I love this idea -- chipotle-style health/vegetarian food. My first time here, I built my own bowl with brown rice, spinach and kale, cilantro, crispy chickpeas, cucumber, pickled onions, curry cauliflower, roasted yams, and moroccan spiced almond dressing. It was delicious, if I do say so. I know my way around a grain bowl. My second time, I had the Chef Curry 2.0, which was also delicious. Their infused waters are also super refreshing and not too sweet.
I didn't find the prices too unreasonable, but if you're not careful when building your own, it could add up quick. It is probably also more expensive if you add proteins like steak and chicken instead of just veg proteins. But they do have a delicious selection of both meat and meat-free options.
The patio is very nice and not too loud even though it is right by the street. If you go for lunch on a weekday though, you can probably forget about sitting on the patio. It is a zoo! The line was out the door when I was there at 1 on a Thursday, but thankfully the staff keeps the line moving quickly. When we went on a weekday evening, however, they were not busy at all and we had a nice, quiet dinner that didn't leave us feeling weighed down after.
