CRISP & GREEN

Hands down my favorite fast casual restaurant. If you are looking for a salad or grain bowl, even a post workout smoothie, Crisp & Green is your place. Everything on their menu is made of whole ingredients, even the salad dressings are made from scratch. My personal favorite is a chef curry with tofu or chicken or a wild child with apples instead of radicchio. Give this place a try, it is stunning inside and out. There’s also a to-go shelf for mom’s on the go, students going to class, and business men and woman on the way to their next meeting. I would 10/10 recommend.

Discovered this place the other day at the Katy Trail 5k picnic and had to stop in for a bite to explore the menu, and boy were we glad we did! These salads are not only vibrant and beautiful, but delicious and filling as well! We got the Seoul Bowl and the No Prob Cobb and they were just delightful! Will definitely need to be in again to try the other salads! Their smoothies are also an awesome quick fix if you’re in a rush; our favs were the Strawberry Sunrise & the Purple Rain!

Great healthy food spot in the snider plaza area. I believe it's based off of a place in the north called sweet greens. All the bowls are delicious and filling. They have good carbs and proteins, as an athlete I think I could find myself here often! I had the wild wild southwest bowl with sweet potatoes added in. The refresher drinks are great too! Not sugary and low in calorie but great taste. Definetly recommend this place.

Great, I loved the space and food. Bright and welcoming, very clean and well maintained. Food was great! Portions were great and fresh. I think they forgot to add daikon radish in my Poke bowl but it was still fantastic. Service was helpful and everyone was so friendly. Awesome spot, will be back

We have eaten at Crisp & Green in Minnesota and Texas on many occassions and have always been pleased. Today was our first time at this Dallas location in University Park. The staff there should know to remove stems and any brown or wilted lettuce before serving. I was able to contact customer service at Crisp & Green and express my concern. They are working to resolve the problem at this location.

Such a beautiful store! Staff is so kind and friendly. Their cooler is on display and you can see all the fresh ingredients. Makes you feel good about what you are eating. So excited to have them in Dallas and definitely will be my go to lunch place💚

Walking in its clean and ego friendly problem is the over price salad/items. At the spot to try new salad will be a good place however I got charged double the amount that it usually gets. usual Caesar salad would cost almost $12 even if you substitute for certain things it'll still cost under $12 with or without tax however I got a Caesar salad salad with substitution and a drink which mostly cost under 20 bucks. With their price it was almost 40 bucks double the price from a typical salad spot. The salad is even though it taste like it feels like it's organic it does not taste like it's organic or it is different but definitely not come back here at all if you want to waste the money for salad be my guest to come here but if you need to save and if you're on a budget or you want a small splurge for a salad looks for a different spot. Even though the people were nice and everything the customer service was very nice just the pricing is overly ridiculous and shouldn't be charged for it. Main thing it is somewhat eco-friendly but it's not really besides a carton like so if you take it to go like where is the eco-friendly forks or the spoons or the knife like there is none which I found there . I couldn't find it was not my face. I know where it was but definitely I would not come to the spot again for price reason and the eco-friendliness is not what I thought it would be.

I've been a good customer since you opened the Rockwall, Tx. Store. After today I will not go again until you start taking cash again. Cash is US currency that EVERY business owes to society to accept. If you can't trust your employees... PAY THEM MORE and manage properly.

So I recently discovered this restaurant on Veterans Day because they offer a free salad or grain bowl for Veterans all day. So I went to check out the Dallas location. There is free parking across the street in a busy shopping center, so you may have to walk a little to get there. When I walked in, I was welcomed, and I told the staff why I was there. They informed me I could pick anything that was on the menu, just not customized. They had plenty of options, and all of them had quality toppings, and the portion was nice sized as well. I chose the Wild One. It has brown rice, arugula, cranberries, brussell sprouts, chicken, a yummy dressing, and topped with goat cheese. I got my salad to go but they also have plenty of sitting so you can eat there as well. I will definitely go back to try more of their options and maybe even build my own salad or grain bowl.

A first timer and my friend and I both had the greek salad. We thought it had so many ingredients. The salad was very fresh, filing and delicious. The healthy drinks are also great to go with this. I would love to go back and try a different salad.

This was the best experience getting a salad! Everything was clean and the food was extremely fresh. I enjoyed the crunchy fresh romaine lettuce with juicy pineapple and amazing avocado. The customer service was terrific and accommodating!

