Found a hair in my flower. They're playing games. The dispensary said they can't legally take it back, so I emailed Cresco Labs, and they said to call Sunny Side and fill out a support request they gave me a link for. I told them THE DISPENSARY CAN'T TAKE IT BACK THOUGH! So, I contacted Cresco multiple times in the last month, and it seems like an auto response. Then they sent an email back asking for info like the receipt, pics, and the label, and I sent it to them, and they acted like they never received it. So I emailed all the info again. Hopefully, this gets fixed. I'm out a half OZ of unusable medication. This is a licensed medication. Come on. It's a joke... the state fee, the doctor fee, for something we shouldn't need a license for!!!
