as well the strawberry shortcake milkshake is great! not too sweet

Yelp
Got the La Rougement which was their sweet crepe with almonds, apples, and vanilla ice cream with a side of maple syrup made in Quebec. Personally I did not enjoy the crepe as much as I would like to. My favourite part though was the crepe with the crunchy sliced almonds. The crepe was fresh and it was still piping hot when I received it. Service was great. I think their other sweet and savoury crepe options are more worth trying based on the reviews I see.

Yelp
My family and I were craving crepes. It was our last official day in Montréal. We did not want to leave without having a crepe. We ended up stumbling upon this place because the prior crepe place we saw we did not go in. When we we got into the restaurant we were offered a seat and some nice cold water. We got hand menus rather than digital. My mom and I went to the bathroom to wash our hands. It was a hard time finding the bathrooms for one three floors in the restaurant. When I did find the bathroom I used the soap. I used the sink but the fountain was close to the back wall of the sink I do not like that because you are putting germs on your hands while washing them. After washing hands we returned to the seats. We were ready to order and for a drink I got a nice hot chocolate. When I got it it was warm. The hot chocolate was really good. One factor I did not like was that there was cinnamon and I could not taste it. The whip cream and the chocolate overpowered it. I got the crepe filled Nutella with ice cream and a side of strawberries. The crepe was really good. The ice cream did make the crepe soggy. The strawberries were mushy. Overall great experience.