It was my first time here and I definitely recommend for a quick and healthy lunch! The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. I got the Crispy Teriyaki and a Strawberry Sunrise smoothie. Both were super healthy and fresh! I will definitely be back!

My mom and I decided to visit Crisp & Green after receiving some free coupons for a bowl or salad. The initial ambience of the restaurant was great. Bright and white, there were a few people working inside while other customers ate outside. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. Similar to Cava, Crisp & Green uses compostable bowls, and they have reusable cutlery in the restaurant. In terms of menu, all the bowls and salads looked delicious-- it was hard for my mom to choose! All of your food is prepared right there, and there's no doubt the ingredients are fresh. Where Crisp & Greens ultimately loses points from me though is flavor. This food definitely tastes like something I could make at home. It was delicious, but the flavor and portion size were not commiserate with the price. I got the Teriyaki Bowl, which was yummy. The flavors were balanced well, and I definitely feel like I ate something that was healthy and filling. My mom got the Greek salad, and she mentioned it fell flat. She thought the Balsamic dressing lacked flavor, and she was not a fan of the flavor. My mom also tried the house-made drinks. She said they were definitely more like a fruit-infused water than a juice, but she liked them all the same. Ultimately, I'd say Crisp & Greens is definitely a good option if you're trying to eat light and eat healthier.

I found a dead bug in my Wild Child bowl seconds before eating it. I went back for a refund and although i did get it, no apology whatsoever. No one has ever been nice to me here and I will not be coming back.

Just ordered from UberEats. I cannot wait to go in person to add some more options. My order was great and delicious! First time ordering from this place and it did not disappoint. The portion is very filling and ingredients were fresh. If you love a lot of dressing, I recommend you order 2 sides of dressing. The 1 that was given was just enough to dress half of my order which is fine.

Good location for healthy greens. I'm not big on buying salads, but this was a healthy and yummy location. Salads were huge, you can choose your type of protein, everything was clean, crisp, and pretty in here. If you get quinoa in your salad, it comes out warm and makes your meal that much better, I loved it. Made the salad not taste like just rabbit food, it was a good bowl. As I love this chain, they have amazing acai bowls and great, healthy food options with grain and salad bowls. Every time I come to this location the workers are sassy or annoyed. I love the food and the clean environment Crisp and Green gives, the workers at the specific location are not as friendly as the ones in the Lakewood area. However, i will continue coming here because it is the prefect meal to feel healthy and refreshed after the gym.

FINALLY - some quality living/ real food. Definitely will be ordering again :) very much enjoyed my healthy lunch

C&G: You don't even know. They have been busting their butts making everything fresh from scratch. Me: I can tell, the freshness really comes through. I think that you have a great concept. 5 stars when you dine in or take to go when you watch them make your bowl, but 2 or 3 stars when you pick up. They also do not give as big of portions when you take out. They barely put any rice in my bowl, didn't toss it and the lid was covered in chicken sauce on the outside. I even asked them on my order to toss it and they still didn't. This has happened at least 4 times now, so I have to give a review. Really disappointing they don't care for customers who choose take out for time-sake.

Summary - I HIGHLY recommend Crisp & Green for dine-in, but skip it for pick-up and curbside orders. I've been going to C&G frequently since it opened. I LOVE the "Squash Goals" salad and I'm sad each time the season changes and it's removed from the menu (but I get it). "Pep in Your Step," "Greek Out," and "No Prob Cobb" are great, too. I've never had any issues eating at C&G, in fact I organized a group of friends and we at here once a week for a year. Pickup and Curbside have left me more frustrated than satisfied lately... I've started going elsewhere unless I have time to dine in. 1) There's no designated curbside pickup location and workers have told me numerous different things about where to wait. Designate an area, post a sign, and detail it on the app. The coned-off lane on Daniel (with cars waiting to get their kids from tutoring) cause customers to get blocked-in. A few of the 2 hour parking spots on Haynie would be ideal! 2) Things have been missing from orders much more frequently than when they first opened (utensils, napkins, straws, bread, extra dressing, etc). The curbside workers run off before you can look in the bag, and calling, being put on hold, and getting the missing item brought out is a pain. 3) In a last six months the salads are much less consistent, and lately it seems they are putting less of everything in them. Squash was missing from my Squash Goals salad recently on a pickup order.... Not cool. So, great food, but a few kinks need to be figured out.

