Crisp and Green

Crisp & Green has been our go-to salad spot. Lakewood location staff are so courteous and do amazing salad prep (just look at my bombastic bowl)! I always enjoy peeking in the ice box near the register for the delicious, healthful, canned sparking water/soda drinks. The fountain drinks are good as well. I had the pleasure to meet the manager, Octavio, and after a great chat with him, he pointed me to the Crisp & Green app so that I can get reward points (ones I was missing out on for not signing up sooner). Octavio keeps a great staff and a well-kept, clean restaurant, so it's always a joy and a great experience!

I hadn’t been here since it first opened and honestly had no idea what I wanted. I was also having an off day and not in the best mood, but Anthony was so kind, patient, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, was super accommodating—even let me sample sauces to check the spice level—and really went out of his way to make sure I left happy. Great service makes all the difference, and he nailed it. It’s SO HARD to find people that truly care about their jobs so I thought I would take a moment to recognize him. The Seoul bowl is also a 10/10!

I stopped by Crisp & Green and built my own Seoul Bowl and I have to shout out Anthony for making the entire experience so smooth! I had a few questions about the base, toppings, and dressings, and Anthony was not only patient but super knowledgeable and upbeat. Thanks to his help, I created the perfect Seoul Bowl combo with fresh greens, quinoa, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and two delicious sauces. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I paired it with a refreshing cold-pressed juice, and it was the perfect meal that’s light, energizing, and super satisfying. Anthony’s friendly vibe and helpful suggestions made this visit extra special. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend asking for him, he’s awesome!

Joanna, Will, and Edwin were great. They made my family and I feel welcome, and took good care of us. They made our salads exactly as we asked. Fantastic service, and great food. We eat here often for these reasons, and we will continue that. Thanks!

Food is delicious every time we eat here… service is quick, friendly, and James’ wrapping skills are unparalleled- you can see how much he cares about what he does. Nice healthy eating experience. I like the salads and grain bowls options. Clean, bright, open space for sitting. The Wild Wild Southwest salad I ordered tasted fresh and full of flavor. Will definitely return to try the other salads on the menu.

I love this place and their food but do NOT recommend you order them through door dash or uber eats or any other delivery service. They never get the order right. They’ve left out half the ingredients in my fiesta bowl the last time I ordered and this time they put things in that I requested not be put in and gave me the wrong dressing. I pay $30 for the meal and no drink between them and the service fee so I expect to get what I order. Clearly I have to go in myself to micromanage what’s being put in my order or it won’t get done right. With no correction or compensation this is the last time I’ll order from this location.

Too slow. Terrible customer service. Used to love it. seems to be going downhill. Have waited over 15 minutes each time for a PICKUP order.

The place is super nice and clean and in a great location. Love it that the salads always taste so fresh. The "squash goals" bowl is to die for.

You ever matched on tinder and the profile gives off love island but when you show up on your first date you're greeted by sloth from the goonies? Well this was exactly that. If I wanted my salad chewed and spit out before it's my turn to eat I would have just went to Texas furry fiesta and worn my big bird outfit. I did enjoy the crunchy rice. Taste like it feels. Gerber baby.

Went here for lunch today, I was needing to move money over to pay and then my phone died. The gentleman there gave me the salad for free. I'm not lying when I say the salad was one of the best I've EVER had. I definitely will be returning.

Sarah G is very helpful and nice. Helped me with my loyalty account and an issue with getting points. Restaurant is clean, no pesty flies that some salad places have and I enjoyed my food dining in. Would be coming back :) It's my favorite salad spot in the neighborhood.

Horrible customer service. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged which never happened. Ended up leaving and going to piada next door.

Wanted a change of pace lunch (yes, no fried fish, BBQ or Burgers). Easy to find restaurant with plenty of parking. Even has quick pick up lane using their app. I was lazy and decided to walk up to place to go order from the counter (football game kickoff about to happen). It has a bright, airey interrior with spacious order counter and open kitchen. Lots of suggested salad options including build your own. They have kid size (that would have been considered punishment when I was little.). Grain bowls are available along with agua frescas. They make their own dressings. Even had rice crispy treats. We ordered the No Prob Cobb salads. These normally come with spinach, kale, roasted chicken, avocado, local farm eggs, crumbled bacon, queso fresco, jalapeno, sliced grape tomatoes, squeezed lemon and jalapeno green goddess dressing. We opted for no kale, no jalapenos and with ranch dressing instead. I asked for a couple of whole grain bread pieces. For drinks, we picked the Big Island Smoothies consisting of banana, pineapple, coconut milk, and vanilla pea protein. But, $44? Really? All was good but not that good. Hate to say there are lots of fresh salad options within 3 blocks with some costling half of that. I'll be back to try a custom creation.

