MY GOODNESS! What an amazing experience I had at Crisp and Green. Just got my #SquashGoals and let me tell you…. it was #incredible! The store was so clean, the employees are so friendly, and everyone seems to really like each other! So much so, we got dinner AND a show, thanks to Kaylee (orange hair) and Hayley (brown hair)! They were dancing for me! Definitely coming back here again.

Rotten food, I asked for my order to pick up, lunch for my entire family, and when I got home I realized that 3 bowls came with totally rotten avocado, I immediately called and they told me to come the next day. I had to throw them away, the next day I went to make the claim and the answer was that the avocado was not in harvest, but if I wanted he would give me 3 half avocados again. Really!!!! what a disappointment, why would I want just avocados the next day? I still received them to show the poor service and poor quality of the food at the Apple Valley business. They gave me 3 avocados in bad condition, and the manager had a terrible attitude, trying to say that I was wrong and that it wasn't her fault, that's how the avocados are at that place. Very poor management of the manager, both with the food and in knowing how to solve a situation like this.

My child and I came in on 01/23/25 around 6:05 pm. I was tired from working and a meeting. The young man working was the only person who delivered good customer service. He was the only one who acted normal like we were human beings. I don’t know why the other female was acting so funny. Not sure if it was because we are pretty or ethnic. I tried to pay with cash and they wouldn’t let me and there was a very small sign I noticed on the register once I was told that. I remember I used cash the last time I was there because I don’t like to use my card for take out due to a security issue in the past. This was maybe our second time there. The so called manager wasn’t very nice either implying I should know stating it was November when the change happened when the other worker had said it was recently and there should be a big sign on the door so people can see. It’s unusual to not take cash as I know pretty much every other business does. She made us feel so uncomfortable. As I was leaving to go somewhere else, there was a kind gentleman in line behind me who was an angel to us. He offered to pay so we wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. Thank you again!! What a blessing on a day I was exhausted. There should be a sign in an obvious place for newer customers and also Thank you to the young man who treated us well and the food is good.

I was skeptical when my wife suggested a salad place for dinner. Being a dutiful husband, I went along figuring I could grab a snack afterwards. I was even more dubious when I saw the prices. ($13-$15 for greens? Oh boy…). As you can tell by my star rating, I became a convert pretty darn quick. The atmosphere is stark, feeling like a cross between a bakery and a deli (with a little hospital cafeteria sprinkled in). And there’s a chandelier for some reason. The employees weren’t particularly friendly but they were efficient. But we’re not here for coziness, we’re here for sustenance, and that’s where this place shines. The post-game snack was not going to be necessary after polishing off every last bit of my Korean-inspired Seoul Bowl. It is a cornucopia of flavor with just a hint of spiciness. I pushed away from the table 100% satisfied and 110% caught off guard. My wife loved her southwest bowl, The Bold and the Buffalo. Even our teenage son likes this place (and that’s really saying something). With fresh, whole-food ingredients, most meals will clock in under 800 calories. (Watch the smoothies, ‘cause they can add up fast.) Oh, and the bathroom is spotless and well-lit. Overall, I’m surprised to admit that I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

I have always had great service and have been greeted by happy employees until tonight. The staff appeared like they didn’t want to be there and were not very friendly. Young guy named Sam was giving attitude to the females working and was moving slow/moping around while making my smoothie, like it was such an inconvenience to him. It was uncomfortable being there and I felt like a burden as a customer.

Google
The food is spectacular! My husband and I shared the fiesta bowl and the no prob Cobb and my daughter had the kids chef salad. We each had a smoothie too. Everything was SO fresh and delicious. Even my picky daughter loved her food. Loved eating healthy while actually enjoying the meal. Will definitely be coming back!

Google
I love Crisp & Green, so I'm glad they're finally in the south metro! This is a convenient location in Apple Valley right off Pilot Knob Rd. near County Rd. 42, across from Target. They offer several healthy options, which is a nice break from greasy fast food options that dominate this area. Staff were all young and mostly friendly. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but not enough to remove a star, and probably worth it to eat a bit healthier. Outdoor tables are very wobbly.

Google
I’m sorry but where is the buffalo sauce in this Bold & Buffalo salad? And what about the C&G dressing?? The Buffalo chicken and the croutons look the same. It’s dry and tasteless. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Took awhile to get service but once I did it was friendly and quick. Food was as expected for the price and quickness.

