A friendly neighborhood brewery with great craft suds, professional service, casual atmosphere, and some live jams! Visited prior to an airport pickup and was totally impressed. The beer was tasty and the folks were super friendly. Bonus was the blues jam going on. Dog friendly which was nice cause it was a hot summer afternoon and they even gave Mrs. Mildred a big bowl of ice water. The lady working the tap was the best and chatted about our common interests in motorcycling. Even spoke to the fella in the office and the guy in the brewery operation and all of em were very welcoming to this stranger from 2500 miles away which was much appreciated. Unique neighborhood and parked in the shade under the overpass.

Great atmosphere with live music, and great company. The strawberry light beer I had was incredible. 10/10 will definitely return. Also, Mad Mac was here and it was just a perfect night for music, a drink, and Mac and cheese

This was our first time here. I can tell you that their beer's are very traditional wonderfully crafted and taste. The location is very cool. Really a must visit for a beer.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem 💎 🍺 All beers are perfectly balanced and delicious! Somedays there is music 🎶 All the beers on tab are their own! Dogs are allowed. Highland mini cow photos welcome 🤗 It looks like you’re heading into an alleyway but all of a sudden here you are at Crescent Brewery 🌙 🍻 Enjoy your day here, very kind staff! Kids can come in as well. They have popcorn 🍿

Great service and great beer. My favorite is the Coconut Porter. Offers a variety of weekly events including live music, food trucks, karaoke and more. The event schedule's on their Facebook. Has a lovely porch for warmer weather where you can watch the trains go by. Friendly atmosphere, even if you're not a regular. It's a bit tough to find, since it's under a bridge. There could be better signage for newcomers.

What a great local secret. So much going on here besides good beer. Close knit community that has regular live music, food specials, great service,......and yes even karaoke once a week. Great fun.

Google
Stopped at this place on a whim to try some local ID beers. Was not disappointed! Really enjoyed meeting the brewer and talking about the beers and the business. Great beers. Stand outs were the Bit O’Honey and the Irish red ale. The black IPA was a great as well. Fun labels and a relaxed atmosphere. Almost missed the patio in the heat but enjoyed sitting out there for about half a beer. Really want to make it back for mead season!!

I really enjoyed this gem in Nampa. It is Scottish heritage. It’s very comfortable. They have a wide variety and styles of beer. There are only two brewery pubs in Nampa unlike Boise has so many. I will visit this one with some of my Boise beer buddies. Cheers 🍻

Yelp
As newcomers to the area, we were looking forward to sampling a local brew. The building itself is charming, a pleasant surprise given the slightly hidden location also the inside has a dive bar feel. Our excitement quickly evaporated upon entering. First, it was empty with only one other guy there. The older woman running the bar area gave us an immediate scowl, as if we had interrupted her. I stood at the door and asked if they were open, her reply was instantly off-putting: "I'm outta there in 30 minutes," even though their stated hours online showed they were open for another two hours. The entire interaction was awkward and made us hesitant to stay. An older gentleman did come out and try to be friendly, assuring us that was enough time for one drink. However, the bartender's sour attitude persisted. When we asked to see the menu, she replied with a highly disgruntled tone and an irritated look, saying, "We're low on a lot." That was our cue. My husband and I exchanged a look and decided to leave. We were made to feel so unwelcome and unwanted that it actually hurt our feelings. For a place that seems to rely on local support, the lack of hospitality was shocking. We left disappointed and will not be coming back. We also noticed, as another reviewer mentioned, the menu seems basic and generic.I didn't want to spend my money on a beer and chug it fast to get out of there when I could buy the same at a gas station and drink comfortable at home. Sad

Yelp
I love to check out the local beer scene when I travel so I made my way to Crescent Brewery. And I'm glad I did. On the surface, I feel like this place might be a little off putting. It has a VERY locals only vibe. But once you get past that, the beer and service are great. I got to meet the owner and he was incredibly cool. He gave me samples of several of the beers and comped me a few stickers. They also have an awesome brewery dog who loves some attention. There was a food truck in case you need to eat. My only real complaint is that I had to drive so I could only have a few pints. If I make it back this way, I'll totally stop in to try some more beer.

Yelp
Was able to enjoy the incredible musical talent of Will Burton and enjoy a beer! Really enjoyed my visit to Crescent Brewery.

Yelp
No. Not good. I'm guessing the high reviews come from the 6 locals that were gathered when we walked in. I'm no shrinking violet- but the convos about breaking arms, choke holds and gun surplus were beyond obnoxious. Fine- I'm not here for random conversations l, let's have the beer! No. Not good. No IPAs on tap, that's cool- it's hot. I tried the blond & the summer ale. They were both darker in color, very malty, and no IBUs. A bit warm. Flat. I've had my fair share of home brew. This wasn't that good. I'm sorry- I'd love to rave about a local craft brewery! So when I find one in Nampa- I will!

Yelp
Great local bar for a beer and possibly some music. Rotating taps makes it always interesting.

Yelp
Amazing service, view and beer! Check out the back patio if weather permits. The pumpkin beer is yummy too!

Yelp
I don't feel like this place should be able to brand itself as a brewery. My husband and I went here the evening of 7/8 for a night cap. It was kind of difficult to find because its under the bridge. The building looked clean from the outside, but right when you walk in it was dark. There was only one other couple in there and just felt a lot more like a dive bar than a brewery. I don't remember what beer my husband got, but he said it was going down like glass. I got their dry cider which was just a generic brand (I think Ace?). We got some popcorn to snack on as well but didn't even finish our beers before we left. If you like dive bars, maybe this is the place for you, but I will not be going back.

Yelp
Little place tucked behind other businesses, that always has something fun going on. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Light foods & great beer!

