I also want to highlight a very special person who truly makes a difference in this building — Kenny, the concierge. He is the heart and soul of Crescendo at City Ridge. His hard work, warm smile, and quick, thoughtful service make everyone who walks through the door feel genuinely welcomed. Whether he’s helping with services, greeting residents, or playing with their dogs, Kenny radiates positive energy that brightens the entire community. It’s wonderful to see how everyone — from kids to seniors — stops just to say hi to him. Kenny has a gift for making people feel seen and appreciated. He isn’t just a concierge; he’s a big part of what makes living at Crescendo feel like home. Kenny perfectly reflects everything that makes this place special — kindness, community, and connection. Having him here truly completes the experience of living at Crescendo at City Ridge.

Had the pleasure of visiting City Ridge for a Bilt event. Staff was extremely kind and helpful (Mr. Danna (maintenance) along with, Mr. Morris and Mr. Abbell at the front desk concierge. The property is huge, numerous shops and restaurants in the same complex, decor was beautiful, and the property is extremely dog friendly. Amazing experience. Thanks guys.

As a young professional, I moved into City Ridge about 2 months ago and cannot recommend this place enough. The amenities are the best I’ve ever experienced with a huge gym, massive pool, stunning views of the National Cathedral, and more than enough grills. City Ridge is also full of great people with Kenny and Abel at the front desk and always greet you with a smile. They both go above and beyond with any need and are extremely helpful. It goes so far as having great people such as Emile, Reggie, and Will that help deliver packages to your apartment door with Please Assist Me. City Ridge has been a great experience so far and I am excited to continue my residency here.

City Ridge is a lovely cozy apartment property! My tour given by Maurita was excellent! She showed us all of the apartment's amenities including clubhouses, business offices for tenants, commercial kitchen spaces for small events, the penthouse areas and much more! Kenny is hands down the best part about City Ridge. No matter what kind of day I’m having, Kenny always makes coming home feel genuinely welcoming. He has the best spirit. He’s always kind, professional, and goes out of his way to help with a smile. It’s incredibly rare to meet someone who consistently brings that kind of positive energy every day — City Ridge and its residents are lucky to have him!

This jewel of the city is nestled amidst an eclectic mix of restaurants and shopping options, with the added convenience of hosting a Wegmans grocery store on its premises. The City Ridge apartments offer a practically self-contained living experience that truly impresses, especially with its shared working areas and a variety of themed rooftop amenities. Among these, the heated rooftop swimming pool and bar stand out, not to mention the golf simulator that also accommodates other sports. The attention to detail throughout the complex is remarkable, right down to their own branded water bottles—no expense has been spared. The concierge staff are exceptionally respectful and kind, providing a welcoming atmosphere that feels genuinely caring. Kim, the rooftop bartender, is particularly noteworthy for her remarkable margaritas, which can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors. Furthermore, the leasing agent, Maurita, is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Her expertise about the property and her dedication to making potential residents feel valued, as if they were her first customer, is unparalleled. Thanks to the combination of Maurita's kindness and Kim's incredible margaritas, I've decided to make City Ridge my new home in March. It's clear that City Ridge isn't just an apartment complex—it's a lifestyle choice for those seeking the best that DC has to offer.

City ridge is such a great community to live in it’s so much to see and do with top of the line amenities. I stay in the crescendo building and we have such a wonderful management team, and Mr. Kenny our evening concierge is always so kind and helpful always going above and beyond to help out tenants and guest if any issues come about or if you need anything. Defentily a great place to reside.

I can’t say enough about how much we’ve loved living at City Ridge, but it was even better having Kenny on the night shifts at the front desk. His warm smile and eagerness to always help is unparalleled. What a gem! City Ridge is very lucky to have him.