This is my favorite place to eat.. the manager is so nice and friendly. Always greets with a smile. And I love the healthy options they offer. Fiesta bowl and Bold & Buffalo are 2 of my personal favorites. My kids have liked the Greek out, Fiesta and hubby loves the Seoul bowl. A must try in the Springs!!

I've been here a handful of times and each time the portions have gotten smaller and smaller for the price you're paying for a salad and same for the quality of the food.

Brought my daughters for an easy healthy dinner - everything was great! Salads with great ingredients made fresh when you get there, build your own or customize one of the menu options - we got different ones and all loved ours. Good portion size. Place was clean as a whistle and both staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. For a fast service place it beats the pants off other nearby counter-order spots. First time and will be back.

I lost my virginity to the bold and beautiful bowl - it was AMAZING. I am also hooked on the squash goals and the Fiesta bowl... I personally highly recommend.

This place is so so good for so many reasons. Not only is it clean eating, you get a ton of food in each meal. I was able to get almost 3 meals out of one order. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Not to mention this restaurant also offers various wellness events on weekends like free yoga or HIIT. I would absolutely recommend for a quick, healthy meal

I really wanted to like this place but I just didn't. There was so much more to be desired. I just don't know how something healthy and as simple as a salad can be not so great. The restaurant itself was cute and the location is easy to find with ample parking it's really just the food that was problematic for me. The staff seem to get easily confused and was unprepared for any questions. And the price point was higher considering it's not great. I got a salad that had shrimp so I expected to pay more which I did but there was hardly any shrimp on my plate. Also the restrooms were out of order when I went.

Wanna pay a lot for 1/4 cup of shrimp on some lettuce? This is your place. Who is full after that little protein????? Never again.

Really like this place. It's a bit expensive but I guess worth it! They desperately need more employees at lunch time. The owner should be in here working if they can't find employees. The line is always way too long!

First time at Crisp & Green and was not impressed. I ordered the CHICKEN CASABLANCA signature salad and they forgot 2 of the 8 ingredients (no currants or roasted almonds). I also found what looks to be either a chicken bone or really over-cooked chicken chunk mixed within my salad... They may still be working out some kinks being a new location, but based on what I received, it was definitely not worth the price. Regretting not going to ChopShop across the street!

Meh. Not as good as Sweet Tomatoes for sure. Expensive. Spinach was wilted. Flavor was ho hum. I don't think it will last, honestly.

I love this business so much. They always have the best attitudes when I come in, their coworkers are so sweet, willing to help, and always so patient. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I come almost everyday for an acai bowl because it's so good. their salads are just as good too. The environment is so welcoming, and great place to study or do some work. I love this location i would totally recommend

This place has potential to be much better, but it's still worth giving a try. The food is overpriced for what you get and the rules for modifying items on the app are not customer friendly. They charge to substitute toppings, if I want to add toppings i am okay with paying extra, but to swap cheeses or make modifications that isn't costing them anything is a little annoying. I also got brown avocado last time . So much for the green part of their name. Things might be different if you order in person . The service has always been friendly. I do like the verity on the menu and the healthy choices . They also have a reward program. I will give to a few more chances and possibly update my review if things change .

I visited Crisp & Green after receiving a free smoothie coupon in the mail. I wouldn't go out of my way to return, but I'd visit again if I was in the area. - Atmosphere: I didn't go into Crisp & Green, but the insight was large, bright, and modern looking. - Ordering & pick up: I originally tried to order online, but I had trouble getting it to work so then I switched to the app. The app was better, but could still use some improvements. They have a curbside pick up "window", which is more of a sliding door than a window. It was easy to pick up my salad once I identified the window, but since it was a door and had no sign I had trouble finding it and had to call the restaurant. - Food & drink: I was a bit bummed almost all the pre-made menu options included chicken, so I went with the Thai & Stop Me. It was yummy and I felt the shrimp was high quality, but I do think it could have had more and better mixed toppings. My friend ordered the Chicken Casablanca and enjoyed it. We tried the Mother of Dragonfruit smoothie, which was definitely the highlight and I would go back to get it again. I do wish there was less banana in the smoothie options though. - Value: Crisp & Green is a bit pricey, so unlikely I'll be back often because of it. My salad was just under $14, which is similarly priced to other places that I think give you more toppings. Without the coupon, the smoothie would just be under $8, which I think is fairly priced to comparable smoothies, especially for the quality.

Stopped by on Sunday after church for a quick bite at this new spot. The space looks brand new and the entire environment is bright and inviting. I was somewhat overwhelmed by all the options but ended up going with the fiesta bowl per recommendation of an outstanding employee named Paola. It was the best rice bowl I have ever had. The two sauces that were mixed in created the best flavor combination. I would recommend this to everyone!

