Crisp & Juicy

Ordered lunch twice from here this week. What a shame, old fries & uncooked chicken- are y’all serving food from the day before ? It’s 12 o’clock - there’s no reason why food shouldn’t be fresh

The chicken was raw and not cooked well . I called them back to explain what was wrong . The lady on phone said oh well and didn’t apologize or try to fix the issue . Worst customer service ever ! This is so sickening. Would recommend.

Dry chicken again this place is really hit or miss it’s a shame because it’s good when they do a good job unfortunately they rather sell customers old dry chicken from lunch time than eat the loss and make fresh chicken. I can tell just from looking at once I got home it would be dry. I have already complained once about this issue and feel bad doing it again but they clearly don’t feel bad about giving out dry chicken. I think going at lunch time is the only way of doing this place because if you go at dinner it’s more likely to be dry

Just came in for the first time and ordered 3 platters of 1/4 chicken with sides of yuca that only 4 sauces. All the yuca you get and the chicken is pink….Not worth the price. Far better places in arlington.

Chicken not crispy and not fresh! I order sandwich and dark chicken dry, chewy not really what the name of restaurant says! Better get Wendy’s or KFC not Peruvian chicken at all!

I took a chance and maybe I should see if they have great food, came out super disappointed bought the Aloha chicken sandwich, literally quality is one star, the chicken was cold so it’s not even a fresh sandwich, slap some chicken, circle pineapple and bread thats it boom $10, happy to say I won’t be coming back, y’all need to put a lot more love on what you guys are offering. hey atleast plantains are good be bad if you mess that one too.

I've been eating from this crisp and juicy since I was a kid. It used to be a treat when my mom would bring home chicken from there. I still stop whenever possible. Great tasting chicken and very good chorizo sausage sandwiches

Be aware of the lady working as cashier. (Centroamérican woman), she tried to charge me more if I don’t ask about the total on my bill. Rice not cooked properly. The chicken and potatoes not bad. They sell Peruvian Chocken and they don’t have idea of Huacatay( traditional Peruvian chicken salsa) when I ask for something more of mayonnaise, I won’t come back to buy here.
