"Crêpes Paulette is a bit outside the center of town, but it’s worth the trip for sweet, savory, or even sweet and savory crêpes. What started as a food truck is now a shop in a large warehouse, where people stand in line next to Parisian posters and watch chefs make crêpes in the kitchen. They have the standard options like nutella with strawberries, but we recommend the one with pesto and feta, as well as Reubenesque with corned beef and sauerkraut. It’s a perfect spot for a grab-and-go meal, especially before a second stop at Heroes Coffee right next door for a honey-salted caramel latte." - Ryan Bernsten

Crepes Paulette is my favorite sit in spot for my weekly fix of French life! Their flavorful Crepes & Soupe du Jour (soup of the day) are authentic, belly satisfying and outright delicious! The atmosphere is charming and matches the friendly service and if you’re lucky, you may catch the owners sending you off with a gracious ‘thank you’ at the door!

We came here for a quick early breakfast before leaving town. I ended up picking La Beast which is basically just meat and cheese. It was tasty, but I honestly think a sweet crepe would’ve been a better choice because I took one bite of a banana one and it really hit the spot.

Having a mom from Brittany, I am very picky with crepes. I love this place. The crepes (savory and sweet) are excellent and there is really a lot of choices. We also did catering from there and had a working lunch (with 12 persons). The service was great and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant

This is the best crepe I’ve ever had it was simply life changing I wish I tried this place sooner 🤝 the atmosphere in there was adorable and clean and the staff were super nice, get a large size because that was just so good and worth the price! Parking is easy and I am so glad we’ve discovered this place I want to try everything

Been wanting to try Crepes Paulette for a while and so glad we came for lunch. Both of us were really hungry and I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my friend ordered the Reuben. Both crepes couldn't have been better. There is care in the creation of these crepes. The choices of quality ingredients and composition of the crepes is well evident. Delicious and plenty of food. I can't wait to return for a sweet treat next time.

These crepes are so good. I've tried to make them at home and they are just nowhere near. You can choose 2 types: savory (buckwheat), or sweet. I had both and they were delicious. If you haven't been, I'd recommend checking them out.

Crepes Paulette was a pleasant surprise to visit. I started the visit with a latte, and it was amazing. I went with the la Spinach crepe (with bacon). It was so perfectly done. The seating area had charming decor and the seating was very comfortable.

So MANY Gluten Free Options! Workers are extremely knowledgeable and will use clean utensils and work space. My husband got the classic and I got the La rubenesque. The restaurant was clean and cheery. The crepes were beyond delicious! Go there fast!!!!

Went here and tried a savory Italian crepe with Salami and then for a sweet crepe I tried a pumpkin cheesecake crepe. I was not too impressed with the Italian crepe there was a puddle of oil from the pesto at the bottom of my dish and the last half of my crepe was soggy. The sweet crepe was good a nice sweet treat good flavor. Portion sizes are good so 1 crepe is enough for a meal. Probably won't be back here and would definitely stick to the sweet crepe. Great staff with a clean eating area.

So excited to have a location in Fayetteville! Still one of the BEST CRÊPES EVER!! Plenty of options and safe for us celiacs as well! Just off college close to township so decently easy to get through if you're traveling through...and oh so worth it. Stop in for a lunch break, study spot or just to grab lunch in the go!

Their crepes are amazing. However, my man and I had a bad customer service experience before living Fayetteville. He paid for an order and never received because they misplaced on the delivery section. Staff were having fun like it was a recreational park instead of paying attention to customers. They need to be more cautious about their staff members.

We waited awhile to get them down here, and it was worth it. Great savory & sweet crepes, haven't had a bad one so far. Working on trying them all ... if you are a fan of French cinema, the interior will remind you of The Umbrellas of Cherbourg.

This place is pretty good. Do come here agin. Plz do not judge me but why was I carded for a beer( I'm 58 yo)? My daughter had the cinnamon roll crepe which was good but a little too much straight cinnamon made it a little bitter. I had the Thai crepe which was delicious but a little too spicy as I ordered it medium heat. Would recommend 4 stars because it was a little warm in the restaurant like the AC wasn't cold enough and the cinnamon crepe.

We went for the first time to this place. We tried the savory crepes, and they were great. After ordering over the counter, the food came relatively fast. Definitely will be back to try the sweet crepes!

Delicious! First time here. Very clean. You order and the counter and they bring it to you. I got the s'mores and my friend always gets the strawberry cheesecake. The s'mores was very rich. I wish it had more marshmallow and Graham crackers and less chocolate. Next time I will try a different one. The restroom was very clean as well. Service was with a smile. Will be back for sure!

Downloaded Yelp just to write this- went in forgetting that I left my wallet at home, struggling to pay with ApplePay and whatever I could find, then eventually just told them I would come back. As I was leaving, one of the workers came out wit my order saying they had already made it and didn't want to throw it away and gave it to me for free, their kindness made my day. Food is always delicious and never disappoints, I love this place. 10/10 :)