Crisp and Green never disappoints! Their salads are phenomenal! I love the butternut squash salad! the inside is absolute cutest spot! Their branding is phenomenal. Very chic and cute. the service can sometimes be spotty as it doesn't appear that they're too many people working behind the counter. But you should never have to wait more than a minute to get to your food.

Crisp & Green definitely earns their name because they use fresh, good ingredients that make for a deliciously healthy meal. Plus, they serve the perfect rice to protein/veggie ratio when it comes to their rice bowls.

The best place to get a quick salad in DFW, period. Love their options, dressings and the customer service cannot be beat! The employees are so nice and friendly. Digging their açaí bowls as well. A great grab and go when you need something quick on the way to work!

First time in this franchise. Really good food. Extremely poor service. Food took forever. Staff and manager pretty indiferent.

This newly located place is not worth the money after the extra expense of asking for tomatoes, my cost made me feel like I had been fooled. The assembly line process for making the salad was a quick "slight of hand" which added to the confusion at the cash register.

Wow...this place is the bomb! I've been twice and so happy with the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Especially like warm protein options for winter. It's a beautiful spot with tons of natural light. I'll be back tomorrow

Obsessed with this place and so happy it opened in the neighborhood. I add a few yummy things to the standard salads and they are so good. They have an app, which makes it easy to order ahead and pick up. Looking forward to trying the smoothies and grain bowls.

Meh...it was okay overall, but cost me $19 for a very average cobb salad and ice tea. While I have nothing specific to complain about I just can't see paying that for a bowl full of lettuce and a sprinkling of chicken. It's unlikely that I'll return any time in the near future.

Tried this place for the first time today. Evaristo recommended the mango açaí bowl, and it was so delicious!! Maybe the best açaí bowl I've had. I'll have to pop back in sometime to try a salad. Or maybe just another açaí bowl.

If you want good fresh salad this isn't your place. BUT if you want canned chicken in your salad this is also your place. I'm appalled at this place and what they call organic chicken and what they are passing off as grilled chicken. Disgusting! I have been to the Southlake location and the Buffalo chicken there is warm and fresh and grilled chicken. This chicken is clearly from the can. Please do better, when we go out to eat and want to eat healthy this is not what I'm wanting to put in my body.

Sooooo overpriced and totally sucks. It's like if subway went healthy. My salad with limited toppings was nearly 14 bucks. THEY DONT HAVE ONIONS. Like it's a salad place! No onions so weird. Across Abrams is Palmers. They have AMAZING salads for less with tons of toppings a wait staff and genuinely a non pretentious welcoming environment. Or hey go to Eatzis it's the best, but not here. I will never be back and I can say I'm almost mad they got rid of Boston market lol jk but for real don't eat here it's stupid.

Love C&G for a healthy lunch - so many good choices. I tried the new Squash Goals and loved the fall flavors. Sara helped make it to my liking and was so kind. Great experience

Flavor is good, but someone is going to break a tooth on the wild rice. It's full of hard grains, some of which can't even be chewed. Probably sat in the warmer for too long before being served. Also a little pricy for a take-out place.

They couldn't get the order right and she asked me what my order was like 3 times after repeating it

It was my first time here. I was super excited to try this place. I got the cob salad. I wanted to add brussels sprouts and cauliflower, the girl told me it would be $.50 per vegetable. Awesome. I told her heck yeah that's a great deal let's do it. She added the brussels sprouts and cauliflower to my bowl. I get to the register and my total was $18. That's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure my bowl was only supposed to be about $12 anyways not including the 2 extra veggies I had. Pretty sure she lied about the price of the add-ons or just didn't know. Either way, $18 for this bowl? It's ridiculous. Let's also not forget to mention the size of the bowl. Look at how small my salad was for $18 LOL. This looks like an appetizer salad. This place has really good potential, the food taste really fresh, the flavors are great, and it's quick and convenient. But I think they need to step up some staff training and maybe the portion size. There was literally like no lettuce in my bowl and I got a salad not a grain bowl. After I swiped my card. The girl just walked away. She didn't give me a receipt, give me a bag, or show me where the forks were lol. I don't know, Wasn't really the best first impression. I would've liked my receipt. But she was already talking to another customer making her salad. I think you should always offer a receipt and the bag when someone has a to go order. Don't think this was worth $18.

This place is neither crisp nor green. It cost me $20 for a bunch of brown lettuce, brown avocado, and barely any cheese (which I paid extra for). The base toppings they allow you to choose from all looked pretty dodgy like they'd been sitting out all day and like I said the lettuce was all brown too. Plus the salad was extremely small. And the employees didn't explain anything about what was extra. Overall, it was a waste of money. Go to snappy salads if you want actual crisp, green food to eat that hasn't sat out all day by 3pm.