Got these delivered to the office for lunch! I got the Buffalo bowl, which had brown rice, arugula, buffalo chicken, carrot, radicchio, white cheddar, roasted cauliflower, croutons and C&G ranch dressing. The chicken had a great Buffalo flavor, but the croutons were a bit soggy. Love the ranch dressing!

I came wanting juice so this review is for smoothies only - I got the green smoothie which tasted a lot like protein powder but fine. I can't speak for the salads, but I wouldn't come here for smoothies. Also bathroom was dirty.

I'm so glad to know this restaurant exists and is so convenient to my parents' place! I had the Chicken Casablanca salad and a Purple Rain smoothie, and all the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious and paired perfectly together. For the salad, I accidentally asked for extra dressing, not seeing that it had been packaged in the bowl under the receipt, and I'm glad I did, as the double serving of dressing ended up being the perfect amount for my palate. I'll order extra deliberately in the future! For the smoothie, it was delicious, but the pea protein was very grainy and gave the drink a mildly unpleasant texture. Didn't stop me from polishing off the whole thing, though. Yum! Great food, friendly service, and appealing design. I'll definitely be back soon!

This place is good! I always say I'm not a big salad person, but it is mostly because there are just tons of terrible salads out there. This place may make me a salad lover because they do it the right way! The salad bar area is clean, they don't skimp you on the toppings, the ingredients are good quality (tasty, tender chicken), and they put the PERFECT amount of dressing. Also I love the options they have put together for you - I'm terrible at creating my own salad. My first experience here was great and the chicken casablanca salad I got was delicious. Highly recommend for a quick, easy and healthy lunch option!

Crisp & Green is my new go-to place for a healthy meal! Their salads are customizable and prepared fresh in front of you. Tons of options to please anyone's tastebuds! My personal favorite is the no prob Cobb - you'll want to get extra dressing because it's sooooo good! Can't wait to go back

Worst customer service experience of my life so far. I walked in with my disabled mother and her service animal, and my two toddlers, waited in line 10 mins as we were the only people in the place aside from a table of already served girls. It was very loud due to the music playing. Not one person greeted us or asked to take our order, so we leave to check out the spot next door and weren't able to get a table so we come back to Crisp and green and again we are the first and only people in line, we are completely ignored again, a couple then walks in and then one of the workers starts taking their order, we observe and continue to wait, THEN a man walks in and one of the workers walks up to him and starts making his order (he apparently had called in ahead of time) my mom then says "Where do we stand?" And the worker looks at her and very rudely says "he called in ahead of time" my mom once again says "No, where do we stand to have our order taken?" The girl starts acting frantic like she's just been highly offended giving dirty looks and rolling her eyes and runs to the other workers and tries getting one of them to come help us instead. A girl approaches and says "we can't have animals in here" my mom said "she is a service animal and we have been waiting now 30 mins and we've the only ones in here, so what is the issue" the worker starts rambling but it's so loud from the music that I can hardly hear what she's saying to us so I ask her to repeat because I can understand what she's saying. She then understands it's a service animal and offers to start our order... by this time my toddlers are irritable and no longer being patient and my mother is highly offended by how we were treated so we left without ordering.

Atmosphere: bright, clean and attractive, but it is loud and everything echoes off the concrete floors - banging pots and pans, chairs screeching across the floor, patrons talking loud over the roar, and techno music pounding. It is difficult to order, the workers can't hear you and you can't hear them. Not relaxing! The food pictures are NOT what you actually get. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, but extremely skimpy. The photos on the wall show salads with 10 times more ingredients than what you actually get!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time and it was so delicious! We have been plant based for over a year and loved how customizable their menu is. It's all fresh too! The restaurant itself was a tad loud inside, it's modern and pretty! Very busy around lunch time and now we know why, because it's delicious.

I got the Chicken Cesar Salad and for 13+ it was more like a side salad. It was good but as you can see it was little more than an appetizer. I will not be coming back here!

This is my first experience with this place and I thought it was going to be delicious since it looks like a cool spot. I ordered the Thai & stop me and the green glow smoothie. The salad disappointed me. The greens tasted stale and not fresh. There was no flavor to that salad. I didn't finish it. I was hoping the smoothie would be better, but no. It tasted watered down, basically flavorless. I will not be returning here.

Crisp and Green on Mockingbird is the perfect place to get lunch! The staff has a huge smile on their face, clean environment, and I am loving their Cinco salad! Thank you Alyssa for your help!