Yelp
I've been here twice a week since my original review. The beer here is amazing but the people working here and the regulars that are here almost every night make it fun to come back. I seriously recommend coming here for great beer and great conversations. The live music and comedy is always fun to listen to. The owners and all the bar staff are happy to help you find something new to drink. This is probably my favorite place to hang out in Nampa.

Yelp
Very friendly people great beer. Carmel rye was really good. Irish red was great. Chocolate porter good the cheery and coconut porter has a metallic we believe they they used extract (not a fan of extract) pumpkin ale they put cinnamon sugar on the rim what a great idea. They are very close to 4 stars except the 2 metallic flavoe

Yelp
One of the best kept secrets in Nampa! I mean it must be because I never see anyone in there... and there absolutely should be because the beer is fantastic! The beer is hands down one of the better locally brewed beers. The brewery itself lacks anything but the bear essentials but hey it's a brewery and taproom... what more could you need?!?

Yelp
I enjoy coming here with friends. Its hidden in old town Nampa under the bridge right next to the rail road tracks. Maliyah is an awesome bartender. Great beer and always something going on. I have heard some great music here with live bands. I personally like the "Skull-Splitter" American Imperial IPA. I would give a five star review if they served food or had a regular scheduled food truck but i think space is limited.

Yelp
These guys brew some fantastic beer here! I recommend the Chocolate Porter, Oatmeal Stout, Dark IPA, it's all good. The service is fantastic. The owner and his family are super friendly. This is an establishment worth supporting, especially during COVID19. Cheers!

Yelp
Awesome Place! The most down to earth people with a cool history. Thank you Vicki ! If you are looking for an authentic brewery stop with a variety of brews this is the spot ! Loved it!

Jacob R.

Yelp
Just passing through and the beer was great! The bartender was nice and explained the deep history behind the recipes, owner, and brewery. It was great to hear about the history of the town and the relationship it had with such an important brewery

Yelp
Great small brewery! Not busy at all on Friday at 3. Good variety -- 12 beers on tap. Bartender was very helpful and let us try lots of different beers. Other patrons were super friendly as well.

Yelp
First time visit. Jimmy was extremely friendly and welcoming into his brewery. Shared his vast knowledge of beers and some good laughs as well. The brewery is great and reminds me of what I'd find in Montana. Truly a great experience for myself and our friends. Had the cherry chocolate porter and it was flavored great and super smooth. We will be repeat customers and support their brewery.

Yelp
In love with this place, kinda hard to find but amazing beers. Cherry chocolate Porter and Coconut Porter are amazing. As well as the Amber.Nice outside patio seating in the back by the train tracks. Old school vibe. They have live music a few nites a week and the 4th Friday they have well known comedians. Also love the bartender., very cool and funny! Yayyyyyy

Yelp
Neat littler brewery, hard to find your first time but a nice little hidden gem. I tried a flight and would have been happy to order a pint of any of the beers. There was also a Scottish beer on tap, not something you see very often. The owner seemed really nice and the patrons were friendly as well I was passing through town and wish I could have stayed a little longer and drank a little more.

Yelp
Jerry and Jody are the best! they poured at our Wedding reception and as well at our car clubs annual Oktoberfest! Love the Blonde Bitch, Amber and Skull Splitter! Get out of the mainstream and park under the 16th Street overpass for a really good hand crafted family brew!

Wandered in on karaoke night. Great beer and service. Friendly people. A little hard to find, but well worth it.

Yelp
Up in Nampa, ID to visit a friend. Managed to convince him to go to a brewery. Stopped in at Crescent Brewery and were glad we did. Crescent Brewery has a variety of beers for all kinds of people. We spent time with the Jerry, the owner/brewer/custodian/jack of all trades. He was warm and gracious with everyone who came in. He really enjoys making great beer and sharing with people. He has made it a place that you can call home. Friendly and inviting. I enjoyed the Searph, Skull Splitter and the Chocolate Porter the most. Skull Splitter is a Black IPA that won a gold award. I would have to agree with the judges. Really well made black IPA. Strong coffee flavor up front with IPA finish. Chocolate Porter has the right amount of chocolate to balance this porter. Its nice and light, like a summer beer, but at the same time loaded with good taste. The Seraph is my favorite. Good IPA with bold flavor. I'd buy this at a bar/restaurant/store. Thanks for having us at your establishment.

Yelp
I prefer not being there when the live music is playing; the space is just too small for that and it makes is too loud to talk and the sound sounds a little wonky. Any other time though is great! The beer selection is good, the owner is super friendly and talkative, and it's just a place that you feel comfy hanging out. A word to the wise though... eat before going! There are some big beers on tap, and if you want to have three or four, you'll either need a burger in your belly first or you'll be needing a cab ride home! I don't think I've ever drank anything there I didn't like; I prefer his dark beers over his IPA's, but they're all pretty good. Cheers!

Craig D.

Yelp
Super little brewery. If you like beer from mild to wild you can find it here. The crew are great folks and the regulars are as nice as can be. Don't forget to have some popcorn.

Yelp
I always get a great draft at Crescent. I enjoy all the beers so far, and believe me I have swallowed them all. Jerry is an easy going bartender/owner and he has a great personality. Keep making those great brews. Nampa needs it.

Yelp
A great place to hang out! A variety of entertainment is always available and great beer on tap!!! Love getting my growler filled on occasion and enjoying my beer at home. I highly recommend checking Crescent Brewery out.

Yelp
Don't be wavered by the location or appearance. The interior feels cozy and welcoming to anyone looking to try a few beers. The owners were very informative and really sought to personalize the experience. The Amber Ale was fantastic. Will be returning.