Yelp
I was really excited to try C&G since our favorite salad place is a bit farther away so I was hoping they would be a good substitute when we want something closer. Their menu had a lot of really good sounding options, but we were honestly both just disappointed at the taste of the salads we got. The chicken was bland and dry, the dressings weren't that great (nor was there the "right" amount of dressing, mine was drowning), and we just both felt like the salads were not very good or big for the price, we both said we'd rather just get a salad kit at the grocery store honestly. Service was fine but the teens working just didn't seem like they wanted to be there and there was an ingredient missing from our salad. So I'd maybe give it another chance in time, but for now, I'll drive the 15 minutes to Zupas since their salads just honestly are cheaper and way better.

Yelp
Grand opening for a great healthy alternative on the go. Crisp and green is known for their bowls. They fill their bowls up with rice, vegetables, different types of proteins and good sauces/dressings. I am a huge fan of the bold and the Buffalo. I love their buffalo sauce. It's all flavor that adds a lot to the bowl. I also like the mix of arugula, cauliflower with the brown rice and the chicken. Overall it's a great mix and it's my go to every time. We also got a kids meal. You can't really go wrong with any of their selections. They have one that's more like a taco and one that's more like a salad. So whatever your kiddo wants, you will be taken care of. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey. About 18 $19 per person with a drink. They also charged me $.85 for extra buffalo sauce on the side. I do understand quality comes at a cost and I can appreciate paying higher then normal prices. Quality also means you're paying over $10 for a meal. So for me and most people it's not somewhere you're going to go on the daily/regular. Overall this is an upscale fast food restaurant that is brand new to the south metro and has great outdoor seating. They could use some umbrellas because they're in the direct sun. It's still a nice place to sit and gather with their tables and couch set up.

Yelp
The menu options are almost overwhelming because everything looks good! The staff is friendly and you can see them prepping all the fresh ingredients like a healthier Subway. Eco-friendly, with a small eating area and lots of people picking up takeout orders. I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Food and service is always great. You can tell the employees actually like working there, they are always smiling and happy to greet you at the door!

Yelp
I am generally a fan of Crisp and Green and was excited to hear one was opening in Apple Valley, but unfortunately I have had several poor experiences with online ordering at this location. On several different occasions, I've had issues with my online ordering. On one occasion, my salad was completely missing the chicken. Luckily I noticed before I left, so I was able to let them know and they corrected the error. On my most recent order, I substituted chicken for the shrimp in the Thai & Stop Me salad. Although the sticker on the top of the salad said chicken, it contained shrimp. Additionally, on the same order, I received another salad that had a completely rotten avocado. I also had asked for ranch dressing and received olive oil with this salad. I had already made it home when I noticed these errors, so I reached out to the team and they did give me a $15 credit on my account. Finally, I've noticed that my order never exactly matches what I have ordered. For example, if I ask for bread or corn chips, they are never on the salad. Overall, I'm very disappointed by the quality control at this C&G location. I hope they can improve, because I really want to be a frequent customer as this is the closest and most convenient location for me.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to stop by Crisp and Green, which is near our house, for dinner. WOW! I'm sure glad we did. From the moment we stepped inside to the amazing customer service, I could tell it was going to be a 10/10 experience. My husband got the Fiesta Bowl and a Protein Smoothie with almond butter. And I got the Seoul Bowl but subbed the tofu for chicken and added cauliflower to it. These salads were AMAZING and although the prices are a bit spendy for a salad the portion sizes definitely make up for it!! (Not to mention the compostable containers). It was fun visiting here too because my husband ended up knowing the manager Karissa, who is an absolute gem! She had such a great handle on the staff, we could tell they all enjoyed working there and really respected her. I appreciated how candid and personable Karissa was, wonderful customer service. She also is very gracious and can tell you she has a great future ahead of her with a Crisp and Green, or simply where ever she chooses to put her time and energy. (Karissa, thank you for the awesome experience and customer service!!) My hubby and I will definitely be back to experience more of the menu!! Thank you Karissa and Crisp and Green staff!! Y'all rock, keep it up!!

Yelp
Before going to eat here, I saw the reviews and they had a lot of negative reviews about everything, so I tried it but I was disappointed. The fruit was damaged and my food had egg and they put it whole without chopping it, and they didn't put all the ingredients that my order had. Everything was bad. I prefer to go to the one in Edina.