Normally amazing place but today when I placed my order online it was promised at 7pm and was not ready for another 12. That's major crunch into a lunch schedule. The associate seemed like she did not want be at work and not welcoming.

UPDATE: followed instructions in the owners response below and still nothing. So disappointing. I want so badly to give this place 5 stars bc the salads are so good. The ingredients are fresh and the combinations are fantastic. However, almost every time I order through the app something goes wrong with my order. A couple of times the dressing was missing from my husbands salad. Once the chicken was so hot on my kids salad that it melted the dressing container in the salad bowl. Another time my mom found a hair in her salad. The last two times whole ingredients were missing from my salad...like avocado, you know the expensive ingredient. When in finally called the store to talk to a manager, I was super polite and told her how much I love this place and that I truly want it to succeed bc the other salad options in town aren't great. She apologized profusely and appreciated that I was nice about it and still love d the food. And she said she would refund the total from that order. I waited a week and then two weeks or more and never saw the refund on my card. So I called again and although it didn't sound like the same person, this person insisted she was the one I spoke to previously and that she recalled the issue. And then she insisted that she told me to reach out to corporate (?) about the refund bc she couldn't refund app orders on her end. When I I'll told her I don't recall being told that she argued that she did in fact tell me that. So gritting my teeth I let it go and asked how or who to contact about the refund bc at this point it was about the principle. She told me to complete the contact form on the website and someone would get back to me in 24 hours to help me. Guess what? It's been several more weeks now snd still not a word from anyone. And it sucks bc I want a salad badly but I just don't want to be any more disappointed than I already am. Good salads though if you get the correct order.

Waited 12 minutes longer than the quoted time for my online order. Took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me before I could ask for an update considering the online order shelf was empty. The line was also empty while I was waiting so not sure what else was keeping employees occupied. Would not be so upset if there had been someone to communicate with me sooner and provide adequate customer service. There's more to a restaurant than food. Late to class: check! Would also like to add that my salad is crawling with old wilted lettuce. Make sure to do a quality check! "Crisp and green"...yeah, totally!!!!

Stopped by this location with some Coworkers and was pleasantly surprised! I had the bold and the Buffalo which was excellent. Great, bright atmosphere and friendly staff. Will be back!

A casual place to get a healthy bowl or salad. Fresh ingredients and the ability to mix and match make this a great lunch spot for a quick and healthy bite. They also provide smoothies that look really good. The environment is open and plenty of tables to site outside. Overall a great spot for a salad or bowl.

Incredible bowls & salads & smoothies. The staff is incredible. Customizing orders of fabulous. But BEWARE service assigned to C&G IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. we tried several times at diff times of the day, 80% failed. However the manager felt badly for one of our orders & personally delivered it herself. Hence, 5 stars. Just need to pick up orders.

Ordered on the app for curbside pickup during their grand opening. Curbside was super quick & easy! I ordered their chicken Caesar salad and LOVED it, and the extra (free) bread is yummy too!! Very fresh ingredients. Can't wait to try them in store but for now, A+ for curbside. Will be back to try more of their salads & bowls. Pro tip: apparently any of the bowls can be made as a salad!

Great place! Food is amazing and the curbside takeout is super simps. I had the maple peanut smoothie and fiesta bowl. I'll definitely be back!

I was contacted by one of the cofounders, who apologized for the incident and assured us that the issue was addressed with staff. They issued a refund and provided a credit. I appreciate their communication and effort to make things right.

I got the Wild Wild Southwest Salad and it was just not good. I thought it would be cold (as a salad is) but the lettuce was hot and unpleasant. The dressing was alright but I left still being hungry and not satisfied by my meal. Looks super cute inside though and I want to try the açaí. Maybe I'll be back.

While I previously had issues with Crisp N Green because of their delay in processing online orders, I can now say that I love it. They resolved all their issues with amazing customer service!

I have been coming to Crisp and Green for about two months now because it is quick and easy and healthy. I have continually been displeased with the EXTREMELY rude employees, who continue to over charge me for toppings I did not order. Yesterday was the final straw though, when I went in and actually saw things they had left out -- expired lettuce they were trying to give me. I then started to actually look at everything. Every single one of their dressings was expired. This is absolutely disgusting, and I confronted the employees when they were trying to give me expired lettuce, and she pretended she did not speak English. I am extremely disappointed, and will be turning them into the county health department. Photos attached.

Delicious, easy and convenient. I built my own grain bowl and it was so well packaged and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back.
