Crisp & Juicy

Absolutely incredible every single time. Crisp & Juicy lives up to its name — the rotisserie chicken is perfectly seasoned, fall-off-the-bone tender, and packed with flavor. The skin is crispy in all the right ways, and the meat stays juicy no matter what you order. The sides are just as good — especially the yuca fries and plantains. Everything tastes homemade and fresh. I also have to shout out the green sauce — dangerously good and goes with literally everything on the menu. The staff are always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, it’s consistently a great experience. Easily one of my favorite spots — I’ll keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend! For real this place is really good

Food was so good enjoy it. My friends and I got a family platter that split really good and we still had leftover.

Crisp and Juicy is a regular stop for our family and has been for years. Consistent quality and taste regardless of the location we go to and always prepared quickly. Staff have always been very friendly. The stores are always a bit noisy but we always dine at home anyway. While other restaurants have prices that have gone crazy (Five Guys!!!!!), Crisp and Juicy is still a good value.

Not a chance in hell they have 4.7 stars. Chicken bowl is EXTREMELY salty and bad value

I would never eat here. I order the wings and they are really red in the middle, but they did remake them. I wished they gave me my money back instead because the wings aren’t good. Also, they only have blue cheese, no ranch. The place is clean, the service is 5/5 but the food not good. So sorry.

This specific crisp and juicy is outrageous giving only one tiny sauce with my order of 1/4 chicken 2 sides which my order consisted of yuca and coleslaw. It’s ridiculous that they only give you ONE TINY sauce! And they charge you 45 cents to buy extra sauces! I’ve been going to crisp and juicy for years but at other locations and this specific location is the bottom of the barrel. The woman at the counter is rude with such a frown on her face. Not very welcoming. My yuca fries were overcooked. The woman at the counter was saying to take a picture of the code near the iPads where the link will send you to leave a review and you will get free sauces, that’s just ludicrous. My order took for ever and the restaurant was practically empty. They seem to prioritize online ordering. The coleslaw was ok more creamy than usual. The chicken was good and juicy. And I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like crisp and juicy has shrunk their sauce cups. Smh

Absolutely loved this place! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the sides were just as delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the service—Tania, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The place is clean, the people working there are awesome, the service is great but the food is NOT GOOD. After eating here both my partner and I got sick with migraine and stomach problems. IF YOU ARE even SEMI HEALTH CONSCIOUS don't eat anything fried here. I'm 100% positive the oil here is old or overused and there's an excess of salt. Maybe stick to Don Pollo until they change their practices.
