I stayed at this hotel for one night during what was supposed to be a special and peaceful getaway—my baby moon. I am 7 months pregnant, and unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst hotel experience of my life.
When we arrived, we discovered that the air conditioner was leaking water. The room was flooded. When we informed the staff, their only solution was to give us a few towels to deal with it ourselves. To make matters worse, there was a constant loud noise coming from the bathroom that lasted the entire night. We reported it in the afternoon, but no one offered a real solution.
We couldn’t sleep at all. At midnight, we were even told to try to sleep somewhere else—but every hotel in the area was fully booked. In total desperation, I considered sleeping outside on the terrace, but even there the noise was unbearable.
We filed a complaint and have received no response from the manager. When I called to follow up, the receptionist told me—word for word—“It only cost you €90, it’s nothing, I don’t understand why you’re complaining.” This level of disrespect and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially toward a pregnant woman and her husband who couldn’t get a single hour of rest due to serious issues that should have never occurred.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a complete nightmare.