Yelp
I've seen Crisp & Green in other cities and always wanted to try it, but I never got to it. Once I saw that they were opening up in the south metro I was ecstatic! Only because there's nothing like it in Apple Valley and it was definitely needed. We went for their grand opening and it was fun. There was a class outdoor, a dj and the first 100 had free lunch to try it out. I thought that was very thoughtful and cool! I've seen many other locations do those type of things and that's very considerate of them. This location has an amazing staff! So friendly! I'm sure that's all Crisp & Green. Anyways.... Since July it's been a month and Its safe to say I love a lot of their salads, protein bowls and açaí bowls. It's a tad more on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Fresh ingredients daily and all the flavor combinations compliment each other very well. My favorites are: The Bold & Buffalo, Wild Wild Southwest, and Shrimply Irresistible. Others are just as good but my favorites are the one I crave the most. Also don't skip on their Vegan Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie!

Yelp
While I was standing in line, I just knew that it would be a 4 star rating. I sometimes just get a feeling. Spoiler alert (not!), I was wrong! Ba-bay when I tasted my salad...my tastebuds was like, nah chick this is a 5 star salad! And my wallet was like, but the cost! And my taste buds said...I said what I said! So here you are....5 stars. It is really easy parking, the customer service was exquisite. All smiles, people working fast, doing the dang thang! What else can you ask for? The setting is really nice and modern. Lastly, and this should have been first....dont be afraid to sub out items on their signature salads. This almost got me. I got the No prob cobb but dont like raw spinach. I subbed out for mixed greens and it was heaven. Hubby would prob sub out eggs. they are pretty flexible for those things. I'll def go back!!

Yelp
Very poor experience- lack luster staff- no greeting/ they acted annoyed we were there- 7 people working but they all kept their backs to us working presumably on to-go orders- which would have been easily corrected simply by greeting us and saying "I'll be right with you." a couple of workers were cleaning/sweeping/ and could have helped wait on customers. After waiting a while, my husband finally asked if he could order, the girl told him to "hold on, we're really busy" in an annoyed tone. Not a good value. He paid $15 for a salad with next to nothing in it.

Nairaa K.

Yelp
I came 15 mins before close and was denied to get my order placed, I understand if I came exactly when closed but that was not ordeal. I love this place and always come here but the last few time I've came they either was closed or don't serve.

Dan C.

Yelp
We ordered two items to go, A-Wild Child and Fiesta Bowl. Both have chicken, which unfortunately was inedibly chewy. The wild rice in A-Wild Child must have been sitting on the top of the cooked rice, because it was dry and too hard to chew as well. That's $26.25 + tax that I'll never get back for food that I had to pick through in order to eat half of it. C&G then emailed a solicitation for a review, which I completed, but never heard back. You know the old adage, " fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me". I might be willing to give it another try because everyone makes mistakes, but I don't want to pay for a second attempt.

Yelp
Always fresh and delicious! We order for delivery and are always impressed with how fast our food arrives! I am obsessed with the pep in your step salad. The Caesar is also very good!

Amy F.

Yelp
I order takeout here regularly and it's always prepared on time and is delicious. Especially appreciate them not filling the Fresca beverages up with ice, so I can enjoy a full cup of it!

Liz H.

Yelp
Love crisp and green, just not this location. Online Order has been wrong every time with little to 0 customizations. Definitely won't get it corrected/ reimbursed if you call, no one answers the phone.

Amy J.

Yelp
Love this place!! When we are in town, my boys want to eat there for every meal. Wish there was one available in our area!

Amy B.

Yelp
Can't go here because they have kiwi unfortunately myself and many friends risk anaphylaxis eating here and can't go. If you guys have a allergen friendly menu for just a basic entree like ceasar salads, that would be amazing and I'd love to come back!!

Will A.

Yelp
Very very amazing place to eat but just for the salad. I know the smoothies were supposed to be healthy but instead they tasted like spinach blended with water. The service was a bunch of inexperienced teens. The ambiance was pretty good but just not the smoothies. You would have to be a psycho to drink those I threw mine in the trash right away. I tried two flavors and the 2nd one tasted like tree bark and paper. Absolutely horrendous. Very disappointing.

Susan B.

Yelp
Cute restaurant. Great service, food and management. I can tell they treat employees well as there were lots of teenagers working. Had the cesar salad and it was AWESOME ! Wish they had more indoor seating...

Bailey A.

Yelp
I love Crisp & Green and I was thrilled to learn they were opening a location in Apple Valley- and boy did they crush it! It is bright and airy and the staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend any of their salads, since let's be honest, you can't go wrong.

Barbara P.

Yelp
Bright, clean restaurant with a large selection of Fresh, healthy salads and juices. Nice to have a healthy option in a restaurant.
